🔥Breakdown of the B Wave Final Surge Logic|Multiple Premiums Conceal Reversal Risks
The final rally of this B wave, combined with geopolitical tensions in the Strait of Hormuz, has led the market to factor in an additional risk premium.
The logic for $BTC is very contradictory✅
With short-term conflict escalation, capital treats Bitcoin as a safe-haven asset, driving the rally.
But if the situation continues to push oil prices higher and inflation stickiness increases, the market will reprice: high interest rates will need to be maintained longer. The previous risk premium will instantly reverse, turning bearish.
ETH
The premium expectation accounts for a large portion of the 2806 peak. The rise is not only following the BTC market but also includes ecosystem momentum and potential inflows from ETH ETFs. Once the market weakens, the premium pullback will be more significant.
$SNDK
The stock price increase relies on the market's optimistic forecast of long-term AI storage demand, representing a long-term cash flow valuation premium. As long as the discount rate rises, this premium will shrink rapidly.
📌Summary in one sentence
The B wave rally from BTC 57000 to 87000, with the latter half surging to 87000, mostly priced in the expectation of an interest rate cut in advance. If inflation continues to exceed expectations, this premium will gradually be given back.
The most realistic risk of stablecoins may not be a sudden de-peg, but rather discovering one day that you can no longer use it as before.
European regulators have recently further clarified how stablecoin-related services that do not comply with MiCA requirements should be handled. This means that regulatory impact affects not only issuers but may also extend to trading platforms, custody, transfers, and the actual functionalities users can access.
I believe the crypto community has been too accustomed to treating stablecoins as "digital cash available at any time" without seriously studying the rules in their regions. Even if a token’s price appears stable, it does not mean all platforms or jurisdictions can continue to offer the same services.
This does not mean all stablecoins will have issues, but it reminds users that the asset itself, the issuer, platform support, and local regulations are four distinct matters.
I first check platform announcements, supported regions, and exit options rather than waiting until I need to transfer to discover restrictions.
When choosing a stablecoin, do you prioritize liquidity, the issuer, or which platforms and regions it can be used normally in? $GNS surged 100% in one day, can a small market cap really replicate the $HYPE legend?
GNS is quite aggressive this round, jumping from around $0.35 to $0.85 within 24 hours, an increase of over 100%. However, there is currently no clear project-level positive news to explain this surge.
CoinMarketCap attributes it to speculative trading and liquidity inflows. Don’t rush to call it a value revaluation; it looks more like capital pushing the price up first, waiting for fundamentals to catch up.
GNS is a decentralized leveraged trading protocol, with logic somewhat similar to HYPE, but on a completely different scale. According to DeFiLlama data, GNS’s protocol revenue in the past 30 days is about $550,000, and perpetual contract trading volume is about $1.7 billion, indicating it does have real business and is not just empty hype; however, TVL has dropped about 20% in the same period, showing capital accumulation hasn’t kept pace.
This is the key contradiction: the token price doubled, but the protocol fundamentals have not grown proportionally. The current rise looks more like a small market cap capital-driven rally. Whether there is a short squeeze still needs to be verified with OI, Funding, and liquidation data.
I believe GNS has high speculative elasticity value but cannot be directly treated as a cheap version of HYPE. Around $0.85, watch if it can hold steady; a pullback to $0.55–$0.65 with reduced volume and stabilization would be worth reevaluating; if it falls back to $0.35–$0.40 with increased volume, it suggests this rally might just be a short-term pulse. The most heartbreaking industry transformation: previously using electricity to mine BTC, now using electricity to collect rent from AI.
Recent reports show that some data centers of Genesis Digital Assets are shifting towards AI infrastructure. This change is worth serious attention from miners because it reveals a reality: the core assets of mining farms are not just mining machines, but also electricity, land, cooling, and connectivity.
When AI computing power demand is strong and contract returns are more stable, operators will naturally recalculate their accounts. For some mining farms, transformation might be more attractive than continuing to mine coins.
But I don't think this means Bitcoin mining is immediately doomed. AI data centers require different networks, power supply, cooling, and customer service capabilities, and the transformation is not just about unplugging mining machines.
I will keep watching one indicator: whether transformation projects can sign long-term clients and truly realize cash flow, rather than just announcing "entering AI."
If you own a mining farm, would you continue to bet on BTC prices or rent out your electricity and facilities to AI companies? 61,000 BTC sitting there, but what really sends chills down your spine is that the victims may not be able to get it back.
A recent major legal development has occurred in a UK case involving a huge amount of Bitcoin. This reminds me of a reality often overlooked in the crypto world: blockchain can prove which address holds the asset, but it cannot automatically decide legally who owns it.
Many people interpret "on-chain traceability" as "hope for recovery," but in fact, there are judicial jurisdictions, asset ownership, evidence, and enforcement procedures in between. The coins haven't disappeared, but that doesn't mean the victims can smoothly get their money back.
I have always believed that the true maturity of digital assets is not just faster transfers or higher prices, but whether ordinary people can clearly prove their rights when disputes arise.
Cases like this are worth continued attention: how courts subsequently rule, what evidence victims need to submit, may be more practically significant than short-term price fluctuations.
If assets can be traced on-chain but cannot be legally recovered, do you consider this a technological victory or a systemic failure?
October 14 QNT Watch: Banks Going On-Chain, The Key Is Payment Conditions
Today, the discussion heat around QNT remains high, but the price has not strengthened accordingly. Interpreting banks adopting Quant technology directly as token demand growth still misses a transmission chain that needs verification.
Quant wrote in the October 8 Sibos review that the minimum viable version of The Clearing House's on-chain currency program focuses on cross-border payments with multi-party conditions and fund transfers between group entities; securities settlement is being explored in parallel. This is a summary of previous meeting content, not a newly announced cooperation today.
An easier-to-understand example comes from the UK pilot: Quant's September white paper records that two mortgage transfer transactions automatically released locked funds upon completion, and another consumer transaction released payment upon delivery of goods. The role of technology is to write "when payment can be made" into the process, not just to change the ledger.
This also leaves two boundaries: if delivery certificates are incorrect, automatic execution may still produce erroneous results; the actual usage volume of banking systems, fee arrangements, and how they correspond to QNT demand also require separate evidence. Project progress can be continuously observed; pilot completion, commercial scale, and token value should not be conflated as the same thing.

