The 6.3 billion yuan Binance hacker incident is still unfolding, and today the FBI directly called on DeFi platforms to block transactions from hacker addresses.
Cross-chain bridges were originally the main channel for hackers to launder money, but now the authorities have directly blocked the entry points, forcing a crack in DeFi's "no checkpoints" reputation.
$BNB stands at the center of the incident, while $BTC is just following the market trend, with the emotional impact clearly divided.
On the other side, the US spot ETH ETF has seen net outflows for 23 consecutive trading days, setting the longest record since its launch, as traditional funds withdraw.
On the A-share side, funds are pulling out from high-level tech hardware, with banks, food and beverage, and coal taking the lead instead. AI computing power is still alive, but the focus has shifted from PCBs to chips and robots, with the story being told by different players.
The US stock market is even more direct: Intel crashed 28% in one day, the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index plunged 7%, and finally someone is demanding to see the bill for AI's money burn.
The money hasn't disappeared; it's just reshuffling seats in panic, with some stepping out of the story and others diving into cash flow. ZEC at 1243 USD, are you planning to sell on the upgrade day?
NU7 upgrade activates in 4 days, block time cuts from 75 seconds to 25 seconds, Grayscale funds are quietly flowing in—but the price dropped from 1400 to 1243, still slowly declining over 24 hours. While everyone is shouting "the price will pump before the upgrade," seasoned traders smell a familiar scent: buy the expectation, sell the fact.
First, look at the surface: good news is clear, but the price fell first.
From the recent high of 1300-1400, it pulled back to 1243, down 1.5%-2.5% in 24 hours, but still up 5%-7% over 7 days. The candlesticks tell you: 1200-1300 is a consolidation range, the daily bullish structure remains, but RSI has digested to neutral, momentum is clearly insufficient. In plain language: what should have risen already has, now it’s waiting for an "excuse to cash out."
First thing: Is the NU7 upgrade a positive or "good news fully priced in"?
Around November 5, the NU7 mainnet activates. Three things: block time shortens from 75 seconds to 25 seconds, 60% of transaction fees go into network reserves, v4 transactions become invalid.
Sounds hardcore, right? But you need to think about one thing—
This rally from the bottom is a bet on NU7. Now the price is 1243, market cap 21 billion, top 10 ranking. Expectations are fully priced in.
Historical pattern? Every major ZEC upgrade sees a pump before, a dump on the day, and adoption afterward. If you plan to "sell on the upgrade day," congratulations, you will most likely be standing on someone else’s profit-taking.
Those who buy before the upgrade profit from the story; those who sell on the upgrade day profit from your money.
Second thing: Grayscale is entering, but you need to see what exactly they are buying.
Grayscale’s ZEC-related products have had net inflows recently, that’s a fact. Institutional channels are indeed providing extra demand for ZEC.
But don’t forget—privacy coins are always a double-edged sword in regulators’ eyes. Grayscale can enter today, but a regulatory announcement tomorrow can instantly drain liquidity.
Look at derivatives data: Binance perpetual funding rates are neutral to slightly negative, shorts pay longs, open interest changes are not drastic. What does this mean? Leverage is not crowded, but also big money isn’t aggressively adding longs. A real main upward wave wouldn’t have such quiet funding rates.
Third thing: Technicals tell you bulls and bears are increasingly divided.
1200-1180 is the recent low and psychological support, 1300-1370 is a repeatedly resisted zone.
Now the price is 1243, stuck in the middle, neither up nor down. Daily moving averages still support from above, but 4H is oscillating and consolidating. Volume is normal, no panic, no FOMO.
This pattern means volatility will definitely rise before the upgrade—but the direction is uncertain.
Think about it: if the main force really wanted to pump, would they give you a 1243 entry opportunity 4 days before the upgrade? Or is 1243 just left for those "betting on the upgrade" to catch?
Bull vs. bear showdown, you decide:
On one side:
NU7 upgrade activates November 5, event-driven is clear
Block time 25 seconds + fee reserve mechanism, long-term narrative bonus
Grayscale and other institutional products have net inflows
7-day gains 5%-7%, pullbacks have support
Just turned 10 years old, privacy narrative has emotional foundation
On the other side:
Upgrade expectations fully priced in, typical "sell the fact" window
24-hour weakness, momentum digesting
Privacy coin regulation could bring black swan anytime
Funding rates slightly negative, big money not aggressively adding longs
1300-1400 repeatedly resisted, dense overhead supply
Key levels
Resistance above: 1300 → 1370-1400 (multiple resistance zones)
Support below: 1200-1180 (breakdown targets 1100-1050)
Trading strategy
Short-term traders (around upgrade window):
Don’t chase longs at 1243. Aggressive traders wait for a pullback to 1200-1220 to lightly buy, stop loss below 1180, target 1280-1320. De-leverage on upgrade day to guard against "good news sell-off" or technical glitches. If 1180 breaks effectively, wait or lightly short towards 1100.
Swing traders:
Those already in, take partial profits before upgrade, don’t be greedy for the last bit. Those not in, wait for clear direction after upgrade—buy on a firm break above 1300 with volume, or wait for stabilization if it breaks below 1200.
Long-term believers:
Privacy narrative is solid long-term, but 1243 is already a big rise from the bottom, so cost-effectiveness needs recalculation. Dollar-cost averaging is fine, but don’t heavy buy now. Wait for post-upgrade pullbacks, much more comfortable than chasing highs now.
ZEC now looks like the "standard script" before every major upgrade—
99% shout "this time is different" before the upgrade, but on upgrade day realize: the story is over, not enough buyers to take over.
You’re not betting on NU7’s technology, you’re betting on who runs last.
$BTC $ETH $ZEC Bitcoin's RSI has been above 50 for three consecutive months. Is a new bull market really coming?
#US stocks and gold & silver fall sharply together, safe-haven funds diverge
PlanB said that Bitcoin's monthly RSI has stayed above 50 for three months in a row, signaling the start of a new bull market.
RSI is the Relative Strength Index, which measures the speed and strength of price changes.
50 is the dividing line between bullish and bearish; staying above it means buyers have been stronger than sellers recently, indicating medium-term bullish momentum.
PlanB became famous for the S2F model, which captured early cycles fairly well but has often overestimated in recent years. For example, he previously predicted RSI would surge above 80, monthly gains of 40%, even reaching $400,000, but the actual results were quite far off, showing significant model deviation.
Currently, $BTC is hovering around 78,000, with the daily RSI only about 36, and the fear index still in the fear zone. The price hasn't truly stabilized above the 50-week moving average and August's closing price, showing some divergence between indicators and price. Plus, with Binance just recovering from its incident and macro conditions still tough, the overall market is still in a bottoming phase.
My view is that the monthly RSI staying above 50 is indeed a good signal, suggesting the worst may be behind us, but it's far from a "formal bull market start"—more like a weak recovery.
