Brief Notes on the Interest Rate Decision Night: Rates Unchanged, But the Sword Still Hangs (・∀・)
The Federal Reserve held rates steady overnight, keeping the range at 3.75%—4%, with a 10 to 2 vote. Cook and Harker both advocated for a rate hike; back in September it was a unanimous 12 to 0, so this split is quite noticeable (¬_¬).
The statement changed “moderate expansion” to “strong expansion,” and the previous line about “rate hikes helping inflation return to 2% faster” was removed. The Wash press conference gave no forward guidance, so the market can only guess ( ̄▽ ̄).
CME FedWatch shows over an 85% chance of a rate hike in December, and the 10-year Treasury yield touched 5.025%. Holding rates steady doesn’t mean easing; with two votes for a hike, the sword still hangs over December (。•́︿•̀。).
$BTC was around 80800 at the decision, pulled up to 81100 during the press conference, surged to 81768 at 4 a.m. but was slammed back down, now hovering around 81130, with a funding rate of 0.01%. I see this spike as just a bounce after the boot dropped, not a trend (・∀・).
Short-term support is at 80950—81000; several hourly candles overnight had lower shadows here, so cut losses if it breaks below. Resistance is first at 81450; if it can’t break past the long upper shadow at 81770, don’t chase. Stop loss below 80700, target first at 81770, keep position size small as usual (ง •_•)ง.

Terafab is a significant chip in Intel's foundry transformation journey. This project, led by Musk, aims to establish an advanced chip base in Texas with an annual production capacity of 1 terawatt of computing power, focusing on 2nm process technology to supply xAI, Tesla FSD, and SpaceX space computing chips.
For Intel, this perfectly addresses its most troublesome shortcoming: the lack of heavyweight long-term customers in its foundry business. Previously, IDM 2.0 progressed slowly, with 18A process yield ramp-up and lack of stable large order validation, causing the foundry market share to remain stagnant. Partnering with Terafab not only allows continuous advancement of cutting-edge processes and yield refinement but also secures long-term orders tied to AI, robotics, and space sectors, directly boosting factory capacity utilization.
However, there are also significant uncertainties. The project involves massive investment and a long timeline; shortages of EUV equipment and engineers are hard barriers; the cooperation model is not fully finalized, with uncertainties in future capacity allocation, technology licensing, and profit sharing. Meanwhile, the project prioritizes serving Musk's own ecosystem, limiting incremental external orders, so it cannot immediately compete head-to-head with TSMC.
From the industry landscape perspective, this is Intel's best opportunity for foundry transformation and can set market expectations; however, it is a long-term story with short-term profit realization difficult. The capital market is more about speculating on expectations, and if the project progress falls short, valuations can quickly retract. In the semiconductor sector, order volume, yield, and implementation pace matter more than just concepts.#美国9月核心PCE升至3.1%,加息预期仍高
The US core PCE price index rose 3.1% year-on-year in September, up 0.1 percentage points from the previous 3%, in line with market expectations.
Currently the Federal Reserve's most watched inflation indicator, the rebound in core PCE shows that underlying inflation pressures excluding food and energy prices have not subsided, while the overall PCE increase indicates that energy or food prices have contributed more to overall inflation.
The simultaneous acceleration of both indicators, without deviation from market expectations, indicates a temporary halt in the downward inflation trend, and that the policy target is still some distance away.
$BTC $ETH $ZEC #OKX、ICE与Trade.xyz联手,推动永续合约进入美国合规市场 #Strategy财报前瞻:BTC账面收益大幅反弹 On October 29, the crypto market hardly had its own momentum. Bitcoin fell below eighty thousand during the Asian session, hitting a low of 79,883, then 80,133 in the afternoon, a slight drop of less than 1%; Ethereum dropped 1.5%, XRP and Solana weakened in sync. All coins followed something off-chain.
The driving force is off-chain. The Federal Reserve is very likely to hold steady this week, but the December rate hike is priced in at nearly 70%; tech stocks reported weak earnings, and risk appetite contracted. Crypto liquidity is the thinnest and was sold off first.
Looking at the bigger picture, this is a continuation of a long-term adjustment: September closed at 83,600, then dropped to 79,200, rebounded to 81,500 in mid-October, and now retreated to eighty thousand again. This month has fallen more than 4%, possibly marking two consecutive years of declines in a typically strong October. Coinbase premium remains negative—the money wasn’t driven away by panic, it simply didn’t come in.
