我盯紧短周期：近1小时爆仓889万，多单高达827万！周期越短多头亏得越多，说明没大跳水但承接转弱，追涨资金正被连续清洗。
$BTC 爆仓3219万（多单63.7%），
$ETH 2375万，
$SOL 572万。
BTC热力图显示，上方8.17-8.29万堆积大量清算，短线反抽或摸此区，但站不稳8.15万仍是空。
结合前日ETF资金只认BTC+本周FOMC鹰派预期，
中线我坚持：不追高，防“卖事实”。等FOMC后缩量砸盘，再低吸BTC核心承接，ETH/SOL继续观望，稳字当头！
