BTC 破 8 万了，这一波先出局的是加杠杆的。
一小时爆掉 2 亿多美元多单，24 小时 8.4 亿。现货 ETF 同期流出 6.355 亿。
ETH、SOL、XRP 全跟着跌，没有一个扛住。
我最在意的不是跌多少，是爆仓集中在最近几小时：说明是新仓扛不住，不是老仓熬不住。
这种行情别急着抄底。波动还在高位，一根反抽扫上来，多单照样爆。合约先砍到三成，现货留着。
等 ETF 资金翻回净流入，再加仓也不迟。