However, at the current price level, the margin of safety is acceptable, suitable for gradually building long positions in batches rather than going all in at once. The real big move will need confirmation from a volume breakout past key levels.Today my friend treated me to a meal! I saw his $SNDK long positions filling the screen! I'm really stunned!
I plan to help my friend! Publicly setting up long positions in SanDisk!
SanDisk's current price is 1172, and I plan to place long orders at 1028. This level is not a random guess; it's a true deep-water zone catching blood-stained chips.
There are three reasons.
First, the technical side is severely oversold. From the previous high to the current 1172, the drop has been huge. If it continues to fall to 1028, it will land right on the strong defense zone at the 1000 round number. The 1028 level is an absolute dense area of previous chips and the extreme point where panic selling is most likely to concentrate and explode. Taking long positions here has minimal defense space; as long as the stop loss is set below 980, the risk-reward ratio is very favorable.
Second, the fundamentals are oversold. The recent plunge in the storage sector is mainly due to industry competition fears triggered by ChangXin Technology's DRAM breakthrough, combined with earnings guidance falling short of expectations, causing indiscriminate valuation cuts. But SanDisk's main NAND flash memory and AI data center demand remain strong, and long-term supply agreements lock in capacity for the coming years. The fundamentals are solid; dropping near 1000 is purely squeezing out emotional excess.
Third, short covering from the capital side. The short sellers who pushed the price down have already made substantial profits. Once the price hits the deep-water zone at 1028, profit-taking shorts will rush to cover. This short covering buying will instantly create upward momentum. #闪迪高位波动,存储股估值分歧加剧 The key challenge $RENDER faces is whether GPU tasks have stable repurchase. The AI computing power boom has encountered valuation reappraisal in the stock market, and the market is beginning to differentiate between capital investment and revenue realization; decentralized rendering, if it has independent customers and utilization, can offer an alternative demand curve. If usage and settlement fees do not improve, the token price will still follow AI theme sentiment rather than network revenue.DANGEROUS TIME IN CRYPTO - U THINK RISK IS OVER

*AAVE:* Oct 31 risk team moves to restore rate curves. Real test isn't hype - can it survive a real liquidity shock?

The reasons for the rise in the first half of last week were mainly twofold: 1. Anthropic proved that AI can be profitable, and its own revenue growth rate is very fast. 2. SK Hynix boosted confidence with its unbeatable profitability.
Thursday and Friday brought big changes. Google and Amazon, the two brothers hand in hand, missed expectations, and SanDisk and Kioxia indicated that future storage price increases will slow down. The market confidence that had just been established suddenly collapsed. QQQ fell sharply for consecutive days. Market sentiment was extremely panicked.
In such a big context, if there is no good news, I personally think next week will test the 200-day moving average, 678.
But everyone doesn’t need to be too pessimistic. Actually, the situation now is very similar to 2018, both in timing and the big picture. The subsequent path was a rebound followed by a decline.
Only this year, geopolitical instability will be somewhat greater, so the rebound might be weaker than in 2018.
Just a little personal thought, peaceRecently, $PEPE's popularity has surged rapidly, with news of large whale entries flooding the screen. Many people around me have also started to position themselves, but there is a very thought-provoking question here: if a large number of retail investors have already laid out in advance, where will the subsequent incremental buying come from?
The core goal of the market makers is to sell at high prices; they will not lift retail investors for free. Whales publicly making large purchases may be creating hype to attract follow-up funds, and there is also the possibility of phased buying while selling on the side. PEPE itself has no actual practical application; its price is entirely driven by community hype and market sentiment. Once the hype fades, selling pressure will surge instantly.
Many people enter the market with the idea of positioning early and waiting for a rise, but collective positioning often leads to "collective rush to take profits." Once concentrated selling occurs, the crash speed is extremely fast. If you want to observe this market, your position must be compressed to a very small size, treating it as a market behavior observation rather than heavy betting to get rich.
Meme coin market cycles are very short, rising rapidly and falling just as unexpectedly. You must distinguish between speculation and investment and not let short-term hype cloud your judgment. $BTC #美联储官员释放加息信号,12月预期仍存分歧 Brother 800, can you sleep after losing so much?😭

Originally, the market was optimistic about SanDisk's earnings report, expectations were high, many were waiting for the earnings release to take off, and even the pre-market was leaning bullish.
But who could have expected a sudden black swan to intervene, the "wallet incident" crashed global risk assets, and the semiconductor sector collectively stampeded.
In front of big money, retail investors' expectations are like open cards. The earnings benefits we were optimistic about simply couldn't withstand systemic panic; the good news directly turned into a pretext for selling.
Now it's not that individual stocks have fundamental problems, but the entire risk appetite has been crushed, bad news piling up layer upon layer. You think it's the bottom, but there's still a deeper mid-mountain level below.
The best choice at this stage is to control your hands, stay out of the market and watch, wait for this wave of panic to be fully digested and the sector to truly stop falling and stabilize, then look for opportunities again. Don't rush to catch the bottom and get hit by flying knives; patience is more valuable than position size right now. LINK buying is more active, so why is the price still moving down?
$BTC 77778.01, up 0.5% in the last 24 hours, still some distance above eighty thousand 🧊
Based on the closed daily candles, the 20-day average closing price is 81111, about 4% higher than the current quote, with longer-term resistance still above.
Around seventy-seven thousand seven is pushing up, showing some local recovery, but it hasn’t filled the previously lowered gap.
I interpret this as a slight rebound; the daily gain is commendable, but longer-term pressure remains; separating the two prevents mistaking a slight green candle for a full recovery.
$SLX 0.04391, down 1.1% in the last 24 hours, trading volume increased, but price did not rise 🟩
In the previous eight hours, the actual drop was about 1.6%, with trading volume up about 30.4% compared to the prior eight hours; the new activity still corresponds to a downward move.
After the probe to 0.04566, the price retreated below 0.044, the raised height was not maintained, feedback remains weak.
More active trading doesn’t add points; more attention is needed to the volume expansion accompanying the downtrend; this pullback hasn’t broken the downward momentum.
$LINK 11.59, up 0.5% in the last 24 hours, buying is relatively active, but the price nearby is retreating 📡
In the previous eight hours by trading volume, active buying accounted for about 56.3%, while the price fell about 1.8% in the same period; the two are not aligned.
The probe to 11.963 left no hold, the quote returned to around 11.6, and the higher area has not been sustained.
I trust the price feedback more; active buying is not net inflow; this time the proportion is relatively high but not enough to improve the local trend evaluation. When I look at crypto prediction markets, it always feels a bit like watching options, especially those that only recognize the result at expiration. With regular coin buying, you can wait, but in prediction markets for whether Bitcoin will reach a certain level, even if you guess the direction right, it doesn't count if you're late. The odds show how the market prices probabilities, but they also mix in sentiment and liquidity, so don't rush to treat them as true probabilities. Just seeing the words "hit the target price" makes me want to ask: according to whose quote, and does a spike count? Will Google violently rebound next week, or continue its downward trend?
