AWS growth accelerated again. Amazon’s results show both the earnings momentum and the investment needed to support it.
Q3 results included:
• Revenue: $201.9B, up 12% YoY
• Operating income: $28.1B, versus $17.4B a year earlier
• Operating margin: a record 13.9%
• Net income: $20.7B, versus $21.2B a year earlier
AWS revenue grew 39.3% to about $46B, its fastest pace in nearly five years. Operating income reached $17.8B, up from $11.4B. North America and International operating profits also increased, showing that the improvement extended beyond cloud.
Retail comparisons have a timing wrinkle. Prime Day moved into Q2 in most major markets, after falling entirely in Q3 last year. Amazon said revenue growth would have been about four percentage points higher without that shift.
Meanwhile, last year’s Q3 included $9.5B in pre-tax gains from Anthropic investments. That helps explain why net income declined even as operating profit increased.
The outlook adds a different perspective. Amazon forecasts Q4 revenue of $240B-$247B, or 12%-16% growth. The $243.5B midpoint is slightly below the $244.5B LSEG estimate cited by CNBC.
Investment and cash flow remain central:
• Q3 cash capital expenditures: $75.9B
• Trailing 12-month operating cash flow: $168.3B, up 29%
• Trailing 12-month free cash flow: a $42.4B outflow
The cash flow figures cover a rolling year, not Q3 alone. Management said quarterly cash capex primarily supported AWS and AI infrastructure, and expects spending to rise meaningfully in 2027.
The contrast is clear: cloud demand and operating profit are growing, while infrastructure investment absorbs cash. The next phase depends on how effectively new capacity is deployed and used, and how that usage translates into cash generation.
Can AWS sustain its momentum while Amazon improves the cash returns on its AI build-out?
#AmazonQ3AWSAccelerates Is this drop related to Binance being hacked?
First, from a technical perspective, when $BTC was at 87,000, the main players had already sold most of their holdings around that price. Why do I keep saying there will be a big drop before the end of the month? Because the main players sold at 87,000, it's unlikely they will buy back around 83,000 or 80,000. The price difference in between is not that big. Bitcoin doesn't usually move like this in one go. You can look at the rally in January 2023 and the subsequent correction; it's exactly the same pattern—an initial strong rally followed by a deep correction. This time is no different; the second wave correction can be used as a reference.
Secondly, regarding the news, many people like to focus on news and think market rises and falls are caused by it. For example, this big drop is blamed on Binance being hacked. I want to say it has nothing to do with it. Remember the last bottom before the rally to 120,000, around 74,000? How much negative news was released then—tariff wars, trade wars, constant manipulations? Why was negative news continuously released at the bottom? Obviously, it was to scare retail investors and make them think there would be further drops so that the main players could accumulate chips. The main players use news to cover their real intentions. Most price movements show signs on the chart—either bottoming or distribution—and these are pre-planned moves. It's impossible to react exactly at the moment news is released; these are all timed robot operations. For the main players, news is just a tool to play with retail investors.
In summary, if you already know the news, then it's not really news.$DOOD DOOD's order book is really a bit strange.
In the past month, contract net inflows have reached over 10 million USD, forcefully buying up 46% of the total market cap.
All short, medium, and long-term cycles are showing green; buying pressure has basically never stopped.
Outside, people complain it's just sideways consolidation pretending to be dead, but nearly half of the market cap's chips have actually been quietly absorbed by contract funds.
Trying to stubbornly resist such a large bullish force is purely like adding fuel to a short squeeze.

👇BTC, ETH, and CORE Liquidation Map: Mainstream Short-term Rebound, Small Caps Unilateral Long Liquidation
In the past hour, BTC and ETH saw concentrated short liquidations: BTC short liquidations totaled 11,880,800 U, with longs only 267,300 U; ETH short liquidations were 6,555,500 U, with longs at 531,500 U. The short-term rebound triggered stop losses, but looking at longer periods shows a directional reversal—4-hour BTC long liquidations reached 27,667,400 U, ETH longs 50,035,000 U; over 24 hours, BTC longs hit 410 million U, ETH longs 300 million U, far exceeding short liquidations of 76,667,800 U and 61,487,500 U respectively, indicating that high-position chasing chips are still being cleared.
CORE shows an independent structure: combined 1-hour and 4-hour liquidations total only 457.24 U, all longs; 24-hour long liquidations are 140,600 U, shorts only 253.48 U. Its small volume and low liquidity mean it almost exclusively harvests longs, with shorts rarely triggered, showing a rhythm clearly diverging from mainstream coins. Overall, mainstream coins exhibit "short liquidation in the short term, long liquidation in the long term," while small caps undergo unilateral long liquidation, with bidirectional risks still present.

#美国9月核心PCE升至3.1%,加息预期仍高 The night Binance had issues with $ETH, the truly terrifying thing wasn't how much was stolen, but that a price gap appeared on-chain that usually wouldn't last more than a few seconds — it lasted a full hour.
From 04:40 to 05:40, withdrawals on exchanges were paused, and on-chain buy orders pushed ETH on DEXs up to 2600–3000. But the oracle was stuck at 2280 the entire time, so people collateralized U to borrow ETH to sell, with premiums as high as 15%–30%.
The top trader moved $3.47 million directly. How did he win? He had 37 million USDC already deposited in Aave, entered 24 minutes after the incident, split into 18 transactions using aggregators to capture the full arbitrage, and finished in two hours. This wasn’t luck; it was loading the gun in advance.
Do you think that hour counts as lightning-fast arbitrage or just picking up money others dropped? $BNB $ETH #OnChainData #MarketQuickReviewThree operators were reported, but the story did not converge at the same point. After DAXA reported them for allegedly operating undeclared virtual asset businesses, the Korean FIU requested to block domestic access to TetherMax and SuperTrust; the other operator was not included in the block list because it does not have an independent website or app.
From my reading, the significance of this news lies in the regulator extending its reach to the access points, rather than just issuing another warning. If the block is implemented, the impact will be on whether users can continue to use the services; overseas operators serving Koreans are also subject to local laws, and being registered abroad does not bypass this threshold.