Robinhood’s Q3 net revenue hit a record $1.42 billion, but net profit fell 14%; crypto revenue was only $120 million, halved, as users shifted to betting on event contracts. Eighty thousand is not a historic moment, just a level after leverage cleanup. Going forward, the focus is on whether ETFs can sustain net inflows and if there will really be a rate hike in December.
#美国9月核心PCE升至3.1%,加息预期仍高 $BTC $ETH Macro Background: The "Hawkish Pause" Takes Effect, December Is the Real Card
FOMC maintained the interest rate at 3.75%–4.00% with a 10:2 vote, while Governor Cook and Cleveland Fed President Hammack advocated for an additional 25BP hike; the statement upgraded the economic description from "solid" to "strong," and Waller said price stability has not yet been achieved, clearly stating that no further forward guidance will be given unless a crisis occurs.
"No rate hike" had long been priced in (about 90% market expectation before the meeting), so the announcement brought no incremental positive surprise. The real impact comes from the jump in December pricing—the probability of a rate hike in December rose from 75% to 81%–86%, with the market already betting on another 25BP hike on December 9.
U.S. Treasury yields are a structural force weighing on BTC: the 10-year yield stands above 5%, the 2-year yield once touched 4.78%, and the dollar is approaching its yearly high—"holding U.S. Treasuries yields 5% interest, while non-yielding BTC is being neglected."
Oil prices and geopolitics add extra pressure: oil prices continued to rise overnight, testing $102, reinforcing expectations of rising energy inflation and sustained high interest rates; Qatar's ceasefire proposal was rejected by Iran, and geopolitical conflicts remain unresolved.

#美国9月核心PCE升至3.1%,加息预期仍高 🌍 Will digital assets become part of everyday life for ordinary people in the future?
Today, when many people hear "digital assets," their first reactions might still be:
Trading.
Investing.
Market volatility.
However, the future development of digital assets may go far beyond these.
Looking back:
The internet was initially a tool for a few;
Smartphones were once expensive new technology;
But as infrastructure improved, they eventually became part of everyone's life.
Digital assets may undergo a similar development process.
In the future, digital assets might enter more daily scenarios:
☕ Paying for everyday services;
🛒 Completing online shopping;
🌍 Using global digital platforms;
🎨 Supporting content creators;
🤝 Participating in new digital economic ecosystems.
The true value of digital assets is not just owning an asset.
More importantly:
How to connect people and services;
How to enable more efficient value flow;
How to involve global users in the digital economy.
The future digital economy requires more than just technology.
It also needs:
Simple user experiences;
Stable infrastructure;
Global connectivity;
Secure and reliable value exchange.
Blockchain is exploring the next generation of digital connectivity.
In the future, maybe not everyone needs to understand complex technology.
Instead, digital assets themselves will become the infrastructure hidden behind everyday life.
ONEA Network focuses on this future direction.
Making value connection simpler.
Connecting digital services.
Exploring a more open global digital economy.📊 Liquidation Map on OKX ($BTC /USDT 24h)

What do you all think? $PEPE I have some reservations about the phrase "voting with money" in prediction markets. Buying coins means holding assets and waiting for the price to change, but here the trade is on whether something will happen or not. Using stablecoins to express a stance does cost more than just shouting verbally, but those with more capital have louder voices, and when trading is quiet, odds can easily be pushed around by a few orders. $490 billion, in one night. Google dropped 13%, and at this rate, its market value evaporated by nearly $490 billion. I stared at this number for a long time, recalling the recent discussions about AI giants being too big to fail.
Tokens are even more straightforward here: OKX Google token at $286, 24-hour high $328, low $281, with just over $200 million in trading volume. Not just it, ServiceNow opened down 21%, Marvell down 12%, AI stocks are lined up to get hit tonight.
I wrote an hour ago that what’s falling is the AI bill, not AI itself. Now to add: the bill itself is enough to fall on. Free cash flow was negative $9.1 billion last quarter, capex doubled to $51.4 billion a year, and the market is finally starting to price in the burn rate. Bloomberg says short positions in tech stocks have piled up to near recent highs, and some are calling for Anthropic’s IPO to ignite a rebound. The more shorts pile up, the less I want to join the frenzy; I’m not catching this knife, I’ll wait for them to finish fighting among themselves.
#美国9月核心PCE升至3.1%,加息预期仍高 Retail investor stronghold crashes 10%! The entire market is lying flat, my 100x $ETH long position went from 50% profit to almost losing all principal
Family, I was shocked by Robinhood's plunge today: the earnings report just came out and it immediately dropped 9.75%, almost hitting the limit down. The core problem is that the much-anticipated trading growth didn't continue, monthly active users dropped month-over-month, and commission income missed targets—in short, retail investors have all stopped, no one is entering to gamble.
