The development brings together three distinct roles. Hyperliquid provides the underlying technology, Trade[XYZ] develops the markets, and ICE is expected to support the regulated exchange and clearing infrastructure.
If approved and successfully implemented, this could broaden access to onchain derivatives and introduce new competition across traditional and crypto markets.
However, regulatory clearance, product execution and trader adoption will ultimately determine the scale of its impact.

Hyperliquid’s expansion into regulated US markets marks a significant development for the onchain derivatives sector.
Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), the parent company of the New York Stock Exchange, has announced a deal with Trade[XYZ] to bring Hyperliquid based perpetual futures into the US, subject to regulatory approval.
The proposed products could cover equities, indices, commodities, forex, and crypto, with round the clock trading access.
