#Robinhood交易业务增长能否延续? Folks, after the U.S. stock market closed on October 27, retail investor stronghold Robinhood (HOOD) is set to release its Q3 report. This earnings report is quite crucial; it can directly tell us whether retail investors in both the crypto space and U.S. stocks still have ammunition left.
First, looking at its last quarter's foundation, it was indeed strong. Q2 revenue was $1.31 billion, up 32% year-over-year, and net client deposits hit a record high of $22 billion. Amid the volatility in both U.S. stocks and crypto, attracting so much money indicates that retail investor enthusiasm remains.
But for this Q3 report, the market is focusing on two things.
First, has trading activity declined or not? Bitcoin has been hovering around the 80,000 mark recently, and many altcoins have fallen so much they’re barely recognizable. If retail investors are trapped or scared to move, Robinhood’s crypto trading fee income will definitely shrink. This is its core business; if the data looks bad, the stock price will take a hit immediately.
Second, how are the increments from new businesses? Everyone knows Robinhood is now working on on-chain wallets, prediction markets, and even tokenized U.S. stocks. If these new ventures turn out to be all talk and no real revenue, the market won’t buy it.
Robinhood’s earnings report is essentially a thermometer for us to gauge market sentiment.
If its trading data remains strong, it means retail investors are still frantically bottom-fishing or speculating, so the support below Bitcoin still has resilience $BTC $BTC 📉 Gold down, US stocks down, A-shares down, BTC also broke below 80,000: Is the panic just beginning?
Even gold can't withstand the sell-off, so why should BTC stand alone?
Look at the market over the past two days:
🔻 Gold: down about 4% in a week, once falling below $4,000.
🔻 US stocks: Nasdaq fell 2.6% on the 22nd, Dow dropped 1.23% on the 23rd.
🔻 A-shares: Shanghai Composite fell 1.48% on the 22nd, rebounded on the 23rd but the weak trend remains unbroken.
🔻 BTC: intraday fell below $80,000, hitting a low near $79,833.
What’s more alarming is the change in capital flow.
On October 22, the US spot BTC ETF saw a net outflow of $635.6 million in a single day, the largest single-day outflow since June. Data on the 23rd shows over $440 million liquidated in the crypto market within 24 hours, about 90% of which were long positions.
Stock markets under pressure, gold losing ground, crypto liquidations, institutional funds are also retreating. Middle East tensions, rising oil prices, inflation concerns, and the risk of Fed tightening are all hitting risk assets. The liquidity expectations that supported the rise are weakening.
What worries me is not BTC falling below 80,000, but that a large amount of capital still firmly believes this is the bottom.
The truly dangerous decline is often not a single big bearish candle, but every rebound that misleads people into thinking the risk has passed.
In the short term, I remain bearish, first focusing on the 78,000 region. If 80,000 cannot be effectively reclaimed, the risk of further decline cannot be ignored. Friends who borrowed 1 million USDT, please take note! Aave has adjusted the interest rate curve. Starting from October 21, the USDT interest rate kink in the ETH Core market has been lowered from 94% to 92%. It seems like only a 2% difference, but over a year, the interest could be as much as $25,000 more.
Under the new interest rate model, when utilization reaches 94%, the borrowing APR will increase from 4.5% to 7%. Calculated on 1 million USDT, the annual interest difference is $25,000.
As of October 23, the current variable borrowing APR is 4.23%, the deposit annualized yield is about 3.29%, and the utilization rate is 86.45%, with approximately 391.4 million USDT idle funds still available.
This adjustment is not to restrict borrowing but to trigger higher rates earlier, so that when fund utilization approaches the limit, borrowing costs rise faster.
Meanwhile, Aave V3's total locked value is about $16.73 billion, and USDT deposit annualized yield basically matches current data. Meanwhile, $AAVE has dropped from $147.85 to $140.18 in the past 24 hours, a decline of about 5.2%.
The key is not how much you borrowed, but which segment of the interest rate curve you borrowed on. DeFi lending may seem low-cost, but changes in utilization can significantly increase funding costs.$BTC
When the early morning drop hit 79,833, I checked the 24h lows on OKX and Binance twice; one was 79,833.5, the other 79,790, both truly breaking below 80,000. Now it has climbed back to around 80,200 and is consolidating.
In the past hour, the entire network liquidated $192 million, with BTC accounting for $57.7 million, mostly hitting the longs. At the same time, a Fidelity analyst was still saying that 100,000 to 200,000 might come faster than expected. That has been said too many times; I just treat it as background noise.
Instead, I took a closer look at another point: whales have accumulated 243,000 coins since July, and selling has just stopped. The price is breaking down, and big wallets are buying up. Putting these two facts together, I prefer to wait a couple more days to see clearly.
So my stance is simple: for a round number like 80,000, I neither chase shorts nor rush to catch the dip. I’ll wait for it to speak for itself before deciding whether to follow.
#10月FOMC临近,美联储暂停加息还有哪些变数? FOMC Decision Night, Prepare Three Scenarios in Advance
◆ FOMC | Most likely no change, surprises may come at the press conference
The Federal Reserve meets on October 27–28, with the announcement at 02:05 AM Beijing time on the 29th. The market assigns about a 10% chance of a rate hike; consensus is to hold steady. If Chair Powell hints at a December hike during the press conference, volatility will be greater than the decision itself.
◆ BTC | 80,800 is the bull-bear dividing line
BTC current price is 80,690, and no hourly candle has closed above 80,800 for a day. Scenario 1: No change plus dovish press conference, reclaim 80,800 then target 81,000; Scenario 2: Unexpected rate hike or hawkish tone, break below 80,500 and drop to 80,000, ETH will follow suit breaking below 2,356.