Wall Street votes with its feet because the earnings report confirmed investors' biggest concern: the lower-margin AI search model is diverting revenue from traditional high-margin search ads, causing the core advertising business to fall short of market expectations. As the high-margin business, which accounts for half of the revenue, shows signs of weakness, the doubling growth in cloud business has not fully offset market worries about overall margin dilution.
After the earnings plunge, major Wall Street banks initiated a wave of target price cuts.
The vast majority of institutions still maintain Buy/Overweight ratings while cutting target prices. Currently, analysts' consensus average target price remains around $406–410, implying over 40% theoretical upside from the current stock price of $279.84.
If you are bullish: Typically, after a single-week drop exceeding 12% and approaching the 52-week low, short sellers taking profits combined with option sellers covering positions can easily trigger a technical oversold rebound early the following week. The stock price slightly rose 0.56% to $281.41 after Friday's close, indicating reduced selling pressure.
If you are bearish: Since this was a volume gap-down plunge, and technically the price broke below the 200-day moving average accompanied by a "death cross" warning, the $285–290 range has turned from support into strong resistance. Until institutions complete portfolio adjustments and the market fully digests the negative impact of slowing ad growth, a direct V-shaped reversal is unlikely."No cash was paid to the wallet; buybacks and burns can also be considered income for token holders." This is the perspective I care about most. Viewed within the framework of macro liquidity, the value returning on the books is not the same as cash that holders can directly control. The article also distinguishes this from treasury income and staking distributions.
My judgment is that valuing DeFi tokens solely based on "token holder income" tends to overestimate cash returns. Here's my reasoning: if liquidity tightens and capital values redeemable cash flow more, then income called the same may be evaluated differently between direct distributions and buybacks with burns; whether the latter transmits value to holders depends on market demand, so burns cannot be equated directly with profits.
I think such metrics should first break down the capital flow path, then assess whether the income source is sustainable. No matter how good the numbers look, the first question is where the money comes from and who ultimately receives it. In the evening, I review the day's records like looking in a mirror—first seeing the losses, then the recoveries. The market's gifts do not equal my strength.
BTC retreated 0.27% over the day, then recovered 0.31% in one hour;
ZEC retreated 1.11% over the day, then recovered 0.42% in one hour, both retreating first then recovering;
SOL gained 5.97% over the day, then 0.73% in one hour;
ETH increased 2.15% over the day, then 0.31% in one hour, both surging first then easing.
Prices are two positive and two negative: BTC and ETH positive, SOL and ZEC negative. Positions and prices have yet to align.
Large accounts are even more telling: the number of people is 2.5 times, but the position ratio is only 1.65, a difference of 0.85. More people are shouting, but positions haven't caught up; the whole network is 48.66 to 51.34, nearly even, with large accounts biased bullish, the whole network not biased ⚖️.
More people shouting but fewer positions following means many are watching, few are betting heavily. This truth from the mirror is more valuable than the position recovery.
The whole network's positions are pinned at 137.63 billion, up 1.05%, but volume is only 71.42 billion, down 55.44%. Positions haven't dispersed, but volume has cooled first. The position recovery looks more like a breather, not new money entering.
So I don't use this record to boost confidence, only to demystify: the one-hour position recovery proves someone returned, not that the trend returned.
After looking in the mirror, the rule is: when positions and people stand on the same side, I follow with a small stake; if not, I stay out, watch empty-handed, no chasing, no adding 🔒.The market has been quite divided these past two days.
$BTC was pulled back from 76,000 to 78,000, the panic index dropped to 35, and a large chunk of leveraged longs were just liquidated.
But ETFs are selling, whales are buying, BlackRock's IBIT is absorbing funds against the trend, and large addresses are increasing holdings at the fastest pace since February.
$ETH rebounded to 2,200, but the ETH spot ETF has lost value for five consecutive days, with institutions almost only recognizing Bitcoin and not Ethereum.
On the A-share side, seats are being reshuffled; sectors like banks, which no one was watching, are leading gains against the trend, as funds withdraw from high-level tech hardware and move into dividends and low valuations.
AI computing power is still alive, but the rotation has shifted from PCBs to chips and robots; Q3 electronic net profit excluding non-recurring items surged 207%, the story continues, just told by different players.
The US stock market is even more straightforward: Intel crashed 28% in one day, the Nasdaq suffered its largest single-day drop since June, and the AI capital expenditure accounts are starting to be scrutinized.
$BNB just resumed withdrawals, the exchange's hole has been patched, but trust is something that takes much longer to rebuild than on-chain transfers.
The money hasn't fled; it has just moved to a more comfortable seat amid the panic. There is a counterintuitive combination on-chain this week: Ethereum staking amount is about 44.3 million ETH, accounting for about 36% of supply, hitting a new high; however, the number of validators has dropped from about 1.09 million in August last year to about 810,000, a decrease of more than 20%.
Don't rush to interpret this as "nodes running away." After Pectra, the single validator limit increased from 32 ETH to 2048 ETH, with large holders merging small accounts into big ones — fewer accounts, but no less money, with an average of about 53 ETH per validator.
Another figure: about 1.17 million ETH are queued waiting to be activated, expected to take nearly 21 days. A long queue ≠ price increase; it only shows some are willing to lock up to earn about 2.4%–2.6% annualized; meanwhile, spot ETFs have been seeing outflows in recent trading days.
With staking on one side and redemption on the other, I tend to first watch when the ETF daily net inflow turns positive.
Confidence level: medium. Source: Beacon Chain data (stakefish/ethsupply) + CryptoQuant/TokenPost media statistics; staking ≠ buying, queue ≠ bullish.
Which do you trust more, on-chain staking or ETF funds? Discuss in the comments, and if you find this useful, please follow~ $ETH The overall market is slightly up, but SOL is falling alone—not because of an ecosystem problem, but because hackers are dumping 970,000 stolen SOL to convert into BTC.
$BTC: $77,988. Both 24-hour contracts and spot markets show net outflows, with a rebound lacking volume. The loss and regain of 78,000 is proof of an oversold correction. Binance resuming withdrawals is a short-term sentiment relief, but funds have not fully returned.
$ETH: $2,268. Among the three, the capital structure is the weakest, with contract net outflows of 134 million and spot outflows of 88.21 million, showing more obvious selling pressure than BTC. The 2,280–2,300 range is a resistance zone; chasing highs before a volume breakout is just taking a hit.
$SOL: $95.37. Since 18:36, hackers have been converting 970,000 SOL (about $95.9 million) into BTC via Relay. This passive selling causes short-term liquidity shocks rather than fundamental deterioration—there is still capital buying on the SOL spot side. But once 95 is broken, below 94 is a thin order book vacuum.
Summary: The overall market is recovering, while SOL is taking hits from hackers. If SOL drops to 94, will you buy because of the “hacker dump” or wait longer due to “passive selling pressure”? See you in the comments.
