Pre-market jump of 12%, $SMCI at 36 dollars, I won't chase for now
AMD released a quarterly forecast early this morning Beijing time:
For the quarter ending in September, revenue is expected to be between 18.5 and 19.5 billion dollars, originally guided only 14.5 to 15.5 billion.
Gross margin was also raised from 10.4%–10.8% to 12%–12.5%.
Market expectations compiled by LSEG were around 15.2 billion, so this is a solid beat.
Reuters said pre-market price jumped directly to 36.69 dollars, with Dell and HPE also rising.
I think the numbers are really solid; demand for AI servers hasn't cooled down.
But a gross margin just over 12% means it still relies on volume sales, and these are only preliminary unaudited figures; the full report will be released at 6 AM Beijing time on November 4.
My approach is not to chase the gap up, but to see if it can hold 35 after the open.
If it holds, then we’ll see; if it fills the gap and falls back below 33, then treat this move as just sentiment-driven.
Do you think this is a new round of rally or just another pulse?

#奈飞Q3盈利超预期,广告业务增长放缓 🔥 This time, altcoin funds in the US market are avoiding privacy coins and instead rushing to "supply contraction" tokens.
$NEAR rose about 11% to surpass $5.2, breaking into the top ranks of the top 100 coin gainers. Two strong catalysts: NEAR Intents cross-chain swap volume picking up, and fee buyback of tokens; the governance proposal also plans to cut annual inflation from 2.5% to 1.6%. In one hour during the evening, short positions worth $650,000 were liquidated, indicating a short squeeze. $ENA also rebounded about 10% simultaneously, but with USDe supply at 4.7 billion still far from the 7.5 billion buyback trigger line, its quality is relatively weaker.
Reminder: Tokens that surge 5% in an hour also pull back quickly. For NEAR, watch the $5.0 level as the short squeeze starting point; do not chase if it breaks below.
I am bullish on NEAR's deflationary narrative but will not chase this bullish candle—the short squeeze money comes fast and goes fast.
Do you think coins with halved inflation deserve a valuation premium?

The narrative around real-world assets is heating up, but can the underlying yields actually reach the token holders?
In today's afternoon spot market snapshot, ONDO's 24-hour price change is +2.96%, ranging from 0.431 to 0.4623 USDT.
Today it outperformed BTC, but the scale of underlying asset management, product yields, and token economic rights must be separated. A popular product does not automatically grant the governance token an equal share of cash flow.
The key verification points are the rights mechanism and sustainable demand. If only the product scale increases without improving token value capture, the valuation premium will still rely on expectations rather than realized income.NEAR is going to reduce issuance! But this time, the most dissatisfied might be the stakers.
The House of Stake's HSP-029 proposal has entered the voting phase: it plans to gradually lower NEAR's annual issuance cap from 2.5% to 1.6%, completing the adjustment over 24 months.
At first glance, this looks like good news! Fewer new tokens mean less dilution pressure on holders.
But don't rush to call a bull market yet.
This adjustment essentially redistributes benefits.
Non-stakers will bear less inflation dilution; stakers will face reduced returns. According to the proposal's calculations, the annualized staking yield will drop from about 5.27% to 3.37%.
What's more interesting is that this isn't just a simple number change to be implemented immediately. After the proposal passes the governance vote, validators still need to adopt it through the standard protocol upgrade process. In other words, passing the vote does not mean immediate effect.
I think there are three key things to watch:
1️⃣ Whether the vote can pass: the supermajority threshold is not just for show.
2️⃣ Whether validators agree: after returns drop, how will validators handle operating costs and survival pressure?
3️⃣ Whether the market will preemptively hype expectations: reduced issuance lowers new supply, but price ultimately depends on demand, capital, and market sentiment.
Don't equate reduced issuance directly with a price surge. Less supply is one variable; whether demand can keep up is another.
$NEAR $ARB "Premium Shorting" = shorting when there's a premium (bulls are crowded), letting the MM help liquidate your longs.
Right now ARB is at a discount of -0.0871%, which is 4 times deeper than the -0.02% threshold = extreme short crowding = a window for MM to liquidate shorts.
Shorting here is like standing at the MM's ATM.
Correct conditions to open a premium short position (all three must be met):
premium ≥ +0.05% (premium, bull crowding)
Price at resistance/extension/EMA800 upper band
1H volume expansion without price increase (volume up but price stagnant)
None of these conditions are met now. If you want to short, wait for it to first reach the 0.19737–0.20429 range, then see if the premium turns positive.
These days it has been testing the resistance sma1000 at 0.20500. Only a firm break above can trigger a breakout These ten days $BTC has been grinding to the point of making people want to sleep, but I actually dare not sleep. The chips are squeezed like this, looking forward a few times, the back is all starting from 10,000 points.
Tesla and Meta will release earnings early Thursday morning. BTC now shares the same sentiment as US tech stocks; when tech stocks surge or plunge, it most likely moves along, so this might be the ignition point. What do you all think about this 10,000-point level, is it going up or down? On the eve of the rate decision, money is playing dead.
