The halving cut Bittensor's daily emissions from 7,200 to 3,600 TAO. Fewer rewards means subnets can't coast on emissions anymore. They need paying users. Some already report revenue, others are mostly narrative. The hard part is telling them apart, because the dashboard looks identical until you read the details.
