Stablecoin liquidity is a critical part of DeFi, and Curve has built its reputation around efficient trading between similarly priced assets. Yet liquidity can be sensitive to incentives, changing yields, and shifts in capital allocation. A large pool does not automatically mean healthy organic demand. For CRV, governance influence and incentive design are important considerations alongside protocol usage and the sustainability of liquidity provision.