$BTC at 83,500, bulls vs bears 51.48 vs 48.52 — it looks like the bulls won, but only by 2.96 percentage points. This isn’t an advantage; it’s that no one dares to make the first move.
Even stranger is $XRP. The price rose 1.08%, yet the short position ratio climbed to 50.79%, forcibly pressing the bulls down. During the rally, some lined up to short; this isn’t smart money “hedging,” it’s someone betting that this rebound won’t go far.
$BTC: Is 80,000 a bottom or a trap lid?
The 80,000 level has been hammered more than once in the past month, each time being bought back. So many assume it’s “safe.” But another set of data contradicts this: ETF net outflows for two consecutive weeks, with $BTC spot ETFs bleeding about 910 million, institutions are withdrawing. The price hasn’t collapsed because whales are absorbing — exchange $BTC net inflows stopped since late August, so spot selling pressure is indeed marginally easing.
But the problem is: the rate decision meeting is at midnight on October 29, CME prices in only a 16% chance of a rate hike, while economists say it’s nearly 50/50. This expectation gap means big money won’t bet heavily before the decision. Unable to break above 84,200, and with funding rates not low, bulls pay interest every second waiting for a catalyst that may never come.
$ETH: More painful than $BTC because cracks have already appeared.
$ETH bulls vs bears 51.47 vs 48.53, almost a copy-paste of $BTC. But the underlying structure is very different.
The 2410-2440 range is the first intraday resistance, 2480-2500 is an EMA dense zone, and above 2550 is all trapped positions — every rebound wave has people waiting to break even and run. Whales are adding short positions on Hyperliquid, yet funding rates still favor longs. Both sides are betting, but shorts hold the ETF card: $ETH spot ETFs have seen nearly 1 billion outflows in October, with BlackRock’s ETHA as the main contributor.
The real level to watch is 2360. It was tested twice in recent days and pulled back, indicating someone is defending it. But holding doesn’t mean a counterattack is possible. If the rate decision is hawkish, once 2360 breaks, 2320 or even 2200 are not alarmist predictions.
The only hedge narrative is: JPMorgan deployed JPM Coin on Ethereum mainnet, not testnet, for real institutional payments and transfers; BitMine’s $ETH holdings have piled up to 6.04 million tokens, 4.9% of circulating supply, and Tom Lee’s exact words are “the current pullback is an attractive risk-reward opportunity.” On one side ETFs are selling, on the other, the biggest traditional finance players are moving business on-chain. Who’s smarter? Nobody knows. But the market is pricing the former.
$XRP: Shorts aren’t “quietly” overtaking, they’re openly betting.
A 50.79% short ratio paired with a 1.08% price increase is itself provocative.
Binance and Bybit’s smart money indicators have long fallen into extreme bearish territory, only OKX remains neutral. More importantly, leveraged funds’ net short positions on CME’s XRP have more than doubled, with 115 million tokens short exposure waiting for a price drop. Exchange XRP reserves have surged to an annual high of 1,181 billion tokens, supply side is also handing shorts knives.
But this is exactly where XRP is most dangerous — not for bulls, but for shorts themselves.
1.30-1.34 is a psychological support repeatedly tested over two years; every time it’s hammered down, buyers rush in to liquidate shorts. If the price not only doesn’t fall but first touches above 1.50, those 115 million shorts will turn from “ambush” into “fuel.” A short squeeze doesn’t need good news, it just needs the price to move first.
So in this market, who is really making a mistake?
$BTC and $ETH bulls are betting “the rate decision won’t be more hawkish,” shorts are betting “ETF outflows will ultimately crush the price.” $XRP shorts are more direct, betting “this rebound is fake.”
My feeling is: before the rate decision, all directional heavy bets are just giving money to the opponent. The real signals are only two — $BTC daily close above 84,200 with ETF net inflows exceeding 500 million for three consecutive days, or $ETH holding 2360 and breaking above 2440 with volume. Before that, a 51% bull ratio means nothing; it just tells you half the people have already lined up, waiting for the other half to make a mistake.
Comment below: do you think these $XRP shorts are lying in ambush or digging a hole for themselves?
#BTC现货ETF连续净流入,市场反应有限 #SpaceXQ3营收大增161%,AI业务成增长主力 #奈飞Q3盈利超预期,广告业务增长放缓 $BTC in this bear market, ETFs, whales, and treasury companies have not yet suffered devastating blows. One market with three manipulators is just too much 🧾 It's not the bulls buying that is driving the rise, but the shorts' stop losses.
First, admit the mistake: At 18:26 I said it wouldn't hold above 83,712; at 21:00 it touched 83,899, so I was half wrong.
The funding rate settled at 16:00 was 0.007237%, the highest today; now it's 0.00358%, cut in half.
24-hour liquidations doubled to 325 million, shorts account for 75%–88%; in the last hour, 95%–98%.
The rise is due to shorts being forced to buy back, not new longs chasing.
Open interest is up 3.97% in 24 hours, but down 0.72% in the last half hour. Shorts are closing, new longs haven't fully taken over.
ZEC: +14.69%, funding rate still negative at −0.00503%. The one that rose the most, shorts are still paying.
My ambitious cousin ZEC 50x short at 850, now 1,312, a difference of 462 points.
