$ZEC ZEC has really hit a major artery this time.
The official team directly admitted that the Orchard circuit has a fatal vulnerability, allowing hackers to create coins out of thin air in the privacy pool without even needing signatures.
The most shocking part is, because it’s under the privacy banner, no one currently knows if counterfeit coins have already mixed in.
Nearly 30% of the tokens are in the pool, which is like the vault door being wide open, with fake bills possibly outnumbering the real ones inside.
A coin that can’t even prove its own ledger’s integrity has had its fundamental trust completely shattered.
Whoever dares to take this on is basically the sucker paying the price for invisible counterfeit coins.

My understanding of yesterday's dip is: some chips were moved into exchanges in advance, taking advantage of the weekend's low liquidity and geopolitical noise to apply pressure on the market.
The key is not how much it dropped, but the timing — institutional position adjustments are inactive on weekends, and market makers and hedge funds usually wait until Monday.
So during such times, sharp drops and sharp rises are easily amplified; don't get carried away. The chip concentration indicator has turned down, does this mean BTC is about to crash?
Yesterday $BTC briefly broke through 80,000, hitting a low near 79,000, causing a wave of panic in the market.
The indicator also turned down from around 15.5% to 15.19% today.
Does this signal that the next big move for BTC will be a drop?
At present, it’s just the early stage of the turn, so we can’t directly conclude that a big crash will happen.
We still need to keep an eye on two things:
First: After BTC pulled back to 80,000 today, can it hold again after the financial markets open next week? If it holds, the situation isn’t too bad. But if it continues to break down and 80,000 becomes a resistance level, then it’s basically stuck, and the next big move will most likely be down.
Second: Will the chip concentration continue to fall rapidly?
Because yesterday was Sunday, the current situation shows that the futures market is quite active, with BTC and altcoin open contracts being rapidly cleared, while the spot market volatility is not that large. (The chip concentration indicator mainly reflects the spot market. Luckily it was Saturday; if it were a weekday, it might really trigger massive panic selling.)
Yesterday’s market action looked more like a precise strike on the futures market rather than pure spot market panic selling.
The most panic-inducing scenario in crypto is spot selling combined with a futures market stampede. Having this happen on a Saturday again reduces the market’s long fuel, especially for some altcoins. They have been squeezed repeatedly, leaving only a small amount of longs at very low levels.$AAVE
The lending leader lags behind BTC; how much can locked value data explain?
In this morning's spot snapshot, AAVE's 24-hour price change was -4.21%, ranging between 134 and 145.39 USDT.
The decline is significantly greater than BTC's, but the USD locked value is also affected by collateral prices and cannot be directly equated to user outflows. Actual borrowing demand, utilization rate, and net income better test the business.
If borrowing and income weaken and liquidation pressure increases, optimistic assessments should be lowered; if the business is stable and prices stop falling, then the question of whether the risk discount is excessive can be discussed.#SK海力士Q3财报在即,HBM4能否提振盈利? The probability that “AI demand drives quarterly profits to a new high” is very high, but the main driver of this “new high” comes from the price increase cycle of general storage, rather than the previously expected strong volume growth of HBM4.
When the earnings report is released, the market’s attention will go beyond the record profits and focus on two more forward-looking signals: the company’s official guidance on the shipment pace and customer certification progress of HBM4, and how management describes the long-term profit margin outlook of its HBM business in the face of Samsung’s approach. If the earnings report only confirms the known strength of general DRAM but fails to provide a convincing roadmap on the catching-up progress of HBM4, then even record profits may not be enough to fully reverse market concerns that its “moat” is narrowing.$BTC Bitcoin held at 79,000, now it's just a question of whether it can break through 82,000. In the past 24 hours, over 110,000 people across the network were directly "taken out," with nearly $550 million liquidated in total. The worst hit were the stubborn "long" brothers, with long positions alone liquidated for $470 million, a very high proportion, indicating this wave of the market is aggressively crashing down. Although long and short liquidations have somewhat balanced out in the last 12 hours, the overall trend is still longs getting hit. There's also a super unlucky guy who got liquidated for $11.85 million on a single $ETH trade on a certain exchange, probably completely broken psychologically.
$ETH Ethereum's current market move is basically a precise blow to the longs. Last night it dropped to a low of $2,282, just $30 away from the liquidation price of a certain whale's $272 million long position, forcing them to urgently add $9.21 million USDC margin at midnight, pushing the liquidation price down from $2,256 to $2,181 to catch a temporary breather. Now hovering around $2,325, down less than 1% in 24 hours, but intraday it once dropped over 2%.
The reasons for the drop are quite mixed: U.S. spot ETFs have seen net outflows for four consecutive weeks, with over $224 million withdrawn in a single week, institutional buying is retreating; big players like Arthur Hayes have completely liquidated ETH and DeFi assets ahead of the Federal Reserve meeting, setting a trend; plus the Glamsterdam upgrade testnet deployment was delayed, cooling short-term speculative expectations. Technically, ETH has broken below the $2,370 support, with MACD and Williams %R indicators both leaning towards sell.Regarding Meta's AI investment, what I want to track now is how much more it costs for each additional active user.
Muse has already attracted quite a few people to try it, and user growth is encouraging. But personal AI assistants require continuous model operation and task processing; the more frequently they are used, the higher the service costs may be. For this kind of product, there still needs to be some calculation between user activity and profit improvement.
Management mentioned in the earnings call that they hope to significantly improve Muse's cost efficiency over the next year. This is a goal worth tracking, but it cannot be prematurely considered as already achieved profitability.
I am interested in the product direction. A truly useful assistant can indeed bring users back repeatedly; the question is how these uses ultimately convert into revenue and whether they can cover service costs.