However, not being blocked does not mean passing compliance: the third operator simply lacks an independent access point and has not been deemed compliant. This divergence is quite a reminder; I will next observe how the blocking request is implemented and will not take "still accessible" as proof of safety. October 30th 📊 Latest Whale Position Reveal with 98% Win Rate

The strategy is extremely clear: this is a typical "long BTC, short altcoins (ETH/SOL)" exchange rate hedging strategy. He is very likely betting that in a weak market, capital will be sucked into Bitcoin, and altcoins will fall even harder. Q2 data center revenue surged 107% year-over-year, but this is just the opening gambit, a sacrificed elephant piece. The real midgame struggle hinges on whether the Helios rack can convert cloud providers' deployment intentions into secured pawns.
Grandmasters never focus on the numbers themselves when analyzing financial reports; they look at the board position. AMD’s strategy here is a classic flank breakthrough: the Instinct chips first create a breach on the AI compute battlefield through a sacrificial tactic, then the Helios rack presses forward along the open path—this is a standard rear-wing offensive rhythm. But the problem is, Wall Street’s defenders have already set up an impenetrable pawn chain for Q3 expectations. The 107% growth rate is the leftover impression from the previous check; now the question is: can your attacking forces continue to overpower Nvidia’s control over the central squares?
Watching $xGOOGL’s coordination is like observing resonance between two chessboards. If Google Cloud moves deployment orders from letters of intent to actual rack installations, it’s like opening a pawn path for AMD on the e-file; if it remains only in testing, then all valuation premiums on Helios are rootless floating pieces hovering above the board—one wrong move and the opponent will capture them. Institutional investors are currently under time pressure; they don’t wait for you to explain your layout strategy, they only ask how many moves it will take for you to deliver checkmate.
The truth of the market game is: in the AI capital expenditure chess match, no grandmaster is blindly optimistic in the midgame. Cloud providers’ deployment demand is a pawn structure that looks solid but will leak immediately if the monetization rhythm is off. What AMD needs is not just to shout about growth again, but to elevate Helios from a tactical sacrifice to a strategic pivot—the real promotion is revenue realization. Before the time limit runs out, no one pays for beautiful chess theory, only for the advantage of pieces already on the board.
Therefore, the decisive move in this game is not the 107% in Q2, but whether Helios racks can complete the baseline path before the opponent’s encirclement. True connoisseurs never look at financial report headlines; they watch who can maintain the initiative after the moves are made. #amdq3heliosrevenue$SNDK Nobody expected it. Despite the earnings report, stock split, and buyback all being very positive, Sandisk took a direct plunge this afternoon. Simply put, this is a typical "good news priced in" scenario. The stock had already risen significantly, and a bunch of investors who had been waiting took profits as the news came out. On top of that, some institutions downgraded their target prices, and with the entire tech sector weakening collectively, the price was pushed down. This dragged the entire storage sector down with it, and the short sellers took a bite, which made me go all-in on my XP position just for fun, haha 😄
This is easy to understand in the crypto world too: cold wallets and node archives all rely on storage. If this wave of concern is about whether the storage cycle has peaked, then not only chip stocks but also the crypto infrastructure sector could be affected.
Here's a thought: this kind of drop doesn't necessarily mean the story is dead; it's more about cooling off overheated sentiment at a high level. Don't rush to stubbornly hold or bottom-fish. First, see if the key support levels can hold; if storage prices and cloud vendor orders remain stable afterward, there's a chance for a rebound. But if the price keeps breaking down, then this market cycle will need more time.Breaking down Circle's Q3, the first thing I look at isn't the income statement, but the load-bearing system of the USDC building—the circulating supply is just the floor area, reserve income is the foundation, and distribution costs are the shear walls embedded in the walls. The taller the building, the less it can rely on decorative growth to impress; if USDC's circulating supply expansion can't firmly anchor the cash flow of reserve income to the foundation, even the most impressive growth rate is just a facade.
Reserve income is like the core tube; interest rates, asset duration, and custody structure determine its lateral stiffness. As USDC scales up, the income curve will look good, but what really needs scrutiny is: for every dollar of reserve income, how much is eaten up by channel commissions, ecosystem incentives, and compliance costs. Distribution costs are not ordinary expenses; they are the utility shafts passing through the floors, invisible under normal circumstances, but once blocked, the efficiency of the entire floor declines. If circulating supply grows faster than distribution efficiency improves, cracks in profit margins will first appear at the joints, not on the cover of the financial report.
Payment expansion is like municipal connections: it’s not just about drawing more traffic lines, but about the capacity of entrances and exits, load-bearing, clearing periods, and evacuation ability under abnormal traffic. An increase in USDC payment scenarios indicates that the underlying roads are beginning to connect to real traffic; but the larger the traffic, the more the toll booths, risk control gates, and compliance inspections cannot be skimped on. The key to Circle's Q3 is not "how much USDC grew again," but whether the growth forms a closed-loop structure: can reserve income, distribution costs, and operating profit transmit within the same load-bearing system without any single beam bearing the entire weight alone.
Looking at US stock token targets like XTSLA, they resemble cantilever structures built on top of the stablecoin settlement layer. The depth, spread, and correlation of the upper tokenized stocks depend on the liquidity, redemption certainty, and settlement period coverage of the underlying USDC. The stablecoin is the foundation layer; tokenized stocks are the upper structure. Once the foundation layer experiences stress concentration in cash flow or compliance nodes, the upper structure will first manifest through discounts, slippage, or liquidity gaps. Market correlation is not about two curves moving in the same direction, but about whether the force transmission path is continuous: the quality of reserve income affects Circle’s valuation anchor, the valuation anchor influences the stablecoin credit narrative, and the credit narrative then transmits to XTSLA’s quote depth.
Therefore, I treat this Q3 as a structural inspection: USDC circulating supply is the building area, payment expansion is the municipal connection, reserve income is the foundation, distribution costs are the shear walls, and profit is structural efficiency. The area can be added overnight, but the foundation and shear walls cannot. If management only talks about scale without unit economics, that’s building a cantilever on soft soil; if payment growth doesn’t bring verifiable clearing density, then no matter how tall the lobby is, the elevator shaft remains unconnected. On my blueprint, this kind of growth only counts if it passes load-bearing verification; every dollar on the income statement must correspond to a verifiable segment of rebar. #circleq3usdcgrowth📚 XTRADER CLASS #1 - Support & Resistance Trading
What is Support? It is the price floor level where buying pressure is strong enough to stop the price from falling further. Buyers enter here.