Judgment: This is the last squeeze of shorts, not the first leg of a breakout. Once shorts are cleared, the upward push disappears.
Falsifiable: If before 24:00 it retests 83,240 (17:00 low was 83,223.6); if it closes above 84,200, consider me wrong.
Wrong twice and still writing a third post, like falling twice but still riding a bike 😂

Can the short squeeze continue for another round, or will it end tonight?
$BTC #OctoberFOMC approaching, what variables remain with the Fed pausing rate hikes?SOL ETF has seen net outflows for 12 consecutive trading days, yet the coin price has touched around 108; I’m not chasing it.
The US SOL spot ETF had another outflow of $2.65 million on 10/20, all from Grayscale GSOL, totaling $33.15 million outflows over the past 5 trading days.
On the same day, BTC spot ETF still had a net inflow of $23.16 million; institutional money only recognizes Bitcoin.
SOL, however, has rebounded steadily from the low of 100.42 on 10/19, with OKX reporting 107.65 at 21:07, up about 3% in 24 hours.
The 4-hour chart just broke above the MA60, but the long upper shadow at 108.27 on 10/20 hasn’t been erased yet.
I think this move looks more like a passive rebound following BTC; before ETF funds turn back, it’s hard to break through the 108 level in one go.
My approach is to observe and not chase: wait for a 4-hour close firmly above 108.27 and net inflows in the ETF before acting.
If it falls back to 103.5, it means the rebound failed; breaking below 100.42 invalidates this range logic.
Will ETF funds turn back first, or will the coin price break through first? Which do you bet on?
$SOL $BTC $ETH
#SOL #BitcoinETFEthereum conclusion first: Multiple retests of 2300 without breaking ≠ a confirmed bottom formation; it only indicates short-term buying support around 2300, representing a consolidation and probing phase, a "suspected bottom range," but the bottom formation is not yet confirmed.
Repeatedly testing 2300 and pulling back
1. Chip support: There are spot orders and option support positions near 2300; bears are unwilling to continue pushing down at this level. Short-term bears take profits and bottom-fishing funds enter, so it rebounds each time;
2. Shakeout characteristics: Repeatedly piercing this level is to shake out short-term intolerant bottom-fishing longs; often in a downtrend continuation box, support is tested multiple times, giving a false impression of "unable to fall further";
3. Macro constraints remain: If U.S. Treasury yields, dollar liquidity, and ETF inflows do not continuously improve, this support can easily be broken by a single piece of news.
• After retesting 2300, it no longer quickly falls back but gradually stabilizes above resistance (e.g., around 2400, 2437), breaking out with volume above the box's upper edge;
• On-chain/spot funds shift from outflow to sustained net inflow, not just a pulse rebound driven by contract shorts covering;
• No new lows, with lows gradually rising (bottom lifting);
• Derivatives side: leverage selling pressure significantly decreases, long-term K-lines (daily/4H) show bullish divergence and indicator turning points.
✅ Healthy bottom formation scenario: Holding 2300, stabilizing above 2437, rising lows, and continuous capital inflow will open up rebound potential; $ETH bulls, do you feel a chill behind you?
Looking at the market's fiery rally, with everyone shouting about a quick bull return, I've been staring at this chart for a long time and only smell the bloody scent of the market makers sharpening their knives.
Everyone knows the truth: retail bulls are all crowded together like a porridge. But look up at the funding rate—it's a positive 0.007%! What does this mean? It means you longs not only have to buy at the top, but also pay "protection fees" to the shorts every few hours. The main players letting you party wildly are deliberately "fattening the pig," waiting until you run out of ammo before cutting you down!
Look at the current trend: ETH is around 2486 now. Although it’s been pulled up a bit, above are layers upon layers of trapped positions and sell orders. This hype driven by sentiment has no real money to absorb the selling pressure above. This kind of market looks like it’s breaking through 2500, but in reality, the main players are inducing a bull trap, deliberately creating a false breakout to lure the last batch of retail investors in.
Once this momentum gap breaks, those fake orders set up by the main players below will instantly vanish, and a cascade of liquidations will come crashing down like a waterfall.
Keep holding your short positions steady; don’t be fooled by the illusions in front of you. The calm before the storm is often the most deceptive.
$BTC $ZEC #BTC现货ETF连续净流入,市场反应有限 Netflix Q3 revenue was 12.87 billion, basically in line with expectations, up 11.8% year-over-year. EPS of 0.87 beat 0.82, and profit margin rose to 34.6%, which is the positive part.
However, the full-year ad guidance was cut from 3 billion to 2.7 billion, and Q4 revenue expectations are also conservative. For Netflix, whether growth can be sustained is more important than a slight beat in a single quarter, so the stock price falling first is not surprising.
Are you focusing on profit resilience this round, or on the follow-up of advertising?

If implemented as planned, the supply side will see continuous burning increase, but the Cloud Host emission schedule remains unchanged, so whether net supply pressure can decrease still depends on comparing with the additional emissions. The next step is to watch whether the first burn is fulfilled and how much the actual burn volume can cover the emissions during the same period. #ETF持续流出,BTC反弹能否延续? Binance just triggered a $11.96 million BTC short position liquidation, with nearly $195 million in short liquidations across the entire network in 24 hours, and shorts accounting for nearly 70%. The straight line surge on the 1-minute chart is the forced short covering push.