If efficiency improves fast enough, the company might be able to control losses while expanding usage. But if users love to use it more and more, yet costs decrease slowly, growth could actually increase short-term bills.
So I hope to see progress not only in registration numbers but also in activity, payment, and cost aspects in the future. At least let shareholders know whether the product is gradually approaching sustainable operation or still mainly relying on advertising business support.
I am not afraid of new businesses losing money temporarily; what I fear is that everyone only celebrates increased usage without continuing to ask how much the company actually has to pay for that usage.
HSBC launched its own stablecoin called RedCoin, pegged 1 to 1 with the Hong Kong dollar.
3.3 million PayMe wallets will be usable within days, and 100,000 merchants will accept it.
The key is not about making payments; it only runs on HSBC's private ledger, not on a public blockchain, so it can't enter DeFi or be accessed via its own mobile banking app.
10.4 million in reserves supports 10.2 million in circulation, fully backed, but legally it is not considered a deposit, so it is not covered by deposit protection schemes.
This year, they also plan to launch tokenized money market funds to let idle funds earn short-term bond interest. The stablecoin business of earning from interest rate spreads has been dismantled by banks from within. This trade is very interesting.
$CAP, 10x full position short, holding 7200, opened at 0.08394, mark price 0.09619. Floating loss of 88.19, return rate -145.93%.
What's interesting about it?
First, the timing of the position opening. At 0.08394, CAP had already risen at least double from the bottom. The short seller thought they were catching the top, but actually caught a falling knife.
Second, the mode choice. Full position. This means the $88 loss is not isolated; it is eating into the margin of other positions in the account.
Third, the leverage. 10x. Altcoins commonly fluctuate 20% daily, and with 10x leverage, a 2% adverse move can wipe out the principal.
Currently, the maintenance rate is 504.61%, which looks fine, but if an altcoin suddenly plunges, this figure instantly becomes meaningless.
The greatest value of this trade is that it demonstrates to everyone why altcoin contracts are meat grinders. To pour some cold water first, closing large long positions at a loss does not mean ETH is bound to fall next. Core Trader 61 has fully closed 5,104.1867 $ETH long positions, realizing a loss of $37,676.68. I am bearish on the risk, but in this trade, I am more inclined to acknowledge ending a wrong exposure rather than using his loss as evidence of a bearish outlook.
I have two reasons: First, the opening average price was $2,331.55, and the closing price was $2,324.1685, a price difference of about 0.32%, corresponding to a closing scale of approximately $11.863 million, resulting in a loss of $37,700. A slight directional bias with a large position can also hurt a lot; leverage is unknown, so we can't guess how close he was to liquidation. Second, fully exiting only indicates he no longer bears this long risk, not that he has turned bearish. If the price continues to dip, the most uncomfortable are those still holding similar long positions, not those who have already exited.
But I also admit, he might have sold before the rebound. If the price later returns to $2,331.55 and holds steadily, I will reduce the weight of the downside risk; this is just my observation condition, not a market that has already occurred. Are you currently bullish or bearish? Around his opening average price, share your reasons for judging whether he stopped losses timely or exited too early. HSBC directly put stablecoins into the meals of Hong Kong people. The new product is called RedCoin, code RCHKD, pegged 1 to 1 to the Hong Kong dollar, and will be rolled out to 3.3 million PayMe wallets in the coming days, allowing transfers and payments to 100,000 merchants.
In the past, buying a bowl of noodles with crypto required cashing out off-exchange or on an exchange, with fees deducted layer by layer, and the risk of frozen cards. Now, the wonton noodles at the cha chaan teng are paid on-chain, and the recipient is still that century-old company that manages your salary.
But the framework is closed. RCHKD is not on Ethereum or Solana; it only runs on HSBC's private ledger. At this stage, it can't even be transferred via HSBC mobile banking, can't enter DeFi, nor be sent to arbitrary addresses.
The reserve digital amount is 10.4 million USD in cash against 10.2 million in circulation, fully backed 100%. But legally, it is not considered a bank deposit, and the Hong Kong deposit protection scheme does not cover it. The bank uses your fiat as backing and issues you an on-chain certificate, saving on reserve and insurance costs.
The real move is yet to come. Later this year, it will be integrated into the main banking app, launching tokenized Hong Kong dollar money market funds. USDT and USDC use reserves to buy U.S. Treasury bonds, earning tens of billions of dollars in interest rate spreads annually, while holders get zero. This path is circumvented by compliant wealth management from the side.
So don't see this as a victory for decentralization. Traffic goes to the giants, liquidity stays on public chains, and what ordinary people lose is the frozen card.SOL fell from 106.97 on 10-21 to 102.64 on 10-25, dropping 4 points. On the same day, BTC dropped from 84093 to 80936, down 3.8 points. The two numbers look close, but when looking at the SOL/BTC ratio alone, the conclusion is different.
On 10-21, SOL/BTC closed at 0.001272, and on 10-25 it closed at 0.001269, with a low of 0.001244 in between, fluctuating less than 2%. This means that SOL basically didn’t move much relative to BTC in these days, and the decline was almost completely synchronized.
This fact is useful for those holding long SOL positions. From 10-22 to 10-24, the floating loss on SOL accounts looked scary, dropping 4 points, but if you also held BTC during the same period and it was also falling, this loss was basically caused by the overall market pressure; SOL itself did not weaken.
Currently, $SOL is stopped at 102.6, with the ratio 0.001269 returning to the starting point of 10-21. SOL’s position relative to BTC has neither strengthened nor weakened. To see SOL develop an independent trend, we need to watch when the ratio stands above 0.00129, which is the point after 10-21 when SOL strengthened relative to the market. Before that, SOL’s rise and fall mainly followed BTC.$CAP has tripled in three months, but after scouring the entire liquidation leaderboard, its name can't be found.