What is Resistance? It is the price ceiling level where selling pressure is strong enough to stop the price from rising. Sellers dominate here.
Pro Tip from Teacher XTRADER: Never trade in the middle. Always wait for price to reach Support to Buy, and Resistance to Sell. Patience is profit. Although there was the theft incident today, the market focus is undoubtedly still on the US stock market, especially after Amazon and Intel's earnings reports caused such a sharp drop, making the original AI narrative seem unsustainable. This bottomless money-burning pit has made the market very pessimistic, and without a new narrative, it will be hard to stop the decline.
Actually, at the latest from Q2, the market has stopped rewarding the money-burning game of low income and high expenditure. From a long-term cycle perspective, the September rebound was actually just an aftershock of the July decline. If there were still illusions about the AI bubble before, this drop undoubtedly proves that the AI hype has peaked.
When Anthropic goes public next month, it may coincide with a period of market liquidity and confidence recovery, but Anthropic's massive cash burn will likely offset any possible macro improvements, making people somewhat pessimistic again.
The current AI hype has caused hardware prices to surge, storage prices to rise sharply, increasing costs across the entire industry chain. Amazon raised its Q2 capex citing storage costs, Samsung's mobile and home appliance division lost 800 billion KRW due to storage price increases, and Intel's PC revenue dropped by 5%.
Against the backdrop of terminal revenue insufficient to support this bottomless money-burning, an invisible stock price ceiling has actually been drawn.
Returning to Bitcoin, there was probably already demand for further decline, compounded by the US stock market sell-off and the theft catalyst, today's drop can be seen as an acceleration. But from another perspective, with such a big negative, it only dropped to 76k, isn't that still quite strong? #英特尔Q4业绩指引低于预期,股价大跌 $AMZN $INTC 26.95%—This is not a pullback; it's an unannounced cliff-like cooling, with the temperature plunging from mid-mountain to the valley floor within a single trading day, marking the steepest one-day drop since listing, a first in our observation history.
First, let's look at the live sounding: The Q3 data itself isn't bad, with revenue at $4.106 billion, a 20.5% year-over-year increase, slightly above expectations, described as "partly cloudy to clear"; but adjusted earnings per share of $1.00 fell short of the $1.02 forecast—dew point temperature missed by two degrees, indicating moisture conditions have started to falter.
What really caused the barometer to plummet was the Q4 guidance: the forecasted growth rate for remaining performance obligations is 18.5%, down two full levels from Q3's 20.5%, and also below the consensus forecast average of 19.8%. This is a classic deepening upper trough—the cloud system is still visible on the satellite, but the lower-level convergence has dissipated. Management raised the 2026 annual AI contract target to $1.7 billion, which is like detecting a strong radar echo, but unfortunately, it's two seasons away and can't make up for the current rain.
Next, consider the linked field. The US stock token $xMSFT is a heavyweight high-pressure system; a single thunderstorm cell can't break through its potential height; but once the guiding airflow shifts, the entire moisture transport belt will be pushed southward. The slowdown in enterprise software order growth is the cold front's leading edge, first sweeping small cells, then seeing if it can cross the mountains. The key now is the shear line—this is not a recession but a change in growth slope, with very strong vertical wind shear, two opposing airflows colliding head-on. Under such conditions, confidence in any single-point forecast is low, but the direction of circulation pattern change can be determined: the pressure gradient is being rearranged.
We forecasters never blindly trust single-point extremes. "The largest one-day drop since listing" is just an extreme record here; what really matters is whether the trough line will continue moving east and if the downstream ridge can hold. Currently, the echo peak is dropping, but its speed hasn't slowed.
There's a saying inside the meteorological station: the most dangerous thing is never the heavy rain itself, but the calm with excellent visibility before the storm arrives. The wind direction has already shifted now. #servicenowq4outlookmissBYD's Q3 net profit surged 28%!
- Revenue 221.5 billion yuan, up 13.59% year-on-year
- Net profit 10.02 billion yuan, up 28.08% year-on-year
In the same period, Tesla's net profit was only $787 million, down 43% year-on-year.
Looking at BYD's first three quarters:
- Revenue 566.3 billion yuan, up only 0.01% year-on-year
- Net profit 22.345 billion yuan, down 4.24% year-on-year
- Vehicle sales 3.13 million units, down 3.94% year-on-year
- Overseas sales about 1.34 million units, up 92.66% year-on-year
The problem is clear: domestic market growth is weak, and the overseas market is taking over the growth baton.
BYD is shifting from relying on rapid domestic growth to seeking new growth opportunities through globalization.
The domestic auto market has entered a phase of stock competition and price wars; in the future, relying solely on price cuts and feature stacking will hardly sustain high profits.
BYD's advantages are scale, supply chain, and overseas layout, but the real test is just beginning.
I am optimistic about BYD's long-term competitiveness.
$OKB $BYDWritten by: Frank, MSX MaiTong The aftershock of Google's single-day 13% plunge the day before has not yet dissipated. This morning after the U.S. stock market closed, both Amazon and Intel plunged deeply. Interestingly, the brightest segments in the earnings reports of these two companies are precisely their AI-related businesses: AWS revenue grew nearly 40% year-over-year, and Intel's data center and AI business surged 78%. If we only look at the demand side, the prosperity of AI infrastructure seems to have no issues at all. But the market reaction was very negative. Amazon fell about 7% after hours, wiping out the only 5.6% gain it had this year; Intel, which once soared over 150% this year and was seen as a "turnaround" benchmark, directly plunged after hours, with a drop exceeding 22% at one point. Has the market stopped unconditionally applauding the "grand AI narrative"? How is Wall Street's logic in examining AI infrastructure shifting? 1. Has Amazon also caught the "Google disease"? When reviewing Google's plunge yesterday, we mentioned that its core problem is that AI capital expenditures are visibly devouring cash flow, while its core cash cow, search advertising, is decelerating. Just 24 hours later, Amazon delivered an almost identical "medical report." Looking only at the cloud computing business, AWS's report card is actually quite strong: Q3 revenue grew 39% year-over-year to $46 billion, accelerating growth for six consecutive quarters. CEO Andy Jassy evenActually, I tend to believe that Binance and the like are orchestrating this themselves. Although there is no evidence.