For informational purposes only, not investment advice. Earlier this week, the High Court in London made a ruling that directly changed the path for 128,000 domestic victims to claim 61,000 bitcoins (worth approximately $5 billion), determining that the property rights claims to these bitcoins must be judged according to domestic law rather than UK law. For many victims, this is not a final verdict, but it could be a critical lost step in the entire pursuit battle. The case dates back to 2014, when Qian Zhimin used Tianjin Lantian Gerui Electronics Technology as a shell to establish an investment network nationwide, with as many as 128,000 victims. According to a special audit, Lantian Gerui absorbed more than 40.2 billion yuan in funds, of which about 34.1 billion yuan was returned to some investors, but not everyone received money. Qian Zhimin converted part of the funds into bitcoins. From 2014 to 2017, she purchased over 100,000 bitcoins through exchange accounts at an average price of about 2,815 yuan each. Including subsequent over-the-counter transactions and mining income, the prosecution claims she bought a total of about 195,000 bitcoins, nearly 1% of the total bitcoin supply. $BTC In 2017, when the case broke, Qian Zhimin fled with a forged passport, carrying a laptop containing an encrypted wallet. After arriving in the UK, she recruited a Chinese woman named Wen Jian to assist her in making large purchases across Europe. The turning point came in 2018 when the two attempted to buy a London luxury house worth £23.5 million with bitcoins, which attracted police attention due to the unclear source of funds. The London police repeatedly searched and eventually froze 61,000 bitcoins. Wen Jian was sentenced to 6 years and 8 months in prison #CPI Landing Night, a Rebound Does Not Equal New Capital Inflow
Core CPI rose by 0.1%, which will directly raise market expectations for a Fed rate hike. In past market moves, when core CPI exceeded expectations, ETH once rose 6% within an hour, essentially due to concentrated short covering rather than a large influx of new funds. Crypto prices often price in negative news in advance; after prior declines absorb the pressure, the data release can trigger a V-shaped reversal.
In this scenario simulation, overall CPI is pulled up to 0.6% by oil prices, and core CPI is 0.2%. The market will most likely dip first before rebounding. BTC key level is 83300; holding above it may test 85000; if it falls below 82500, look toward 80000. ETH has greater volatility, with downside moves often stronger than BTC.
It is not advisable to bet on a one-sided direction before data disclosure. Wait for a pullback after a rally, follow the trend if the market weakens; the first 15-minute candlestick high is more indicative than market sentiment. In past CPI moves, some profited while others suffered losses. This is for opinion exchange only and does not constitute investment advice; contract trading carries very high risk. If data deviates significantly from expectations, this scenario logic will fail.
$BTC $ETH $ZEC #9月CPI公布在即,哈玛克称仍需进一步加息 The September CPI is about to be released, and Cleveland Fed President Harker has already taken a hawkish stance: interest rates still need to be raised further. This is not a simple hawkish statement but a warning about the stubbornness of inflation—businesses are gradually accepting high prices, and once inflation expectations become entrenched, the cost of policy will multiply.
The market expects the overall CPI to rise above 3.6% due to an energy rebound, but the core CPI may only increase slightly. This data will determine whether the Fed will "preemptively" raise rates in October: if core inflation is moderate, the probability of action in December is higher; if it again exceeds expectations, the October rate hike window will reopen.
A deeper contradiction is that the Fed is being pulled in three directions: the White House continues to pressure for rate cuts, internal voting members are divided in a way rarely seen in decades, and the overheating demand brought by AI investment adds a new variable. Harker's "monologue" may not become consensus but accurately pinpoints the core issue—the cost of delay may be far higher than the cost of action.
Before the data is released, the Fed has no room for "graceful waiting." Standard Chartered Bank officially supports $RLUSD
Ripple$XRP is breaking into the institutional market, and Ripple has recently achieved another important milestone.
On October 12, Standard Chartered Bank officially announced that through its Dubai International Financial Centre branch, it will provide institutional custody services for the RLUSD stablecoin issued on the XRP Ledger.
At the same time, Standard Chartered will collaborate with Ripple and LMAX Group to plan for RLUSD to become qualified collateral for institutional trading.
This means that in the future, institutions will have the opportunity to have RLUSD custodied by the bank while using its value for collateral management on trading platforms, reducing the risks caused by repeated asset transfers.
However, the collateral integration function is still in the planning stage and has not been fully implemented.
Many past stablecoin projects mainly competed on exchange liquidity and user scale, but Ripple is clearly moving towards bank custody, institutional trading, and cross-border settlement.
This path is more complex than simply expanding stablecoin issuance but is easier to establish long-term institutional partnerships.
For $XRP, the expansion of the RLUSD ecosystem benefits the practical use of XRPL, but growth in stablecoin business does not necessarily mean the price of XRP will rise in sync.
Next, we can observe the circulation scale of RLUSD and when LMAX's collateral integration will officially launch.
#StandardCharteredBank provides custody services for Ripple's RLUSD The most noteworthy change for BTC today is not the price returning to 83K, but that the macro pressure in the US has finally eased to some extent.
The 10-year US Treasury yield has fallen back to 5.21%, the US dollar index has dropped to around 102.3, and BTC ETFs have disclosed a temporary inflow of over $100 million.
However, the market still faces two unresolved issues: the Fed may continue to raise rates by the end of the year, and energy prices remain high.
Therefore, tonight's CPI is very critical.
If inflation is lower than expected, the 10Y yield falls below 5.2%, and ETFs ultimately confirm net inflows, then BTC has a chance to reestablish a foundation to rebound to 85K or even 87K.
