#加拿大拟规范稳定币赎回，我读规则最先找钱怎么拿回来
加拿大10月24日公布稳定币规章草案，拟要求足额储备，并在赎回申请后三个工作日内发起法币划转，赎回费上限1%，目前仍在征求意见。我对这种具体条款有兴趣，因为稳定币的信任最终要落到兑现能力上。三个工作日发起划转，也需要和实际到账时间分开理解。我会继续看普通用户能否直接赎回、流动性紧张时有什么限制，这些细节决定退出时的真实体验。