#BTC高位回落,黄金联动受考验 $BTC performance in November following October during US midterm years makes for an interesting historical comparison.
• 2014: October −13% → November +12% | Q4 −17%
• 2018: October −4% → November −37% | Q4 −44%
• 2022: October +6% → November −16% | Q4 −15%
Now, October 2026 has closed with BTC down 7.5%.
One thing stands out: Q4 ended in the red in all three previous midterm years. During the few days when the withdrawal button was grayed out, the numbers on the account didn't change, but the assets had already been downgraded—from "money available anytime" to "numbers you can see but can't touch." This recovery announcement addresses that downgrade.
The scope is very specific: $ARB, $ETH, $USDT, $USDC on the Arbitrum network, and $TRX and $USDT on the TRX network. The announcement refers to "partial assets," indicating that the channels are not fully open, only these few have been reopened first. There was no explanation for why the suspension happened or when the rest will be restored.
Mechanically, the real impact of withdrawal resumption is whether the price difference can be realized. The logic of cross-exchange arbitrage is straightforward: buy on one side and sell on the other, the coins must actually be moved for the profit to count. When withdrawals are closed, prices on the two markets can deviate for a long time without correction because no one can move the coins. Once the channel opens, the deviation starts to be arbitraged away. So it first affects liquidity, not direction.
This also explains a common misjudgment: treating withdrawal resumption as a bullish signal to chase longs. It is neither bullish nor bearish; it just reconnects a previously cut-off link. The real capital flow depends on whether on-chain transfer volume returns after the resumption and whether the price gap narrows on both sides.
One point worth considering: the recovery involves two networks, and $USDT exists on both. For the same asset across different channels, once availability differs, cross-chain users will prefer the open channel first, and congestion and fee issues often surface at such times.Just saw a KOL in the square still telling everyone to buy the dip, saying Bitcoin will reach 150,000 to 180,000. I just want to ask where you got this data from. If it's based on patterns, then why don't you look at the bottom at the end of the first year after the bull market? If there really is a four-year cycle, the bottom hasn't even come yet. What you call buying the dip is just amateurish. If you believe it can still rise, then it definitely can still fall. Be cautious when buying the dip in spot trading; it's only suitable for short-term contracts.

The current focus is still on the market changes after Binance resumes withdrawals
Binance announced that withdrawals will probably resume starting today. Within two to three days after resuming, there may be a short-term selling pressure. The key is whether BTC price can hold up without a big drop during this periodReddit's Q3 revenue grew by 53%, with advertising revenue up 54%, so the earnings report itself isn't bad. The market's concern lies elsewhere: after users get answers through AI search, will they still click into the community?
The company warned that if referral traffic from search continues to decline, daily active unique visitors in Q4 could drop by a low double-digit percentage from the current base of about 130 million. This is more unsettling than earning a bit less in a single quarter because it affects future user entry points.
Reddit is in a very awkward position. The real user experiences left in the community are valuable for AI-generated answers; but as answers become more convenient, it may reduce users' need to visit the original pages.
Data licensing can generate revenue, but the scale needs to be calculated carefully. In Q3, other revenue including data licensing was $48 million, while advertising revenue reached $847 million. The gap between these two business lines is still very large.
So I wouldn't simply take "content suitable for training AI" as a positive. The company still needs to prove that licensing revenue can continue to grow and that the community can retain people willing to visit directly, log in, and interact.
What this plunge makes me most reflective about is that having good content doesn't necessarily mean having control over distribution. What Reddit needs to fight for next is the reason users are still willing to come back after viewing the answers.
#Reddit暴跌近30%,AI搜索分流冲击显现 USDC is slowly changing the landscape of the stablecoin market. Will the era of USDT continue?
# From USDT to USDC: The Era of Stablecoins is Changing
The rise of USDT was actually an opportunity given by the times.
In the early development of cryptocurrency, traditional banks were reluctant to engage with crypto assets, and the regulatory framework was not yet mature. USDT perfectly filled the gap between the US dollar and the crypto world, becoming the most important dollar liquidity tool for exchanges and the crypto market, quickly capturing the market with its first-mover advantage.
But today, times have changed.
Cryptocurrency is moving towards the mainstream, with banks, payment institutions, clearinghouses, and Wall Street financial giants all entering the space. What they need is no longer just a stablecoin that can be traded, but a digital dollar that meets regulatory requirements, connects with the banking system, and integrates into global payment and clearing networks.
This is exactly what Circle, the entity behind USDC, is doing.
Visa has already started integrating USDC into its payment settlement system, and BlackRock has established deep cooperation with USDC through its dollar reserve fund and BUIDL tokenization fund.
More importantly, in June 2025, Circle officially listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol CRCL. This means stablecoin issuers are truly entering Wall Street's public capital markets.
You will find that the competitive logic of stablecoins is changing.
USDT represents the era of early, wild growth of cryptocurrency and explosive trading demand; while USDC is embracing banks Apple's November 2 Earnings Report: The New CEO's First Test, What to Watch?
This time it's not just about the numbers; it's the first time Tim Cook's successor sits at the main table. Last quarter, Cook described the memory price hike as a "once-in-a-century flood," and now the pressure is on him.
Three signals to focus on:
Has the iPhone 18 Pro sold well? — Market consensus expects revenue to grow 10.6% year-over-year, EPS at $1.98, with management guiding growth around 10%. But hidden in the expectations is a slowdown: iPhone growth is expected to slow, relying on price increases to support average selling price.
Can the gross margin hold? — Guidance has dropped to 47%–48%, down significantly from last quarter's 50.1%. Storage costs are really biting into profits: the 18 Pro upgraded from 256GB to 512GB, flash memory costs rose from $15 to $66, but the upgrade fee remains $200, squeezing gross margin considerably.
How will AI monetize? — Apple isn't investing heavily in data centers; it’s betting on devices plus services. Whether Siri upgrades can become a paid reason for iCloud+ is the switch for the next growth narrative.
Risks must also be clear: the stock price has risen nearly 30% this year, and with a 40x valuation, the margin for error is very thin; in the past eight earnings beats, the stock has on average dropped 1.5% on the release day. Expectations are maxed out, so any slight miss will trigger a pullback.
Your action plan: After the earnings call, focus on three sentences — actual gross margin, next quarter’s guidance wording, and whether supply constraints are easing.

#SPCX Pulls Back with the Market: SpaceX's Q1 Profitability Struggles to Offset Market Weakness, Major Client Contract Cancellations Weigh on Valuation
The 4-hour chart shows SPCX oscillating down from a high of $176.28, bottoming at $134.81 before weakly recovering to the current price of $137.89. Short- and medium-term moving averages are aligned bearish, suppressing the price. The MACD green bars have narrowed, KDJ is turning up from a low level, indicating a marginal decline in short-term downward momentum; key resistance is at $162.41, support at $136.81. The overall downtrend remains intact, with weak rebound volume.