But combined with the recent nearly 6 billion black swan event and BTC's single-day plunge of 5%, the timing is indeed very subtle. On the macro side, the US core PCE rose to 3.1%, the October FOMC rate decision is imminent, and rate hike expectations remain high; meanwhile, with Trump's mid-November election approaching, the market generally expects crypto-friendly news to be released in early November.
For the dog whales, Bitcoin at 82,000 has no cost-effectiveness. To accumulate at the 80k level, they must first release negative news to crash the market. The 71k-73k range is the golden pit for institutions to re-enter. After this panic washout, even if the price just returns to 80k after the election, it may continue to fluctuate, forcing retail holders to hand over their chips to exchanges.
Currently, 96% of holders are underwater, with a mountain of trapped positions above. Amid tightening macro liquidity and election games intertwined, do not blindly bottom-fish; beware of the "escape wave," keep enough cash, and wait for right-side confirmation. $BTC $ETH $ZEC [Lagarde Steps Down Early: The European Central Bank Enters a Leadership Change Cycle, Uncertainty Itself Becomes a Pricing Variable]
On October 29, the ECB announced that President Christine Lagarde will step down on February 7, 2027. Her statutory term was originally set to end in October 2027—this is an early departure by about eight months. The announcement did not specify the reason, only stating that the successor will be nominated and appointed by the European Council according to the procedure stipulated in Article 283 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union; the Executive Board gave Lagarde a "long standing ovation."
Procedurally, the ECB President is appointed by the European Council by a qualified majority, and the candidate must come from a member state and have recognized qualifications in monetary or banking affairs. This process means the succession battle will be an open European political contest—national candidates, parliamentary hearings, Council votes, all under the spotlight.
From the market perspective, the real variable is not "who succeeds," but the "policy stance during the handover period." Over the next eight months, each Executive Board meeting will be priced with two expectations simultaneously: the policy orientation of the incumbent’s closing period and the possible policy preferences of the successor. Changing leadership at a sensitive moment when the energy shock has just entered the statement wording will increase the policy uncertainty premium on European assets (Euro bonds, EUR, bank stocks), which is a background variable worth continuously tracking over the next two quarters.
For ordinary investors, the operational implication is simple: add "ECB leadership change" to the watchlist for Europe-related holdings, rather than making any directional bets based on it—the policy surprises in a leadership change year usually appear in "wording" rather than "actions."Latest as of October 30 📊 Hyperliquid Billion-Level Whale Data Summary

· Long dispersion: The addresses ranked fourth and fifth hold about $77.98 million and $76.08 million in long positions, but the overall single size is smaller than the leading shorts. ETH:
ETH's performance is significantly weaker than BTC, with a 24-hour decline of about 1.37% to 3.72%. On the daily chart, it has broken below the lower boundary of the ascending channel since June, and the key support at 2385 has been lost, clearly indicating a short-term weakening structure. Around 2300 to 2315, there is a triple reference: the 200-day EMA at about 2315, the on-chain realized price at about 2310, and the average cost of wallets holding 1,000 to 10,000 ETH at about 2328. These three are compressed within a narrow range of less than $20. The price has previously found support multiple times in this range, but each rebound has been pushed back at the 100-day EMA between 2350 and 2362, making this area a clear resistance ceiling. Global tech stocks plummet, dear shareholders, here is the US stock market daily report for the 30thCoinbase's Q3 financial report is clearly much more interesting than Strategy's: 49% of net income comes from subscriptions and services, with the prediction market's annualized revenue exceeding $200 million. Every aspect reveals that it is no longer just an exchange relying on bull and bear cycles to earn trading fees. Subscription services, stablecoins, custody, and prediction markets are becoming important directions for expanding its revenue sources. Among these, Ajian believes the prediction market is especially worth continuous tracking because it connects event information, user judgment, financial transactions, and on-chain settlement. The potential market is not limited to crypto-native users.
Of course, these businesses are not completely unaffected by market conditions; for example, stablecoin-related income will still be influenced by interest rate environments and reserve yields. But from a long-term operational perspective, the more diversified the revenue sources, the more likely the platform can weather market cycles. If trading volume declines in the future, service income and stablecoin business can still continue to grow, then $xCOIN will have truly grown into a mature crypto stock. #CoinbaseQ3净利润转正,交易收入同比降43% #StrategyQ3 net profit hits a record high for a single quarter, with significant contributions from digital asset income
The leader has something to say
Strategy Q3 net profit reached $19.53 billion, a record high for a single quarter, with earnings per share of $44.75. Among this, digital asset income from Bitcoin holdings reached as high as $20.91 billion, which is the absolute main driver of the profit surge. However, software business revenue during the same period was only $125.4 million, down 3% year-over-year.
I believe this financial report completely exposes the essence of the "buy-coin treasury" model. The company's current profits are entirely determined by the fair value changes of Bitcoin. The software business has become a supporting role, even shrinking.
The market is very honest: MSTR fell 0.40% today, and xMSTR fell 0.41%. Why did it drop despite record net profit? The comments hit the mark: the $20.9 billion unrealized gain was already disclosed last quarter, so expectations have been fully priced in. Moreover, Bitcoin's market has weakened, falling below 80,000, and this $20.9 billion gain could easily turn into a loss at any time. This kind of weather-dependent model, in the current macro environment leaning hawkish, makes the market unwilling to give a high premium.
For crypto, Strategy is the largest institutional barometer. Its profits are directly tied to BTC price—when one prospers, all prosper; when one suffers, all suffer.
Bitcoin dipped to 78,763 last night and is still hovering below 80,000. Let's see if it can reclaim 80,000; if not, expect a deeper pullback. Resistance is between 84,000 and 85,000. Don't chase the rally or panic sell; set your stop-loss orders properly.

On-chain, the stolen assets are still being tracked; Pundi X Labs has already frozen about 3.75 million PUNDIX in the hacker's wallet, and Binance said they are cooperating. These actions are meant to reassure, but the coin price doesn't wait for announcements.
I actually think the real test will be the moment withdrawals resume — no one can say what the first thing people locked out for two days will do. Personally, I won't touch it, just observe.
#美国9月核心PCE升至3.1%,加息预期仍高 You all got it wrong. What the exchange dumped today was an emotional trap, not involved in the pricing logic at all.