At the same time, $BTC had liquidations exceeding 180 million, $ETH over 140 million, and even the smaller ASTER reached millions. CAP can't even touch the edge of the leaderboard — this absence says more than any data. For a coin that has risen this much, normally shorts would be squeezed and liquidation volumes would increase, which is a short squeeze. But here, there is none, indicating the price wasn't pushed up by liquidations but by someone buying bit by bit.
The position structure also confirms this: over 20 million open interest across the network, with Binance alone accounting for 60%. The controller doesn't need to spread out everywhere; holding one main battlefield is enough. Only 15% is in circulation, more than 80% hasn't been released yet, so the price is moving on a very thin market, requiring little capital to maintain.
So this operator is in no rush. It's not a pulse-style pump but a slow push: buying a little every day, letting the price rise on its own without triggering liquidations or creating a "surge" excitement for retail investors. This method has only one purpose — to accumulate as many chips as possible at a low level. When it really moves, it will be urgent; then you'll see continuous volume increases, accelerated gains, and everyone talking about it. This calm and steady phase is just the beginning. It now feels more like a post-accumulation game phase, not a mindless chase for gains. Can that "bottom-fishing list" really be copied exactly? I came across a widely circulated buy list: BTC has already reached the 80000 to 78000 range drawn earlier, ETH has stepped into the 2400 to 2200 range, SOL has dropped directly to 99, and XRP and DOGE have also returned to their respective positions. The person who posted the list said it very plainly: as long as BTC holds between 76000 and 78000, keep buying. Looking at it does give a sense of relief, as if the answer is already written. But my first reaction wasn’t excitement; it was to check my own position records. Last round, I also acted when I saw the "range reached," but there was another range below that range, and I got stuck in the middle, feeling uncomfortable both ways. So this time, I prefer to treat it as a risk management issue, not a homework copying task. First, let me talk about the sector strength and weakness I observed. In this pullback, BTC was relatively resilient, indicating that big money hasn’t completely left the table; risk appetite is contracting, not collapsing; ETH weakened but didn’t lose order, meaning it was dragged down in adjustment; SOL dropped straight to 99, showing a more obvious discount for elastic assets, indicating that high beta assets were prioritized for reduction. Altcoins generally returned to their "own positions," which sounds orderly but actually exposes thinning buy-side support. The bullish path also holds: if BTC can really stabilize between 76000 and 78000, sentiment will recover first, ETH will follow the rise, and elastic assets like SOL will rebound more strongly. The list-style buying method is in rhythm.some options data for bitcoin:native re: 'everyone is bearish'

Hyperliquid built a perp DEX on its own chain and grew without the usual venture-backed playbook. A big portion of fees has gone toward buybacks, which ties the token to real activity, still rare in this market. The flip side is concentration: derivatives volume swells and shrinks with volatility, and rival venues are catching up. Is this a durable engine or a cyclical one?SOL is currently priced at about $102.22, down slightly by 0.03% in 24 hours. The 100 level has been tested three times in October: it held on the 15th and 18th, but was pierced intraday on the 24th before recovering. The issue is that intraday breaks and closing breaks are two different things. Closing above 100 indicates some support for now; however, if the next closing price falls below 100, the 100-day moving average is around 96.46, with almost no buffer in between. SOL's monthly decline once approached four times that of BTC, and ETF funds have been continuously flowing out. 100 is not a bottom but a defense line being repeatedly worn down. DOGE is currently priced at about $0.0777, down 0.88% in 24 hours. Technical indicators collectively signal a strong sell, with a 7-day drop of 3.94% and a monthly drop of 22.88%. The daily chart shows 0.077 pressed near the lower Bollinger Band. DOGE's problem is straightforward: no new narrative, no new buying interest. The news about the tipping channel on platform X briefly touched 0.079 but quickly fell back. If meme coin rebounds rely only on “news pulses” rather than sustained buying pressure, every spike is just an opportunity for earlier holders to exit. AVAX is currently priced at about $8.99, down slightly by 0.11% in 24 hours. It has always carried the label of “fee burn, net deflation,” but in reality, the C-Chain burn volume has long been lower than the staking issuance, so net deflation toBrothers, BTC and ETH took another hit over the weekend, but BTC's volatility has already been compressed to the extreme.
$BTC $80,270 | $ETH $2,328
Bitcoin slid from above 81,000 to around 80,270, Ethereum dropped to 2,328, down about 2.4% in 24 hours. In the past 24 hours, about $577 million in liquidations occurred across the network, with BTC long positions liquidated at $217 million, accounting for 92%, and ETH longs at $184 million, accounting for 90%. The bulls have been flushed out again.
This decline is the combined result of institutional withdrawals and leverage liquidations. Bitcoin ETFs saw a total outflow of $774 million on Thursday and Friday, giving back more than 70% of the $1.07 billion inflow from earlier in the week. The ongoing tension in the Middle East and high oil prices are suppressing risk appetite.
But there is a signal more worth watching than the price. BTC's 30-day price range has narrowed from 13% to 6%, stuck between 80,000 and 86,000 for 9 consecutive days. Yesterday, it found support near the 365-day moving average and rebounded to close at 80,500. Extreme volatility compression often signals a big move brewing.
On the ETH side, a huge whale was almost buried. Last night, ETH hit a low of 2,282. A whale/institution holding a $272 million long position was only $30 away from liquidation and had to urgently add 9.21 million USDC in margin at midnight to temporarily escape danger. 2,282 is a short-term key low; holding it is necessary for recovery potential.