◆ Decision Night | Write scenarios before market opens
Losing money on decision night is mostly not about wrong direction but no plan. Write down two trigger conditions on paper, act according to the scenario when price hits, if not, just watch the show and don’t change your mind on the spot. #闪迪存储业务高增长能否延续?
The boss has something to say
SanDisk released its FY2027 Q1 earnings report after the US market closed on October 29. The company expects quarterly revenue between $10.3 billion and $10.8 billion. The core support comes from AI data center demand combined with rising NAND prices.
The key to this earnings report is not the revenue, but the guidance and valuation. Comments in the discussion section are very accurate: breakthroughs by ChangXin Technology have triggered a collective revaluation of the storage sector. SanDisk is not facing weak demand, but changed supply-side competition expectations. If the earnings report cannot provide better-than-expected guidance for the next quarter, or if profit margins are suppressed by ChangXin's expansion plans, the stock price is likely to remain under pressure.
Market reaction is weak; SNDK fell 1.19%, xSNDK fell 1.13%. The market is waiting for the earnings to materialize.
The impact on crypto is indirect. Semiconductor valuations continue to be re-evaluated, tech stocks are under pressure, and Bitcoin's risk appetite is not picking up.
Bitcoin took a waterfall drop last night; now it remains to be seen if the 80,000 level can hold. If it doesn't hold, a deeper correction is expected, with resistance above at 84,000 to 85,000. Do not chase the rise or sell in panic; set your stop-loss orders properly.
The above analysis is time-sensitive; stop-loss orders must be set properly. Good luck. $BTC $ETH $IRYS $LINK
Data service demand is broad, so why do tokens still need to wait to be realized?
In this morning's spot snapshot, LINK's 24-hour price change was -1.53%, ranging between 11.597—12.287 USDT.
The number of collaborations and verifiable paid usage are not equivalent; payments must go through settlement and rights mechanisms before converting into token demand. Today's price cannot fully answer this value chain.
If actual costs, token usage, and relative prices all improve together, the revaluation is more reliable; if only the number of collaborations increases, expectations for premium should be limited. Conclusion first: Don't rush to sell on the day of a big drop; there's a high probability of a rebound the next day giving you some breathing room. But don't mistake this rebound for a reversal—holding for a full week actually underperforms buying on any random day. How it was tested: BTC spot daily data on OKX from July 12, 2023, to October 23, 2026, covering 1200 days. A single-day close drop of more than 5% counts as a big drop, totaling 20 days, merged into 19 events if consecutive. The next day: Out of 19 times, 15 times it rose, a win rate of 78.9%, with an average gain of +1.22% and a median of +0.99%. Buying on any random day yields only a 53.3% win rate the next day, with an average of +0.10%. Big drops knock people out, so a bounce the next day is normal. But after 7 days, the picture changes: the win rate drops to 42.1%, average -0.53%, median -2.11%. The baseline is 53.8%, +0.78%. The same applies for 30 days: win rate 47.4%, average -0.06%, baseline 59.9%, +3.67%. To translate: the rebound is meant for you to reduce your position, not to add to it. Two more painful points: First, the probability of another big drop within 7 days after a big drop is 26.3%, while the baseline is only 10.5%—the flying knives come in succession. Second, within 30 days, only 47.4% recover to the pre-drop closing price, less than half. The worst was on January 28, 2026, with -20.56% in 7 days and -23.68% in 30 days—buying halfway up the mountain is just standing guard. ETH was tested as well: 47 big drops, next day win rate 53.2%, no better than a coin toss. This next-day rebound patternOn June 5, Shielded Labs disclosed a soundness flaw in Zcash's Orchard circuit: the value balance constraint was written too loosely and has existed since its launch in 2022. In theory, this could allow attackers to mint fake ZEC out of thin air within the shielded pool without leaving any on-chain signature. The discoverer was Taylor Hornby, who found it using Opus 4.8.
Then comes the most critical sentence: the official statement says "there is no definitive way" to determine if it has been exploited because privacy hides the answer.
ZEC dropped about 38% that day. It had risen 700% this year, hitting a new high of $1,699 on September 26, with a 12-month gain of +402.5%.
Bitcoin's entire faith is "don't trust, verify" — you can calculate yourself whether the total supply is 21 million.
But Zcash now has 4.97 million coins, accounting for 29.2% of the total supply, about $5.6 billion, in the shielded pool. Transfers between shielded pools have no amounts, no addresses, and browsers cannot see them. On-chain, only the pool's total balance and boundary flows remain.
So: the more successful privacy is, the lower the auditability. These two things are on the same line in the code.
The only probe is the turnstile — the pool balance cannot be negative, and cumulative outflows exceeding inflows is hard evidence. But the smartest attacks can use legitimate inflows as cover to launder fake coins out. Detection metrics can flag but cannot conclude.
There is also a ceiling: demand is created by regulation, liquidity is choked by regulation. EU AMLR Article 79 takes effect on July 10, 2027, prohibiting CASPs from holding anonymizable accounts. The more people need it, the more exchanges dare not list it.
A system that can prove its own innocence is a truly robust system.
Not investment advice, risk at your own discretion.
#PrivacyCoin $BTCTechnology can hold, business has abandoned: Full review of Core DAO 2026 roadmap
The underlying Satoshi Plus consensus and Hermes hard fork upgrade have been technically implemented; basic functions such as BTC staking, contract deployment, and block production can operate normally. The chain itself will not collapse directly for now; the technical foundation still holds. However, the commercialization goals set in the 2026 roadmap have basically been abandoned.
Originally planned were three major revenue engines: AMP asset management, LST liquid staking, and SatPay payment card, relying on fee inflows to start Q3 revenue buybacks, completing the shift from inflation subsidies to revenue-driven. By Q4, SatPay has been continuously delayed with no public testing, on-chain gas income has long approached zero, and buybacks lack cash flow support. The originally planned expansion to 31 validators has reversed into official node withdrawals, with active independent validators shrinking to fewer than 20.