But if CPI significantly exceeds expectations, long-term yields rise again, and IBIT final data weakens, then the rebound near 83K may still only be a short-term correction after deleveraging.According to intelligence compilation, OKX's Xu Mingxing questioned whether the $800 million compensation mentioned by CZ was downplaying the massive crash on October 10, when about $19 billion was liquidated. He Yi immediately retorted, and xhunt even opened a team voting (the above is second-hand information compilation; please refer to the original texts from all parties). This scene is too familiar: two former leaders subtly mocking each other in their friend circles. You say, "I'm not downplaying it," I say, "You are brainwashing." The comment section is full of people bringing small stools, and some seriously taking sides to vote. I just want to say, it's fine to watch the drama, but don't forget your own money is still held by them. The $19 billion liquidation on October 10 is not news; it's a lesson. Many people's feeling at the time was that they clearly did nothing wrong, yet their accounts were wiped out with one click. Arguing now about how much compensation or whose narrative is correct is just post-event rhetoric, like arguing after a breakup about who was cold first. Even if you win the argument, your losses won't come back. Regarding taking sides, I sincerely suggest saving your energy. Exchanges are not your partners; they are your marketplaces. Use them if they work well; switch if they don't. Don't talk about loyalty, and don't feel reassured just because the boss is tough on Twitter. The real things you should do: First, don't put all your assets in one place; spread them across different platforms. Second, keep what you use regularly; transfer the rest to self-custody wallets where you hold the private keys yourself. Third, check if the exchange has publicly disclosed proof of reserves. Saying "we are very safe" and providing evidence are two different things. Fourth, always keep a buffer in leveraged positions; in extreme market conditions, platform rules prevail, not your words. By the way, here is the data from that day Just glanced at the order book, and when that 30-minute BTC candlestick crashed down, my hot cocoa in hand went cold halfway. Have you noticed that this time the long positions have actually become the most dangerous signal? Looking at the derivatives data, longs are at 1.87B versus shorts at 980M, nearly double the difference. But in the past half hour, active selling was 51.63M while buying was only 19M, with selling pressure almost three times the buying volume. What's more interesting is that longs are still adding positions, increasing by 18.15M, while shorts are reducing by 9.75M. What does this indicate? It's not longs attacking, but shorts retreating, and new longs taking over the positions. Under this structure, price sensitivity to sell orders will become very high because there aren't enough shorts covering below to support the bottom. Meanwhile, gold is moving into a safe-haven narrative, but BTC is stuck between risk appetite and safe-haven attributes. Funds are not simply rotating but are repricing BTC's beta. If US stocks continue to weaken, leveraged longs within crypto will be forced to reduce positions, and ETH and altcoins may fall more than BTC because their derivatives depth is thinner. The bullish path is: if selling pressure around 51M exhausts and shorts cover, it could trigger a quick rebound since short positions have already decreased and remaining shorts are more cautious. But the risk is that long concentration is too high; once key support breaks, cascading liquidations will amplify the drop, and gold's strength is still drawing away macro safe-haven funds, weakening crypto's marginal buying power. My judgment is that now is not the time to watch direction but to watch when the derivatives structure clears. Longs are not cutting positions."Three Breaths Before Data Night"
CPI countdown, the market calms down first.
HYPE stands at 84.929, down 1.22% for the day, treating the 85 level as the last line of defense. With 97% of revenue repurchased providing confidence, it still nearly broke down intraday. Big brother Majhi has exited, large holders are reducing positions, yet some are buying near the threshold. It resembles a highly elastic altcoin: if CPI is hot, the drop could exceed Bitcoin; if cool, the rebound will be faster.
ZEC is at 1223.04, down 0.71%. After an 8.9% bounce the previous day, it is giving back some gains today, which is still digestion. Privacy coins are inherently volatile, currently lacking independent narratives, and in a rate hike atmosphere can only drift with the broader market; fundamentals are temporarily not the pricing driver.
OKB is at 124.51, down 1.14%, continuing to test the bottom below 125. Platform tokens lack their own catalysts, moving with the market rhythm but more resilient than smaller coins. Before the data release, sideways consolidation is the most reasonable stance.
One guards the gate, one recovers breath, one meditates. Before CPI, these three postures are all waiting for the same gust of wind.
Risk reminder: For market observation only, not investment advice.Tonight the US CPI is released. The whole market feels like meeting your partner's parents for the first time—changed clothes three times, took deep breaths in the hallway before entering. Bitcoin these past two days is like the person pacing at the door. On Monday, it was hit down to the weekly low; on Tuesday, it rebounded over 2% back near 83,500. Then it stopped at the 84,000 threshold, neither daring to knock nor wanting to leave (all data as of intraday on the 13th). Interestingly, prices are warming up, but money is flowing out. The spot ETF had a net outflow of about $65.4 million on Monday. Institutions' attitude is like a dating partner replying slower and slower—not blocked, but enthusiasm clearly cooled. On the other hand, Strategy added another 250 BTC. The guy is still the one delivering breakfast come rain or shine. However, the market is starting to discuss his rising financing costs. The affection is real, but so is the bill. ETH is holding above 2,500, but contract open interest has dropped to the lowest since February. It's not that people don't love it anymore; they just don't want to leverage up for love. This isn't necessarily bad—less bubble means a steadier path. My own view is simple: tonight's CPI is like the parents' words. If the data is mild, it's probably a "good kid, come visit often." The 84,000 door might open. If the data is hot, then don't rush; take your time and watch. Pullbacks and digestion are normal. So rather than betting on what the parents say, better to figure out how much volatility you can handle. Lighter positions, looser mindset. Uptober or Rektober, let the data speak. We just need to avoid being driven by emotions.South Korea's KOSPI plunged 5.4%, with Samsung and Hynix being sold off; US semiconductor stocks also fell sharply. Bitcoin, however, remains steady around 83,500.
170,000 people liquidated in 24 hours, $814 million evaporated: long liquidations at 686 million, short liquidations at 128 million — the longs were squeezed. Exchange BTC balance dropped from 2.8 million to 2.67 million, with whales absorbing the supply.
The AI narrative has fractured; Bitcoin's "non-AI" attribute might instead make it a safe haven for hot money. $BTC BTC has pulled up to around 83430, and the market is already showing clear signs of exhaustion. In the past 24 hours, short positions worth 282 million have been liquidated. The bulls seem to have pushed a wave to trigger short liquidations, but above 83639 there is a large liquidation wall of 100x leveraged long positions. This kind of level is prone to stop-hunting spikes followed by a reversal dump. On TradingView, MACD shows bearish divergence, RSI is overbought, chasing longs is purely feeding the whales.
