如果 BTC 守住 82000：
说明短线还有承接，但别急着喊反转。88000 附近是前期筹码堆积区，解套盘会像闸门一样压着。只有放量冲过、回踩不破、连续站稳，才算真正打开上行空间；否则仍是箱体里的来回磨。
如果 ETH 冲 2580 失败：
弱势结构不变，2600 下方的压力带依旧有效。2480 是短线分水岭，一旦丢守，2380 会重新进入视野。2510 这波回升只能算修复，不能当反转。
如果 SOL 碰 116—118 不过：
说明它只是跟着大盘弹，自身强度不够。这个区域追多，哪怕中期看对，也容易被上下拉扯震出局。等它把压力带消化掉，再考虑参与。
所以现在的动作很简单：
BTC——等 88000 的确认，不提前下注；
ETH——盯 2580 和 2480 两个开关；
SOL——先看戏，不抢跑。