The 69 million ghost tokens left by the 8.31 vulnerability are still circulating, with reserve address tokens frequently transferred out. The project team has offloaded operational costs and failure risks, retaining treasury and code modification rights, but no longer investing resources to advance commercialization.
BTC staking relies on Bitcoin CLTV time lock, with private keys self-held, so principal is unaffected. Technology only maintains minimal operation; the commercial narrative has long entered a soft exit phase.#Circle财报在即,稳定币增长能否兑现收益?
I believe the growth can indeed deliver returns 🔥Danger signals for BTC: leverage is withdrawing, but spot selling pressure hasn't clearly disappeared!
📉 When price and open interest (OI) fall simultaneously, it usually indicates positions are being liquidated. But note, a drop in OI doesn't directly prove aggressive short selling; it could also mean both longs and shorts are reducing positions.
⚠️ If aggregated spot CVD also weakens significantly, the market issue isn't just leverage reduction on the contract side—it may also reflect spot sellers dominating. Without enough spot buying to absorb sales, relying solely on leverage clearing makes an immediate market reversal unlikely.
🧩 The short term may enter a consolidation phase to digest these moves, but if spot buying suddenly returns along with short covering, a rebound could come quickly.
🎯 So the key isn't guessing the bottom but watching three changes: whether OI stabilizes, if spot CVD improves, and if price can break short-term resistance.
Brothers, do you think the selling pressure in this downturn is nearing its end? #10月FOMC临近,美联储暂停加息还有哪些变数? BTC's 80,000 level has been repeatedly tested recently; it was probed again today but didn't break deeply. The daily chart shows a slow decline with bearish momentum, rising volume is low, and the decline has long lower shadows, indicating buyers below but also real selling pressure above. ETH is weaker, lingering around 2350-2400 for several days, closer to previous lows than BTC. Altcoins have fallen more than the majors, with funds clearly moving into BTC for safety.
The market is still weighed down by a few factors: unstable US stocks with the Nasdaq pulling back; high oil prices and cautious macro sentiment; most directly, continuous net outflows from spot ETFs in recent days as institutions withdraw; combined with long liquidations in futures, which added to the downward pressure. Weekend liquidity is thin, so order sweeps back and forth are normal—don't get caught by false breakouts.
My view: short-term consolidation continues. BTC must hold 80,000 and reclaim 82,000 to have a chance to move higher; if it breaks below 80,000 effectively and fails to recover, the downside targets 79,000 or even lower. ETH's 2350 level is critical; breaking it opens more downside, and to strengthen it needs to reclaim 2450-2500. The current level is neither cheap nor expensive, just waiting for direction. The key is macro sentiment and ETF fund flows, which will decide whether there is a rebound or continued slow decline.
$BTC $SOL $ETHFirst, look at the trading framework: do not chase highs before the meeting, keep a neutral to slightly bullish position, and the real point to add positions should wait for confirmation after the meeting.
The confirmation signals are simple: 1. Can BTC hold steady above the 80,000 mark? 2. Does ETF capital return to net inflow? If both are met, the year-end rally can be gradually positioned; if BTC repeatedly fails to break above 80,000 and U.S. Treasury yields rise rapidly, risk exposure should be reduced. Compared to guessing the direction before the meeting, holding spot and waiting for a clear trend is more stable.
The reason for this arrangement: the probability of the FOMC keeping rates unchanged in October has reached 92.8% (CME data), so the result itself is not much of a surprise; the key is how the tone will be set for December and next year after the meeting. The market currently prices in about a 75% chance of another rate hike in December; if October confirms a pause, it will instead strengthen the narrative that "tightening is nearing its end."
ETH has greater elasticity because it is more sensitive to interest rate expectations. Once a peak expectation forms, its recovery speed often surpasses BTC. But if the statement still retains the "further tightening" tone, the rebound in risk assets may only be a pulse.
$BTC $ETH $SOL$BTC $ETH Two-day review: surge followed by pullback, the 80,000 level tested again
On 10/22, BTC surged to 84,876 and ETH to 2,527 before steadily declining; BTC bottomed at 79,758; ETH bottomed at 2,326. ETH fell more than BTC, indicating a defensive stance by funds. The 1-hour chart ended with a high-volume long bearish candle, hugging the lower Bollinger Band.
- In October last year, BTC hit a historical high of about 126,000, then declined continuously; November was the worst month since June 2022.
- In June this year, BTC briefly dropped below 60,000, hitting a low of 59,099, the lowest since October 2024, triggered by Strategy reductions and delayed regulatory bills.
- It then rebounded to above 80,000, slipped below 80,000 in mid-October, and then bounced back to around 84,500. There is clear resistance near 84,000; currently, it is range-bound after the rebound.
News
Brent crude oil rose above $111, fueling inflation concerns and suppressing demand for risk assets. The crypto industry lacks new positive catalysts, and chasing funds are trapped, easily triggering chain stop-losses.
Conclusion
Short-term weakness, mid-term range-bound; main variables are oil prices and inflation. It is not recommended to catch falling knives during high-volume sell-offs; wait for stabilization before considering, and control leverage positions. #10月FOMC临近,美联储暂停加息还有哪些变数? 🔥Extreme divergence on the eve of FOMC: ETH frantically buying insurance, BTC calmly consolidating!
With the dual windows of the election and interest rate decision approaching, the market shows extreme structural divergence📊: ETH whales collectively buying downside insurance, BTC funds holding the bottom steady as a rock.