A lot of Tron's relevance comes from one unglamorous job: moving USDT cheaply. Users in many regions treat it as payment plumbing rather than a speculative playground. That's the strength and the weak spot. Demand leans heavily on a single stablecoin's regulatory and market fate. How much of TRX's story is really Tether's story? These two candlesticks almost put me to sleep—BTC just drawing horizontal lines, ETH just squatting there, I even suspected the exchange had put its servers into power-saving mode.
BTC's 24-hour volatility is 2.33%, swinging widely from 79,220 to 81,099, with a net change of zero; ETH is even worse, currently around 2,337, just over a hundred dollars away from a certain whale/institution's ETH long liquidation price at 2,181. This big player holds $396.5 million in BTC+ETH longs and just urgently added 9.21 million USDC margin at dawn, dragging the liquidation price down from 2,256 to 2,181—truly like renewing a VIP membership in the ICU.$ETH
Why so little movement? Weekend liquidity is naturally thin, US stock markets are closed, and this week’s macro environment is the "calm before the storm" with the Fed meeting on the 28th. Option sellers are suppressing the market, and derivatives trading volume has shrunk by 11.66%. Big players are waiting, retail investors are enduring, and the manipulators are on vacation.$BTC
A rhetorical question: even whales only dare to add margin but not push the market—why do you think your small long positions can pull ETH out of the liquidation zone?

BTC is around 80,400, ETH is around 2,336. During the session, BTC once dipped to 79,146, hitting a more than one-month low.
Geopolitics is the fuse. The U.S. evacuated personnel from the Middle East due to intelligence on Iranian attacks, sharply increasing risk aversion sentiment. In 24 hours, the entire network liquidated 453 million, with long positions accounting for 391 million (86%), triggering a chain of forced liquidations due to crowded longs.
Capital flow divergence. BTC spot ETFs saw a net inflow of 301 million this week, reversing a two-week outflow trend, with BlackRock iShares BIT alone taking 566 million; however, ETH ETFs had a net outflow of 221 million, marking the fourth consecutive week of losses. Institutions favor BTC.
Macroeconomic pressure. Brent crude oil broke $117, FOMC is approaching, December rate hike expectations remain, putting pressure on risk assets.
Key levels:
BTC support is between 78,400-79,100; if broken, look to 77,876; resistance turned from support at 81,700, only a rebound above this level signals stabilization.
ETH key defense is at 2,245; breaking this triggers long liquidations of 561 million; psychological resistance is at 2,400.
In short: rising risk aversion + long squeeze + ETF divergence, three heavy burdens weighing down. Do not chase shorts or bottom-fish; wait for BTC to stop falling between 78,400-79,100, or to rebound with volume above 81,700 before lightly trying longs. The expectation of FOMC "holding steady" is fully priced in; even a slightly hawkish tone could trigger a sell-off after the rally, so resist the urge to trade.
$BTC: Whales are scooping up, ETFs are flowing out; 80k is the ETF/corporate cost line, whether it holds depends on the Fed's statement.
$ETH: Whales are buying at 2300, OGs are taking profits at highs; 2300 is the lifeline, if broken look to 2200, don’t mistake whale buying points for a safety net.
$SOL: Upgrade launched but about 20% of validators are not fully prepared, ETFs have fled for 12 consecutive days; 100 is the betting table, if broken look to 95.
OKB: Burn has been completed in one go, don’t mistake deflation for a continuous catalyst.
Conclusion: Whales are slowly accumulating, OGs are slowly selling, ETFs are withdrawing, FOMC might be a trap. Position size is more important than direction, don’t heavily bet on one side. #10月FOMC临近,美联储暂停加息还有哪些变数? #HOODQ3TradingGrowth

I still lean Yes on this one.
From the Q3 disclosed trading data, Robinhood's overall activity remains high: options trading volume is about 11% above market expectations, crypto trading volume is about 25% higher, and the prediction market-related business continues to grow.
Last quarter, trading revenue grew 44% year-over-year, indicating that current performance is still highly sensitive to market activity. As long as the volume advantage in Q3 successfully converts into revenue, the probability of exceeding expectations remains high.
For this earnings report, I will focus on three items: trading revenue, crypto business growth rate, and Q4 guidance.
Currently, I continue to hold Yes. $ZEC :做空

$SOL: No institutional funds returning, rebound lacks follow-through
Previous reference price was 108. Slight inflows were just a flash in the pan, funds have turned negative again. Heavy resistance near 105, altcoins lack liquidity support, rapid rises are prone to sharp pullbacks.
Summary: Funds turned negative across the board in the second half of the week, BTC led the retreat, ETH and SOL have even less confidence. Both price and funds are moving downward.
Next week’s major interest rate decision is approaching, the real direction may not have emerged yet.
#谷歌云业务增长82%,AI投入回报如何? $ZEC whale tracking day six: Did the liquidation line actually trigger?
Last night, $ZEC dropped to a low of $1,119, with the liquidation line for the isolated margin position around $1,120—literally, that line was crossed. But the chain hasn't confirmed whether the liquidation actually happened, so let's calculate the current position based on the original holdings.
$ZEC is currently around $1,183 (Beijing time 17:39), recovering about 5.7% from the low. Calculated by original position: the isolated margin side has an unrealized loss of about $890,000, the cross margin side about $510,000, totaling approximately $1.39 million—narrowing from yesterday's $1.9 million by about $510,000, and the distance from the liquidation line has increased from about 3% back to about 5%.
Two possibilities remain: if that dip didn't trigger liquidation, these two whales basically got a second chance near the liquidation line; if it did trigger, then yesterday's $1.9 million unrealized loss has become realized, and the tracking account needs to be recalculated.