Fundamental highlights and risks coexist: SpaceX achieved its first quarterly profit in Q3, with revenue of $14.6 billion, Starlink users reaching 13.6 million, and active satellites in orbit accounting for 66% of the global total; it collaborates with xAI to jointly procure Tesla energy storage products and advance Terafab computing infrastructure. However, a core risk lies in Anthropic contributing over 30% of quarterly revenue, with the option to terminate the $37 billion annual cooperation 90 days early in early 2027, raising concerns about earnings stability.
Against the backdrop of shrinking market risk appetite, the stock is pressured along with the broader market, with noticeable selling pressure. Blind bottom-fishing is not advisable in the short term. $PEPE It's almost mealtime, brothers, what good food are you preparing tonight? Look at these altcoin data, Bitcoin is consolidating sideways, and the leverage under these popular coins is about to explode! The main players are preparing to launch a sneak attack while everyone is eating.
First, look at $XRP, current price 1.247. Don't be fooled by its recent grinding trend; the 4-hour long-short ratio stubbornly reached 3.72, and the open interest keeps surging. Retail investors are all bottom-fishing. With such solid long leverage, the main players can't push it up without first shaking out the longs with a big bearish candle.
Next, look at $DOGE, current price 0.075. This one is even more absurd; the long-short ratio shot up to 4.9. The shorts don't dare show their heads now; it's all stubborn bulls hyping themselves up. With such an extreme one-sided situation, any slight disturbance could trigger a chain reaction of panic selling.
Finally, look at $PEPE, current price 0.00000499. The long-short ratio at 1.94 looks okay, but pay attention to the funding rate—it instantly dropped to negative 0.15%, indicating the long-short battle has become fierce. The bulls are holding on desperately, while big players are aggressively opening short hedges. The price is stabbing up and down, making people dizzy.
In summary, liquidity is already poor on weekends, and mealtime is the favorite window for main players to launch sneak attacks. These coins are all crowded long zones. Control your hands; don't become the main players' appetizer by mistake.
What good food are you having tonight to recharge? Do you have positions in these three popular coins? Are you holding on or preparing to run?Orders have increased by more than 20% for four consecutive quarters, yet the stock price has dropped about 20% this year—Uber's contrast is quite surreal.

Around 9 PM Beijing time on Wednesday (November 4), there will be a conference call; the earnings report will be released before the market opens, with options implied volatility around 6.8%. It was down 9% in a single day this February and up 6.8% in May—the direction is really hard to predict.
Binance UBER perpetual is now around 65.6; I'm watching the low of 64.2 from 10-29, and around 67 above is the previous small platform. I won’t heavily bet on direction before earnings; I’m more interested in what they say about autonomous vehicles.

Under the 6.3 billion hacker attack on Binance, the sentiment index slipped into "panic." But the market did not collapse unilaterally: $BTC reported $77,983.7 with a slight increase of 0.57%, $ETH reported $2,269.91 up 0.92%, and ANTHROPICUSDT, labeled as "Pre-IPO," reported $174.72 up 1.13%. Amid panic, funds are sharply diverging.
$BTC faces dual pressure from a single-day net outflow of 643 million due to ETFs and the 50-day moving average, but after 79% of longs were liquidated, selling pressure eased, making $77,000 a new anchor point. $ETH is extremely divergent: spot $ETF has had continuous inflows for 23 days, but BitMine bought 126,000 coins in a single week, with whales accumulating against the trend at $2,237. $ANTHROPIC relies purely on narrative: synthetic contract valuation once hit 1.9 trillion, but with no delivery of shares, a 20% drawdown has already demonstrated the risk of 10x leverage.
Summary: Sentiment pricing outweighs fundamentals. $BTC needs to wait for ETF stabilization; ETH's "ETF outflows, whale buying" points to improved mid-term odds; ANTHROPIC is trading on IPO expectations. Funds are flowing from high-consensus assets to narrative targets, but chasing short-term gains before the panic index returns to neutral is essentially betting against unresolved sentiment.
#英特尔Q4指引不及预期,股价暴跌近30% When most people are discussing stop-loss at the $80,000 mark, an account used less than $760 margin to leverage nearly $25,000 in positions: $HYPE 50x long leverage, $ETH 100x short leverage. On the surface, it looks like a "big money layout" hedging longs and shorts, but the actual unrealized loss is close to $200—HYPE return rate -50.25%, $ETH -24.53%. With just $700 principal, it dramatically played out the tragic feeling of a position worth hundreds of thousands on the verge of liquidation. 💥 Reviewing this operation, the logical flaws are more alarming than the losses. In a downtrend, deliberately "opening opposite positions on both sides," under a full position mode, relying on continuously adding margin to keep the maintenance margin ratio at extreme readings like 282% and 3937%. Although the estimated liquidation price is not shown, the account is only one severe fluctuation away from zero. This is not hedging; it is simultaneously betting on both directions with high leverage, exposing the principal to double friction costs and funding rate consumption. Here lies an overlooked market structure signal: when retail traders start building "pseudo-hedges" on $HYPE and $ETH with 50x and 100x leverage, it often means trend traders can no longer find a clear direction and can only manufacture presence through leverage multiples. The strongest leverage paired with the worst returns precisely indicates that in the current volatility environment, high-leverage hedging is a negative expectation game—the higher the maintenance margin ratio, the safer it seems, but in reality, every bit of buffer is quietly eroded by funding rates and slippage. The real confirmation signal to watch is: if the open interest of $HYPE and $ETHThis afternoon, Binance began a phased restoration of withdrawals. Partial assets on seven networks—BTC, Ethereum, BSC, XRP, Base, DOGE, and Optimism—are now operational. On the surface, things seem to be moving in a positive direction.
However, the capital flow is the opposite. In the past 24 hours, Binance had a net outflow of $1.263 billion; extended to 7 days, the net outflow reached $8.006 billion. The platform currently holds $133.894 billion in assets, with about 6% moved out in one week.
Where did the money go? The data provides the answer. During the same period, OKX had a net inflow of $65.4 million, and Bybit had a net inflow of $20.6 million. Although the scale is small compared to Binance’s outflow, the direction is clear: not everyone is exiting; a significant portion has just moved elsewhere to stay.
There is a common misinterpretation here. Withdrawal resumption is usually seen as positive news, but the actual effect is often the opposite. When funds want to leave but cannot, the account balance is locked; once the channel opens, accumulated withdrawal requests are released in a concentrated manner, causing outflows to spike in these days. So the $1.263 billion may not even be the peak.
What really needs monitoring is whether net outflows converge within a week after all channels fully open. Continued outflows indicate the problem is not technical but trust-related; a clear slowdown after three days would mean this round is just a delayed portfolio adjustment. $BTC and $ETH are the main battlegrounds, while high-volatility assets like $DOGE will experience higher slippage than usual until liquidity fully recovers. $BNB $OKB $LIT has been sticking around the top gainers list these past couple of days. Coinglass shows it at 3.128 now, up 13.8% in 24 hours, but still down 18% over 30 days; this bullish candle just recovers some of the earlier losses.
