After the FOMC decision is announced, the dot plot is often used to observe officials' views on the federal funds rate. Each dot on the chart represents a participant's forecast of the appropriate year-end rate for a given year: the higher the dot, the higher the expected rate; the lower the dot, the opposite.
🔍 Three key points:
✅ Look at the median: to judge the overall expected range.
✅ Look at marginal changes: if the overall dots shift upward compared to last time, it indicates officials believe the appropriate rate is higher; a downward shift means the opposite.
✅ Look at the year distribution: to observe how the rate path unfolds over the coming years.
📌 Example: If this time the rate remains unchanged but the year-end median forecast rises, the market will realize that “no change now doesn’t mean future expectations haven’t shifted,” and U.S. Treasuries, the dollar, U.S. stocks, and BTC may all be repriced.
⚠️ The dot plot is not a schedule for rate hikes or cuts; it merely reflects officials’ judgments based on current data, and subsequent inflation and employment data will still alter forecasts. The 15-minute chart for UNI/USDT demonstrates a short-term bearish pullback structure trading at $7.229 (-0.37%), holding above local floor support at $UNI $7.127 following a retracement from peak resistance at $UNI $7.525.

#OKXOrbitTopics .🚨Russia takes a heavy-handed move! Crypto shifts from free trading to licensed entry $BTC $ETH $USDT
Russia's crypto regulation officially tightens, signaling the end of the retail era📢 The previously free trading model is now transformed into a compliant track requiring licenses for entry!
According to the effective "Digital Currency and Digital Rights Law," non-qualified investors must pass a risk test before trading; each licensed institution has an annual coin purchase limit of only 300,000 rubles. Currently, very few trading targets are open, limited to BTC, ETH, and USDT✅
The most critical milestone has been set⚠️ The central bank clearly states: starting July 1, 2027, all natural person P2P trading will be completely banned, and the channel for retail investors to withdraw coins to personal wallets will be effectively cut off, narrowing both OTC peer-to-peer and self-custody routes simultaneously.
Market impact breakdown👇
Short term: Compliance channels tighten, compressing the operational space for Russian retail investors, putting pressure on on-exchange liquidity, which is directly bearish;
Long term: With higher thresholds, funds and chips concentrate on licensed platforms and institutions, benefiting regulated platforms and large capital, accelerating industry institutionalization📊
Going forward, closely watch the rhythm: before the end of October, 27 supporting laws will be successively implemented, each detail potentially stirring the market again. Policy direction directly affects short-term sentiment and capital flow.
Global regulation is moving toward compliance tightening, continuously squeezing retail survival space. #USCorePCERisesTo3.1% GDP exceeded expectations, PCE met expectations, can one signal equal a direction?
First, look at the signal itself. The US Q3 GDP is about 3.4%, expected about 3.2%. September PCE is about 3.6%, core about 3.1%, both meeting expectations. Inflation is still far from the 2% target, the data is just one phase.
Next, look at $BTC's reaction. After the data came out, $BTC surged to about $81,547. The current price is around $80,700. The 50-day moving average is about $81,831 above. The weekly line around $81,400 also did not hold.
The broader market also did not follow. Alphabet dropped about 12%, Nasdaq about 1.64%. Despite good macro data, tech stocks continue to fall.
So this signal is just a reference, not proof of direction. The intention is not yet confirmed, first see if $81,400 can hold.#تحول Intel manufacturing witnesses a new change with Terafab
According to the latest Reuters reports, before the US market opened, Nasdaq 100 futures contracts fell by 1.93%, with a general decline in shares of AI chips, cloud computing, and tech giants.