Don't think this is just a US stock market issue; it's exactly the same in our crypto world. When hotspots were abundant recently, retail investors swarmed into tech stocks and altcoins, turnover rates maxed out; now with the FOMC looming, the whole market is watching, stocks have no volume, crypto even less, price rises are sluggish, but when it falls it crashes hard—purely a zero-sum game with existing funds taking from each other.
My ETH position is a vivid example. Yesterday when it hit 2343, I was up 50%, already planning where to take profits for a celebration, but today it directly dropped back to 2310. Entry price was 2331 with 100x leverage, just 21 dollars away, principal nearly lost 90%, in one day going from winning to getting beaten, even a roller coaster wouldn't dare run like this.
This shows that off-exchange funds have no intention to enter; crypto dreaming of an independent rally is just that—a dream. Fortunately, the liquidation price is still at 984, so no forced liquidation yet, but this volatile, exhausting market is even more wearing than a direct crash.
#闪迪存储业务高增长能否延续? $BTC $ETH $SOL $BTC
US stocks tonight saw a bloodbath in AI stocks, with Google dropping as much as 13%, ServiceNow opening down 21%, and Marvell falling 12%. My first reaction on days like this is to check BTC's chart — but it hovered around 80300, only down half a percent in 24 hours, with a low of 79709 not far off.
Some say this shows resilience, that Bitcoin has withstood multiple negative factors. I only agree with that halfway. Today macro is actually strong: Q3 GDP at 3.4% beat expectations, initial jobless claims were below expectations, and PCE tracked close to forecasts — the stronger the economy, the more likely a December rate hike, which is what is holding tech stocks down.
BTC not falling, I see more as it can neither fall nor rise. Contract rates at 0.9bp, open interest still at $2.6 billion lying flat, bulls haven't admitted defeat, but no new money is coming in either. This kind of stalemate is the most exhausting; I don't take it as a bottoming signal. Only when it drops with volume alongside the Nasdaq will I believe the risk has been cleared.
#美国9月核心PCE升至3.1%,加息预期仍高 $BTC Biggest Trading Mistake: Holding positions based on emotions, making decisions based on price points
Most losses are not from misreading the market, but from completely reversed position logic.
Ordinary traders:
Enter based on feelings, hold on fantasies, stubbornly endure losses, can't hold profits.
Mature traders:
Enter based on price points, hold based on structure, use rules for take profit and stop loss.
Core logic: High-level oscillation is weak, no one-sided bullish trend
Current practical rules for BTC
Core logic: Macro pressure, capital tug-of-war, range consolidation
- Bottom structure support: 74000–76000
This is the lifeline of this round of oscillation; holding it means range arbitrage, breaking it opens deep bottom grinding.
- Top resistance pressure: 82000–84000
Without continuous ETF inflows or macro resonance, any rally is a bull trap pulse.
The most realistic rule for BTC at this stage:
Good news only causes pulses, bad news causes real sell-offs.
Trading iron rules for everyone:
1. Do not operate in the middle price range, only trade at boundaries with high risk-reward ratio
2. Buy low after support stabilizes, reduce positions when resistance stalls
3. Accept losses immediately on breakouts, do not stubbornly hold or gamble on reversals
4. Avoid heavy positions in a choppy market, reject one-sided fantasies
The essence of trading is not predicting ups and downs.
It is always to act at the most profitable position, using rules to overcome emotions.
Control your hands, hold your positions well, do not take chances, do not stubbornly endure.
Stable profits have never relied on win rate, but on execution.$TSLA has dropped all the way down to $402.37, just barely holding above the lower boundary at $398.0. Reaching out to catch a falling knife at this point is likely to cost you your hand.
In the past 24 hours, the price slid from $412.15 down to around $398.0, now testing the lower support zone at the bottom.
This isn’t just sideways grinding; it’s a solid downward pressure, and the bulls haven’t shown any meaningful resistance yet.
I think the biggest mistake at this level is the instinctive thought, "It’s dropped so much, it should rebound now."
Support is for verification, not guessing. Bottom fishing before it stabilizes is just gambling.
My approach is simple: wait for it to break back above $412.15 before considering bullish positions; if it breaks below $398.0, accept that this lower boundary has failed.
During this bottoming process, watching more and acting less is the best strategy.
Do you think it will first test $412.15 again or break through $398.0 directly?