NU7 still has about 11 days left. Let's keep this suspense for now and wait for the on-chain position updates before finalizing.📉 Volume contraction with weak recovery, is the 80,000 level a "buying accumulation" or "stubborn support"?
BTC is currently at 80,216.0, slightly up +0.51%, with a 24-hour range of 79,220.1—81,070.0.
Looking at the 30-minute candlestick, the price is constrained below the MA5 to MA20 moving averages, showing a bearish alignment. Volume is only 5.55 BTC, extremely weak. This is a typical volume contraction with weak recovery structure: buyers intend to support the bottom but lack the strength to push upward.
Over the past 30 days, BTC's high-low price spread has compressed from 13% to 6%, stuck in the 80,000—86,000 range for 9 consecutive days. Volatility is extremely converged, and the directional choice is near.
Conditional statement: If the 80,000 level is repeatedly tested but not broken, bearish momentum will gradually weaken; if volume expands and it breaks below the previous low of 79,220, the key support below will point directly to the 365-day moving average area.
On the sentiment side, the fear and greed index rose slightly from 51 to 54, still neutral. The weekend just saw over $800 million in liquidations, with two long positions totaling $8.05 million liquidated on Hyperliquid, dealing a blow to the bulls.
On the capital side, there is currently divergence: ETFs saw a net outflow of $773.5 million over two days, but the overall weekly net inflow remains $301.2 million, with BlackRock's IBIT alone accounting for $565.7 million. On-chain whale one-year holdings changes narrowed from -282k BTC to -39k BTC.
#OctoberFOMC approaching, what variables remain with the Fed pausing rate hikes? $SOL
This afternoon Toly proposed an idea: a validator stake-weighted oracle, where whoever stakes more has greater say, and it also mentioned minting new SOL through collateral.
The tech community is debating whether decentralization is compromised, but I’m focused on the latter part. Oracles have always been about who calls the shots; now it’s directly changed to whoever has more money calls the shots. After all these years of narrative, it still comes down to stake amount ranking.
The market didn’t treat this as positive: SOL current price 100.57, yesterday’s low 98.62, fees basically zero, open interest $302 million with no increase. I’m taking a stand—the direction is correct, the chain’s security fundamentally relies on staking; but small nodes will just be ornamental going forward. SOL doesn’t need a new narrative, it needs to hold steady at 100.
Conclusion first: This round of $CT airdrop from OKX, with 1 million tokens worth only $164,000 at the current price, is not cost-effective after deducting the BTC/ETH you have to lock up.
OKX announced on 10-23 Flash Earn Lite (CT): the prize pool has 1 million CT tokens, divided into BTC pool 450,000, ETH pool 420,000, OKB pool 80,000, and CT pool 50,000. Pre-subscription starts at 07:00 UTC on 10-24, but the official statement says the airdrop only starts counting from the official competition start at 07:00 UTC on 10-28 — during the 4 days of pre-subscription, you only get interest on flexible deposits (OKX BTC flexible annualized 0.5%), locking 1 BTC for 4 days earns about $4, no airdrop tokens.
What’s more painful is the token itself: $CT current price is 0.1641, closed at 0.2311 on 10-22, down 29% in three days; down 48.8% in 7 days; down 73.5% from the 10-2 high of 0.6195. The airdrop you get by locking your tokens is a coin that is falling.
Another easily overlooked point: rewards are settled hourly, and any CT not manually claimed within 4 hours after the event ends will be automatically redeemed back to your funding account, becoming a position you have to sell yourself.
Is it worth locking BTC to exchange for $CT just for a small portion of this 1 million tokens?BTC has again pulled back near 80300, ETH at 2332, SOL at 101.5. Yesterday I was worried about breaking below 80,000, today I'm afraid of missing the rebound. This weekend's market is really exhausting. Looking at the lows being pulled up, BTC still hasn't reclaimed 81,000.
Next week there's the Fed meeting, results come out early on the 29th Beijing time. I don't want to fill my positions too early. For BTC, I'll wait around 80000–80100; if it holds there, I'm willing to add some longs, but if it drops below 79800, I'll cut losses. Sell a bit at 80700 on the rebound, then see about 81000. This segment won't make much profit, but it's better than chasing in the middle, hesitating to sell after a 200 gain, and then adding after a 300 drop. If I want to hold higher, I need to wait for it to retake the 15-minute 20 moving average; don't buy only to get stuck below it again.
For ETH, I'm not so keen to add for now. After the bounce, it returned near 2330. I want to short between 2350–2365; if it breaks through and then falls back, I'll open shorts again. If it reaches 2385, I'll admit I'm wrong; if it drops to 2320, I'll take some off, and then watch 2300. Shorting directly now feels awkward; chasing mid-move, it rebounds and you want to run.
For SOL, I do want to buy a bit, waiting for it to hold near 100.5, stop if it breaks 99.8, take profits at 101.6 first, and if it can go higher, hold until 102.5. Yesterday I didn't dare buy at just over 98, now at 101 I want to chase again—human hands are just so fickle. Among the three, I'm more willing to wait for BTC; I'll leave the other two alone for now, don't want to open all positions at once, then have them all drop together and the screen turns red.🚨 短线反弹不等于趋势反转!
WLD still has 6.3 billion tokens not in circulation, making it very difficult for even the best narratives to sustain a takeoff and price rise
1. The supply dam is huge, dilution pressure is the long-term main theme, and the unlocking period is lengthy
The total supply is 10 billion tokens, with 6.3 billion locked and waiting to be released, unlocking continuously until 2028. Most of these tokens belong to early investors and the project team, representing low-cost chips. Whenever the market rebounds and prices rise, it will trigger a continuous stream of sell-offs to cash out.