What supports it is the US license. On the October 21 conference call, founder Novakovski said they would submit two registrations for trading and clearing to the CFTC in November. On that day, LIT surged 21% to 3.88. But the application hasn't been submitted yet, and once submitted, it will take 180 days for review. This is a very sensitive issue for it; at the end of September, when Robinhood chose Bitstamp for US perpetual contracts, LIT dropped about 20%. The buyback has been ongoing; 2.45 million tokens bought back in Q3 have already been burned.
The contract market is livelier than spot. Market cap is $785 million, open interest is $395 million, about half; contracts trade $271 million daily, spot only $33.92 million. The average funding rate is -0.0091%, and OKX is also negative. Binance whales have a long-to-short ratio of 4.16, while OKX retail accounts are only 0.73; out of 870,000 liquidations in one day, 640,000 were shorts. Spot saw a net outflow of 17.34 million over 15 days.
In short, this is a short squeeze phase that spot hasn't followed. To hold this bullish candle, two things must happen together: the November application must actually be submitted, and spot must turn to net inflow. If after November the application is still just talk, the price will likely return to the 2.75 level where the rally started yesterday; forget about 3.88. Around year-end, when the team and investors' 50% of tokens unlock, whether buybacks can keep up will be clear then.A trader used less than $35 margin to open 100x long leverage on Bitcoin ($BTC) and Ethereum ($ETH), and set 50x leverage on DOGE ($DOGE). Rather than trading, it was more like a stress test on the exchange's liquidation mechanism. Bitcoin dropped 28%, Ethereum dropped 14%, enough to completely liquidate large long positions, but this small position only incurred a few dollars in losses. The trader knowingly bought the dip against the trend despite tightening market liquidity and a downward market. The current cross margin maintenance margin ratio is 335%, with Bitcoin ($BTC) liquidation price at 74,647 and Ethereum ($ETH) liquidation price at 2,142, still leaving a safety buffer. If the market continues to decline, the buffer space will be directly wiped out. This operation is more of a warning and educational move; the trader replicated the sentiment of a large long position with minimal capital without bearing huge losses, reminding other investors not to blindly follow. Small accounts with extremely high leverage often become exit liquidity for large players. Narrow margin buffers cause small pullbacks to trigger collective liquidations, further driving prices down. Bitcoin ($BTC) and Ethereum ($ETH) dominate market direction, while highly volatile coins like DOGE ($DOGE) amplify the decline, causing chain liquidations. This incident exposes a current market characteristic: the cost to learn leverage risk has dropped to as low as $35, and the low trial-and-error cost attracts more beginners to try high leverage trading. The Federal Reserve remains on hold, but two members immediately expressed the need to raise rates, with the 10-year yield hanging above 5%, and about a 78% chance priced in for a rate hike in December. At this point, such signals are not really about tightening but about first suppressing inflation expectations — political calculations are easier than economic ones. From the perspective of financial experts: if cash costs don't come down, risk assets can only rely on their own narratives; don't expect a broad bull market, money will only flow into assets with established channels. Historical comparison: the rate hikes and balance sheet reductions in December 2018 created a deep hole for risk assets, and what truly rescued prices was a shift in liquidity, not an improvement in fundamentals; this time is different, as the channels are genuinely being laid into traditional finance — custody and settlement, compliant contracts, tokenized assets, all being implemented one by one. At BTC 78,000, I continue to watch; the directions are these three: long HYPE, long LINK, long BNB. #FederalReserveOfficialsSignalRateHikeExpectations, December expectations still divided RSI has stayed above 50 for three consecutive months. What I care about is whether this momentum can attract incremental capital. Based on this, PlanB proposed that a new bull market might form, but Bitcoin did not experience the expected upward trend in October. Within the macro framework, I think this signal carries weight, but it is not yet evidence of a loosening capital environment.
My speculation is that if US dollar liquidity improves and risk appetite rises, then sustained strong momentum is more likely to attract large capital inflows; if the capital environment does not loosen, the strengthening indicator may only reflect a reconcentration of funds within the market, which may not spread into a market-wide rally.
I tend to view it as a signal of Bitcoin's resilience rather than a bull market pass for the entire industry. Moving forward, I want to see if capital inflows can continue; for now, I am not prematurely endorsing the macro environment.1.347 Billion Liquidations! Who's Swimming Naked Among BTC, ETH, and SOL?
Total network liquidations reached 1.347 billion, with bulls accounting for 86.68% (1.167 billion buried). Coupled with macroeconomic headwinds, although all three coins fell, their fragility and resilience differ significantly.
$BTC: "Surface Cleansing" by Macro and Leverage
ETF net outflow of 643 million. Fragility lies in uncleared leverage (76,895 is the bull liquidation zone), resilience comes from Binance's compensation commitment. Recovery talk only after reclaiming 80,000.
$ETH: "Parallel Rift" Between Intraday Rally and Capital Outflow
Intraday rebound but down 55% year-to-date. Rift comparison: ETH ETF outflow of 1.08 billion (BTC only 67 million, 16 times difference), L1 fee capture rate only 4.9%. Bulls and bears contesting 2,200-2,240 range.
$SOL: "Thin Market Game" of Overselling and Crowded Bulls
Dropped below 100. Bulls crowded at 76.1%. On-chain 117 million SOL transferred to custody diverges from ETF inflows. Eyes fixed on 95 and 92 defense lines.
Summary
All three hit: BTC is surface cleansing, ETH is structural capital withdrawal, SOL is thin market game. Bulls not cleared, bears not hurt. Leverage compressed within 3x; survive first, then discuss direction.

Is this good news or bad news? Both interpretations are scary: ① The market has matured, able to absorb a 6.3 billion hole in a second; ② The market is numb, 60 billion in trust, no one is willing to price it anymore. Which side are you betting on? Is 76,000 a solid bottom, or is the next stop 74,000? $BTC $ETH $ETH Ethereum's current core contradiction is not "whether it has value," but that short-term capital is systematically withdrawing while on-chain holdings are accumulating inversely. These two opposing forces cause the price to get stuck in the middle, repeatedly bottoming out, with no clear direction chosen.
📉 Short-term reality: ETFs are running, macro is suppressing
October is one of Ethereum's weakest months in recent years, dropping from around $2,700 to about $2,240, a 30-day decline of approximately 16.8%, with a retracement of over 54% from the August 2025 peak. On the surface, it leads mainstream coins today, but this is a high-beta elastic recovery rather than a trend reversal.
The real pressure comes from a structural demand gap. The US spot ETH ETF recorded net outflows on 17 of 20 trading days in October, totaling about $1.35 billion, the second-largest monthly outflow since its launch; in the same period, Bitcoin ETF outflows were only one-sixteenth of ETH's, indicating significantly greater marginal selling pressure on ETH. More critically, ETH ETF has seen net outflows for 23 consecutive trading days recently, the longest streak since listing. Continuous bleeding of institutional products is interpreted by the market as a downward revision of medium-term demand expectations.
