Gold’s reaction has been particularly straightforward. Based on the logic that a lower probability of interest-rate hikes is bullish for gold, this latest move higher appears to be pricing in roughly a 10-percentage-point decline in hike expectations. If this relationship continues to hold, the previous low around 4,280 is very likely to mark the bottom of this corrective phase. 🛡️
