I usually don't post about US stocks in the crypto circle, but I've been paying attention. Just now, an elder brother said he wanted to hear my analysis of US stocks, so I boldly offer some of my own views.
First, for the entire US tech sector (storage, semiconductors), I'll give a basic definition: possibly until mid-2027, US tech stocks will remain in a volatile correction trend.
The logic is simple: US Treasury yields remain high. In the long term, US Treasury yields keep hitting new highs, while the probability of rate hikes rises. If you are capital, you will definitely put your money in a place with low risk and high returns, which is the bond market.
The stock-bond seesaw describes this situation. Only when US Treasury yields return to normal levels can we say there is a possibility of liquidity recovery in the stock market.
Secondly, this round of sell-off is somewhat a good thing; it suppresses everyone's FOMO emotions, kills the AI bubble down to a reasonable valuation range, and most importantly, wipes out leverage.
Once the previous internet bubble appears, prices were all pushed up by leverage. When any external shock occurs, the entire financial market will be in chaos, and neither you nor I can escape unscathed. At that time, it will be another Great Depression requiring decades to recover.
Having talked about the macro market, regarding currently better individual stocks, how to choose? For example, $MU and $SNDK.
Simply put, for short-term speculative pursuit, choose SanDisk for flexibility, although I do not support speculation; for long-term value investment, choose $MU with a deeper moat.
Not enough space, will explain in the next post!
