一直以为缺钱了就发债，没想到财政部也会反过来买债。11 月 4 日它要花最多 60 亿美元，把 10 到 20 年期的国债收回去一部分。
听着挺猛，其实这数字在国债市场里小得可怜。它更像是在说一句：长端这块我盯着呢。
至于 $BTC 会不会因此涨，别想太多。流动性松一点是好事，但 60 亿撬不动什么大行情。真要找感觉，得看后面还有没有下一轮。