ETH options shorts are fully hedging❗ The October 26 expiration 2200 put contracts dominate trading, with a Put/Call ratio of 0.8 and the maximum pain point locked at 2200. The 25Δ put volatility is 7.4 vol higher than calls, institutions are aggressively bottom-fishing puts in advance to guard against breakdown risk.
In contrast, BTC sentiment is steady and slightly bullish, with a Put/Call ratio only between 0.66–0.70, showing balanced long and short bias. Strong support at 81,000 underpins the bottom, heavy selling pressure caps at 85,000, and the entire process is a range-bound consolidation awaiting the FOMC outcome.
The root of divergence is clear at a glance: ETH saw a net outflow of 1.08 billion in October, the largest drop this year, with extremely one-sided buying and stagnation in major holdings; while BTC continues to attract funds through ETFs and treasuries, still able to return 500 million in a single day, with solid underlying chips.
Positioning strategy is clear✅
ETH current price 2370, 2330–2350 is the lifeline; breaking below will lead to a complete weakness, and all rebounds below 2450 are escape waves.
BTC holding 80,000 means range-bound shakeout; do not chase longs decisively unless it stabilizes above 85,000!
Funds are cautious and structure is split on the eve of the rate decision; avoid heavy positions and patiently wait for directional breakout!
#10月FOMC临近,美联储暂停加息还有哪些变数? The current market is like a drama you follow where you really need a character to stay up late for—only for the character you like to be killed off within a couple of episodes, so sudden, and they say "this is for realism."
BTC dropped from 81,846 to 80,451, down 1.34%; ETH from 2,413.98 to 2,351.55, down 1.75%; SOL from 105.01 to 101.14, down 3.11%. The entire market saw 498 million liquidated in 24 hours, with 340 million on long positions, and 179,389 people liquidated. This is not a "pullback," this is a premeditated long liquidation: giving you hope during the day, taking away your principal at night. BTC funding rate is 0.0034%, SOL 0.0022%, long position willingness to pay is almost zero, ETH long-short ratio is 3.17, retail investors are still holding on, but prices are listening to the bears. SOL’s Alpenglow upgrade dropped 2.4% on the night it launched, turning good news into a cover for selling.

The market generally prices in a pause in rate hikes this time, but it is easy to underestimate the hawkish risks of this meeting.
Core inflation is falling slower than expected, combined with upward pressure from oil prices, so the Federal Reserve will not easily close the door on rate hikes. The dot plot and Powell's press conference wording are key variables; if the tone is hawkish, U.S. Treasury yields will rebound and continue to suppress the crypto market.
In the short term, bearish forces dominate the market. Do not take the "pause in rate hikes" directly as a positive. Maintain light positions before the news is released, focus on observing the strength of support levels, and be wary of a secondary dip after the positive news is priced in.
#10月FOMC临近,美联储暂停加息还有哪些变数?
$BTC $ETH The sharp sell-off in semiconductors is essentially a negative feedback cascade triggered by Wall Street hedge funds suffering losses in the overcrowded AI trades and being forced to deleverage.
This explains why stocks with strong earnings reports still plummeted. However, this is a liquidity crisis on the funding side and does not equate to a deterioration in the industry's fundamentals.
In the short term, there is no need to fight this inertia selling pressure; the slight rebound in the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index also indicates that momentum has not yet recovered.
Next, remain patient and focus on observing whether next week's earnings reports from tech giants can prove the returns on AI investments and whether institutional selling pressure eases.
Only after passive sell-offs are cleared and fundamentals regain control over pricing will it be the right time to reallocate into high-quality leading stocks.Brothers, be cautious, I feel this market is too strange.
Whether it's US stocks or cryptocurrencies, everything is falling now, and it's a slow decline.
It's not a crash with a sharp drop, but a slow torment for us bulls.
Look at $SNDK's trend, dropping steadily from 1318 down to 1205, with no rebound at all.
What's the most fatal? The news is clear: it has broken below the 200-day moving average for the first time!
Veteran traders know the 200-day line is the bull-bear lifeline; once broken, it means a major sell-off is just beginning.
Every rebound now is just to lure bulls to take the dip, then continue the slow decline.
Honestly, this slow decline has been tormenting me too.
My long position entered at 1262 is now directly down 25%.
So, the core strategy must change: follow the trend, focus on shorting!
Why no crash? Because a crash would scare retail investors into panic selling, washing out positions too quickly.
The main force prefers a slow decline, dropping a little every day, making you think "a rebound is coming soon," constantly adding positions, and eventually wearing you out.
The current trading space is very clear: don't try to guess the bottom. If it rebounds near the moving average around 1240-1260 and can't break through, that's an excellent shorting point.

#10月FOMC临近,美联储暂停加息还有哪些变数? $ETH 2,330: Short position cost line is only $5 away
ETH is currently trading around $2,330, significantly retreating from the intraday high of $2,417. OKX Orbit snapshot shows that among 704 whales, short positions hold $1.05 billion, while long positions only $322 million, with a nominal long-short ratio of 30.52%. The average short entry price is $2,335.73; the current price is still slightly below this line, so shorts maintain a small floating profit, but the buffer is only about $5; once $2,335.73 is reclaimed, shorts will turn to floating losses, increasing the pressure to cover. The average long whale price is $2,684, with the area above $2,684 being a dense resistance zone for rebounds.
Liquidation heatmap: Breaking below $2,286 triggers $676 million in long liquidations on major CEXs; breaking above $2,513 triggers $605 million in short liquidations. Closer to $2,259 below corresponds to $450 million in long liquidations, and above $2,484 corresponds to $652 million in short liquidations.
Funding is relatively cold: ETH spot ETFs have seen a cumulative net outflow of about $1.08 billion in October, marking the largest monthly outflow this year, but the price has not accelerated downward, indicating that spot selling pressure is being absorbed by chip rotation.