#OKX星球 #美股观察 Entrusting block production to independent validators is one thing, but whether the tokens held by the team and the treasury have been properly accounted for is another.
For months, there has been no public response regarding liquidity and token distribution, the Core was quietly removed from the core contributors' profile, and the coin price has plummeted to a historic low. Now announcing handing it over to the community, is that called a graceful exit?
Frankly, it's just packaging a run-away in a more grandiose way. Validators can run blocks, but they can't control the reserve tokens in the team's wallet that could be dumped at any time. If the community is truly to take the lead, first make the wallet transparency open, and don't use decentralization as a get-out-of-jail-free card to shirk responsibility.#OKX、ICE与Trade.xyz联手,推动永续合约进入美国合规市场 数据截至 22 时:HYPE 90.81,24 小时 +13.6%,是本轮全篮子最猛的一跳。 我的做法写在这儿:84 到 88 这个带子被吃回去、量能跟得上,我接一段,止损放在 80 下方;$BTC repeatedly fluctuates around 80,000 USD, will the big coin still drop? How to grasp the spot strategy
The big coin still has no clear directional choice, the 80,000-85,000 range has been oscillating for more than 20 days, the market is indeed a bit exhausting.
From the current trend, BTC near 80,000 USD, I personally tend to expect a further downward retracement, focusing on whether it can stop falling around 78,000. Of course, this is just the current trend forecast, the final outcome depends on the actual market performance.
The spot strategy remains unchanged, mainly low buying, no chasing highs, no blind position increases.
For light positions, you can wait to build positions in batches below 79,000; for heavy positions, consider adding positions below 78,000. Continue to watch the support range of 78,600-76,000 below, and if there is an extreme wick, leave room for response.
If the big coin chooses to go up later, you can seize the right-side opportunity after breaking through 83,500, still focusing on the T-trading opportunity near 89,000, no need to chase the rise prematurely.🔹 Market Direction: Slightly Bullish Observation 📍 Key Price Reference: * Watch Range: 1340–1350, observe if the price can stabilize after a pullback. * Support Reference: 1320, if the price breaks below this level, the previous bullish outlook may need to be reassessed. * Upper Resistance: 1390, further attention to the previous high area near 1420. 📈 Technical Analysis: SNDK has shown a strong overall trend previously, but short-term volatility has increased. The MACD death cross signal may indicate the market is undergoing a phase of adjustment; subsequent trends still require comprehensive judgment based on volume, support performance, and market sentiment. 📰 Latest Market Update: On October 29, the memory chip sector was affected by market sentiment and related company earnings reports, causing some memory stocks to pull back. Meanwhile, investors are also focusing on SanDisk's latest quarterly earnings and the impact of AI infrastructure demand on the storage industry. ⚠️ Risk Warning: The 1340–1350 range is worth monitoring but does not guarantee a rebound at this level. 1390 and 1420 should be considered observation points rather than confirmed targets for an upward move. Market volatility may increase around earnings announcements; technical signals should be viewed cautiously to avoid treating short-term trends as definitive outcomes. Market direction needs confirmation from actual price movements; rational analysis is more important than blindly chasing gains. 📊 Short-Term Capital Inflows Recover, but Reversal Remains Unconfirmed
🔹 BTC: Strongest structure, supported by spot and futures inflows.
🔹 ETH: Stronger leveraged inflows offer more upside potential but come with higher risk.
🔹 SOL: Spot buying continues, while futures outflows signal caution.
🎯 Outlook: Short-term sentiment is improving, but 30-day outflows suggest deleveraging is still ongoing. A sustained trend reversal remains unconfirmed.

Which earnings report comes first, SanDisk or Intel?
The market is still dropping; both SanDisk and Intel will report after the market closes tomorrow, but these two reports are completely different in difficulty.
SanDisk is currently priced around 1404. On Wednesday, it was boosted by SK Hynix's news of "storage shortage until 2030," resulting in a strong 7% bullish candlestick.
The options market is betting on nearly 10% volatility after the earnings, but the stock price is stuck below the 50-day moving average, with RSI around 45—typical "news-driven rally, technicals lagging."
What's worse, before today's market opened, it slipped down again along with the semiconductor sector, indicating some capital is front-running before earnings. Going long at this position bets on the NAND price increase logic continuing strong, but most of the odds have been eaten up by the previous 400+ point rise, so the chance of a sharp drop is not small.
Intel closed around 95.5, down more than 20 points this month. The implied volatility in options is only about 8%, much lower than actual volatility in previous earnings.