Among them, Nvidia shares dropped about 2.4%, Tesla by 5.3%, Intel by 5.1%, and chip companies like AMD, Qualcomm, and Micron also saw a notable decline. All this data is from the pre-market period and not the closing performance ...BTC surged then pulled back, which does not mean the trend is over. Yesterday, the Federal Reserve held steady, but its policy stance remained cautious; meanwhile, the US spot BTC ETF saw net inflows for three consecutive days, totaling about $424 million. This provides spot support for BTC, but the futures side has already started to overextend this positive momentum. According to CoinGlass 15-minute data, after BTC surged: funding rates remain high; new net longs quickly turned negative; the long-to-short account ratio dropped from 2.2 to 1.65; the price failed to immediately hold after the surge. My judgment: spot funds are supporting the bottom, while leveraged funds are retreating. This is not simply bearish, but the market is testing whether this rally is a trend start or just a leveraged run-up. If later we see price stabilization, cooling funding rates, and net longs rising again, it indicates the bulls have completed their shakeout; if the price continues to fall and net longs remain negative, beware that the breakout may be a false breakout. True traders don’t just watch price moves, they watch who is buying and who is withdrawing behind the price.🚨 Wall Street is moving toward a 24/7 market!

📊 Key Levels to Watch
Resistance: $80,800–$82,000
Support: $79,000–$78,000
📉 Market Outlook
Over the next 24–72 hours, BTC may continue to trade sideways with a bearish bias. #DailyOrbit $BTC pulled back from a low of $79,496 to around $81,000. This rebound seems satisfying but hides a glaring mismatch: the Nasdaq rose 1.18% in the previous trading session, with the semiconductor sector continuously recovering, while Bitcoin still struggles repeatedly around the $80,000 mark. U.S. tech stocks have long begun to narrow their losses, yet the crypto market is clearly lagging behind📉 This is not an ordinary synchronized rebound but a "layered recovery" amid a warming risk appetite. Capital is willing to take risks again but is prioritizing stocks, especially the semiconductor chain, rather than crypto assets. In other words, the warm breeze of macro sentiment has already started blowing, but $BTC has yet to see its own sustained buying pressure. What concerns me more is not this rebound candlestick itself but its "endurance." What truly confirms a trend is net inflows over several consecutive trading days, not one or two short-term spikes. If $BTC cannot hold above $82,000, the space for this round of recovery is likely still limited; conversely, only sustained buying that firmly supports the price above $82,000 can realistically set the stage for a renewed challenge at $84,000. There is an easily underestimated signal here: when tech stocks and $BTC move in the same direction but with divergent strength, it often means the crypto market is waiting for its own capital catalyst rather than passively following the stock market. The current correlated performance of $ETH and $ZEC is also a key window to observe whether risk appetite is truly flowing back into crypto. In the short term, $BTC bulls need 82,The market looks lively, but the real support is as thin as a layer of sugar shell 🍓 Positions like 80K and 2,300—are they really just a numbers game? Watching BTC fluctuate around 80,000 and ETH repeatedly testing near 2,300 in these few candlesticks, my most direct feeling isn’t about direction but patience being worn down bit by bit. On the surface, it seems both bulls and bears have opportunities, but in reality, the trading rhythm is becoming more fragmented; rallies lack follow-through, and declines find buyers again, like a tug-of-war where no one wants to reveal their hand first. This stage is most easily misread as "holding steady," but holding steady and turning strong are two different things. The importance of key levels isn’t about how pretty they look on the chart, but how many people’s stop losses and expectations are stacked nearby. BTC’s 80K is a psychological barrier; once broken, passive selling pressure and cooling sentiment will appear simultaneously, and altcoins’ beta will amplify this discomfort; conversely, for ETH to truly restore confidence, it must first reclaim and hold above 2,400, otherwise the rebound looks more like a technical pullback rather than a return of risk appetite. The market is currently pricing in the hope of "not falling deeply," not the confirmation of "going higher." A bullish path also exists: if key levels repeatedly hold, short squeezes combined with low-level support can easily produce a quick pulse—classic rhythm of BTC stabilizing first, ETH catching up, and high-beta following suit. But the risk is that if this pulse lacks volume support, it often just raises volatility and then passes the bill to the next batch of buyers chasing highs. What concerns me more is that the rhythm has changed, volatility is increasing, but support is not synchronously improving A few days ago i shared my bullish view on $HYPE near the $74.50–$76.70 support zone.