Directional reference: $2,335 is the short-term cost boundary between longs and shorts; reclaiming and holding above it points to a rebound target of $2,420–$2,450; a valid daily break below $2,286 activates long liquidation zones, with downside targets at $2,259 and then $2,200 Oh no, right in the middle of the weekend when everyone is resting,
the bear whales launched a sneak attack to crash the $BTC price,
not even sparing the $SNDK stock of SanDisk.
Can't the bulls just have a peaceful weekend?
BTC has now touched the October 15th low around 79,000, where the support is very strong. Let's see if it can consolidate here before breaking down further.
Given the current weakness of the bulls, I think it will most likely break down, first hitting the previous bulls' stop losses, then going lower to find a new bottom, which many are eyeing at 75,000.
Then it will consolidate there for a few days, do a fake breakdown, and then surge upwards, similar to the movement around September 16th.
SanDisk $SNDK also pierced the October 8th low, and the bears remain strong. I think the bulls are probably waiting for the earnings report around the 28th to launch a counterattack!🔥Today the market taught everyone a lesson: so-called safe-haven assets can also be sold off when facing liquidity pressure!
📉Tensions in the Middle East are rising, Brent crude oil has broken through $115, and inflation concerns are heating up accordingly. The market currently expects a high probability of a Fed rate hike in December.
💥So what happened? BTC is under pressure near $80,000, and gold briefly fell below $4,000. Assets originally seen as safe-haven choices can also be sold off because investors need cash or want to reduce risk.
🧠Here's the key: when the market worries about higher interest rates and more expensive capital, investors may not be willing to continue holding volatile assets.
⚠️But don’t directly interpret this as the end of BTC’s long-term logic. Short-term liquidity shocks and long-term value judgments are two different things.
Brothers, if oil prices keep rising, do you think BTC will rebound first or continue to be under pressure? #10月FOMC临近,美联储暂停加息还有哪些变数? Why is $80,000 more important support than any before?
① The average cost of corporate earnings holdings is here—breaking below will undermine confidence in “institutional support”
Glassnode estimates that the average purchase cost of Bitcoin in corporate earnings holdings is about $80,000. This means that once the price effectively falls below this level, a large number of corporate Bitcoin positions will collectively be at an unrealized loss. Although this will not directly trigger forced selling, the narrative of “institutional support” will be substantially shaken—the impact on market confidence is often more profound than the actual selling pressure.
② This is the lower boundary of the box defined by Glassnode—losing it means a recalibration of pricing logic
Glassnode clearly pointed out in the weekly report on October 21 that Bitcoin is trapped within the $80,000 - $87,000 range: strong buy orders gather near $80,000, while significant selling pressure exists in the $85,000-$87,500 range. The price touching the lower boundary of the box is a normal test of the box logic itself; but if the daily close effectively breaks below, it means the market needs to find a new pricing anchor for Bitcoin, which is likely to shift down to $77,876 or even the $76,700-$72,500 range.
③ The ETF’s “single-day reversal” has turned from a narrative into sustained capital outflow
On October 22, there was an inflow of 1.05 billion. Then on October 23, another outflow of $322 million occurred, with BlackRock IBIT and Fidelity FBTC simultaneously losing funds. This means the previous judgment that “ETF is supporting the bottom” is being corrected by continuous capital outflows—the “thickness” of support is thinning, which is the most direct pressure facing the $80,000 defense line.
$BTC $ETH $IRYS #AI需求支撑存储市场,芯片股行情反复 The $ETH short position opened this morning, with an average entry price of 2383.26, just below the daily pivot point, currently showing a floating profit of 36.73%, holding the initiative in the position. The current price is around 2369, showing weak intraday oscillation. In terms of trend, ETH has broken below the 50-day SMA at 2548 and other short-term moving averages, forming a complete bearish structure; however, the 200-day SMA at 2157.91 remains unbroken, indicating the current decline is a deep correction rather than a complete reversal. The 14-period RSI has dropped to 38, approaching oversold territory, with bearish momentum stalled but not exhausted. The capital flow battle is intense, with a net outflow of $1.06 billion from Ethereum ETFs in October suppressing the rebound, but whales have increased holdings by 155 million between 2400 and 2500, and contract shorts have sharply decreased while longs have risen, indicating a positive rebalancing of positions and a narrowing of downside space by hedging forces. The future watershed lies around 2350: a volume-driven break below the 2337 to 2318 range will test the lower Bollinger band at 2294; if it holds, a rebound will test 2415, and breaking above that will invalidate the bearish structure. The current 20x full position liquidation price is far above at 6469, with no risk of forced liquidation, making a one-sided market unlikely in the short term. It is recommended to use a trailing stop to protect profits and closely monitor the gain or loss of 2350 as a decision anchor. #10月FOMC临近,美联储暂停加息还有哪些变数? Bitcoin could be decades away from becoming a widely used everyday payment currency if it ever reaches that stage.
Until then, USD-denominated, income-generating senior tranches backed by Bitcoin-based balance sheets could increasingly serve as a form of money, while $BTC acts as the underlying reserve asset.
This idea echoes a prediction Hal Finney made back in 2010:
“Bitcoin could ultimately become a reserve currency for banks, much like gold served the banking system.
#SKhynixQ3HBM4Earnings Fell below 80,000, is 78,000 far away?
Tonight BTC directly fell below the 80,000 mark, the market's damage is visible to the naked eye.
The core reason is the continued escalation of the Middle East situation combined with concentrated long positions, which took away a large number of long orders in one wave.
New conflicts have broken out again in Yemen, with the Houthi forces claiming coalition airstrikes caused casualties locally. Regional friction shows no signs of easing, and market concerns about oil supply have resurfaced.
Inflation expectations are rising, continuously pressuring risk assets like crypto.