Even if ecological benefits keep coming, the buying pressure generated by these benefits must first continuously absorb the daily and monthly unlocked tokens. The buying pressure not only has to push prices up but also has to consume the new supply, so the resistance to price increases is naturally much greater than for coins with fully circulated supply.
2. Valuation is naturally suppressed by FDV (Fully Diluted Valuation), so funds are reluctant to aggressively push the price
Many investors look at a coin not only by its current market cap but also by the total market cap after full release.
The current circulating market cap is only a temporary book value; once all 6.3 billion tokens are in circulation, the total market cap will expand significantly at the same price. Institutions and large holders clearly understand that pushing the price up now means carrying the massive low-cost chips later. Large funds are unwilling to actively enter and take the risk, so the market can mostly only have short-term pulse rebounds, making it difficult to sustain a long-term main upward trend.
3. The cost of unlocked tokens is extremely low, so selling willingness is strong; rebounds become selling windows
The team and early investors acquired their tokens at very low cost, so even if the price drops significantly, selling after unlocking still yields substantial profits.
Positive news triggers a short-term price surge, and when retail investors chase in, it perfectly matches the selling rhythm of the unlocked tokens. Therefore, WLD often experiences: a short-term spike after good news, followed by a gradual decline. This is not a false narrative but a natural consequence of the huge amount of tokens waiting to be circulated, turning every round of positive rebounds into a window for selling to break even.
4. Ecological revenue and token capture ability cannot support massive supply
WLD’s core is World ID human identity verification and the World Chain L2 ecosystem, with a grand story, but the token itself lacks stable mechanisms like fee buybacks, dividends, or burns. The value brought by ecological user growth and cooperation landing is difficult to directly convert into sustained rigid buying pressure.
No matter how good the ecosystem is, it only increases the number of users and does not automatically generate a continuous and sufficient cash flow to absorb tens of billions of unlocked tokens. Purely relying on faith and expected funds cannot withstand years of continuous supply release.
5. Regulatory risks add up, further weakening the willingness of funds to absorb supply
Iris biometric recognition is a heavily regulated sector, with multiple countries continuously investigating and restricting Orb devices. Regulatory uncertainty makes long-term funds reluctant to heavily invest for the long haul.
Other coins can go bullish once fundamentals improve; WLD has to endure continuous unlocking pressure while also facing ongoing regulatory scrutiny worldwide. Under this dual pressure, it is difficult to achieve a smooth large-scale upward trend.
6. Token structure determines the upper limit of price increases, with trapped tokens and future unlocked tokens doubly suppressing
After the historical high, a large amount of high-level trapped tokens piled up above; combined with the future 6.3 billion tokens waiting to be released, it’s like having two huge mountains overhead.
On the way up, there are trapped tokens selling to break even nearby, and long-term unlocked tokens looming in the distance. When funds go long, they anticipate the upcoming selling pressure and hesitate to push prices continuously higher.
7. Supplementary dialectic: it’s not that it can’t rise at all, but it’s very difficult to “take off and run a big bull market”
It can leverage positive news and hot topics to produce short-term explosive rallies, and pulse rebounds will occur; but to achieve a long-term, sustained, several-fold or even tenfold bull market, several stringent conditions must be met simultaneously: major changes to unlocking rules, large token holders actively staking and locking tokens, the ecosystem generating huge cash flow to buy back tokens, and comprehensive regulatory relaxation. Before these substantial changes are implemented, the heavy supply pressure of 6.3 billion tokens not in circulation is a ceiling that is very hard to bypass.$ETH $BTC $SOL The current trading tactic for ETH is a rapid rise in the early session followed by a sustained gradual decline, essentially a grinding market that repeatedly wears down holders' patience. However, if you expect this to trigger a strong one-sided rally, the current market data does not support that. This looks more like forcing bulls to surrender their chips and clearing high-leverage positions, rather than a test before the main upward wave begins.
Why does the price face pressure and fall again after each small rally?
• Persistent futures selling pressure: Since October, ETH futures active sell orders have long dominated, with Taker CVD remaining positive. The brief early session rally was quickly swallowed by a continuous stream of sell orders.
• Crowded long positions create motivation for a shakeout: Binance market accounts hold 75.6% net long positions, and top large accounts have a long ratio of 73.2%. In such a clustered long environment, downward pressure easily triggers chain liquidations. In the past 24 hours, $184 million long positions have been liquidated. The slow decline continuously wears down bulls until stop-losses or forced liquidations are triggered.
• Whale actions are defensive, not aggressive buying: A whale urgently added $9.21 million margin at dawn, lowering the liquidation threshold from 2256 to 2181, holding about $272 million ETH long positions. Supporting the bottom defensively does not equal launching an attack. On-chain whales continue accumulating and withdrawing coins, yet the price cannot reclaim 2500, and the RSI indicator remains in a bearish zone. #SKhynixQ3HBM4Earnings
📊 The Federal Reserve pausing rate hikes does not mean BTC is about to take off! Inflation remains the key resistance.
Weak employment data may support the Fed's pause in adjusting rates; however, if inflation remains stubborn, the room for rate cuts will still be limited.
For BTC, a pause and a shift to easing are two different things.
📌 Next, focus on three signals:
* Cooling inflation: Whether it creates space for rate cuts;
* U.S. Treasury yields: Whether they continue to decline;
* Fed statements: Whether clear easing signals are released.
🎯 What should traders do?
Don't chase the rally based solely on the expectation of a "pause in rate hikes." If inflation remains high and U.S. Treasury yields stay elevated, BTC's rebound may also face pressure; only with continuous improvement in macro data and easing financial conditions is there more reason to assess whether the uptrend can continue.
