$ARB just exploded 44% today, trading around $0.194. At the same time, Robinhood Chain’s daily fee revenue hit a record $6.12M. Sounds bullish, right? But there’s a twist: capital is moving out. Robinhood Chain saw $21.07M in net outflows, while Arbitrum, Base, and Polygon together lost roughly $69.55M. Fees are rising, yet liquidity is rotating back toward Ethereum.