The data side shows strong contradictions.
In 24 hours, BTC funding saw a slight net inflow of 271.697 BTC, indicating some funds are quietly buying in, but the strength of the net inflow has sharply shrunk compared to the previous day, showing a clear lack of buying momentum.
On the other hand, liquidation data is much harsher. $BTC 24-hour liquidations surged to $68,426,700, nearly doubling from the previous day. In just one hour, the entire network saw liquidations of $135 million, the vast majority being long positions liquidated. $ETH selling pressure is also heavy, with a 24-hour drop exceeding 2%.
It’s clear that a small amount of funds are bottom-fishing while leveraged longs are being continuously harvested simultaneously.
Once geopolitical news ferments, the market is prone to rapid sell-offs. Clustered long positions easily trigger chain liquidations, further pushing prices down.
Net capital inflow only means some funds are willing to buy the dip but cannot withstand the panic selling caused by news.

The Federal Reserve is very likely to hold steady in October, but the risk of rate hikes by year-end looms large, and BTC, ETH may experience severe volatility.
The market has long priced in the expectation of stability in October, so this meeting is unlikely to impact the market significantly; it is a predictable event.
The core risk factors truly influencing the market trend are concentrated at year-end. Institutional funds have already begun to price in the expectation of tightening by year-end. Once rate hikes are implemented, overall market liquidity will contract again, continuously suppressing the strength of the market rebound.
#AI需求支撑存储市场,芯片股行情反复 #中东原油供应风险再起,油价持续走强 $BTC $ETH $IRYS Just now, nearly 200 million was liquidated in one hour, with long positions accounting for 96%. This liquidation structure is very clean: it's leverage being swept, not someone dumping spot. A characteristic of deleveraging is that it's fast, concentrated, and stops once done, which fits this case. $BTC hit around 80,700 and held, not continuing to break lower.
But one detail can't be ignored: with this drop, BTC's daily close fell below the 50-day moving average for the first time since August. Previously, this line always held on dips, but now it's pressing from above, turning support into resistance.
Deleveraging is technical, while breaking the level is structural. The former finishes in a couple of hours, the latter takes several days to determine if it's real or false.
Spot hasn't been idle either: ETFs saw outflows of over 700 million in two days, which is real money withdrawing, not leverage. So yes, it's deleveraging, but don't mistake deleveraging for a bottom—clearing leverage only means no one is being forcibly liquidated anymore, not that buyers have started.
Below, 80,000 is the critical point; if broken, look to 78,000; for $ETH, 2,350 is the last trendline, losing that means 2,200.
#BTC现货ETF资金反复,市场买盘能否企稳? Bought some new ones tonight. $LINK position is very small, just an observation position.
Why buy it? The tokenization of stocks is currently a hot topic, and the excitement is about which issuance platform can stand out. This is guessing the winner, and I can't guess. But there's one thing that can't be bypassed: stocks are not just a string of prices; they pay dividends, split shares, suspend trading, vote—these real-world events need someone to bring them onto the chain, and accurately. If done wrong, on-chain settlement will directly cause problems.
The ones doing this work are oracles. $LINK has been in this position for so many years, belonging to the "selling shovels" category—no matter which platform wins in the end, someone has to hand out the shovels.
But I don't pretend to understand: from "being used" to "price rising," there could be a year or two in between, or it might never rise at all. So the position is small, small enough that losing it wouldn't hurt, small enough that I'm willing to seriously check on it every week.
$BTC and ETH remain as usual, no movement today.
This observation position is not proof of optimism, but a reason for myself to keep watching.
Do you have that kind of "buy a little first, force yourself to research" position? Let's talk in the comments👇
#BTC现货ETF资金反复,市场买盘能否企稳? BTC is just one step away from 70,000, focusing on support, not rebound.
BTC current price is 80,337, down 1.33% in 24 hours, lowest at 80,031, the key round number has been tested. This is not a panic sell-off, but a buying strike: a continuous decline over 4 hours without volume rebound, no one is buying even when it drops to 80,000.
The funding situation has not improved. The spot BTC ETF had a net outflow of $635.5 million on the 22nd, the largest since June, and another outflow of $137.9 million on the 23rd, continuous outflows, turning negative this month, institutional selling pressure remains unabsorbed.
The contract structure is even more crowded. BTC, ETH, and SOL perpetual contracts all have negative premiums, but the long-short account ratio still reaches 2.15, longs are not leaving but rather accumulating. Price is going down while positions are going long, so it cannot be considered a bottom.
ETH at 2,348, down 1.91%, lost 2,400 support; SOL at $100.71, down 3.39%, briefly broke 100 during the session but barely pulled back to 103, which is still a correction, not a reversal.
Currently, the focus is on whether BTC can hold 80,000; only after stabilizing above 81,000 will 81,900 be considered. Before the FOMC decision in four days, funds will not show their stance in advance, and I remain pessimistic. Yet the incoming chair has refused to signal anything in advance, leaving markets in the uncomfortable position of trading a forecast that could flip without warning. After the decline narrows, should trading public chains be evaluated by net revenue or transaction volume?
In this morning's spot snapshot, INJ's 24-hour price change was -2.45%, with a range of 7.556—8.325 USDT.
Transaction volume may be driven by incentives, while net fees and user retention better reflect economic quality. A small decline does not prove growth recovery, nor does it confirm that selling pressure has cleared.
If trading and net revenue remain stable after subsidies decrease, the recovery logic is strengthened; if transaction volume falls as incentives withdraw, long-term valuation assumptions should be lowered.BTC at 80,000 has been repeatedly tested recently, and today it dipped again but didn't break deeply. The daily chart shows a slight bearish drift; volume doesn't keep up during rallies, and during declines, the long lower shadows indicate buyers stepping in below, but there's solid resistance above. ETH is performing worse, hovering between 2350 and 2400 for several days, closer to previous lows than BTC. Altcoins overall have fallen more than BTC, with funds clearly moving into major coins.