That's why during the short-term panic period, Bitcoin quickly dipped to 76,400 then rebounded and recovered back to 78,800. This market behavior is an overreaction explained by behavioral finance plus amplified by thin liquidity. Now at 78,000, the market is oscillating with bulls and bears fighting for direction.
The actual impact of the whole event is far less than the panic sentiment.
The reason the dump happened fast and the recovery was also quick is mainly because the actual shock was very limited and did not shake Bitcoin's fundamental logic.
1. Impact is controllable
The scale of the involved funds is very small compared to Bitcoin's trillion-level total market cap. It won't trigger a liquidity crisis nor shake institutional holdings. Basically, it was just us panicking and withdrawing coins, no institutional sell-off.
2. No expansion of industry risk
The issue was mainly a problem with that engineer's computer, not an industry regulatory risk or a run risk. Other platforms are operating normally, so the risk-driven drop was quickly absorbed and selling sentiment did not ferment.
3. Bitcoin's pricing power remains unchanged
Bitcoin's price is still derived from everyone's valuation of it, which is influenced by crude oil, US bonds, interest rates, consensus, the US dollar, and US stocks. None of these have changed, so Bitcoin's price will rebound back to the main trend.
From a technical perspective, this event's spike confirmed two key conclusions:
1. The 77,000 support can withstand extreme events
Panic selling bottomed at 76,400 then quickly rebounded, just falling to our previous short position entry at 82,200 and exiting at the 77,000 support level, proving the existence of a strong consensus support.
2. The rebound strength is insufficient
The recovery rebound lasted a day but still did not break above 80,000, not even reaching 79,000, indicating the recovery was mostly passive absorption with little ETF spot buying. Bitcoin's trend remains weak.
Our short strategy remains to enter in batches on rebounds.
Don't chase shorts because of the spike. Wait for the price to rebound to 79,800-80,300 to lightly short, then add to a normal position at 81,500-82,000, with a unified stop loss at 82,500. The initial target is 77,800. Binance platform was hacked and coins were stolen, causing Bitcoin to plunge sharply, with a maximum amplitude of -6.6%. Currently, the decline has returned to around -5%, and other tokens have fallen even more😭
In the early hours of October 30, according to an analysis article by on-chain analytics firm TRM, the attacker transferred about $6.36 billion from wallets on ten blockchains of Binance within approximately 20 minutes.
After the theft, Tether, Circle, Ripple, and World Liberty Financial have frozen about $2.67 billion in stablecoins, the Arbitrum Security Council has frozen about $30 million in ETH and ARB, totaling about $2.7 billion frozen. The attacker still controls over 420,000 ETH and 18,270 BTC, valued at about $2.4 billion.
Binance's He Yi tweeted that user deposits are unaffected and operations are normal. The team is currently improving withdrawal services and related address control functions, expecting to restore withdrawal services within the next 48 hours. Full compensation will be made for lost $BTC assets.$BTC
I'm bearish, but I won't chase at this position.
BTC fell below 78000, OKX tested the current price at 77782, down 3% in 24 hours, with an intraday low of 76519. More concerning than the price is the Coinbase premium, which has dropped to a 4-year low — people in the US market are no longer catching the dip, and I care about this signal much more than the candlestick.
Today, the entire network liquidated over $1.54 billion, mostly longs. The panic selling triggered by the Binance attack wiped out leverage once again. What really caught my attention was that diamond-handed whale who held for nearly 4 months, pocketed $17.78 million, closed BTC and ETH longs, and then opened a short of 20,000 ETH. A veteran bull turning bearish is more valuable than those shouting "buy the dip" in the group.
On the upside, I see any rebound as a chance to reduce positions, not to rush in. The last time I was this certain, I was wrong, so I'll leave a caveat: if it recovers above 79000, just pretend I didn't say anything.

The Strategy's $BTC bought this year has returned to floating profit.
The price has risen above $78,900.
Where does this money come from: its cost line from 2025 to 2026 is at $90,600.
The newly purchased batch has surfaced, but the older batch is still short.
How is this number calculated: total holdings are 848,517 coins, with an average price of about $75,400.

#$BTC [Energy Shock Becomes a New Variable, This Week's Signal Chain Reaches Its End]
On October 29, the European Central Bank announced its October interest rate decision: all three key rates remain unchanged—Deposit Facility Rate at 2.50%, Main Refinancing Rate at 2.65%, and Marginal Lending Facility Rate at 2.90%. The decision itself aligns with the mainstream expectation of a "pause in rate cuts," but the real news is hidden in the first paragraph of the statement: the continuous rise in energy prices is simultaneously creating upside inflation risks and downside growth risks.
The wording of the statement is worth reading sentence by sentence. The ECB said that the "magnitude and duration" of the energy shock and its impact on indirect and second-round effects may push inflation higher and growth lower; meanwhile, underlying inflation remains broadly stable, and wages have not yet shown a substantial response. At the same time, the statement confirms that "financing conditions have tightened since the last meeting"—this is the official confirmation found in Wednesday's Bank Lending Survey (BLS) and also echoes the corporate side's sentiment in Tuesday's corporate financing survey (SAFE).
Connecting this week into a line: Monday, household inflation expectations rose to 3.1% (Consumer Expectations Survey); Tuesday, the corporate side confirmed credit "price increases and volume reductions" (SAFE); Wednesday, the banking side confirmed tighter standards beyond expectations and retail financing pressure at its highest since 2011 (BLS); Thursday, the central bank responded with "no change" and listed the energy shock as a new variable. The signals transmit layer by layer from micro-level sentiment to policy decisions, completing a closed loop within a week—this is the standard approach of the macro data chain.
The next two observation points: first, the trend of energy prices, which is now the biggest variable for the December meeting; second, details beyond the statement—the subtle differences in wording between the October 29, 14:45 press conference and the statement text often reveal the degree of internal disagreement within the Governing Council more than the decision itself.Only closing about 6% made me stop and think more than how much I earned. This $BTC short position used 40x leverage, and this time I closed 5 contracts, realizing a profit of about $15,200; but this is a partial exit, not the end of the entire trade. As a quant newbie, I’m most afraid of directly translating “locking in profits” as “safe.” 🤖
If I were to write it as a strategy, I would first write a rule: if the unrealized profit reaches the preset take-profit condition, then realize profits in batches while rechecking the risk budget of the remaining position. The take-profit condition here is my assumption; the material doesn’t tell us why he reduced the position at this time, so we can’t fill in a full trading plan for him.
