The $1.042B of combined ETF outflows across Oct. 30 and Nov. 2 matters because it outweighed the reported corporate additions, even as Strategy and Strive kept buying. Strive's 15% preferred-share dividend also shows that institutional demand can persist while becoming more expensive to fund. Whether ETF flows stabilize is the missing evidence.