The pressure still comes from a few external factors: unstable US stocks with the Nasdaq pulling back; high oil prices leading to cautious macro sentiment; significant net outflows from spot ETFs in recent days indicating institutional withdrawal, which is the most direct factor; and contract long liquidations adding fuel to the fire. Weekend liquidity is poor, so back-and-forth sweeps are normal—don't get fooled by false breakouts.
My view: short-term consolidation continues. BTC needs to hold 80,000 and then break above 82,000 to have a chance to move higher; if it falls below 80,000 and can't recover, look toward 79,000 or even lower. ETH's 2350 level is critical; breaking below opens more downside. To strengthen, ETH must reclaim 2450 to 2500 first. The current levels are neither cheap nor expensive—just waiting for direction. Macro factors and ETF flows will determine whether the next move is a rebound or continued bearish drift.

32,380 BTC (approximately $2.6 billion) flowed into exchanges in a single day, the highest since April;
On October 22, spot BTC ETF net outflow was $635 million, the largest since June; 89% of liquidations were long positions.
This indicates the dominant force is high-leverage longs being forced to close, not retail bottom-fishing.
But "history repeating" is not so linear. Last time, a similar inflow preceded a peak, with the background of high-level long accumulation; this time, leverage cleaning and ETF institutional withdrawal are happening simultaneously. ETF outflows are a new structural selling pressure, more sustained than pure leverage liquidation.
If leverage cleaning finishes but ETF outflows continue and spot buying does not catch up: 80K is likely to face resistance, with 77K as the next liquidity target.
If ETFs reverse to inflows and spot buying supports: this wave looks more like cleaning rather than a peak.
It's not a simple replay, but a conditional double-hit scenario. Whether 80K holds depends on whether ETF outflows continue, not on single-day inflows themselves. @OKX中文 @OKX星球 $BTC What's going on? The big player liquidated 7 types of tokens at once, bearish on the market?

The October FOMC pause in rate hikes is not a positive sign at all. Everyone is focused on the very high probability of a pause, but they overlook the real grinder: the duration of the high interest rate environment. PMI is off the charts, sales price increases are the fastest in over a year, inflation is far from dead. This is not the Fed turning dovish; they are waiting for the right moment to act. The market treats the pause as a free pass, but in reality, it's a dull knife cutting into flesh.
Look at $BTC, Bitcoin is now just holding sideways on sentiment alone. ETFs are all pulse-like funds, coming in briefly then pulling out, with no long-term capital support. The overhead trapped positions are heavy; without a flood of liquidity, it simply can't break through. Long-term bullish but short-term expecting a pullback, don't mistake the pause for a reversal. If shorting, you must firmly set stop losses.
Look at $ETH, Ethereum remains the most fragile. ETF outflows can't be stopped, the ecosystem has no new breakout points, no support. High interest rate liquidity drain hits it first; when the market softens, it falls hardest. Don't be fooled by sideways trading as stability; once funds withdraw, the drop will definitely accelerate.
Look at $XAUT, gold, the logic is completely different. As long as high interest rates persist, short-term rebounds are just fleeting. The trump cards are geopolitical safe haven demand and central bank purchases. Once the economy is truly priced to not withstand high rates, gold will run an independent trend. Don't trap long-term logic in short-term sentiment.
The Fed is always thinking three steps ahead; until inflation is crushed, the high interest rate knife remains hanging. The market is a grinder where everyone is pulling from each other's pockets. Control your hands, don't catch flying knives; survival is everything. On the eve of the FOMC meeting, the market experienced a clear sell-off, with BTC hitting a low of 79980 and ETH dipping near 2331. Hourly moving averages are all under bearish pressure, with funds preemptively fleeing to avoid risk.
The mainstream market expectation is that the Federal Reserve will pause rate hikes this time, but a pause does not mean a shift to easing. The biggest variable is not whether rates will be raised, but the post-meeting statements. Even if rates remain unchanged, as long as the Fed keeps the door open for future hikes and signals a hawkish tone, rising U.S. Treasury yields will continue to suppress risk assets like BTC and ETH. Inflation stickiness, employment resilience, and oil price disturbances are all potential factors.
Short-term selling pressure has partially eased, but the downtrend has not reversed. Key support for BTC is at the 79980 low, and for ETH, whether 2331 can hold is critical. Volatility is expected to increase further before the meeting, so blind bottom-fishing is not recommended. Manage your positions carefully, wait for the meeting outcome, and make decisions after clarifying the expectation gap.

$BTC $ETH As of 10 PM on October 24, $BTC was quoted at approximately $80,600, down 1.5% in 24 hours, with an intraday low dipping to $80,300, currently testing a key support level.
The short-term downward momentum has clearly slowed, with a slight 0.45% drop over 5 days, much less than the cumulative 3.66% decline over 20 days. Trading volume is 20% below the 30-day average, indicating weak market willingness to short.
This is mainly due to a single-day net outflow of $636 million from the US Bitcoin ETF, with institutional funds flowing out in the short term combined with macroeconomic uncertainties suppressing the price. However, the price still remains above the 90-day and 200-day moving averages, so the long-term trend has not deteriorated. On the eve of the FOMC, BTC holds at the 80,000 cost line
Over the weekend, BTC was tugging around 80,500, today it dipped to a low of 80,451, and the 80,000 (corporate holding cost line) has not been touched yet — but starting tomorrow, this defense line will face three consecutive macro pressures.