What changed? BTC quickly surged between 82,900 and 83,800, with volume instantly expanding, but then the price stalled around 83,770, failing to accelerate further upward.
Why is this worth noting? The fuel for this rally was short stop-losses, not continuous spot buying. After shorts are cleared, if the high-level consolidation on the 1-minute chart cannot hold, the pullback speed is often faster than the surge.
Which observation is more supported? More support for "high-level turnover after short squeeze" rather than a trend start. WTI crude surged above $99, Brent crude broke $110, and the Middle East situation continues to provide macro disturbances.
Next thing to watch: whether the 83,770 consolidation platform is pushed up with volume in the next few minutes or grinds down with low volume. If oil prices continue to surge but BTC remains flat, this short squeeze is just a short-term position adjustment.
Shorts have already laid down; do the bulls dare to take over at this level? Let's discuss in the comments. $BTC I just checked the Solana mainnet RPC; there are about 15,000 slots left until the Alpenglow switch point, which I estimate to be around 9:54 PM.
At first, I also thought everyone would focus on that 150 milliseconds.
What I’m more focused on is the voting transactions: in these past few minutes, about 68% of on-chain activity has been validator votes. After the switch, when votes move off-chain, the total TPS will drop by more than 60%, so don’t mistake that for the network cooling down. Non-voting transactions are currently about 90,000 per minute, and you can use this number to compare before and after the switch.
150 milliseconds is the protocol target; after the switch, we’ll see if the actual confirmation times keep up.
If after the switch non-voting transactions drop below 70,000 per minute, I’ll admit I was wrong. #Solana迎Alpenglow升级,目标150毫秒确认 $OP
Stronger than other scaling projects, can the sector be generalized?
In today's afternoon spot market snapshot, OP's 24-hour price change was +4.90%, ranging from 0.12314 to 0.13588 USDT.
In the same snapshot, ARB and STRK declined while OP rose, indicating that funds are not priced evenly across the sector. Differences in ecosystem development, token rights, and supply structure may cause long-term divergence.
Whether the strength can continue depends on its performance relative to ETH and peers; if the advantage only lasts for one period, it is not advisable to upgrade short-term rotation to a full sector recovery. $DOOD suddenly doubled violently with no positive news!
The root cause is the internal capital rotation within Up Exchange, with a single-day transaction volume breaking 100 million USD, accounting for 10% of the platform's total volume, ranking first in platform-wide transactions. Small coins have thin liquidity, and Korean retail investors are concentrated in the market; even a small buy order directly pushes the price up sharply.
In 24h, the price rose from 0.00133 to 0.00319, now falling back to 0.0025 and fluctuating. During the high-level horizontal phase, chasing more has a very low cost-performance ratio. Those holding chips should take profits in batches; those who haven't entered, wait for opportunities.
Key points to observe are whether the KRW premium can hold and whether the volume can flow out to other exchanges. A market that only excites itself on a single exchange has very poor sustainability. Most likely, there will be a correction to wash out profit-taking positions; patiently wait for volume contraction and a stable pullback, then look for a second wave opportunity.
#BTC现货ETF连续净流入,市场反应有限 The script for earnings season is reversed this time: exchanges are making a killing, but crypto traders are staying cold.
CME Group's Q3 earnings were released today: revenue of $1.737 billion, up 13% year-over-year, a record high for the same period; net profit of $1.037 billion, adjusted EPS of $3.02; average daily trading volume hit 29.4 million contracts, a Q3 record; the CEO said the more uncertain the market, the more clients flock to risk management.
The contrast is: CME micro crypto futures volume reportedly dropped 46% year-over-year.
On the same day, BTC rebounded on better-than-expected US stock earnings, once breaking above $83,000 and challenging the 21-day moving average at $83,230; General Motors and 3M both beat expectations, with 3M raising its full-year guidance, and the Dow Jones up 1.2%; ETH rose 1.71% simultaneously, and the Fear & Greed Index climbed back to 63.
My view: volatility is the exchange's money printer, but the decline in crypto futures volume indicates institutions are hedging with traditional tools rather than increasing crypto positions; this rebound is more about risk sentiment repair, and the moving average resistance at $83,230 is still overhead.
Do you think BTC breaking above $83,000 is the start of a reversal or just riding the earnings season tailwind?

$BTC $ETH$ZEC ZEC Surge Logic and Volume Concerns: Positive Catalysts Align, But Don’t Ignore "Price Running Ahead of Volume"
This wave of ZEC reaching 1296 is the result of multiple positive catalysts aligning: developers confirmed the NU7 mainnet activation block, the community voted 106:1 to maintain the halving, ETFs continue net inflows, and THORChain v3.21 is about to resume ZEC trading. More directly on the derivatives side—there are short liquidation orders stacked above 1252, whales went long openly after bottom fishing at 1025, and the short squeeze pushed the price close to the highs.