Now $HYPE is trading around $96.
This is why I pay attention to key levels. When support holds the next move can surprise people who are waiting on the sidelines.
Who caught this move?Chainlink weekend pricing has started, with Aave institutional lending taking the lead. LINK touched about 12 from around 11.3 and then pulled back; I won’t take this patch as a reason for a price increase yet.
On the night of 10/29 Beijing time, Chainlink officially announced 24/7 availability. On-chain reference prices for stocks and commodities, previously available 24/5 on weekdays, are now extended to weekends and US stock market holidays.
Aave is the first to launch, connecting to institutional lending Horizon, providing round-the-clock valuation for highly liquid tokenized US stock collateral.
The spot market, which is usually closed during holidays, now relies on multiple perpetual quotes.
They themselves said that the original 24/5 pricing already supported about $1.6 billion in tokenized stock-related scenarios.
OKX current price is about 11.74, 24h high about 12.02, low about 11.29, Beijing day open about 11.98, failing to hold near the high.
I see this more as patching the weekend clearing gap, which doesn’t mean immediate expansion of collateral scale, nor immediate fee inflow back to the token.
First, see if it can hold around 11.29–11.50, then talk about whether it can stand back near 12; if 4H closes below about 11.29, this story is postponed.
Which side are you on: a real necessity patch, or just another oracle sentiment pulse?

#OKX、ICE与Trade.xyz联手,推动永续合约进入美国合规市场 From the 24-hour liquidation heatmap, both Bitcoin and Ethereum experienced a clear spike followed by a pullback, quickly sweeping liquidity above before retreating.
Starting with Bitcoin, the price rapidly surged from around $80,000 to about $81,944, then pulled back to around $81,000. According to the heatmap, there is a notable dense liquidity band above between $81,800 and $82,300, with further attention on the $82,800 to $83,400 range. On the downside, focus on the $80,500 to $80,700 range; if this level breaks, watch the liquidity area near $79,000 to $79,500.
Looking at Ethereum, the price spiked to around $2,378 before pulling back. Currently, the key resistance to watch is between $2,360 and $2,380. Only if it stabilizes above $2,380 will there be a chance to test $2,395 to $2,410; conversely, if it falls below $2,320, the area near $2,275 to $2,290 on the downside warrants caution.
Personally, I prefer to first observe the strength of the support after the spike and pullback rather than chasing the rally directly. For BTC, the key level is whether $80,500 can hold; for ETH, focus is on the $2,320 line. The heatmap shows potential liquidation liquidity but does not necessarily mean the price will reach these levels. Next, combining volume, spot capital flow, and breakthroughs of key price levels will help determine whether this pullback is a normal correction or if the short-term trend is weakening again.$SNDK The most heartbreaking thing is not missing out, but clearly seeing the bottom with your own eyes and yet being too scared to act when you should be calm.😅
That K-line on Saturday night, I still remember it now.
A long lower shadow line, directly hitting $1197.37.
My first reaction at the time was: Can't even hold $1200? If it keeps dropping, how much further will it fall?
But who would have thought, after the most panic-stricken moment passed, the market actually started to slowly climb back up.
📈 Gradually recovering on Sunday, a daytime pullback on Monday didn’t continue downward, then it surged all the way to $1280.41, currently quoted around $1270.11.
From the low of $1197.37, the rebound has exceeded 6%.
What’s the most ironic?
The moment I feared the most actually became the lowest point of this move.
But here’s the problem.
If I chase now, I’m afraid of resistance near $1280 and buying at a short-term high; if I don’t chase, I’m afraid it suddenly breaks out with volume and leaves those who missed out behind.
This is probably the most tormenting moment in trading:
Not daring to buy during the drop, not daring to chase during the rebound, and by the time you figure it out, the price may have moved to another level.
