$PLTR remains one of the strongest AI software stories, but valuation still matters.
Goldman Sachs recently upgraded Palantir to Buy, citing sovereign AI and deeper enterprise adoption. JPMorgan also started coverage with an Overweight rating.
My view: if AIP adoption keeps driving higher-margin recurring revenue and stronger cash flow, the premium valuation can hold. If growth slows, multiple compression becomes the key risk.
Bullish on the business, cautious on valuation.