However, volume signals warrant caution. The 1-hour level participation was only 0.15 times the average volume at one point, with the price running near the 1303 high but volume not keeping pace. This indicates the rise is more due to existing position short squeezes and event-driven factors, rather than new capital continuously entering. MACD is flattening at a high level, STICK turned negative, showing signs of short-term momentum exhaustion.
Next, two key levels to watch: a volume breakout above 1303 would continue the short squeeze; if it pulls back after the spike, first look for effective support between 1223–1250, and a break below could mean this rally driven by liquidation orders is nearing its end. The positive factors are already on the table, but before chasing higher, ask yourself: has the volume kept up?

This type of virtual currency has no backing from any national credit, its price fluctuates greatly and irregularly, and it is easily influenced by capital-driven rhetoric to rise or fall. It is also easily used for fund transfers, posing significant financial risks, and is not recognized as a legal trading currency domestically. In earlier years, domestic Bitcoin-related computing power accounted for a large share globally, and related risks were detected early on.
The country has continuously introduced regulatory measures over the years, clearly stating that virtual currencies cannot be used as legal tender, and related trading speculation is considered illegal financial activity. The core purpose of this is to safeguard the monetary sovereignty of the Renminbi, block channels for illegal capital outflows, protect ordinary people's assets, and maintain domestic financial order stability. We have not chosen such decentralized virtual assets but have promoted the research and use of the digital Renminbi, allowing effective control over fund flows, with policy direction unchanged for many years.
Many countries have tried to deploy this kind of virtual currency and ultimately suffered significant losses. El Salvador was the first to designate Bitcoin as legal tender, continuously investing funds to buy it, resulting in a substantial shrinkage of on-paper assets and dragging down the country's credit. The United States has also introduced related plans to establish virtual currency reserves, with the government holding a large amount of related assets; after the announcement, the market directly declined, and different departments had disputes over management rights. The hype around the $SPCX +$TSLA merger in the stock market is ridiculously huge, but will tonight's earnings report pour cold water on the market?
To put it simply, this merger story is massive. Musk wants to use Tesla's cash flow to fund SpaceX's Starship, Starlink, and AI computing power. Starlink, in turn, supports autonomous driving and robotics. JPMorgan Chase values the rocket at $500, betting on this synergy.
But there are tough challenges: Musk's voting power is too concentrated, making it hard to get shareholder approval! SpaceX is tied to the military, Tesla has a global layout, and regulations could clamp down at any time. All these projects require high investment and have high failure rates; one major failure could drag down the entire group. The stock swap also dilutes shareholders, the process takes at least half a year, and it could fall through at any time.
So, in a nutshell: the long-term story is grand, but the short-term is just expectation-driven hype. The current rise is due to merger expectations plus computing power premium, making it easiest to "buy the rumor, sell the fact." Tonight's Tesla earnings report is the watershed—if it misses expectations, this wave of sentiment will most likely fade quickly. #特斯拉交付超预期后盈利修复成焦点 Simulated with AI, comparing buying a call option with two bitcoins at a strike price of 92000 versus using two bitcoins to create a spread strategy. The disputes between the US and Iran are still fiercely debated in the news; today they say talks will happen, tomorrow they say it’s off, flipping back and forth every few days. Just following the news can be dizzying.
But ships don’t watch the news, they watch insurance premiums. The transport volume through Hormuz is starting to climb. Shipowners are the most honest group in this market; war risk insurance is bought with real money. If they dare to sail in, it means they’ve weighed the risks and can bear them.
At the most tense times recently, only 9 ships passed through this route per day; normally it’s dozens. Those who could detour have all done so. Now ships are returning one by one. The verbal disputes aren’t over yet, but the answer in the water has already been given.
Another news angle is even more interesting: the US is considering allowing previously sanctioned oil tankers back into operation. With both supply pipelines loosening, oil prices can’t hold firm. Tonight’s market is also green. The market’s pricing on this matter has shifted from expecting trouble to expecting none.
The implication down this chain is simple: as oil prices drop, the fuel for inflation diminishes. The bet on the FOMC pausing rate hikes at the end of the month becomes more solid. Tonight, Bitcoin has even nudged up to 83,700, just a breath away from 84,000.
So, as the old saying goes, mouths can lie, but ships don’t.
I’m betting that transport volume will continue to climb before the end of the month, and oil prices will keep falling. If I’m wrong, I’ll admit it. What do you think— is this a real easing or just another round of theatrics?