The market's expectations are low; the PC segment is suffocated by rising memory prices, so all eyes are on the server CPU line. The key range is between 85 and 90; as long as the earnings don't shatter the server narrative, the downside is relatively limited.
From a trading perspective: SanDisk is a "good story, bad position," Intel is "low expectations, with a floor." In the current market, going long on SanDisk means chasing news, while going long on Intel is betting on an earnings surprise. If I had to choose, Intel's odds feel more comfortable.$WLD whales are holding onto deep unrealized losses but still dumping piles of WLD into exchanges. Three consecutive wins
US September core PCE year-on-year at 3.1%, a four-month high, with a direct 83% probability of a rate hike in December — inflation hasn't cooled, and the Fed's knife is still at the neck.
I think the most dangerous thing now is not the rate hike itself, but the market shouting "bull comeback" while secretly shifting positions toward the exit.
$BTC is playing tough around 81,000, Binance reports 81,260, ETF inflows for two consecutive days total 176 million, looking quite stable. But don't forget it just broke below 80,000 a few days ago; now it's just moved from ICU to a general ward.
$ETH is truly miserable, at 2,299, down 2.4% in 24 hours, with October ETF outflows totaling 955 million USD, the worst monthly record this year. Ethereum now looks like a patient losing too much blood, still stubbornly saying "I'm fine."
$ZEC has its own script, bouncing back to 1,327, up 6% in 24 hours, shorts just liquidated 5.03 million, NU7 mainnet countdown to November 5. But Grayscale ZCSH had a weekly outflow of 93.56 million, whales are withdrawing coins, ETFs are redeeming — some are betting on the upgrade, others are quietly exiting.
I think now is not the time to rush to bottom fish anything. The 83% probability of a rate hike in December is no joke; the lifelines of BTC at 80,000, ETH at 2,300, and ZEC at 1,210 — if any break, the next stop is a deeper pit. Wait for the December FOMC to land, see who is still standing, then decide who to follow.

Looking at tonight's US data, Q3 GDP annualized growth was 3.4%, higher than expected; September overall PCE year-on-year was 3.6%, core PCE year-on-year was 3.1%, roughly in line with expectations; initial jobless claims dropped to 194,000. The data didn't bring extra inflation scares, but the economy is strong enough, employment hasn't worsened significantly, and the Fed hasn't closed the door on a December rate hike. It's not that easy for the market to turn around based on macro news! On the last trading day, BTC spot ETF net inflow was $137 million, while ETH ETF saw a net outflow of about $21.4 million, showing clear divergence in capital flow. My judgment remains short-term bearish and overall bearish! BTC is expected to test 79,700–79,200, ETH around 2,300. Nearly $11.7 billion in BTC/ETH options expire tomorrow, so don't rush to bet on direction in the short term! Don't blindly short at support levels; wait for a confirmed break of key levels and failure to reclaim on a rebound before considering action! $SNDK Seeing the news about a whale making a large stop-loss exit, I wonder if anyone else feels as mixed as I do.
A big player had a long position in SNDK, holding on stubbornly for a full thirty days. Finally, in the early hours today, they couldn’t take it anymore and chose to liquidate everything. The entry cost was $1814, but the exit price dropped to only $1247, a loss of 31.3%. Just closing the last 5,000 contracts resulted in a loss of $2.83 million, with the entire trade totaling a $4.58 million loss—tens of millions in assets shrank like that, almost like a luxury home turning into vapor.
Since entering on September 23, the market trended downward all the way, and every day they had to endure the psychological torment of unrealized losses. The prolonged internal struggle eventually wore down their confidence in holding the position.
In the face of market trends, everyone is equal—even whales with huge capital have no privileges. Holding against the trend and refusing to admit mistakes won’t make the market go easy on you just because you have deep pockets. This incident serves as a reminder to all traders: set your stop-losses in advance and don’t stubbornly hold onto losing positions hoping for luck. #闪迪存储业务高增长能否延续? 📊 US GDP Growth Accelerates, but BTC Pulls Back
🇺🇸 US Q3 GDP growth rose to 3.4% from 2.2% in Q2, yet BTC and ETH failed to sustain their post-data gains.
🔹 BTC: Holding near $80,000. Resistance at $80,275–$80,375; support at $80,015.
🔹 ETH: Trading around $2,321. Resistance at $2,331–$2,335; support at $2,317, then $2,305.
🎯 Outlook: The market remains directionless after the data release. Watch hourly closes for confirmation and avoid reacting to sudden wicks.🔥 Will the big players follow my script?