I just sent an order to an old small five-story building, and when I came back to this level, I immediately closed my long position, not daring to be greedy. Do not open longs near the current price around 83430. If it rebounds to the 83600-84000 range, enter short positions directly, with stop loss above 84600, first take profit at 82000, second take profit at the 80000 round number. If the price first drops to around 80200 but does not break 80000, you can lightly open longs, stop loss at 79200, take profit at 83000.
The main strategy leans towards shorting at highs due to the liquidation wall above and overbought confluence. Don't follow emotions, and don't max out leverage.

@OKX Planet #Semiconductor sector faces concentrated sell-off, South Korea's KOSPI drops over 6%
Mid-term intelligence just monitored the Korean stock market: KOSPI fell over 6% intraday, breaking below 6000 points, with Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix heavily sold off. The exchange has even triggered a programmatic sell suspension. This is no ordinary correction.
First, US AI hardware stocks fell first, Broadcom and Intel said "the AI bottleneck is money, not chips," and high-valuation memory stocks were sold off first;
Second, with ChangXin's 4F² DRAM progress revealed, the market fears Korean manufacturers will lose pricing power;
Third, the Korean stock market is too J-shaped, with Samsung and SK Hynix accounting for nearly half of KOSPI. The more concentrated the weighting, the more the sell-off resembles a stampede.
Mid-term view is straightforward:
The AI mega cycle is not dead, but the "storytelling—assigning high valuations" phase is over. Now it’s entering the phase of "looking at cash flow, capital expenditure, and EPS." The Korean stock market is a global semiconductor sentiment thermometer; it crashes first, so A-share memory and computing power stocks shouldn’t be stubbornly bullish.
In terms of operations: don’t rush to catch the falling knife in semiconductors. Wait for US Treasury yields to fall, foreign capital selling pressure to ease, and for the leading stocks to stop falling with three consecutive K-line confirmations.

$SKHY Last week we were still discussing "ETF net outflow of $220 million over five days"; a week later, this number has become $697 million — triple the speed. Is the money that was supposed to support the market really collectively withdrawing? First, the news. The latest data today shows: U.S. spot ETFs had a net outflow of about $696.8 million over the last 5 trading days (about $221.8 million in the same period the previous week), a cumulative net outflow of $546.3 million over 10 days, and a latest single-day net outflow of $185 million. Prices weakened in sync: BTC is currently reported at $82,444.3, down 0.33% in 24 hours, down 3.82% in the past week, with the lower bound of the 20-day range still at 80,400. In other words, the outflow speed is accelerating, and the price is approaching the lower bound. Next, the impact on funds. ETF net outflows have two completely different natures: one is "turnover type" — after profit-taking, funds remain in the market but change holding forms (switching to futures or holding spot directly); the other is "exit type" — funds truly leave the asset. The key to distinguishing between the two lies in synchronous data: if it is turnover type, the total amount of stablecoins usually does not decrease, and the derivative positions structure changes; if it is exit type, you will see stablecoin shrinkage, large continuous ETF outflows over multiple days, and prices breaking below key ranges. The current combination is closer to the latter, which is why I raised the risk level. Implications for BTC: ETFs are the most important marginal buyers in this round of rally. When marginal buying switches from net inflow to continuous net outflow, the mid-term price support will shift from "fund-driven" to10.14 Wednesday BTC and ETH outlook
BTC near 83500, ETH at 2507. After dipping to 81000 early yesterday morning, it rebounded. Williams gave a dovish tone, but he said "there may still be one more rate hike this year," not that there won't be any, so don't overinterpret. ETFs are still bleeding; last week Bitcoin outflows were 681 million, Ethereum outflows were 542 million. Tonight's CPI is the key; if the core month-on-month hits 0.3%, rate hike expectations will reignite, and the market will likely fall further.
Resistance above is 84000-84500, support below is 81300-82000 in the short term. If 84000 is not broken, the rebound is just a correction.
Trading reference
BTC: Short at rebound 83800-84500, target 82500, if broken down look for 81500-80800.
ETH: Short at rebound 2540-2560, target 2480, if broken down look for 2440-2400. $BTC $ETH #9月CPI公布在即,哈玛克称仍需进一步加息 From the data, it is not very suitable to short right now. Let's take a look at the contract data of $ETH. We can see that from yesterday morning until now, its open interest first rose then fell, and the corresponding long-short ratio of contracts first fell then rose. At the same time, its final long-short ratio is lower than at the beginning. In other words, during the upward movement, many people were shorting, but now many large short positions have exited. So I think it's not suitable to short for the time being; it is estimated that it will rise a bit more later. Let's look at data over a longer period. This data looks better, showing that a lot of capital has exited, and they are large holders. Therefore, from a mid-to-long-term perspective, it is currently at a very high position and will still fall later. In summary, it is not time to short yet; we need to wait and observe more. I am currently going long on $SNDK, and I might exit at any time or short $ETH at any time.$SNDK SanDisk's 1400 level still holds some significance, with 1408, 1411, and 1403 tested three times, I thought it was going to break, but fortunately it held strong.
Yesterday, Asian stock markets opened low and closed high, luckily I bet right 😈
The short-term resistance is at the 1500 level, which has already been broken. If it breaks and holds above, the next target is around 1620. If it doesn't hold, I personally think it's a good idea to reduce a bit.
If it can continue to break through and hold around 1620, this wave could reach 1750-1800 for a small swing without much problem.
AI data centers' demand for NAND storage continues to expand, the NBM protocol locks in long-term revenue visibility, and S&P's rating upgrade confirms financial health—these are all tangible positives.
The stock price's pullback from 1900 to 1400 reflects the market's early pricing of future competitive dynamics—if CXMT successfully enters the high-end NAND market, it may weaken the pricing power of the current leader, while SanDisk's profitability heavily depends on pricing.
The above are my personal views for reference only #Strategy's increased holdings slow down, corporate treasury strategies changing?
This morning I laid out the announcements from three treasury companies this week. At first, I also thought they were all busy buying more coins.
Strategy's statement was quite straightforward: bought 250 BTC and repurchased $192 million worth of STRC during the same period. Metaplanet issued 52 billion yen in convertible bonds this morning, mainly used to repurchase its own shares and repay part of BTC-backed loans. Strive actually added 3,311 coins last week and today is pushing a fixed 15% preferred stock to raise funds.