Trade the expectation gap, not the headline. A policy pause does not equal a liquidity shift.
💬 Do you think the next inflation data will be the catalyst for BTC's breakout or continue to suppress the rebound?
$BTC 2.6 billion USD BTC single-day net inflow to exchanges (largest since April) and its real impact on ordinary players (retail investors)
1. Short-term volatility will significantly increase, with more price spikes
Large sellable chips entering the market increase order book pressure. This often results in: a pump followed by a dump, rapid back-and-forth oscillations, and more frequent liquidations in the futures market. The most hurt are retail investors chasing gains with high leverage, as the up-and-down spikes easily trigger stop-losses on both sides.
2. Market sentiment is prone to "self-fulfilling expectations"
On-chain data spreads quickly within the community; many retail investors instinctively panic when seeing "massive inflows to exchanges" and sell early following the trend; even if whales originally planned to sell in batches, retail panic selling amplifies the decline. Conversely, if the buy-side is strong and absorbs the selling pressure, it can lead to a "bad news fully priced in" consolidation washout.
3. Divergence in position strategies
- Long-term spot players: This single indicator alone is insufficient to change the long-term logic. One must consider whether long-term holders are continuously exiting, macro fundamentals, and ETF trends. A single on-chain inflow is a short-term signal, not a trend reversal signal.
- Short-term and futures players: This is a high-risk warning signal; reduce position sizes, lower leverage, avoid heavy chasing of highs, and apply stricter profit-taking.
4. Common pitfalls to avoid (most frequent mistakes by retail investors)
❌ Pitfall 1: Assuming that any coin inflow to exchanges = immediate big drop. Historically, there have been many cases where whales deposit and wait, sell in small batches, resulting in sideways movement for weeks before a drop, or the inflow is directly absorbed by buyers, followed by continued upward movement after consolidation.
❌ Pitfall 2: Only looking at inflow amounts while ignoring the total market cap. 2.6 billion USD relative to BTC's total market cap is not overwhelming; it is a "noteworthy anomaly" but not a crash-level massive sell-off. #10月FOMC临近,美联储暂停加息还有哪些变数? #BTC现货ETF资金反复,市场买盘能否企稳? $BTC Next week, the U.S. stock market will face both a dense schedule of earnings reports and the Federal Reserve's decision, likely increasing volatility.
Disappointing recent earnings from Meta and Lam Research have made investors wary of the "burning cash for narrative" model;
Rising financing costs have further amplified this concern.
The market's real focus is no longer on "whether to continue investing in AI,"
but on "whether massive capital expenditures can translate into sustainable returns."
From a fundamental perspective, S&P 500 third-quarter earnings are expected to rise over 32% year-over-year,
indicating that corporate profits are still expanding overall, providing a cushion for the market.
However, divergence among AI-related stocks has begun to appear:
Only companies that can clearly demonstrate ROI are likely to continue receiving a premium;
if cloud giants' guidance shows continued high spending with lagging returns, tech stocks may face deeper corrections.
On the macro level, the Federal Reserve is highly likely to pause rate hikes on Wednesday, which is a short-term positive for risk appetite,
but the probability of a rate hike in December remains as high as about 80%, so the policy path has not shifted toward easing.
Combined with midterm election uncertainties, volatility is expected to increase over the next two weeks.
This is a dual test of "earnings validation + macro pricing."
Strong overall earnings support market resilience, but AI trading needs to shift from narrative-driven to return-driven.
If tech giants' earnings reports provide clear return signals, the pullback could become a buying opportunity; otherwise, volatility may continue. #10月FOMC临近,美联储暂停加息还有哪些变数? $BTC How many accounts were wiped out by that early morning spike? Looking at the deep V-shaped rebound now, are you feeling like the bottom has arrived and itching to buy the dip? Hold on, let's look at the data. Bulls have almost filled the vehicle 😄 $BTC current price 80880, after dipping to 79168 early morning, it was quickly pulled back, with an intraday volatility of about 2.1%. But the 4-hour long-short ratio remains as high as 2.24, and open interest has increased rather than decreased—price dropped, but positions got heavier, indicating retail investors are frantically catching the falling knife and holding on instead of cutting losses and exiting. Why are whales pulling such a heavy load? From the market structure perspective, this rebound looks more like a technical recovery driven by short covering combined with bottom-fishing funds, rather than a trend reversal. As long as the long-short ratio doesn't fall and open interest doesn't show significant reduction, every rally upwards is likely to face selling pressure; conversely, if the price breaks below 79168 again, these high-leverage longs will be forced to liquidate, fueling a second wave of decline. $ETH current price 2357, spiked down to 2281, with a deeper drop. The data is even more extreme, with the 4-hour long-short ratio soaring to 2.85, even more crowded than $BTC. The screen is full of long retail investors; the price has dropped this much but leverage hasn't been cleaned out, indicating liquidation is not yet complete. Ethereum's beta is higher than Bitcoin's; once the market retests the bottom a second time, $ETH's drop is often amplified; only when the long-short ratio falls below 2 and open interest contracts simultaneously can we say leverage has truly been cleared, and then the sustainability of the rebound is worth expecting. $SOL current price 102.3, broke below the 100 whole number level then pulled back, 4-hour long-short ratio reached 3.26, the most extreme among the three brothers. A habit I developed from risk control is to look at how much the other side has dropped when I see a "leading gain."
As of 5 PM Beijing time, Hyperliquid public market data shows that among contracts with over $20 million in 24-hour trading volume, $ZEC leads with +2.18%, while FARTCOIN lags with -7.22%; BTC and ETH fell by 0.39% and 1.45% respectively during the same period. My judgment is that this list should serve more as a risk warning; ranking alone is insufficient to confirm a market turnaround.