The advantage of this rule is that you don’t have to guess the best exit point all at once, and you can turn part of the unrealized profit into realized profit. But the flaw is obvious: based on this reduction ratio, about 94% of the original position remains open. If there are no other adjustments afterward, then this realization can only be considered a slight reduction in exposure and cannot prove that the remaining position’s risk is controllable. I would separate “making money” and “reducing enough risk” into two conditions.
So I’m not keen on copying the “take profit 6% each time” number. A fixed ratio is easy to execute but may not match the remaining risk. If you were to write this condition, would you choose “reduce a fixed ratio at each profit level” or “reduce until the loss on the remaining position triggering stop loss does not exceed the budget”? What specific threshold would you set? How clever is STRK to leave ETH L2? How great is it to establish an independent L1?
1. Leaving Ethereum L2, the cleverness lies in breaking free from shackles and gaining autonomous control over cryptographic upgrades
Ordinary ZK Rollup L2s are essentially Ethereum-dependent scaling extensions: the proof layer can be optimized, but the settlement bridge, data availability, and cross-chain messaging rely on Ethereum's underlying elliptic curve system. Its security ceiling and upgrade pace are tightly bound to Ethereum.
1. Unlocking the initiative for quantum-safe timing (the most critical step)
Ethereum's full-chain quantum resistance upgrade target is 2029; if Starknet remains an L2, the elliptic curve limitations of the bridge and data layers can only follow Ethereum's schedule. The independent L1 route aims to complete full-chain quantum transformation by 2027, two years ahead, seizing the AI+quantum accelerated iteration window to reinforce the base layer without waiting for Ethereum's lengthy governance process.
STARK proofs themselves are based on hash assumptions and are inherently quantum-resistant; however, staying on L2 means the cross-chain bridge and data availability modules still carry ECDSA's quantum vulnerabilities, resulting in "secure proof layer but insecure entry/exit channels." Leaving L2 allows the entire chain—from signatures, consensus, data storage to cross-chain protocols—to be uniformly upgraded to post-quantum cryptographic standards, eliminating security weaknesses caused by dependency.
2. Autonomous governance, no longer constrained by Ethereum's rules, congestion, or hard forks
L2's core contracts are deployed on Ethereum, so major protocol changes, cryptographic upgrades, and consensus parameter adjustments are subject to Ethereum contract permissions and community disagreements.
After becoming an independent L1, the Starknet community, nodes, and validators can vote autonomously to iterate cryptographic schemes, adjust block logic, deploy STRK20 privacy pools, and build the strkBTC native BTCFi system without accommodating Ethereum's priority roadmap. Ethereum prioritizes its own scaling, accounts, and merge issues, with quantum resistance being just one of many topics; STRK's independent L1 can prioritize post-quantum security and controllable privacy as its main focus.
3. Token value capture logic fully upgraded, no longer a supporting role in the Ethereum ecosystem
As an L2, STRK's value ceiling is limited to a scaling fee token within Ethereum's ecosystem, sharing security and ecosystem benefits with Ethereum's settlement layer.
After becoming an independent L1: STRK undertakes staking consensus, block rewards, network fees, and security collateral, consolidating all network value directly into STRK, forming a complete staking lock-up flywheel. It breaks free from the L2 token fate of "dependent on Ethereum valuation with a low ceiling," upgrading from an Ethereum scaling tool to a native asset of an independent base-layer public chain.
4. Differentiated track positioning, escaping the overcrowded ZK scaling red ocean
Currently, many ZK L2s compete on Gas, TPS, and ecosystem migration, all crowded in the Ethereum scaling track.
By leaving L2 and focusing on native post-quantum + cryptographic agility + STRK20 privacy, it opens a new track: it does not compete with ARB, OP, or other ZK Rollups for Ethereum users but targets quantum security needs, institutional private settlement, and BTC asset hedging, forming a complementary competition with BTC and ETH rather than internal rivalry.
2. Building an independent L1, why is it great? It’s not just "going solo," but providing the blockchain industry with the next-generation base-layer paradigm
Most public chains, including BTC and ETH, fix their elliptic curve base layer first and then consider post-quantum upgrades later, facing nearly unsolvable governance disasters: nodes, miners, exchanges, wallets, and massive existing assets make unified migration difficult, which is the deadlock of BTC's quantum risk.
Starknet's independent L1 is humanity's first base-layer public chain paradigm natively designed for the post-quantum era. Its greatness is reflected in these points:
1. A truly practical "cryptographic agility" public chain model
Relying on native account abstraction, no full-network hard fork is needed; user accounts can individually switch to post-quantum signatures. The entire chain's cryptographic suite can smoothly iterate, avoiding BTC's dilemma of "once elliptic curves fail, the whole network is stuck."
It proves that a public chain base layer no longer needs to be bound to a single cryptographic algorithm; cryptography can continuously upgrade with computing technology iterations, a paradigm shift from the fixed cryptographic system of the Nakamoto era.
2. Simultaneously solving two ultimate industry pain points: quantum risk + privacy compliance conflict
BTC and ETH force a choice: either a fully public ledger with transparent asset trails or anonymity that risks regulatory red lines.
On the independent L1, the STRK20 privacy pool is natively built-in: balances and transaction paths can be hidden while supporting selective audit disclosure, meeting the private settlement needs of whales, RWA, and institutional funds; combined with full-chain quantum resistance, it solves the long-term challenges of "cryptographic apocalypse" and "privacy compliance" in one go, making it a base layer chain suitable for institutional reserve-grade assets.
3. Building a quantum-safe haven for BTC assets, accommodating trillions in existing digital gold
This is the most imaginative part: BTC itself struggles to complete post-quantum upgrades, and massive BTC holdings face long-term quantum risks.
After becoming an independent L1, it can build a native, autonomously controlled strkBTC channel, allowing Bitcoin assets to migrate onto a quantum-resistant base layer for staking, lending, and trading. Once the market consistently prices BTC's quantum risk, this chain becomes a safe harbor for BTC holdings, no longer just a small ecosystem chain but infrastructure capable of absorbing overflow value from the Bitcoin system.
