11 月重点看：是否列入观察名单。被动资金不会强制卖出，但机构风控、交易盘提前减配，MSTR 相对 BTC 溢价承压收窄，仅情绪小幅传导 BTC。
若后续连续两年年报不达标正式剔除：MSCI 被动指数资金集中抛售 MSTR，MSTR 大跌。