Three layers of transmission to BTC:
① Liquidity: Rising expectations of rate hikes (December probability ~78%) + Brent crude at $112, interest-free asset BTC is the first to be repriced
② Risk appetite: Weak tech stocks, oil prices pushing inflation, funds actively reducing exposure, spot ETFs have seen consecutive outflows (on 10/22 single-day -635 million, the largest since 6/25)
③ Market pricing: Some have already bottomed out, but 80,000 not broken means no collapse; once broken, treasury companies will have unrealized losses on their books, and passive selling pressure will self-reinforce
Watch: 10/28 FOMC decision, US stock market opening next Monday, ETF inflows on Monday to be refilled.

(Market analysis, not investment advice)Brian Armstrong said early this morning that by 2030, about $5 trillion of global commerce could be driven by agents, and stablecoins are best suited for agent payments.
I don't disagree with the direction. I have a practical test from BeInCrypto statistics: x402 on Base and Solana over 35 days, 6.4 million transactions, totaling $119,947, with 90.8% under one cent.
The number of transactions does not equal demand. Next, I will look at the amount and independent payers. $COIN $USDC #10月FOMC临近,美联储暂停加息还有哪些变数? $SHIB reminds me of a phrase I came across recently calling it a "domestic big-brand black technology."
Its structure is actually very simple: it hangs on a meme anchor, with the price following the hype, having little to do with real business. Today the trading volume is over 4 million U, and the volume is still expanding — a 1.4x increase in volume doesn't raise the price, it just creates noise. At 4.93e-06, it’s still hovering around the middle position of the past six months, down 15% in 30 days, down 7% in 90 days, down 20% in half a year, with a trend of a slow downward slope. There are no new products or new narratives behind it, only sentiment remains.
The biggest trap in this structure is the "cheap illusion." Many retail investors see this price and think they can easily buy ten million tokens, like they've caught a big bargain — but this is just the diluted denominator. $SHIB This is where market structure matters more than the excitement around a breakout.
BTC’s rejection near $85K, ETF outflows, and weakness across tech stocks point to a market struggling to sustain buying pressure. But calling every sharp rejection a bull trap overlooks the bigger picture. Liquidity, positioning, and broader risk sentiment all play a role.
I’m watching how BTC reacts around $80K and whether buyers can reclaim lost ground.$WDC (Western Digital/SanDisk) surged last year riding the AI storage boom, climbing from a low to 2300, and has now directly fallen back to the 1200-1400 range.
SanDisk differs from $SKHYNIX and $MU in that its business scope is narrower, so its volatility is greater and less stable.
#With the October FOMC approaching, what uncertainties remain as the Federal Reserve pauses rate hikes?
The initial surge from the low was a perfect tailwind from the AI storage supercycle. At that time, US Treasury yields were continuously falling, capital was frantically embracing AI chips and the HBM story, and storage, as the "shovel seller," saw both volume and price rise, kicking off a NAND flash price increase cycle. In this one-sided strong rally, Western Digital (including the SanDisk brand) had strong expectations for a performance turnaround, amplifying the rise exponentially and creating this epic surge. Many retail investors saw the huge profits and entered, further crowding #SK海力士Q3财报在即,HBM4能否提振盈利?, pushing prices to extreme highs.
The current drop from the high to the present is a double whammy. First, the macro logic reversed. Oil prices continue to rise, inflation expectations, Middle East turmoil, delayed rate cut expectations, rising US Treasury yields, and growth sector valuations under pressure. The storage sector's high-level positive factors have been realized, capital is focused on taking profits, and SanDisk is falling in sync with the index. Second, an unexpected point: SanDisk competes with Micron Technology, and the current situation is unstable. Coupled with Micron's earnings beating expectations, traders are more inclined to allocate funds to the more stable Micron. Bitcoin ETF flows are showing just how fragile market sentiment is right now.
Over $1B flowed in within three days, only for the next two sessions to wipe out the entire recovery. Institutional demand is still there, but the inconsistency makes it harder to trust the rebound.
I’d be watching whether inflows can hold consistently before calling a real shift in momentum.
#BTCETFFlowSwings IBIT is absorbing, the rest are selling off — same week, same BTC.
Farside (Deep Tide TechFlow): The US spot Bitcoin ETF had a cumulative net inflow of about $301.2 million from around 10/19–23 this week; BlackRock IBIT net inflow was about $565.7 million, while other funds combined had a net outflow of about $264.5 million. On Thursday alone, there was a net outflow of about $635.6 million. At the time of writing, BTC is around 80,500.
Honestly: The weekly positive turnaround relies solely on IBIT's support, which doesn't mean the entire market is flowing back; the first three days saw about +$1.07 billion, then the last two days gave back about $770 million, showing a fragile structure.
Do you believe next week IBIT will hold alone again, or will the whole market flow back together?
Keep an eye on it, I'll continue to analyze ETF flows next week.
$BTC $BTC Bitcoin currently has quite strong support around the 80,000 level below, with multiple recent tests failing to break it effectively. Once it dropped to about 79,800 and quickly rebounded, so the bulls in the market generally consider this a short-term defense line. However, with the major event of the US midterm elections coming early next month, don't forget that the previous consolidation adjustment phase from 82,000+ to 75,000 was also during the arrival of interest rate hikes and major crypto legislation events. At that time, the market generally regarded the 76,000 support level as a key support, similar to the current 80,000 position. As a result, driven by major negative panic sentiment, the whales directly pushed it down to around 75,000, breaking the strong 76,000 support level—a fake breakdown to induce shorts—causing most bulls to liquidate or stop loss, capturing a lot of long liquidity, then exploding up to 87,000+.
So the current neckline support around 80,000 is also considered a strong defensive support line by most bulls in the market. With the upcoming major US midterm election event, could the same script play out? Using the momentum to break down and drop near the lower boundary of the consolidation structure, around 78,000-79,000, then followed by another explosive rally?
