$COIN earned $719 million this quarter, and breaking it down, $715 million came from the company's own holdings appreciating.
Excluding that, the actual business only made $78 million.
The stock price dropped more than 10% on Friday.
Binance being hacked dragged down the entire sector, and it bears half the blame.
The other half lies in the profits themselves; this quarter looks good because the coin prices were still high at the end of the quarter.
In October, BTC kept going down, so next quarter most of these paper gains will likely be given back.
Buying COIN compared to holding coins directly is like taking on the additional risk of a company.
I still prefer to just hold coins directly in a cold wallet.
I won’t touch COIN for now; if it doesn’t hold 160 next week, I’ll stop watching.
Would you rather buy exchange stocks or buy coins directly?

#CoinbaseQ3净利润转正,交易收入同比降43% #Review of Palantir's financial report: can high growth support a high valuation bought CORE's b14g staking contract was hacked, losing 97 million tokens, shattering the last hope of loyal fans
This incident did not happen to the CORE mainnet itself, but to the staking protocol b14g built on the Core chain. Hackers exploited a contract vulnerability to unauthorizedly transfer about 97 million staked CORE tokens. After discovering the breach, the project team urgently suspended the affected contract and simultaneously launched a fund tracking effort: approximately 68 million tokens remain on the Core chain, exchanges have helped freeze 9 million tokens, and the rest have been transferred by the hackers, making recovery very difficult.
This blow to CORE believers is fundamentally different from ordinary theft cases. Coupled with multiple past negative incidents, it has become the final straw crushing confidence.
1. Why this shatters the last dream of loyal fans
1. CORE’s narrative foundation has always been "Satoshi + Bitcoin hash power binding, BTC + dual mining, secure and reliable." Many holders have long held the coin attracted by the idea of replicating Bitcoin’s spirit and security.
Previously, it had multiple contract vulnerabilities, governance disputes, unmet expectations, and unlocking sell pressure issues. Many fans repeatedly chose to tolerate these, believing the project team could rectify and fix them.
2. The stolen assets were staked tokens—long-term chips locked by users to earn yield—not coins temporarily stored in exchange hot wallets. Staking is one of the most important sectors in its ecosystem, with a large amount of long-term faith capital deposited here.
Repeated incidents have made everyone realize: this is not just short-term operational negligence; contract audits and code risk controls have persistent shortcomings. The so-called "Bitcoin-level security" narrative has not been realized.
3. Fund differentiation: the portion still on-chain and frozen can be handled later; but the CORE already transferred by hackers will be continuously sold off in batches on the market, creating long-term selling pressure. Holders’ psychological defenses have completely collapsed, and many long-term holders no longer want to wait for fixes and choose to exit.
2. Boundaries of the incident itself
✅ Vulnerability location: third-party staking protocol b14g contract, not CORE’s underlying consensus or hash power layer compromised
✅ Unaffected part: BTC staked by users, locked on the Bitcoin mainnet, was not stolen this time
❌ Core risk: weak security audit system for Core ecosystem’s peripheral contracts and DeFi components, continuous failures in ecosystem support, ongoing credibility degradation
It is important to distinguish: the security of the public chain’s underlying layer and the security of upper-layer DeFi staking contracts are two separate systems. Even if the underlying hash power is intact, vulnerabilities in upper-layer contracts can still lead to staking asset theft.
3. Chain reaction in the current broader environment
The entire market just experienced a major Binance hack, and the market is highly sensitive to custody and contract security, with confidence fragile. CORE’s new large-scale theft will amplify market biases:
- The market will re-examine projects claiming "Satoshi, Bitcoin hash power" narratives, and narrative premiums will quickly fade;
- Funds will further differentiate between projects that simply replicate Bitcoin hash power narratives and those with native cryptographic security and quantum resistance, widening valuation gaps;
- It serves as a warning to altcoin ecosystems: repeated security incidents have limits to fan tolerance, and once trust is exhausted, it is hard to rebuild.
4. Summary
CORE’s loss of 97 million staked tokens is a continuation of a series of security trust failures.