Main script (Main force first choice: fake rally to lure longs → surge then fall to crush the market)
1. First lure longs with a rise
Price first slightly rebounds from 2340 to 2390–2405, repairing indicators to trick retail investors into chasing longs and bottom-fishing.
Precisely pressured and crushed
Touches 2400–2410 resistance with a long upper shadow and then falls back.
🔺 Short position range: 2390–2405 Stop loss: 2425
• First target: 2280 break to sweep longs
Alternative script (Extremely weak trend: no rebound, direct slow decline)
Rebound fails to surpass 2350, directly breaks below 2280
🔺 Pullback 2275–2280 to chase shorts Stop loss 2305
• Target: 2230 → 2150
2. Deep liquidation
Break 2280 and directly drop to 2230, a dense leverage liquidation zone
3. Two possible follow-up trends
❤️🔥 Strong short: 2230 support fails, dips to 2150 for extreme shakeout and accumulation, this probability is very small
❤️🔥 Bottom grinding: 2230 stabilizes, returns to 2280–2400 range with repeated double sweeps and oscillation
Alternative script (Extremely weak trend: no rebound, direct slow decline)
Rebound fails to surpass 2350, directly breaks below 2280.
🔺 Pullback 2275–2280 to chase shorts Stop loss 2305
• Target: 2230 → 2150
⚠️: BTC has not stabilized above 2423, all the rises are fake rallies to lure longs#SamsungQ3RecordProfit

$SAMSUNG Today, the market called you three times, and you didn't listen.
I reviewed today's market from start to finish, and the more I look, the more interesting it gets.
At 2 a.m., the first call. The Fed didn't raise rates, but 2 out of 12 members voted against, thinking it should have been raised this time; the statement changed the economy description from "solid" to "strong"; Waller openly said inflation is still far from 2%. This clearly tells you no move in October, December is uncertain.
Then during the day, the second call. BTC at 80,000, ETH at 2,320, no rebound all day, slowly grinding down. Good news landed but no rise, that itself is the answer.
At 8:30 p.m., the third call. Core PCE at 3.1%, seemingly meeting expectations, but the previous value was only 3.0% and is rising; overall PCE at 3.6%; initial jobless claims at 194,000, lower than expected. Inflation rising and strong employment provide all the reasons for a December rate hike, all gathered in one day.
After three calls, BTC is still 80,000, ETH still 2,324.
You think this means it won't fall and is stabilizing? No, it means those who should leave haven't left yet. The market's best skill is to give you everything you've accumulated in one go when you relax.
I'm holding short positions, not chasing tonight, waiting for it to choose its own direction.
#美国9月核心PCE升至3.1%,加息预期仍高 Guys look at this price action, this sell-off is brutal, bulls just got completely wiped out! Any small bounce now is just a bull trap, anyone rushing to bottom-fish and go long will get instantly trapped. Want to flip bullish? It's not totally impossible, unless it suddenly rips and holds above, but right now selling pressure is pouring down like it's free — that would be as hard as climbing to heaven. A-Jiao's game plan is crystal clear — just follow the trend and short. Resistance around 81,2Google's Q3 earnings report disappointed the market greatly. AI has brought growth opportunities but has also started to disrupt the previously most profitable search advertising model. Search ad revenue fell short of expectations, while AI investments continue to increase, putting growing pressure on cash flow. The market's concerns are understandable, but the sell-off has been so brutal—could it be somewhat oversold? $GOOGL $BTC Bitcoin fell below 80,000, and the long-awaited shoe has finally dropped.