Among the three, the first two spent more money this week protecting the coin content per share. If Strive reports another large purchase in the pre-market 8-K today, I'll narrow this down to Strategy and Metaplanet and come back to admit I was wrong. $BTC ETH Worse Than BTC: ETF Withdrawals for 9 Consecutive Days, 2500 Is a Facade, Not a Bottom
BTC at least holds steady around 83k, but ETH isn’t looking as good. Spot ETH ETFs have seen net outflows for 9 straight days as of 10/9, withdrawing about 697 million over nine days, with 56.1 million withdrawn on 10/9 alone.
ETH is currently at 2501 USD, which doesn’t look like a crash, but the structure is weak: BTC’s market dominance is about 59.5%, with funds moving into “Bitcoin + stablecoins” as a safe haven, making altcoins and ETH secondary options.
Additionally, large holders like BitMine say “once we buy 5%, we stop buying,” reducing spot demand. So don’t think ETH is cheap just because it hasn’t dropped much; when institutions retreat, secondary assets always get dumped before the leader. #September CPI announcement imminent, Harker says further rate hikes are still needed #TSMC Q3 revenue hits record high, profit performance to be revealed The one that falls the least is not necessarily the most resilient
On the same day, $BTC $ETH $SOL all went down together.
But the ways they fell were completely different.
Here’s the conclusion:
The declines of the three coins come from different sources.
$BTC is driven by emotional contagion, $ETH by capital withdrawal.
$SOL is being dumped by contract shorts, with spot hardly moving.
Now the reasons:
On-chain funds can distinguish who is truly selling and who is just dragged down.
$BTC is supported by the 400-day moving average, with big holders buying at low levels.
$ETH sees continuous ETF outflows, and wallets are still transferring out.
$SOL spot outflows are minimal; all the pressure is on derivatives.
By distinguishing the sources, you know which line is emotion and which is real money.
When you can’t tell, every drop looks real.
#BTC and ETH spot ETFs outflowing simultaneously, is institutional demand weakening? $BTC $ETH Finally starting to understand yesterday's deep V-shaped movement:
At first, it was a sharp drop caused by long liquidations: 170,000 people liquidated, totaling 815 million USD, with longs accounting for 689 million.
Then came the rebound due to liquidity gap filling. However, since no new funds entered to take over, it can only be considered a technical correction, not a trend reversal.
Finally, it dropped again because although selling pressure eased, institutional ETF demand remained weak, with no buying support for the coin price.
I noticed three structural signals for reference:
1. Whales are buying $BTC: whale holdings rose to 3.03 million BTC, and spot ETF net inflows for the year turned positive from a previous net outflow of 83,000 BTC to about 2,300 BTC.
2. Small investors are retreating, but big players are leveraging up: in September, institutional users borrowing $BTC over 10 million USD saw USDT loan growth of 83.3%, while retail borrowing dropped 17.2%. This indicates that chips are concentrating in the hands of a few.
3. The premium on treasury stock $MSTR is gone. Strategy holds 848,250 coins worth about 70.6 billion USD at current prices, but the company's market cap is only about 51.1 billion USD.
In the past two years, the "issue stock to buy coins" model was the most profitable in the US stock market. Now the market gives a discount instead of a premium—this is a very key qualitative change in this cycle.Third sister DOGE is hanging on the tree, hanging higher and higher, not worried at all, brothers.
"It doesn't move because it's waiting for everyone else to move first"
$DOGE rebounds across the board, but it pretends to be asleep. Guess what the funds are waiting for? Waiting for macro to land, waiting for the market to show its stance, waiting for a window that belongs only to meme.
CPI and interest rate hike expectations hang overhead, big money won't rush in first. DOGE is an emotional lever; the later the market phase, the easier it is to be remembered.
On-chain chips are slowly concentrating, exchange balances are not continuing to pile up, the sideways movement looks more like turnover, not a collapse.
Don't mistake the quiet for no action. Meme explosions never rely on forecasts; they rely on rotation to it when there aren't many sell orders left on the order book.
The target is temporarily seen at 0.15, provided there is volume to hold steady. Before any signal, patience is more valuable than courage.
#September CPI announcement is imminent, Hamark says further rate hikes are still needed $HYPE actually has no selling pressure; anyone who has truly studied it will come to this conclusion.
The rise of HYPE is based on the strong profit-making ability of derivatives, not a pump by manipulators.
The true circulating supply of HYPE is very low, only 100 million tokens, with about 10% actually circulating; the rest are locked, burned, or not yet released, extremely tightly controlled.
I previously said the only solution for HYPE is a price pump.
The true circulating supply of HYPE is 8 billion, not 20 billion, nor 80 billion after full circulation.
$UNI does have strong selling pressure; I have posted charts showing large sell orders at the top and exchange balances hitting new highs. $BTC Korean stocks plummeted, but BTC did not follow the drop; this is more important than the rise or fall.
South Korea's KOSPI fell about 7.4% in a week, with Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix being heavily sold off by foreign investors. Since the beginning of the year, foreign investors have sold the equivalent of about $129 billion in just these two companies. In the past, tech stock crashes → risk appetite collapse → BTC follows the drop. But this time, BTC bounced back from 81k to above 83k, indicating that the transmission from "Asian tech stocks → crypto" is not as smooth.
One explanation is: BTC now pays more attention to the US dollar, ETF flows, and the Federal Reserve; another explanation is: on-exchange funds are "leaving bad stocks and riding the digital gold narrative." Regardless of which, the conclusion is the same—stop forcing the old script of "Nasdaq falls, BTC must fall" onto the 2026 market. #September CPI announcement is imminent, Harker says further rate hikes are still needed #TSMC Q3 revenue hits a new high, profitability performance to be revealed $BTC spot BTC ETF is withdrawing, don't overstate the "institutional bull market"
In October, the US spot Bitcoin ETF saw a net outflow of about $451 million, with $69 million outflow on Monday alone. What does this indicate? Institutions are not blindly buying; even when the price reaches 83,000–84,000, they are taking profits or watching. Many people are still stuck in the narrative of "ETF buying spree" from earlier this year, but currently: retail wants to rush in, institutions are withdrawing; the public is shouting bull market, but the funds are running.
