#本周将公布10月FOMC利率决议
10月29日美联储议息结果已经基本没有悬念，目前市场交易的不是10月加不加息，而是高利率能不能维持更久，甚至重新加息。
最新利率预测显示，维持原本的利率的概率达到90%，加息25个基点的概率只有10%，市场已经充分定价本月暂停加息。
对$BTC 和$ETH 来说，目前10月按兵不动已经不算利好，发布会继续释放偏鹰信号，美元与美债收益率重新走强，加密市场的反弹空间就会被进一步压缩。