#美伊谈判仍存分歧,霍尔木兹运输量回升 $CL $BTC $ETH #SpaceXQ3 revenue surged 161%, AI business becomes the main growth driver Woke up this morning to check the market, BTC once touched 83,335, breaking through the 83,000 barrier. Someone in the group immediately shouted "volume breakout." I didn't follow. After reviewing the data, none of the reasons for this rise are from crypto itself. First, the most direct driver — oil prices. Last night WTI intraday hit 101.37, a five-month high, then plunged straight down, closing at 98.18. Brent touched 111.95 intraday, closing at 109.07. The drop was due to market rumors that "the US and Iran are about to reach an agreement," which Iran later denied. In other words, the foundation of this rise is a rumor that has already been refuted. The second driver is the US stock market. The Dow rose 1.02% to 52,495.88, GM and 3M earnings both exceeded expectations, and 3M even raised its full-year profit guidance. SpaceX was even stronger after hours, with Q3 net profit of 4.4 billion USD, market expectations were only 1.88 billion, revenue rose 161% year-on-year, and the stock price rose more than 4% after hours. Risk assets are generally warming up, and BTC is benefiting. The third, and most important to mention: shorts got crushed. In the past 24 hours, the whole network liquidated 316 million USD, with BTC alone at 79.25 million, of which shorts accounted for 61.3%, over 73,000 people were forcibly liquidated. The price was passively pushed up when shorts were liquidated, not actively bought up by someone. The difference between these two can be seen from the trading volume.Short positions liquidated more than long positions, but the price did not rise
In the past 24 hours, the entire network liquidated $194 million in short positions.
Long positions only liquidated $84.72 million.
How this number is calculated:
Liquidation means positions are forcibly closed by the system.
When short positions are closed, the system has to buy back $BTC.
The volume of buybacks pushes the price upward.
The problem is here:
83062 was tested but was hammered back to 81678.
Buy orders failed to absorb the sell orders above.
Who is placing orders here:
87371 above is a short-term hurdle to overcome.
If the daily candle can't close above it, the rebound is just a rebound.
80433 below is the defense line of the 50-day moving average.
Shorts were liquidated in batches, but the price did not move forward.
This indicates someone has been selling above.
Liquidation data only shows who got liquidated, not who is absorbing the orders.

Before Meta's earnings report is released, the market has already set high expectations: 90% of funds are betting on an after-hours rise. This is no ordinary earnings report; it's a "zero tolerance" test.
The contradiction is straightforward. Q2 revenue reached $60.8 billion, a 28% year-over-year increase, but quarterly capital expenditure soared to $31.1 billion; Q3 revenue guidance is $61 billion to $64 billion. They are making plenty of money but pouring huge amounts into AI infrastructure. Wall Street is no longer just watching ad growth; the only question now is: when will chips and data centers turn profitable?
Therefore, whether advertising can support high investment and whether management can clearly explain the AI monetization path will determine if the stock price rises or plunges after hours. As long as guidance is weak or profit margins are dragged down by AI, even impressive numbers could be hit hard. The U.S. stock market has shifted from "listening to stories" about AI to "looking at real money."
On a deeper level, the giants' money-burning race is overextending the U.S. dollar's credit. The purchasing power of fiat currency is continuously diluted, which instead strengthens Bitcoin as a long-term non-sovereign hard asset foundation. Meta's earnings focus on the profit statement, but the crypto community sees the other side of the monetary order.

BTC stands in the middle of a minefield, prone to chain explosions whichever way it goes.
$ETH 🔵: ETF net inflows are a real bottom support, turning the short-term trend bullish; but the short-sellers' pain point at $2,474.86 is almost right next to the previous high of $2,477.70, like a mine planted at the old peak. The bulls' pain point at $2,424.21 is also just 0.58% below the current price. The money supporting the bottom and the liquidation money are racing in the same market.
$SOL 🟣: Alpenglow upgrade has landed, the narrative is big, but the price isn't buying it. Positive funding rates indicate the bulls aren't dead yet—good news plus lingering bullish sentiment is exactly the soil for a shakeout. $BTC is near $82,000, ETH has returned above $2,400, and SOL stands above $105. Seeing all three screens turn green at once can indeed make your heart race 💓. But the more orderly the rebound, the more you have to ask: is this a trend ignition or just an emotional rush?
The capital side hasn’t given a clear answer yet. BTC and $ETH spot ETFs are still mainly seeing net outflows, and SOL-related products have not shown obvious inflows 💸. Prices are recovering, but funds haven’t entered in sync, which feels more like an emotional rebound after overselling rather than a reversal driven by new capital. Without a bottom support, the smoother the rebound, the more you need to guard against a sudden loss of momentum ⚠️.
The technical roles remain clear:
· BTC key level: must hold around $82,300; failure to hold means it’s still a retracement;
· ETH breakout: whether $2,420 can be effectively broken will decide if the recovery can spill over beyond BTC;
· $SOL resilience: standing above $106 makes short-term strength more convincing, otherwise it’s still prone to follow the broader market swings.
Everyone looks like a trend master when prices rise 😎, but the real difference is whether key levels can hold during pullbacks. Now, looking at oil prices
WTI fell yesterday but bounced back above 100 today, locked in a high-level tug-of-war with no sign of letting go—this is a clear geopolitical signal. The problem is this: for the US stock market rebound to turn into a reversal, it relies on expectations of inflation peaking and interest rate hikes slowing. Oil prices stubbornly nailed at 100 mean less support for inflation to fall, directly discounting the quality of the rebound's reversal.