Adding insult to injury, the Glamsterdam upgrade originally scheduled for October 26 was urgently postponed due to a Gas attack vulnerability in EIP-8037, making a mainnet upgrade this year unlikely. For Ethereum, the upgrade was an important narrative catalyst, and the delay directly removed a key short-term bullish factor.
🔍 Underlying currents: ETFs running, whales accumulating
In stark contrast to ETF outflows are on-chain valuation signals and treasury behavior.
The MVRV ratio has fallen below 0.8 into a long-term accumulation zone, with only about 11% of ETH supply in triple-profit status, the lowest since February 2017. Historically, this zone often corresponds to a phase where medium-to-long-term holdings transfer from weak to strong hands.
Behavioral data confirms this. BitMine bought 126,971 ETH last week, three times the previous week, now holding 4.59% of total supply, targeting 5% by year-end; the Ethereum treasury currently holds about 7% of circulating supply, with Tom Lee expecting this cycle to reach 15%. "ETFs are running, whales are accumulating"—this divergence itself is the most noteworthy structural signal for Ethereum currently.
🏗️ Long-term ecosystem shift: L2 narrative fading, value flowing back to L1
A deep change easily obscured by short-term price action is that more projects are moving back from L2 to the Ethereum mainnet.
ENS v2 has been deployed directly on L1 instead of the originally planned Rollup chain; Synthetix's founder publicly stated, "We spent two years pushing the L2 narrative, but this path is not viable"; Blast and Abstract have shut down; Superseed, Trueo, and ShapeShift are also migrating back to the mainnet. Vitalik also admitted that the process toward full decentralization of L2 is much slower and more difficult than initially envisioned, and the original vision "no longer holds."
The underlying logic is that after the gas limit increase, L1 fees have dropped significantly, making L2's extra trust assumptions and liquidity fragmentation a burden. High-value functions—asset custody, ownership confirmation, transaction settlement—are returning to L1, while heavy computation is outsourced. This is a structural positive for ETH's long-term value capture but works slowly and cannot offset the marginal pressure from ETF outflows in the short term.
⚖️ Key variable determining direction: macro interest rates
Ethereum is extremely sensitive to USD liquidity, and much of its current pricing weight depends on the Federal Reserve's path. The market still prices a 70%–80% chance of a rate hike in December; CPI surprises have overturned the "peak rate hike cycle" assumption, and rising US Treasury yields directly suppress non-cash-flow assets. If hawkish signals persist, ETH, as a high-beta risk asset, tends to be hit harder than Bitcoin; conversely, any dovish marginal change could trigger a more intense rebound than BTC.
💎 The essence of institutional divergence
Citibank's 12-month target price of $3,028 is relatively moderate, based on ETF inflows resuming and gradual institutional allocation increases. Tom Lee's target above $10,000 is based on tokenization dominance, treasury continuously withdrawing circulating supply, and institutions starting allocation from zero in a long-term narrative. The difference essentially reflects differing views on whether ETF outflows are cyclical pullbacks or structural abandonment.
In the short term, $2,183–$2,200 is the core demand zone to watch; losing it targets $2,100 or even $2,000 next; on the upside, reclaiming $2,300 with volume confirmation is needed to discuss sustained recovery. Until ETF flows clearly converge, on-chain accumulation signals provide a medium-to-long-term margin of safety rather than short-term directional confirmation.A bit hard to understand: withdrawals have resumed, so why are people still running?
Binance had a net outflow of $1.263 billion in the last 24 hours, $8.006 billion over 7 days. Meanwhile, OKX had a net inflow of $65.4 million, and Bybit a net inflow of $20.6 million.
Logically, once withdrawals are possible, people should feel at ease, but as soon as the channel opened, everyone in the queue pressed the button together. $BTC and $ETH moved out first, followed by $DOGE.
So don’t rush to ask when the funds will flow back; first, see how many people are still willing to press that button this week. This afternoon, Binance began a phased restoration of withdrawals. The world's largest cryptocurrency exchange, Binance, was attacked. For more than a decade, cryptocurrency has been shouting "decentralization, trust no one," but in the end, the security of tens of billions of dollars depends on one engineer's computer.
Binance's co-CEO said this was not the work of a single person. Preliminary investigations point to an engineer's laptop being hacked. The attacker used this computer to break into the system, bypassing normal approval controls, moving money out simultaneously on ten chains, destroying tools and traces as they moved.
TRM Labs and Chainalysis both point the finger at the North Korean hacker group TraderTraitor.
What I find most interesting is the "bypass approval."
The security of traditional exchanges relies on multiple layers of approval and multi-signatures, like a vault requiring several keys to turn simultaneously.
But no matter how many locks there are, if one door is opened from the inside, the subsequent locks become meaningless.
Because no matter how advanced the technology is, the weakest link is always the human. When this person operates a computer connected to the system, it can be compromised.
Binance responded quickly this time, saying losses will be covered by the user security fund and the company's own funds, so users won't bear the loss. About $3 billion was also frozen on-chain. Freezing is a method exchanges dislike using because in a decentralized world, the fact that money can be frozen means there is an administrator and a switch, not much different from traditional banks.
Of course, Binance is a large and well-established company, so it was able to cover the losses quickly and effectively, with reserves in the hundreds of billions of dollars The most eye-catching on today's leaderboard is $TRX, dropping 8.36% to 0.306, with a trading volume still hitting 70.92 million, ranking third. With such a drop and still this much volume, it shows it's not that no one is buying; there are people running away and others buying the dip, both sides clashing.
Different fates within the same sector rule out an overall public chain issue: $SUI only dipped less than 1%, NEAR even rose 1.39%, only TRX is taking the hit alone. So basically, it's its own negative news, either something happened in the news or it has been sideways too long and some lost patience.
$NEAR's volume is only 24 million, just a big fish in a small pond, don't take it seriously. If you're thinking of bottom-fishing TRX, I advise you to think twice: an 8% drop with 70 million volume is not a low-volume slow decline; someone is really cashing out. I was stubborn yesterday saying TRX was stable, today my face is swollen.$BNB Binance's compensation commitment and freezing efficiency in this incident are adequate in terms of crisis response. But what is truly worth warning about in this event is that when attackers can bypass private keys and directly hijack "signing capabilities," the entire industry's fundamental assumptions about "wallet security" need to be restructured. For ordinary users, in the short term, asset security is backed by the platform, but in the long term, any centralized custody inherently carries operational chain risks, which remains worth continuous scrutiny even after the dust settles. #加密行业协同守护资产安全 Core Risk Warning
1. 76,260 is currently the only "structural survival line": it marks two local lows supported twice; a daily close below this will open space down to 73,962, with little effective buffer in between.