The underlying hash power was not compromised, but ecosystem contracts repeatedly failed, wearing down holders’ patience. Many loyal fans bet on its security narrative and long-term vision, but this staking pool theft has dashed those hopes.
It may not directly go to zero, but the long-term faith consensus is basically shattered, and it will be difficult to attract funds again relying on the old narrative.$BTC is unbelievable, an old bug hidden for 7 years just took down an entire public blockchain 😂
On October 27, someone found a vulnerability on Iron Fish, this privacy chain, where the same funds could be spent multiple times. The hacker used a cross-chain bridge to Base and minted 2.98 billion wIRON in one day, overissuing by 38.7 times.
After dumping and cashing out $197,000, wIRON instantly became worthless, with liquidity in the pool dropping to just a few hundred dollars. Later, over 200 addresses trying to buy the dip and swap back to real tokens via cross-chain were directly trapped.
The most outrageous part is that in the early hours of the 31st, the team announced they would stop supporting the entire network, submitted a patch, and immediately archived the code repository...
This code was audited both internally and externally back then, yet no one found the issue. From now on, whenever you see the words "audited," you really have to question it.$SNDK The storage veteran is performing very weakly; compared to Hynix, it has fallen more sharply and is moving down heavily step by step.

What is the relationship between STRK's BTCFi ecosystem and Bitcoin (BTC)?
In short: BTCFi is a second-layer execution + privacy + DeFi ecosystem built by Starknet (STRK) for Bitcoin. BTC is the underlying native asset, and Starknet is the independent upper execution layer; the two are not subordinate, nor an upgrade to Bitcoin, but a "base asset + upper application layer" cooperative relationship.
1. Core product strkBTC: Users stake native BTC to a bridging federation and mint strkBTC 1:1 for circulation on Starknet. They can choose public mode or STRK20 privacy pools to shield transactions and balance information, used for lending, trading, liquidity mining, and staking to earn yield—this is the core carrier of BTCFi.
2. Consensus binding: Starknet currently uses a dual-weight consensus, with STRK accounting for 75% and staked BTC 25%. BTC stakers participate in network security and receive STRK rewards, creating deep economic binding. However, Bitcoin mainnet’s block production, hash power, and consensus remain completely independent of Starknet control; Bitcoin mainnet remains the original POW hash power system.
3. Boundary distinction:
✅ Bitcoin mainnet: an independent POW public chain, the source of assets, hash power, and ledger, self-contained;
✅ BTCFi (Starknet): an "external execution layer" for Bitcoin, addressing Bitcoin’s native script limitations, lack of DeFi, and fully public transactions;
❌ It does not modify Bitcoin mainnet’s underlying code or change BTC mainnet’s signature algorithm (ECDSA elliptic curve).
A simple analogy: Bitcoin is gold itself; BTCFi is an independent vault platform designed to store gold, allowing collateralized lending and private transfers; the gold’s material remains unchanged, only gaining a new use case.
2. Will Bitcoin’s future post-quantum security rely on STRK technology?
Conclusion: Bitcoin mainnet itself will not directly "switch to STARK technology"; there are two parallel paths—one is native Bitcoin modification, the other is obtaining a post-quantum usage environment through Starknet BTCFi. These two are separate.
1. Native Bitcoin post-quantum security: an independent path, not fully dependent on STARK
Researchers from StarkWare have participated in Bitcoin BIP proposals (BIP360), QSB quantum-secure Bitcoin schemes. This scheme runs inside Bitcoin mainnet, based on Tapscript modifications, does not require STARK proofs, and is a native Bitcoin soft fork solution. Even without Starknet, this path can proceed independently.
In other words: if Bitcoin mainnet upgrades for post-quantum security in the future, it will be governed and soft-forked by the Bitcoin community itself, not directly integrating the STARK cryptosystem.
Bitcoin governance has a very high threshold; any underlying cryptographic changes require consensus from the vast majority of nodes and miners, and cannot be unilaterally led by Starknet.