In short, if oil prices don't back down, the US stock market's momentum will be hard to sustain. A rebound is a rebound, but don't rush to go all-in on a reversal; first, watch how oil prices behave. #BTC现货ETF连续净流入,市场反应有限 Night Session Notes: After breaking through and holding for half the night, now just waiting for the US session to confirm
The evening post said to watch the 21:30 US session for confirmation. Less than an hour to the answer now, so let's clarify the current status: BTC at 83,614, up 2.5%, after breaking through 83,439 it hasn't fallen back all afternoon, reaching a high of 83,714; ETH at 2,470, up 3.2%, briefly surpassed 2,473 at 19:00 but didn't reach last night's 2,478 and pulled back, now hovering near the resistance.
One detail is good news for the bulls: BTC fees cooled from +0.0076% to +0.0042%. Despite the big rise, leveraged longs didn't get overexcited — the probability of this breakout going far is higher than when a bunch of people are crowded chasing.
The US session will test two things: BTC holding above 83,439 on a pullback and pushing higher to confirm the breakout, and ETH likely catching up to 2,478; if within half an hour of opening it gets smashed back below 83,439, today's entire breakout is questionable and should be treated as a false breakout.
Data speaks, mistakes are recognized. Tonight, what’s your bet: continuation in the US session, or a face slap at the open? $CORE October 21: Is CORE still around? On-chain data has already answered part of this question for her
Today, CORE's price is $0.01771, down 3.13% in 24 hours, with a market cap of about $29.56M, leaving less than 25% room from the all-time low of $0.01487.
But today, we won't talk about candlesticks. Let's discuss a question many people are asking in the square, but no one can give a definite answer: Is CORE still around?
This question stands because from public information, you can't find a clear project corresponding to CORE.
First set of answers: The chain is still running, but the reasons for running are decreasing
A community author conducted a fairly serious on-chain classification in mid-October, breaking down Core ecosystem projects into three categories: "real revenue / only partnership announcements / pure roadmap."
In the real revenue category, the numbers are as follows: Colend's TVL is about $20 million, 30-day fees about $400,000, protocol revenue about $12,700; Avalon Finance's TVL is about $250 million, but the actual borrowing volume on the Core chain is only about $700,000, with the bulk of funds on Bitlayer and Merlin; the native cross-chain bridge has daily active users of about 9,000+, daily transactions between 48,000 and 54,000, but 30-day fee income is only about $255.
Over 40,000 transactions, just over $200 in fees. This figure aligns with the previously discussed DEX trading volume: the chain is running, but the driving force is not real paid demand.
More importantly, the same analysis concludes: over 86% of the ecosystem's TVL is concentrated in "lending + re-staking," which is essentially layered leverage, and the liquidation cascade triggered by CORE's 50% single-day crash in March has already exposed the fragility of this structure once.
Second set of answers: SatPay is still around, but it answers a different question
SatPay is the key to the entire "revenue era" narrative in 2026. The logic is simple: use BTC staking fees plus SatPay card fees to repurchase CORE on the secondary market, replacing inflation subsidies.
On October 16, there was still a post on Gate Square reiterating this logic, saying SatPay allows users to stake BTC, apply for debit cards, and pay with fiat. But the discussion on OKX the same week gave a version: SatPay is delayed due to licensing and regulatory issues, with over 20,000 users in queue, and the launch time is undecided. OKX's CORE on-chain earning product has also been taken offline, citing risk control prudence.
The two versions are not entirely contradictory — product development and product generating verifiable revenue are two different things. The problem is, the repurchase narrative requires the latter, but currently only the former can be confirmed.
Up to today, there is no on-chain transaction marked as "repurchase transfer executed with ecosystem revenue." The roadmap states goals, but the ledger shows blanks.
Third set of answers: The timeline of node exit is more worth reading than the announcement itself
On October 1, Core DAO announced "gradually handing over the remaining block production roles to independent validators," phrased as a step toward decentralization.
But posts in the community that put the timeline together offer another interpretation: first something went wrong, then the handover was discussed. From late August to early September, some validators exploited a reward contract loophole to over-claim CORE; Core DAO urgently hard-forked, and exchanges like Coinbase temporarily suspended deposits and withdrawals. Then in October, the official exit from block production was announced.
A validator must stake at least 50,000 CORE. At $0.02 per token, this stake is just over a thousand dollars nominally. When block rewards can't cover server and bandwidth costs, "exit" and "decentralization" are two ways of saying the same thing.
Some community analyses put it bluntly: what is shed is operational cost; what remains is governance and control. Responsibility is delegated, but power is not.
Fourth set of answers: Exchanges are voting with their feet
CoinEx started delisting CORE on September 11, closing the CORE/USDT trading pair, with withdrawal plans ending on December 18. KuCoin closed the CORE-USDT trading market and stopped deposits and earning products. Phemex delisted CORE/USDT spot, and Bitget delisted COREUSDT futures contracts and related services.
The number of exchanges supporting CORE has shrunk from the initial 34 to only 13 still maintaining trading.
Exchanges do not participate in narratives. They only look at liquidity, compliance risk, and operational costs.
$CORE 【Nearly $13 Billion in Overseas Crypto Scams Exposed, Is Trump Serious This Time?】
Trump ($TRUMP) plans to focus on cracking down on overseas crypto scams in White House cybercrime activities, including shutting down fake investment websites and combating online impersonation scams. In September, the U.S. Treasury's Financial Crimes Enforcement Network also revealed that nearly $13 billion is linked to digital asset scams allegedly conducted by overseas scam hubs.
