Stellar cleared 12M transactions on Oct 11 at a $0.00012 average fee. That’s roughly $1.4k in fees for its busiest day this week. $XLM slid from $0.20 to about $0.18. Usage is real, but it’s payment throughput, not fee demand. Soroban averaged ~$16M/day in Q1 (Messari) vs ~$60M/day of stablecoin payments. My read: neutral-bearish through Meridian (Oct 28). Watching the 200-day near $0.18 and $0.21 resistance. A daily close above $0.21 on above-average volume kills this view. #CanBTCHold80K