However, a long lower shadow only indicates that the price once plunged significantly but then recovered; you can’t conclude the bottom is formed based on this single K-line alone. Whether $1280 can be effectively broken through and whether buying pressure remains on the pullback are the signals worth watching next.A global rally in technology shares ground to a halt Thursday after lackluster earnings from two industry heavyweights reignited investor skepticism over whether the billions of dollars being poured into artificial intelligence will ultimately generate sufficient returns, according to Bloomberg . ✅Key Points
The Fed's preferred inflation gauge, Core PCE, rose year-over-year from 3.0% to 3.1%, showing inflation stickiness beyond expectations and still far from the 2% target. This directly boosts market probability of a rate hike in December, delays rate cut expectations further, puts upward pressure on US Treasury yields and the dollar, and creates macro headwinds for risk assets like BTC.
📊Market Impact
After the data release, risk asset sentiment weakened, BTC's rebound momentum was dampened, continuing a range-bound pattern. Although long-term spot ETF buying remains, capital is increasingly cautious, and bulls hesitate to enter aggressively; contract market volatility rises, increasing shakeout risk.
📌Positive Factors
1. BTC's long-term narrative remains unchanged, and institutional spot allocation logic persists
2. If subsequent employment data weakens significantly, inflation pressure may marginally ease
⚠️Risks
1. Inflation rebound and reinforced pricing of "higher rates for longer" suppress crypto valuations
2. Rising expectations of a December rate hike; if realized, BTC likely faces correction pressure
3. Heavy overhead resistance with no strong catalyst makes breakthroughs difficult
🔮Outlook
Short term: Weak oscillation, prone to repeatedly testing support, unlikely to see strong upward momentum.
Medium term: Focus on upcoming inflation and employment data. Persistent inflation stickiness and sustained high rate hike expectations pressure BTC; if inflation eases and rate hike expectations cool, a recovery rally may emerge.
📌Key indicators to watch: CME Fed Watch, US Treasury yields, Dollar Index, ETF fund flowsFor BTC, $79,500 to $80,000 is the immediate support zone to defend. A reclaim of $81,500 would improve the short term picture, while another breakdown could invite more selling.
The takeaway for traders: a rate pause is not the same as a liquidity boost. Until price confirms stronger demand, protecting capital matters more than chasing the first green candle.Tonight's 8:30 PCE could be the roadmap for $BTC over the next month or so 🧭
The Fed held steady last night, but the vote was 10 to 2, with two members advocating a rate hike; the probability of a rate hike in December has risen from 36% to 78% within a month. PPI year-on-year has reached 6.35%, and tonight's PCE is expected at 3.6%. I believe there's about a 60-70% chance it will be on the hot side.
If it's hot, my projection is: $BTC will first pull back to around 78,000, with one more rebound before the election, but it will struggle to hold above 83,000; the real downturn will come after the November 3 election, initially targeting 67,000–70,000. November 16–20 is the week Anthropic goes public. Before SpaceX went public this year, BTC bottomed around the IPO period; this week is the first low point window.
If it's cold, with two consecutive weekly candles closing above 83,000, this scenario is invalidated, and the target shifts to 87,300 and 90,000.
I will watch three signals: tonight's PCE, the weekly close on November 2, and whether the 10-year US Treasury yield surges to 5.3%. Time, price points, and conditions are all detailed in today's long article; friends who want to prepare in advance can take a look.

Many people think of trading volume first when they see Robinhood.
But I believe the real focus this time is not how much the crypto trading volume has rebounded, but a more critical question:
When the trading heat brought by the bull market fades, what else can Robinhood rely on to make money?
📊 Let's look at some key data:
Crypto trading volume in August surged 61% month-over-month to $17.5 billion, but it still dropped 38% year-over-year.
This data is quite interesting.
The sharp month-over-month increase indicates a clear recovery in trading activity; the year-over-year decline reminds us that the crypto business cannot yet be simply considered fully recovered.
Meanwhile, stock and options trading remain important components of the platform's business.
This means Robinhood's future growth cannot be judged solely by when the crypto market heats up again; it also depends on whether other businesses can continue to contribute revenue.
🔥 This earnings report focuses on three key areas!
1️⃣ Crypto business: Is the rebound just a start or a short-term pulse?