2. Leverage liquidation ≠ buying return: Of the 1.347 billion liquidated, 86.68% were long positions. Leverage has been systemically cleared, but ETF inflows are being "held back" by whales and hedged by options Put demand. Liquidation solves "who is holding on hard," not "who is buying."
3. Whales have shifted their BTC positions to net short; ETH is the real accumulation target: The market narrative of "whales bottom-fishing BTC" is not confirmed by current on-chain data. Funds are contracting within crypto from ETH/SOL to BTC as a hedge, not a recovery.
4. December rate hike is the FOMC's real "dark horse": The October pause is priced in, but Logan's statement of "at least two hikes" and the jump in December probability after the announcement means the "second half" of the rate path is not fully priced yet. This is a structural force suppressing any sustained rebound.
5. Options Put demand is 2.4 times that of Calls: 3.1 million vs. 1.3 million; the market is buying insurance against downside, not betting on upside. Until Put demand reverses, the "bottom" remains just a hypothesis. $BTC $ETH $ZEC #加密行业协同守护资产安全 The three orders given in the previous round are presented as usual, without changing a single word: XRP long at 1.2534 open, current price 1.2564, floating profit 0.24%; HYPE long at 87.524 open, current price 88.098, floating profit 0.66%; LINK long at 11.588 open, current price 11.74, floating profit 1.31%. All three directions hit, no take profit or stop loss triggered, hit rate 100%. The numbers are here, I won't downplay them. Over the past three days, the market has only priced in one thing: a leading platform's hot wallet was seized with about 6.3 billion USD, about 3 billion frozen on-chain, and the remaining gap was covered on the spot by the platform's own security fund and proprietary capital. What really pressured the market was never the theft itself, but the batch of assets not frozen that will eventually seek liquidity. Historical comparison: in August 2016, that established platform was hacked for 120,000 BTC, the price dropped from around 600 USD to 480, then recovered to a new high within the year after four months; this time is different—the loss did not affect users' withdrawal rights, the hole was absorbed by the platform's balance sheet, the nature is completely different. The counterintuitive part is here: the whole network is counting that 6.3 billion, but after about 1.55 billion USD of long contract liquidations, Bitcoin actually stood back at 78,000, Ethereum returned to 2270, and on-chain stablecoin settlement volume is still rising. Those who wanted to sell have already sold, what remains is the chips changing hands. HYPE long, opening reference 88.0 $SNDK Why did SanDisk's stock still fall despite delivering such a satisfying earnings report this time?
SanDisk's earnings report itself is indeed impeccable, but the core reason for the stock price decline is that the market trades not on "how profitable it is now," but on "whether the speed of making money can get faster." When a "perfect" earnings report fails to meet the more extreme "buy-side private expectations," combined with cooling signals from the industry side, selling occurs.
📉 Direct trigger: Partner Kioxia's "cooling" warning
After SanDisk's earnings release, its Japanese wafer fab joint venture partner Kioxia announced profit guidance below expectations and explicitly warned that the AI-driven flash memory price surge is cooling down. This directly triggered SanDisk's pre-market plunge. In the storage industry, the market highly values the acceleration of price increases (i.e., the "second derivative"). The average NAND selling price growth has slowed from about 70% last quarter to about 25%, and Kioxia's guidance further confirmed the trend of "prices are still rising, but the speed has significantly slowed," which is a fatal negative for stocks priced on the assumption that "the curve will get steeper."
🎯 Expectation management failure: "Beating expectations" does not equal "beating buy-side expectations"
The earnings numbers exceeded sell-side analysts' public consensus but were clearly below the buy-side institutions' private "whisper expectations." Goldman Sachs data shows that SanDisk's next quarter revenue guidance midpoint ($12.4 billion) is higher than the market consensus ($12.08 billion) but significantly below Goldman Sachs' forecast of $13.55 billion; EPS guidance also fell short of Goldman Sachs' private estimates. When the stock price already factors in extremely optimistic assumptions, merely "meeting public expectations" is far from enough.
📊 Valuation and share structure: rising too much is itself a risk
Before the earnings release, SanDisk's stock price had fallen about 46% from its June 2026 peak but still rose more than 5 times year-to-date, with a previous astonishing surge of 470%. The huge unrealized gains accumulated a strong impulse to take profits. Meanwhile, the company's announced 1-for-8 stock split plan was interpreted by some market participants as a signal that management believes the absolute stock price is too high and liquidity needs to be improved, which further intensified conservative sentiment.
🏭 Deeper concerns: gross margin peak and shaken cycle faith
This quarter's 85.1% gross margin was seen by some institutions as a signal of a cycle peak. Morningstar explicitly pointed out that price growth is slowing earlier and faster than expected and maintained its view that "after prices peak, a severe down cycle will follow." Additionally, the CFO's reminder that the next quarter (March quarter) is seasonally the weakest, along with concerns about cash conversion triggered by a roughly 40% quarter-over-quarter increase in accounts receivable, raised questions about the sustainability of high profitability.
💎 Summary
SanDisk's case is a classic example of "good news fully priced in." Extremely impressive current data has been digested by prior huge gains, while Kioxia's guidance, higher buy-side thresholds, and the narrative of a cycle peak collectively prompted funds to choose to cash out after the earnings release. The market's focus has shifted from "how much was earned" to "whether profit margins can get even higher."#闪迪业绩超预期并宣布拆股,股价跌逾13% $ETH This is a 100x long position, entry at 2249.59, target at 2269.76, floating profit +89.66%.
The previous one was 81.83%, over an hour ago, now 89.66%—an increase of less than eight points.
An eight-point rise in one hour is so slow it's almost unnoticeable. But slow has its advantages: no rapid surge, so no moments that make you panic to close the position, and the direction is less likely to be suddenly broken.
From the trend perspective: oscillating upward, center of gravity at 2269.8. Upwards: 2280 about 135, 2300 about 224, 2320 about 313; downwards: 2260 about 46, 2250 about 2, 2249.59 back to zero, 2230 loss about 87, breaking around 2227. Current price is 0.9% away from cost, still very thin. Take a profit first; if it breaks 2260, exit; if it stands above 2280, consider holding longer. $BTC $ZEC

At the market level, the appreciation of the Korean won has dragged down earnings expectations for Korean stocks. UBS has lowered the KOSPI target to 7500 points but clarified that this is a currency-driven earnings reset rather than a downward cycle. Excluding the two major memory leaders, market valuations are at historical lows. Coupled with narrowing foreign capital outflows and corporate buybacks providing support, the mid-term recovery logic remains intact.$HYPE's trading revenue is sensitive to volatility; both bull markets and panic can amplify trading volume but also increase liquidation and counterparty risks. The FBI attributes recent large thefts to hackers, leading to stricter scrutiny of custody and trading systems in the market. If revenue is stable, risk control is transparent, and asset segregation is verifiable, platform premiums are justified; however, if revenue heavily depends on one-sided market trends, valuation will quickly compress as volatility subsides.