However, don't turn bearish immediately. Tesla still holds 11,509 BTC, which at 83,400 amounts to nearly a $1 billion position; SpaceX holds about 8,285 BTC, Musk's companies "don't speculate but also don't sell." So institutions are not bearish on BTC, they just don't want to be the bag holders at this level. #September CPI announcement imminent, Hammock says further rate hikes are still needed #TSMC Q3 revenue hits record high, profit performance to be revealed $BTC The Fed's statement at midnight is more eagerly awaited by the crypto community than by the US stock market
New York Fed President Williams spoke at midnight: one more rate hike this year is appropriate, but there's no reason to continue tightening in 2027. Translation: hawkish with a dovish tilt. The market's biggest fear is "endless rate hikes," and now the Fed's third-in-command is basically saying "just one more, don't panic."
After the news, the dollar index dropped 0.41% to 102.167, US Treasury yields retreated, gold and US stocks both relaxed, and BTC was no longer hammered by macro factors. The crypto market is now more tightly linked to the dollar and real interest rates than before; when the Fed eases, risk assets get a breather first; even if a real rate hike lands, BTC might not necessarily crash because "expectations" matter more than "actions." #September CPI release imminent, Hamarak says further rate hikes still needed #TSMC Q3 revenue hits record high, profitability to be revealed From last night to early this morning, Bitcoin staged a V-shaped reversal: rising from a low of 80,951 to a high of 84,053, making a $3,100 round trip in one day, currently hovering around 83,100. The entire network saw $770 million liquidated in 24 hours, with over 80% being long positions, and more than 170,000 people liquidated. Tonight at 8:30, the US September CPI will be released — this is the last inflation report before the Federal Reserve meeting on October 27, carrying full weight. Yesterday's decline was not just a crypto issue. South Korea's KOSPI dropped 5.46% in one day, directly triggering a circuit breaker, spreading panic from the stock market to the crypto market, with BTC briefly dipping below 81,000. But the quality of this rebound is not bad: it is driven by spot buying, not leverage. On-chain data shows spot CVD (active buy orders minus active sell orders) rose in sync with the price recovery, indicating real money is buying, not just futures contracts betting on direction. Institutional hands and retail hearts are temporarily not aligned. The US Bitcoin spot ETF has seen a cumulative net outflow of about $454 million since October, with $65.4 million flowing out on Monday alone; Ethereum ETFs are worse, with nine consecutive days of net outflows, totaling $635 million in October. The three major macro factors have not shifted: US Treasury yields remain near 24-year highs, the dollar index is the strongest since April, and crude oil surged to $107. The fear and greed index fromA high-leverage trader nicknamed "Sister Bao" by on-chain trackers just proved her grasp of short-term rhythm with two closing orders: a $BTC long opened at 83092.2 and closed at 83970.8, netting 563.62U, a return of +96.90%; a $ZEC short opened at 1289.02 and closed at 1247.91, netting 816.98U, a return of +158.45%. These two trades were in opposite directions and very short-term, yet both precisely hit the trend starting points. 🎯 But what’s truly worth analyzing isn’t these two wins, but the current open position structure she holds. The entire account is all 100x leverage perpetuals: the $BTC long is only 0.4 coins, margin 333.4U, average price 83547.3, mark price 83352.2, unrealized loss 78.04U, paper return -23.35%—this is just a slight pullback. The real drag on the account is the $ETH long: 199.258 coins, margin 4982.98U, average price 2723.87, mark price 2500.77, unrealized loss has reached 44455.22U, paper return -819.06%. This is the largest current drawdown source in the account and a key signal for judging her next moves. Here appears a notable divergence: she continuously realizes short-term profits on $BTC and $ZEC, yet maintains a deeply underwater high-leverage long on $ETH. This is not passive trapping but more like an active choice—to hedge long-term positions with short-term profits.$ETH Once it broke below 2500, Big Bro Maji was immediately pushed to the edge of a cliff.
If he doesn't want to be completely liquidated, he can only cut losses and close positions all the way. He slashed his position to 8.5 million, losing 11.9 million dollars in a week. The account's net value is now only 288,000, all thrown in as margin, holding on to the death.
Opening price was 2545, liquidation price 2392. To put it bluntly, he's repeatedly hovering around the liquidation line.
This guy is really tough, the die-hard long position persona won't fall. But the market is something that punishes defiance.
288,000 in the crypto world, to put it bluntly, is just a large retail investor level. With the bears this fierce, can he really hold on?Yesterday's deep V move was not in vain. BTC closed above 83000, this morning around 83400, 24-hour high at 84158, ETH at 2500, SOL at 107. Although it couldn't hold above 84000, it didn't drop back to 81000 either. This closing posture can be considered passing. Looking at the candlesticks over the past two days, there's a lot of information. On Monday, a false breakout at 84352 dropped back to 81800; on Tuesday, a false break below 81062 was pulled back above 84000. Bulls and bears were continuously caught on both sides, with 170,000 liquidations, and floating chips were heavily shaken out. The area between 80400 and 81000 was tested twice and recovered both times, thickening the double bottom base. The market is now at a critical point; 84000 to 85000 is dense resistance above, 81000 to 80400 is strong support below, and the range is narrowing, getting closer to a real directional choice. A volume breakout above 85000 will confirm the double bottom, with a rebound target of 87000; a drop below 80400 without recovery will mean double bottom failure, with 78000 in sight. Before the direction is clear, the strategy is simple: wait. Hold spot positions firmly, keep buy orders at 80000 and 78000 but don't expect immediate fills, and do not add positions chasing the price before breaking 85000. In this kind of two-way pin action market, frequent trading is just giving money to the market. Tonight, the US September CPI data will be released, the biggest macro variable this week. Interest rate expectations will directly give direction. Don't move positions before the data; let the data speak first.📉 Today's rebound is short covering, not new inflows.
In the past 24 hours, BTC liquidations reached 68.56 million, with shorts accounting for 70.9%; ETH liquidations were 58.61 million, shorts 62.2%.
But altcoins liquidated were mostly longs—"other" coins had 50.62 million liquidations with longs at 83.2%.
ETF daily net value shifted from a net outflow of 65.4 million to a net inflow of 6.7 million.