⚠️ I will focus on three issues: the asymmetry in the magnitude of gains and losses, with the top loser showing significantly greater volatility; the simultaneous decline of BTC and ETH, with localized gains lacking broader support; and the trading volume threshold only limits the sample, which cannot prove sufficient market depth. If prices change rapidly, actual stop-loss execution prices may deviate from preset levels.
A practical tip for ordinary people: first convert the maximum tolerable loss per trade into an account amount, then check whether leverage and slippage might cause it to be exceeded. Facing such a list with more losses than gains, how much stop loss do you usually set per trade? Is it based on price percentage or maximum account loss? DOGE low-volume sideways trading: The vacuum game before the FOMC
Only three days remain until the October 28 FOMC decision, and DOGE is oscillating with low volume around $0.077 — this is not a market stall, but a typical "event vacuum period."
The current context is a federal funds rate range of 3.75%–4.00%, with a 25 basis point hike just made in September. The futures market prices in over 80% chance of no change this time. There is general consensus on the outcome, but not on the process: large investors are reluctant to take directional bets before the statement is released, leaving retail investors to guess. Both buyers and sellers hold back, causing volatility and volume to contract together, and the market enters a low-energy state.
Low-volume oscillation should be read on two levels. One is that chips are settling, with holding costs concentrating near 0.077, and neither bulls nor bears have acted yet; the other is that this balance has a clear deadline, lasting only until the statement release at 2 PM on the 28th. This meeting has no dot plot; the market is focused on the wording of the statement and the tone of the press conference — with only one meeting left this year in December, any hint of "one more hike" will rewrite expectations, and risk assets will be repriced accordingly.
For trading, chasing direction during the vacuum period is not meaningful. At the end of this low-volume sideways phase, the choice is up to the Fed: once the statement lands and volume expands again, the direction that emerges counts. Until then, $DOGE at 0.077 is an observation point, not an action point. $SNDK
SanDisk's trend is really frustrating; it just showed signs of taking off yesterday but then fell back. The price has dropped, yet the bulls still account for as much as 80%, which is not simply a bottom consensus but more like an overcrowded trade.
Within this 80%, some are long-term funds optimistic about AI storage and NAND price increases, buying on dips; another group is short-term traders continuously bottom-fishing during the decline, accumulating more as it falls. There are few short positions, lacking the squeeze momentum; to push upward, it still needs to digest trapped positions and bottom-fishing profit-taking, so even a slight rebound is easily crushed back.
The macro environment is also uncooperative: oil prices push up inflation expectations, US Treasury yields rise, and growth stock valuations are under pressure. The fundamental story hasn't deteriorated, but the current main theme is not storage.
Next, we look at SK Hynix's earnings report: if it exceeds expectations, sector sentiment will resonate and recover; if it misses expectations or guidance is conservative, the crowded bulls may collectively stop losses, triggering another round of floating position washout.
An 80% bull ratio is not a bottom signal but more like a warning. When consensus is too full, the market may not follow the consensus.
#SK海力士Q3财报在即,HBM4能否提振盈利? 🚨 Is the $ETH rebound a false breakout or the last shakeout before a new round of rally? $2342 is extremely critical next!
Brothers, in this ETH market cycle, what I pay more attention to is not the rise or fall of a single candlestick, but whether the entire weekly structure has changed.
📈 From 1505 to 2810, where exactly is this market cycle now?
Previously, when ETH stopped falling near $1505, I began to focus on weekly-level bullish opportunities. Then the price rebounded all the way up, reaching a high near $2566, at which time I judged that the bullish momentum still had room to continue.
But as the market pushed higher, the area around $2810 became an important resistance zone. The price failed to break through effectively, and I began to lean toward the view that the first stage of the rally might have ended and the market entered a correction phase.
⚠️ Why do I think the pullback starting near $2807 is a correction rather than necessarily a trend reversal?
The key lies in the market structure.
If it were a complete trend reversal, we would usually need to see more obvious structural breakdowns, sustained selling pressure, and key support levels being broken. A single resistance or a brief decline is not enough to confirm a complete long-term trend change.
However, the absence of a crash-like drop does not necessarily mean the market is only correcting; the subsequent price performance still needs to be observed.
📉 Next, focus closely on $2342!
The rebound that started from $2318 previously saw ETH briefly break above $2500 but then quickly fell back. This indicates that selling pressure above is still worth watching, and we cannot easily conclude a new round of#10月FOMC临近,美联储暂停加息还有哪些变数?
The Federal Reserve's FOMC meeting on October 27-28 is just around the corner. On the surface, the market generally still bets that rates will remain unchanged in October, but a closer look at the underlying data reveals hidden currents beneath the surface.
The latest preliminary October S&P Global Composite PMI hit 57.6, with the Manufacturing PMI soaring to 56.0, marking a 53-month high. Even more striking, the increase in corporate selling prices reached the fastest pace since August 2022. What do these numbers together indicate? They show that the U.S. economy is not in recession but rather heating up, and the inflation monster has not been subdued at all.
The comment at the bottom of the chart struck me as very sharp: "Pause is not a dovish pivot; 92.8% pricing hides a December rate hike blade, the real signal is in the wording."
Current market expectations are overly confident, treating a pause in October as a done deal. This is actually very dangerous. If the Fed truly announces no change, that would be the fulfillment of expectations and could easily trigger a "good news is bad news" sell-off. The core crisis now is not whether rates will rise in October, but how tough Powell and Waller will be in their upcoming statements. As long as they leave a slight opening in the statement, hinting that action may still be needed in December, the high-rate sword will continue to hang over risk assets.