Before the interest rate meeting, the market had already adjusted for several days, and everyone was waiting for the moment the result came out. Today, all the negative news that needed to be revealed has been laid out. BTC dipped to just above 79,000, then was pulled back above 80,000 — at the 80,000 mark, there is clearly real money buying on the downside. The suspense is gone, and that is more important than anything else. Clearing out floating chips and sufficient turnover, fully discounting the bad news in one drop, often gets closer to a turning point than a grinding downtrend. Besides, there are only two days left in October, and in the past decade-plus, Bitcoin has mostly ended October with gains. This round of consolidation seems to be making room for the end-of-month rally. $ETH #Bitcoin has tested the 80,000 support level for 5 consecutive days. Whether this support holds depends on whether the funds cooperate! #The Federal Reserve keeps interest rates unchanged, with divergence on December rate hikes intensifying. On Wednesday, #BTC ETF data was released, showing a net inflow of 137.3 million in a single day, marking the third trading day of net inflow this week. The net inflow was slightly stronger but weaker than Tuesday's net inflow. The net inflow of funds mainly came from IBTI, followed by a small net inflow from BIBT. The optimistic buying sentiment from institutional users on Wednesday did not spread and still relied too much on IBTI as the main channel. Comparing the crypto market data with yesterday's, market cap share and trading volume showed no significant changes, but the total market funds had a net outflow of 500 million, with USDT net outflow of 819 million and USDC net inflow of 200 million. There is a clear divergence in fund flows between the Asian and US crypto markets. As I often say—price trends need data support. So far, within a week, $BTC has tested the 80,000 support level 5 times consecutively, and in the short term, the support is effective. However, the funds are not absolutely optimistic. ETF institutional users started to return funds from Monday this week, but net inflows slowed on Wednesday and did not continue to expand, showing a decline in optimism. Meanwhile, local crypto funds continue to have net outflows, and the magnitude of crypto fund outflows far exceeds ETF net inflows. Observing the data, Asian USDT funds have recently shown significant net outflows. Obviously, local crypto users and institutional users, Asian funds and US funds are in a tug of war, and the goalThis round's drop is not about interest rates, but about expectations. The interest rate is held at 3.75%—4.00%, with a vote of 10 to 2, and those two votes want a rate hike—the shadow of December's move still hangs overhead. Risk assets all let go together; oil and gas are at a five-month high, AI and tech stocks were hit first, crypto followed, with $651 million long positions liquidated in two days. I've seen this scene many years: the decision itself is never the killer, it's the expectation gap. Those who wanted to sell have already done so in these two days; next is a test of who can hold on. Let's review the last round. BTC long from 80,232.85 to 80,319.90 (+0.11% profit), take profit at 81,258.53, stop loss at 79,617.44, neither hit, successful. ETH long from 2,325.20 to 2,326.90 (+0.07% profit), take profit at 2,369.87, stop loss at 2,298.40, not triggered, successful. LINK long from 11.53 to 11.65 (+1.07% profit), take profit at 11.88, stop loss at 11.32, not triggered, successful. All three trades hit, but with small profits—the first leg of the rebound from oversold positions is a recovery, not a main rise, which I noted in the previous round. This round, three picks. 1. BNB long, entry at 744.60, stop loss at 735.87, take profit at 759.14. The whole basket fell 0.1% to 4.9%, it only moved 0.82 You enter the market according to plan, set reasonable stop losses, and have no issues with position sizing, yet you may still end up losing money. Conversely, you impulsively chase a trade, even stubbornly hold on when you should stop loss, and then the market suddenly reverses, resulting not only in no loss but also a profit.
Putting these two experiences together:
The first trade was done correctly in process but resulted in a loss; the second trade was done incorrectly in process but ended up profitable. If you only look at the money, it's easy to draw completely opposite conclusions.
The right actions are doubted because of losses; the wrong actions are reinforced because of profits.
This is one of the hardest things to learn in trading.
If someone stubbornly holds on several times and recovers each time, it's hard for them to truly believe in the importance of stop losses. Because in their experience, stubbornly holding on hasn’t been useless; it has repeatedly helped them solve problems. Until one time the market doesn’t come back, they realize that past successes might have just been risks not yet exposed.
Similarly, when someone just learns trend trading and experiences several consecutive stop losses, it’s easy to feel that this method simply doesn’t work. They don’t realize that some strategies inherently require enduring a series of small losses to wait for a few larger profitable moves.
Of course, consecutive losses may also indicate a problem with the method; not all losses can be explained as normal system behavior. The key is to have sufficient records and samples to distinguish normal fluctuations, execution errors, and strategy failures, rather than judging right or wrong based solely on the most recent result.#US Core PCE Rises to 3.1% in September, Rate Hike Expectations Remain High
"Sticky PCE on the Rise, Bitcoin Battles at the 80,000 Level"
US Core PCE rose to 3.1% year-on-year in September, with overall PCE rising to 3.6%. Although both met expectations, the inflation uptrend is clear.
The Federal Reserve maintained rates at 3.75% to 4.00% in October with a 10-2 vote, while Cook and Harnack advocated a 25 basis point hike. Futures markets still price in over an 80% chance of a 25 basis point hike in December.
Bitcoin spot is tugging around $80,358, with daily trading volume about $339 million. High rate hike expectations weigh overhead, marking a critical phase in market battles. $BTC Tomorrow, $11 billion worth of BTC options expire, and I think it's necessary to pay attention.