4. Pointing the entire crypto space to a replicable "future survival path"
Previously, the default was: public chain security = elliptic curves. After STRK's route succeeds, a new industry standard will be established: a qualified long-term base-layer public chain must have three features—hash-based quantum resistance, cryptographic agility with upgradability, and controllable, auditable privacy.
It is not a concept coin riding the quantum resistance hype but a complete L1 architecture integrating STARK cryptography, account abstraction, privacy protocols, and BTCFi into a self-consistent base system.I went all in with all my XP
I bet No, and the underlying logic behind this judgment is not that the financial report is bad; on the contrary, the financial data is very strong.
First, the AI storage theme had already experienced a big rally before the financial report, so the positive news was largely priced in by the market, turning the good news into bad news upon realization.
Second, although the current revenue and orders are outstanding, storage is a cyclical sector. $ARB did something today that made me reconsider the decentralization level of L2.
At 8:08 this morning, the Arbitrum Security Council directly transferred 74.56 million ARB and 8,425 ETH from addresses linked to a major exchange hack into a frozen address.
The key is how they did it.
They temporarily upgraded the Inbox contract, simulated a transaction from the involved address, transferred the assets away, and then restored the original contract.
About $30 million worth of assets were timely controlled, and ordinary users were unaffected.
But this also shows that Arbitrum's emergency governance powers are greater than many people imagine.
As of this afternoon, ARB is about $0.163, down 0.6% in 24 hours, with a trading volume of about $269 million, a 63% increase from the previous day.
I think this event has two sides.
Traditional financial institutions might appreciate this emergency stop-loss capability, but users who value decentralization might worry about potential abuse of such powers in the future.
Also, freezing does not equal destruction, nor does it directly increase the benefits for ARB holders. About 92.65 million ARB will unlock on November 16.
#OKX、ICE与Trade.xyz联手,推动永续合约进入美国合规市场 Let's clarify the situation first: Last night, the largest trading platform in the industry had about 6 billion USD moved out from its hot wallet, spanning BTC, ETH, and TRX chains. The platform temporarily suspended deposits and withdrawals. Law enforcement and two stablecoin issuers together froze about 3 billion USD. During the asset recovery, it was found that the hacker split 1.4 billion USD worth of Bitcoin into 19 wallets. Data as of 5 PM: Bitcoin hit a six-week low at 76,460, with 1.5 billion USD liquidated across the entire network in 24 hours, 84% of which were long positions. 246,000 accounts were liquidated, with the largest single BTC long position liquidated at 11.09 million USD. I've seen scenes like this for many years. In May 2019, that platform's hot wallet was hacked for 7,000 BTC, covered by risk reserves. The price dropped for more than a day but recovered within a week, then rose from 5,800 to 13,800 over the next two months. Mt.Gox in 2014 and FTX in November 2022 were different cases—they weren't stolen but insolvent, with their balance sheets gone. That is what you call a death spiral. This time is the former: losing money is an expense, insolvency means the existence itself is problematic. Now, I first look at how much they actually closed.
Core Trader 71 closed 10 $BTC short positions this time with 40x leverage at a price of about $78,086, realizing a profit of approximately $29,500. But this is only about 9% partial liquidation, not a full exit.
What’s familiar is the profit-taking action; what’s different is that this time only a small portion of the position was closed openly. I’m more inclined to interpret this as cashing in part of the profits rather than fully switching to long: closing shorts only reduces short exposure and should not be equated with buying bullishly; closing only about 9% also indicates this operation is far from over. With 40x leverage, the remaining position still can’t withstand arbitrary drawdowns, and profit screenshots cannot replace risk management. Do veteran players share this same familiarity? For this kind of small-scale profit-taking, do you pay more attention to the amount cashed out or how the remaining position is subsequently reduced? #苹果新CEO迎来iPhone18首份成绩单
On November 3rd, at 5 a.m., Apple delivered its report!
According to Apple's past earnings reports, in the previous one hundred fiscal quarters, Apple exceeded expectations 70% of the time! Apple has beaten expectations for eleven consecutive quarters. The frequent outperformance is because Apple's management guidance tends to be conservative, and Wall Street analysts are used to lowering their expectations accordingly, meaning the market makers control the game and decide whether the results beat expectations.
The current earnings season prediction of a 71% yes is also based on the outcomes of previous earnings seasons. Personally, I believe that a 71% yes prediction is a no-brainer buy.$BTC Binance had an incident last night. The official statement now is that the total estimated impact is about 6.3 billion USD, with approximately 3 billion USD already frozen in cooperation. Users bear their own losses, and deposits and withdrawals are suspended during the security check. The 6.3 billion is an estimate of the total impact, not confirmed losses; the final assessment will depend on their subsequent review.
Bitcoin was dragged down today. It once dropped to around 76,675 in the morning, and the highest reached 81,890, a difference of over five thousand dollars. In the afternoon, the price returned to around 78,000, but the market hasn't closed yet today, so this price is just a snapshot.
76,600 to 77,000 is the low point hammered out today; first, see if it can hold. If it doesn't hold, the next level to watch is whether anyone will catch at 76,500. The rebound needs to first reclaim 80,000; if it can't, it’s just a retracement after the drop. The 81,000 to 82,000 range is where the price surged and then fell today, so resistance remains above.
This incident short-term affects trust in the exchange, not Bitcoin itself. But with deposits and withdrawals suspended and a large portion of coins not yet frozen, selling pressure may not end today. Lighten positions first, wait for deposits and withdrawals to resume, and for the price to stand back above 80,000 before discussing recovery. The Federal Reserve held steady overnight, keeping the interest rate at 3.75% to 4%, with a vote of 10 to 2. Cook and Harker both voted for a rate hike, and in September it was a unanimous 12 to 0.
The statement changed the economy description from solid expansion to strong expansion. The previous sentence about rate hikes helping inflation return to 2% faster was also removed. The Wash press conference gave no forward guidance.
CME FedWatch shows the probability of a rate hike in December exceeding 85%, and the 10-year US Treasury yield peaked at 5.025%.
$BTC was around 80,800 when the decision was announced, rose to 81,100 during the press conference, surged to 81,768 at 4 a.m. but was pushed back, now hovering around 81,130, with a funding rate of 0.01%.