This is not just empty talk. The U.S. signed an executive order in March this year and expanded federal agencies' authority in August to use cyber tools and collaborate with private enterprises to combat transnational criminal networks. What remains to be seen is whether this mechanism can go beyond freezing accounts and shutting down websites to target the funding channels and behind-the-scenes organizations of scam groups.
For the crypto industry, the direct impact is more likely to fall on the compliance pressure of trading platforms, stablecoin issuers, and on-chain fund service providers. Fighting scams is the right thing to do, but the real turning point is not how tough the speeches are, but whether verifiable amounts frozen, prosecutions, and cross-border enforcement results are subsequently announced. If there are only statements without sustained action, the market will soon treat it as just political news and move on. $ZEC surged wildly by 1300, shorts were buried alive with 120 million liquidated, while whales smashed 37.57 million to open longs betting on NU7, retail investors caught in the middle got cut from both sides.
Today's spike in ZEC directly wiped out the shorts. It surged to 1298, with 12.15 million USD worth of short positions liquidated in 24 hours, and long liquidations once accounted for 88.7%. Retail traders holding shorts at 1280 and 1290 were left with nothing.
But the most intriguing part isn't the liquidations, it's what the whales are doing. Within 15 hours, two major whales opened nearly 30,000 ZEC 10x long contracts worth 37.57 million USD, openly betting on the NU7 upgrade on November 5. NU7 will cut block time from 75 seconds to 25 seconds, with a 99.9% voting approval rate—this is a hard catalyst.
On the other hand, on-chain data reveals shorts still hold 173 million USD in positions, with an 82% profit ratio and a long-short ratio of only 38%. What does this mean? Retail shorts at the top got liquidated, but the real big shorts are counting money at the bottom, already making hefty profits.
Macro factors haven't been idle either. The 10-year US Treasury yield broke 5%, Brent crude is at 110, the probability of the FOMC holding steady on October 28 is high, but the expectation for a rate hike in December remains above 75%. The knife hasn't fallen yet, it's just been postponed.
#BTC现货ETF连续净流入,市场反应有限 The cost of Core hard fork: Why are exchanges most afraid of this kind of upgrade?
A soft fork only modifies rule details; old nodes can still recognize the ledger, so exchanges don't need to make major changes. But a hard fork like Core that changes rewards and inflation models rewrites the underlying economic contract, making it the most troublesome upgrade for exchanges.
First, the risk of consensus split. If validators do not all upgrade synchronously, the chain will split into new and old versions, making it unclear which is the "legitimate CORE." This easily leads to replay attacks, double spending, assets stuck on the chain or sent to the wrong chain, and asset disputes that ultimately fall on the platform. During the 8.31 vulnerability incident, many exchanges immediately suspended CORE deposits and withdrawals for this reason.
Second, the ledger and balance logic changes. This hard fork directly destroys excess issued tokens and changes reward release rules. Exchanges must verify every balance, staking reward, and historical snapshot, resulting in a huge reconciliation workload. Any miscalculation leads to widespread user complaints and compensation.
Third, market expectations become chaotic, and liquidity is pressured. Hard fork news triggers sell pressure and sharp price fluctuations; suspending deposits and withdrawals amplifies panic. Platforms must bear liquidity volatility pressure while continuously explaining the fork logic and ghost token controversies.
In short: a soft fork changes traffic rules and operations continue as usual; a hard fork changes the ledger’s judgment standards, and any slight mistake by exchanges means bearing asset risk.$BTC market is really interesting. After scrolling through Twitter, I saw many people hesitating whether to go long here and preparing to add to their short positions.
Isn't this spot very close to the position on September 18? The candlestick stands firm at the lower edge of the monthly VWAP, the middle line of the descending channel, and the POC inside the box. It oscillates near the VWAP about to break through; above is the box midline, the box VAH, and the biggest fuel boost area for shorts inside the box.
Once it breaks through the fuel zone, short stop-losses will push it up along the trend, breaking through the descending channel, the box midline, and the upper edge of the VWAP.
But here, just like on September 18, a large number of retail traders are squeezed to short, and the long-short ratio is about to enter the red crowded zone.
— For reference. $CL The direction of crude oil has changed now, so precautions are necessary. The Iranian Foreign Minister publicly stated willingness to negotiate with the U.S. and proposed a seven-day plan to reopen the Strait of Hormuz.
This means the risk of supply disruption from the Middle East has greatly decreased, and the premium that surged due to war panic will be drained, which is a solid bearish factor for crude oil.
Looking at the EIA inventory data at 10:30 tonight, the expectation is only a reduction of 820,000 barrels, which is nowhere near enough to support the market compared to the previous drastic cut of over 8 million barrels.
With geopolitical tensions cooling rapidly and data expectations being average, crude oil is very likely to continue downward. The strategy is mainly to short on rallies; avoid blindly going long. $BTC $ETH

小市值币流动性本来就窄,韩国散户一窝蜂往里冲,价格弹性瞬间拉满,说白了就是筹码集中加流动性缺口,被买盘硬顶上去的。