According to reports, the notional value of Bitcoin options expiring on October 30 is about $11 billion, accounting for about one-third of Deribit's open interest in options.
BTC has been fluctuating around $80,000 these days, so this timing is indeed worth noting.
However, I don't quite agree with directly judging that BTC will surge or crash just because of such a large options volume. The expiration of options itself does not determine the direction; the key is how the funds move and whether the price can hold at critical levels.
From my own trading experience, the more the market is like this, the easier it is to prematurely guess the direction. As a result, before the direction even emerges, positions have already been whipsawed.
So this time, I am more focused on BTC's actual movement around the expiration rather than betting in advance. It's not too late to consider opportunities after a clear breakout or breakdown occurs.
Sometimes, doing less in a market you don't understand is more important than chasing an uncertain opportunity.
$BTC $ETH $BTC is holding $80K, but the Fed could decide the next move. 👀

📍 BTC range to watch: $79.5K–$81.8K
$XRP is testing support near $1.27.
With the Fed decision approaching, volatility could spike. I’m watching the key levels instead of chasing every move.
Will BTC break above $81.8K or revisit $79.5K first?
$BTC $ETH #OKXICETrade.xyzPerps 📊 BTC Evening Operation Suggestions|$80,000 Threshold, How to Position Tonight?
BTC current price is about $80,330.
From the daily chart, BTC is still in an overall correction structure, MACD is below the zero line, RSI is around 43, indicating bears still hold some advantage, and there is no clear trend reversal signal for now.
On the 4-hour chart, the price rebounded from around $79,178 but fell back again; short-term rebound strength is limited, bulls and bears are still contesting the $80,000 level.
📍 Key levels for the evening:
Resistance above: $80,800—$81,400, further attention to $81,750.
Support below: $80,000—$79,650, if broken, watch around $79,200.
🎯 Trading ideas: ✅ Bearish bias: If price rebounds to around $80,800—$81,400 and shows a pullback with weakness on the 15-minute chart, consider light short positions.
✅ Bullish bias: If price effectively holds above $81,400 and retests support, watch for short-term rebound opportunities.
⚠️ Risk reminder: If price breaks below $79,650 and the rebound is weak, be cautious of further downside. Do not blindly short at support or blindly buy at resistance.
Personal view: Short-term oscillation is weak, prioritize waiting for rebound short signals; no rush to enter long positions.
💬 Do you think BTC will first rebound to $81,000 tonight or break below $80,000 directly? Feel free to share your thoughts! The market is a bit dull tonight... BTC is hovering around 80,000 again. The Federal Reserve held steady last night, but two members want to raise rates, instantly crushing most of the "year-end easing dream" in the market. ETH also pulled back, overall risk assets are collectively taking a hit.
Interestingly, spot ETFs are still attracting funds, with net inflows for three consecutive days—selling on the surface but buying with hands, a typical "denying verbally but not stopping in action".
Next, it depends on whether the inflation data can show some favor. Everyone, don’t stay up too late watching the market tonight~

Volatility: $BTC 21.9% vs. $ETH 38.8%. The second brother’s daily routine is like riding a roller coaster—no advantage in direction, but full on the thrill. After risk adjustment, the gap narrows but rankings remain: Sharpe -6.34 vs. -6.57. With the same unit of volatility, the elder brother loses less; the risk-adjusted calculation still favors the elder brother. Average fees: $BTC +0.0074%, $ETH +0.0058%. Both longs pay taxes to support shorts; the elder brother’s tax bill is slightly higher but benefits from deeper liquidity and better absorption. In this subject, the elder brother scores 8 points, the second brother 5 points—reason for deduction: high volatility alone isn’t wrong, but high volatility combined with greater losses is.
Third Subject: Meal Card Balance, Funding Sentiment
This morning’s snapshot: $BTC contract positions at $2.53 billion, $ETH at $1.48 billion; the elder brother’s market size is about one and a half times larger. A regret must be noted first: the historical interface for daily net inflows on the position side went offline today (market data source blocked, no alternative data available publicly). This subject can only rely on fees and spot market sentiment—fees on both sides are +0.0089% and +0.0086%, sentiment almost identical; ETF side had net inflows last week, but spot demand was called out as weak this week with volume down 11%. The whole market is tightening funds to survive the winter. On days without incremental funds, deep products consume liquidity, shallow products consume volatility; $BTC is the deep one.Google (Alphabet/GOOGL) is not experiencing a "crash and delisting" this time, but rather a concentrated market repricing after the earnings report due to "AI burning money but returns not materializing."