Holding steady does not mean easing; the two votes for a rate hike are clear, the December rate hike threat still hangs, and yields are so high. I consider this rally a bounce from the boots dropping, not a trend.
Short-term support is between 80,950 and 81,000; the lower shadows of several hourly candles overnight are around here. Cut losses if it breaks below 80,950.
Resistance above is at 81,450; if the long upper shadow at 81,770 cannot be surpassed, do not chase. The money stolen by the hacker was not all dumped into the market; the ones crashing the market are the bulls themselves.
According to Lookonchain, the attacker sold seven tokens today: UNI, ENA, PEPE, LINK, AAVE, ONDO, and WLD, exchanging them for 70,480 ETH, approximately $158 million; meanwhile, the total liquidation across the network in 24 hours was $1.112 billion, with long positions accounting for $940 million, or 84.5%.
The two numbers make it clear: the $158 million exchanged by the hacker accounts for only 14% of the liquidation amount. I don't quite believe the notion of "hacker dumping the market." The remaining 86% is bulls stepping on themselves; every time a support level breaks, a batch of high-leverage positions gets liquidated, and those liquidations trigger the next wave.
$BTC dropped from 81,000 to 76,640, and the pricing power at this level lies with the leveraged traders, not the hacker. The funding rate turned positive within 48 hours, and the open interest returned to the level of the 29th, which means the deleveraging process is complete; if the funding rate remains negative, it indicates there are still some positions not yet cleared.Brothers, today's pre-market sell-off was a bit scary. Semiconductor, memory, optical communication, and crypto concept stocks all collectively plunged. Intel directly dropped over 25%, instantly dragging down the entire tech sector sentiment.
$MU $SNDK
The root cause lies with Intel itself. The Q4 earnings guidance fell far short of market expectations, compounded by issues at the Israel factory, persistently weak PC demand, and their own AI chips lagging behind. A pile of negative factors stacked up, causing capital to flee immediately. This panic spread outward from the sector, pulling down Micron, AMD, and Nvidia along with it.
Crypto couldn't stay immune either; MSTR and Coinbase both followed the decline. The crypto market generally follows the sentiment of US tech stocks. When tech collapses, risk appetite cools off directly, naturally dragging down Bitcoin and Ethereum.
But it's important to distinguish that this time the trigger was Intel's isolated meltdown, not a total collapse of the entire AI narrative. However, the market is already very sensitive now, so any slight disturbance easily causes a herd sell-off.
Going forward, keep a close watch. If this tech panic spreads further, it will be difficult for the crypto market to stage an independent rebound. During such correlated sell-offs, don't rush to bottom-fish. Sector-wide synchronized declines often have deeper pullbacks than expected, so leverage must be controlled. $SKHYNIX
#亚马逊Q3营收略逊预期,AWS增速达近五年最快水平 Does a large amount of coins held by a big address mean it's a single whale?
When I open the holdings leaderboard and see that the top few addresses hold a large proportion, I continue to investigate the purpose of those addresses rather than directly counting them as a few individual whales.
An address might belong to an exchange custody, a liquidity pool, a lock-up contract, or a project treasury. The balances for different purposes have different control methods and beneficiaries behind them.
Similarly, one holder might use multiple addresses. So even if the address distribution looks dispersed, it doesn't necessarily mean the actual control is dispersed.
I classify addresses with reliable evidence and then look at the remaining ones. For those whose identities cannot be confirmed, I keep them labeled as "unknown" and won't casually tag them just to draw a neat conclusion about concentration.
Even if an address is confirmed as a custody address, it doesn't mean the related risks disappear. Whether economic interests are concentrated and whether operational permissions are concentrated are two separate issues that need to be observed separately.
When you look at coin concentration, do you click on the top addresses to see what exactly is inside?【Quick Comment】Intel plunged 22% overnight, don’t rush to call it a “golden pit” ( ̄▽ ̄)~*
The sharp drop after hours isn’t just ordinary emotional selling; it’s more like an alarm from the PC supply chain. Intel’s CEO Chen Liwu bluntly said: PC demand is weak, but memory prices are soaring, and this cost gap might not be filled until the first half of 2027 (╯﹏╰). The market votes with its feet, and the logic is straightforward: AI computing power is popping champagne, while traditional PCs are fixing their roofs.
A couple of years ago, the “storage super cycle” was loudly proclaimed, but now the aftereffects are showing: SK Hynix, Samsung, and Micron are making huge profits, while downstream PC manufacturers and chipmakers are squeezed by high storage prices. End products aren’t selling, costs can’t come down, and the more they produce, the harder it gets ( •̀ ω •́ )✧.
Therefore, a big drop doesn’t equal a big opportunity. A rebound in a declining sector doesn’t mean a turnaround; where the money flows in the industry chain is the key. Right now, AI computing power and upstream storage are still attracting capital, and the tough days for the traditional PC chain may not be over. Hold your position steady, don’t get carried away, let the flying knives fly for a while first ( ̄▽ ̄)ゞ
#英特尔Q4业绩指引低于预期,股价大跌 For Apple's earnings report this time, I bet it can exceed expectations. Wall Street currently estimates revenue around $113.3 billion, with earnings per share at $1.98.
Personally, I think the possibility of exceeding expectations is quite high.
First is the iPhone. Although every year some say Apple lacks innovation, actual sales remain strong, especially with the new generation iPhone driving replacement demand.
Second is the services business. Revenues from the App Store, iCloud, and others are the real cash cows, with profit margins much higher than hardware sales.
However, I have two concerns.
One is chip supply and memory costs; the other is that Apple's current valuation is already not cheap.
Moreover, last quarter Apple’s revenue and profit both exceeded expectations, yet the stock price still dropped more than 7% the next day.
So this time, I’m more focused not on the earnings numbers themselves, but on management’s guidance for the year-end shopping season.
If the earnings beat expectations and next quarter’s guidance also beats expectations, that would be a true double positive.
Conversely, if it only barely beats expectations and the guidance is conservative, then be cautious about the positive news being priced in.
My judgment is: the probability of a slight beat is higher, but for the stock price to continue rising significantly, Apple needs to deliver results better than market expectations.
What do you think? Can Apple lead a new rally in U.S. tech stocks this time?