If crypto trading revenue continues to improve, it means the platform has a chance to benefit again from increased market activity.
But if trading volume mainly depends on short-term market trends, revenue may also face pressure once the market cools.
2️⃣ Stocks and options: Can they support more stable growth?Macro backdrop September core PCE rose to 3.1% YoY from 3.0%, and headline PCE climbed to 3.6% from 3.4%. Both matched forecasts, but the direction is the problem: inflation is still edging up, and the disinflation story keeps losing ground. The hardest part may not be the loss itself, but watching the price continuously move away from your cost basis while still hoping the next rebound will let you break even.
But the market won’t give you a chance to recover just because you lost a lot.
Many people think that if they have enough capital, they can endure the decline; as long as they don’t sell, the loss hasn’t truly happened.
But the reality is, the bigger the position, the higher the cost of a wrong judgment. Even wealthy whales can’t guarantee they’ll always catch a rebound.
What’s truly worth reflecting on in this trade isn’t why the whale lost millions, but three questions:
❗ First, does the entry logic still hold?
After buying, if the market changes, you should reassess your judgment,I've been in crypto for a long time and know how many people still avoid exchanges and wallets. For them, ETFs are simply more convenient.
INJC (the staked INJ ETF from Canary) is launching on Nasdaq. It plans to stake up to 90% of its INJ, with BitGo as the custodian. A regular brokerage account, no seed phrases.
I'm curious who will come first.

BTC barely reclaimed $81,000 today, rebounding about 2% from the weekend low of $79,000, but market sentiment has not truly eased. Tonight's Federal Reserve interest rate decision will be a key short-term directional factor, with hawkish expectations continuing to suppress risk asset performance.
Forecast market data shows the probability of BTC breaking above $100,000 this year has dropped to 17%, indicating that capital is pricing in a clearly conservative outlook for further gains. Meanwhile, a large amount of trapped positions are piled up above $87,000, and every step of the rebound may face selling pressure from position unwinding.
For bulls to reverse the current weakness, they need both sentiment recovery after policy signals are delivered and incremental capital to absorb the resistance above. Otherwise, this rebound may only be a breather rather than a trend reversal.

#10月FOMC利率决议即将公布 The development brings together three distinct roles. Hyperliquid provides the underlying technology, Trade[XYZ] develops the markets, and ICE is expected to support the regulated exchange and clearing infrastructure.
If approved and successfully implemented, this could broaden access to onchain derivatives and introduce new competition across traditional and crypto markets.
However, regulatory clearance, product execution and trader adoption will ultimately determine the scale of its impact.Latest crypto market update! Earnings season volatility is intense🔥

#USCorePCERisesTo3.1% 🚨 Behind the $AXIS decline, what’s truly worth being cautious about is not the drop itself, but the large trading volume without a corresponding increase in open interest!
Many people see a volume surge during a decline and immediately think the main players are dumping and the trend is worsening. But for a token like $AXIS with a relatively thin circulating supply, there might be another explanation: trading is very active, but the amount of capital genuinely willing to hold long-term may not be large.
This is the key point this data set highlights.👇
📊 1️⃣ High trading volume does not mean a large amount of capital is staying
Trading volume reflects how many transactions occurred over a period, while open interest (OI) reflects the size of contracts not yet closed; these are not the same.
If volume expands rapidly but OI does not grow in sync, it means trading activity hasn’t translated into an equivalent scale of new positions.
However, this doesn’t necessarily mean all capital is day trading; it could also involve closing positions, position turnover, and repeated entries and exits by both longs and shorts. These two indicators alone can’t directly determine the fundamental cause of the decline.
⚠️ 2️⃣ The circulating structure of $AXIS makes volatility risk more worthy of attention
According to public information, the initial circulating ratio of $AXIS is about 16.5%. Meanwhile, Binance Wallet has announced a $200,000 total reward AXIS trading competition, with the first round running from October 26 to November 2, followed by a second round.<Cite #Can Coinbase's alliance with Deribit improve revenue in Q3?