Mechanism: The probability of a rate hike on October 28 dropped from 70% to 19%, easing dollar pressure and prompting shorts to retreat first.
On Orbit, on day 13 of the "10U Challenge," Peak Brother's desperate cliff 🇺🇸 wrote last night "aiming for 85,000." This is the position shorts gave up.

Tonight at 20:30 CPI is expected year-over-year 3.4% → 3.6–3.7%. (Personal opinion, not investment advice)
My prediction: Core month-over-month ≤0.2%, BTC hits 84,500–85,500 within 24 hours; ≥0.3% looks at 82,000.

Do you think it will break 84,500 first tonight, or return to 82,000 first?
$BTC $ETH #SeptemberCPIReleaseComingSaylor is out again shouting about 100,000.
He said $BTC already bottomed below 60,000, now back in the 80,000 range, and can break 100,000 again later, with an annual increase of 20% to 30% in the coming years.
Sounds pretty encouraging.
But if you break down what he said, the really interesting part isn’t the price prediction, it’s the latter part — MSCI wants to change index rules, possibly kicking out companies like Strategy that mainly rely on hoarding coins rather than operating profits from the global index, and he’s panicking.
To put it simply, part of his bullishness is faith, part is that his wealth is tied up in it, and if the index kicks them out, the buying volume will drop significantly.
So I’m cautious this round.
He says it’s bottomed, I believe half of it. He says he’ll keep accumulating, I believe that too. But the more someone is desperate to keep the rules from changing, the tighter that leash is.
Whether 100,000 can be reached again, who knows, first let’s see if MSCI accepts him.

#$BTC September CPI to be released tonight
The Federal Reserve may continue to raise interest rates!
At 20:30 tonight, the U.S. will release the September CPI data.
The market currently expects the September CPI to rise 3.6% year-on-year, higher than the previous 3.4%; core CPI is expected to rise 2.5% year-on-year, also higher than the previous 2.4%.
Cleveland Fed President Harker recently emphasized again that to bring inflation back to the 2% target, the Federal Reserve still needs to raise interest rates further.
The biggest problem right now is energy prices. $CL oil prices remain high, which may cause overall inflation to accelerate again, and core inflation has not fully cooled down.
This CPI release is very important for BTC, $XAU gold, and U.S. stocks.
If the data exceeds expectations, the market may further increase bets on a rate hike in December, and risk assets will remain under short-term pressure.
But I do not intend to panic sell before the data is released. Recent rate hike expectations have repeatedly affected the market. Tonight, besides watching the CPI itself, it is more important to see if $BTC can hold the lows of the past few days after the data release. #BTC and ETH spot ETFs are flowing out simultaneously, has institutional demand weakened? In this rebound, BTC alone carries the banner, while other major coins only recover from low levels.
In this divergent market, who is really leading this rebound? Market data provides a clear answer: risk aversion among funds remains evident.
From 101.63 rising to 108.56, the rebound from the low is impressive, but there is still about a 3% gap from the 24-hour opening price of 112.19, and the resistance at 113.12 has not yet been touched.
From 2409 rebounding to 2532, the low-level recovery is decent but has not reclaimed the 2560 opening position, with clear pressure at 2580 above.
From 81033 rising to 83700, only 0.3% below the 24-hour opening price of 83983, this is the best recovery among the three, as under uncertainty funds prioritize flowing to the most liquid assets.
This is a BTC-driven recovery, not a comprehensive market risk appetite rebound. Only when all three simultaneously break key price levels will funds spread to high Beta coins; if only BTC strengthens while others lag, it only indicates funds seeking safety in BTC.
The core observation level for this round is BTC 84360.

$BTC $ETH $ZEC
A sharp drop followed by a rebound—do you think the market is giving an opportunity? Wake up, this is the whales testing the waters, seeing how much selling pressure remains, and shaking out retail investors.
The ETH long-short ratio tells the story: 65.79% of accounts are long, only 34.21% are short. When the price dropped near 2500, retail investors thought it was cheap and rushed to go long. But the market is counterintuitive; the more unified retail is, the less likely the big players will push up. This 65% bulls are ready fuel; if they don't get burned out, the market won't bottom.
On-chain data isn't optimistic either: ETH spot ETFs saw a net outflow of $542 million last week, with BlackRock alone withdrawing $477 million; Ethereum Foundation-related wallets transferred 4393 ETH to exchanges, and F2Pool co-founder Wang Chun also moved 2160 ETH. Institutions are withdrawing, whales are running, and buying power has long vanished.
Price is grinding back and forth near 2500, moving averages all pressing overhead, each rebound weaker than the last. This kind of exhaustion will most likely end with a big bearish candle smashing through 2400. As long as retail investors aren't desperate, the real bottom won't appear.
Don't catch the falling knife, don't bottom-fish; going short with the trend is the hard truth.
How many more days do you think this 65% bulls can hold out?

#BTC and ETH spot ETFs see simultaneous outflows, is institutional demand weakening?
#September CPI release imminent, Harker says further rate hikes are still needed
⚠️ Personal review, not investment advice. The market suddenly quieted down, and no one is willing to take the first step. Do you feel the same way, where the red light hasn't turned green yet, but your foot is already pulled back? Last night, staring at the screen, BTC 83406, ETH 2550, SOL 111, XAUT 4171, all in red. But what really made me stop wasn't the candlestick chart, it was three things pulling at the back simultaneously. The first is geopolitics and oil prices. The Strait of Hormuz is restricted, pipelines attacked, pushing oil prices up, and the G7 released 100 million barrels from reserves to suppress prices. Gold has safe-haven properties, but with the US dollar strengthening and US Treasury yields high, the rise is being suppressed. XAUT is tugging back and forth around 4171, holding steady but unable to break out. This stalemate itself indicates that safe-haven funds aren't that confident either. The second is inflation and interest rates, which is the real starting gun. CPI and PPI are about to be released. Core CPI at 0.2% means the Fed can remain patient; at 0.3%, there will be arguments again; at 0.4%, rate hike expectations will be repriced, and risk assets will come under pressure. The 10-year US Treasury yield is 5.36%, cash yields a steady 5% for one year, so who still wants to buy things that don't generate cash flow? This is a bit harsh, but it is the most real opposing force right now. The third is institutional funds, which determine the quality of the rebound. BTC ETF saw an outflow of 678 million in the first week, ETH had nine consecutive days of net outflows, and SOL ended 14 weeks of net inflows. These are not small numbers; they tell me that marginal buying is retreating, at least temporarily. I've noted the key positions:September CPI to be released tonight

$BTC and $ETH spot ETFs are both seeing outflows
Are institutional funds retreating?
