- *September rebound was real:* Gulf crude exports *+4.4 mb/d to 13.9 mb/d* in Sep — *>75% of pre-war*. Hormuz total flows *+3.7 mb/d to 10.9 mb/d* (ship-to-ship transfers + East-West pipeline). IEA says global supply 102.3 mb/d in Sep.
