数字人民币11月开始给江苏三所高校发工资，扬州大学、南通大学、江苏师范大学先上。
好处很实在，不办卡，没网也能碰一碰转账，钱包余额计息，还算存款保险。
但它是可编程的。钱的用途、每月额度、能不能转进银行，规则都能提前写死。钱的主动权就打了折扣。
反过来看链上那套，慢、贵、体验差，可账本没人能单方面改。两个方向刚好相反。
我的选择很简单，方便的功能照用，自托管的部分一个不减。