The crypto market has been continuously declining recently, and ETF funds are also showing significant changes.
According to Farside data, on October 7, the US Bitcoin spot ETF had a single-day net outflow of $484.9 million, followed by a continued outflow of $244.1 million on October 8.
On October 12, the Bitcoin ETF again saw a net outflow of $65.4 million. The Ethereum ETF had a net outflow of about $85.4 million on the same day, totaling approximately $150.8 million in combined outflows.
Previously, the market regarded spot ETFs as the most important incremental source of funds for this bull market, but recent data shows that institutional funds are also affected by the macro environment.
Especially with the Federal Reserve reconsidering rate hikes and the dollar and US Treasury yields remaining high, it is not surprising that funds temporarily leave high-volatility assets.
However, continuous outflows do not mean that institutions have completely abandoned the crypto market.
What I care more about is whether ETF funds can turn positive again after BTC prices stabilize. If prices rebound but funds continue to flow out, the sustainability of such a rebound is questionable. $ETH leads the mainstream, with money flowing into the Ethereum ecosystem. $BTC current price is $83,387, up 2.52% in 24 hours; $ETH rose 3.53% to $2,506.47, with a turnover rate of 3.95%, more than twice BTC's 1.82%. On the gainers list, $OP rose 24.43% with a turnover of 56.88%, ZK rose 12.21% with a turnover of 37.81%, showing increased volume on Ethereum Layer 2 on the same day.
The breadth of the rebound is not yet sufficient. The total market cap is $2.83 trillion, down 1.12% in 24 hours, with the deepest decline only -10.04%, and gains concentrated in a few coins. $BAT rose 27.72%, but the funding rate is -0.37%, indicating shorts are adding positions as prices rise; a rally under negative funding rates is likely to be followed by a pullback. BLUR funding rate is -1.04%.
In the next 48 hours, Ethereum ecosystem is expected to outperform the broader market. There are two critical thresholds: if ETH's 24-hour gain falls below BTC's, this line breaks; and only when the total market cap change turns positive from -1.12% can a full rebound be considered. On October 13, the US stock market experienced another trading day that appeared calm on the surface but was turbulent underneath. The S&P 500 barely moved, but chips and banks held the market down, with trading focused on "whether earnings can continue to support the highs" rather than the direction itself. The S&P 500 closed at 7805.45, down 0.02%; the Dow Jones at 51670.10, down 0.35%; and the Nasdaq at 27204.38, down 0.15%. It was less than 0.2% away from the record high of 7818.93 on October 6. On the surface, it was a slight decline, but in reality, it was a pullback after wide fluctuations—the Dow once surged several hundred points intraday but was ultimately pushed back down. The bank earnings season officially began, with the result being "good news can't be sold." Goldman Sachs exceeded expectations, but its stock price barely moved; JPMorgan Chase had a rare miss, falling nearly 1%; Wells Fargo's net interest income fell short of expectations, dropping about 3%; Citigroup, despite posting its best third-quarter revenue in ten years, saw its stock fall over 5%. The earnings themselves were not bad, but the market had already priced in "stability," lacking a narrative of growth exceeding expectations. More notably, the chip sector declined. The Philadelphia Semiconductor Index fell for the fifth consecutive day, with Micron down nearly 4% and Applied Materials down nearly 7%. The catalyst was progress by China's ChangXin Memory in next-generation storage architecture, combined with Broadcom's CEO's earlier comment that AI capital spending is "like a casino." Storage and equipment stocks led the decline, holding the Nasdaq down. The AI theme has risen significantly this year, and the market is becoming sensitive to "how much more it can rise" rather than simply looking at demand. Sector-wise, energy and communication services strengthened, partially offsetting the declines.【$BTC market dominance stands above 60% again, altcoins are drained before they even recover】
Bitcoin's market dominance has climbed back above 60%, but don't rush to celebrate BTC's bull return. On October 13, data from different platforms showed BTC dominance around 59.7% to 60.4%, while the total market cap shrank about 2.8% in 24 hours. This looks more like altcoins have fallen harder than BTC, so BTC passively gained a larger market share.
Funds haven't signaled a full-scale attack either. On October 12, the US spot BTC ETF saw a net outflow of $65.4 million, indicating institutional buying hasn't returned to take over yet. Currently, money prefers to hold BTC rather than gamble on highly volatile altcoins.
I tend to believe that in the short term, BTC still has the advantage while altcoins remain under pressure. Market dominance breaking 60% is not the start of an altcoin season; rather, it shows risk appetite hasn't recovered yet. However, if BTC stabilizes and rises, market dominance then falls back, and altcoins start to rally broadly, that would be a signal of capital diffusion. Otherwise, don't just look at BTC's rebound and assume all coins will take off together.#After the Unichain handover, UNI enters the expected game phase
1.2 years, this Uniswap self-developed L2 completes its lifecycle and is handed over to Optimism for operation, marking the project’s contraction of its front and refocusing on the DEX core business. This phase is usually accompanied by a narrative decline in the market, continuous weakness in funding rates, a slow decline in total positions, and holders no longer pricing based on new chain stories but relying on the protocol’s trading volume and the long-term expectations of the fee switch to make judgments.
The protocol’s trading volume remains high, but token holders cannot share cash flow, and the fee switch has been undecided for many years. Previously, Unichain was the market’s core incremental narrative; after the narrative fades, the target can only rely on periodic capital pulses, and the market often falls silent again after a rebound.
The core constraint of this round of the market is not the on-chain trading scale but the regulatory definition of the fee switch. Before the rules are implemented, light holdings face limited pressure, while heavy long-term holdings are prone to sustained losses. The signal for phase transition comes from the regulatory definition related to the fee switch. The most important price level to watch now is $7.