2. Using Bitcoin inside BTCFi can rely on STARK to achieve post-quantum protection (this is the core narrative of the STRK track)
When BTC is wrapped as strkBTC and used on Starknet:
- Starknet’s ZK-STARK proof system is hash-based cryptography, natively post-quantum secure;
- Starknet has account abstraction, allowing account signatures to be individually replaced with post-quantum signatures without a network-wide hard fork;
- Future roadmap plans: strkBTC will upgrade to QSB, achieving quantum security at the Starknet layer. BTC-related operations within the Starknet ecosystem will be protected by the STARK system;
⚠️ However: the native BTC private key (Bitcoin mainnet ECDSA) is not modified.
That is: if you only use strkBTC inside Starknet, your on-chain proofs and account signatures are post-quantum secure; but if you redeem strkBTC back to Bitcoin mainnet, after redemption, the native BTC private key remains elliptic curve and is still vulnerable to quantum attacks.
3. Clarifying common misconceptions
Many people think Bitcoin’s post-quantum security will rely on STRK.
The accurate statement:
- Bitcoin mainnet native post-quantum security ≠ relying on STRK/STARK;
- Using Bitcoin assets inside Starknet BTCFi ecosystem is an alternative channel to gain post-quantum capability;
- The two paths are complementary, not substitutes.
3. Summary combining previous quantum risk discussion
BTCFi is an upper-layer ecosystem adding DeFi, privacy, and post-quantum usage scenarios to Bitcoin;
Bitcoin’s underlying cryptographic security is governed by the Bitcoin community and independent of Starknet;
STRK’s value is providing an execution layer where Bitcoin assets can be migrated to enjoy STARK post-quantum cryptographic protection, not replacing Bitcoin mainnet’s cryptographic locks.1. What is the relationship between STRK's BTCFi ecosystem and Bitcoin (BTC)?

This sideways movement is meaningful because it occurs on the second day after a sharp drop and under the premise that there are no new negative news from the Binance incident, indicating that the 77,000 level has real market support. However, it should be clear that the current sideways movement is fragile because it lacks volume support; it is a "no one trading" sideways rather than a "bull-bear balance" sideways. Technically, 76,000 is the next line of defense; if broken, look at 75,000. On the upside, 78,000 is the first recovery target, and only reclaiming 80,000 can be considered a true recovery. QCP has an analysis that hits the mark, suggesting Bitcoin may be stuck at the current level until 2026 because holiday trading will drain market liquidity, and there won't be large-scale inflows of new funds before the end of the year. I basically agree with this judgment, so expectations for November should be lowered; don't expect a V-shaped reversal. Intel plunged 22% after hours, with Q4 revenue guidance between 15-16 billion, falling short of market expectations. This is a phase in the cycle where downstream hardware is squeezed by both demand and upstream costs.
In this phase, AI computing power chips are in tight supply, while PC demand remains weak, and storage price pressure will last at least until 2027. The divergence in tracks widens, with upstream storage benefiting from the cycle dividend, while PC chip segments bear the pressure.

👇Banks are rushing to collaborate with Ripple (XRP), yet the price of XRP remains stable. Why?
Ripple continues to receive positive signals:
BNY has expanded its custody services for XRP and RLUSD.
Robinhood has introduced RLUSD into the institutional finance sector.
Ripple has received U.S. approval to operate as a national trust bank.
RLUSD's market cap has surpassed $2.5 billion.
But here lies a paradox:
The faster Ripple develops, the less likely XRP is to attract more buyers!
Because RLUSD’s operation does not require XRP. Custody trades or stablecoin reserve management trades may not necessarily generate demand for XRP.
Here are some noteworthy data points:
Whales hold 10 million particles. $XRP controls 68.5% of the supply.
The XRP spot ETF has attracted over $1.8 billion in net capital inflows.
Despite Ripple’s progress, XRP’s price still faces pressure.
The market needs more than just banks partnering with Ripple; it needs evidence that these partnerships actually create demand for XRP.
Do you think XRP is undervalued? Or is the market’s assessment of the gap between Ripple and XRP accurate? $ZEC The Winklevoss brothers made another calculation for ZEC: if privacy is worth 10% of Bitcoin's market cap, ZEC could multiply 5 times, with a unit price above $5000. This statement spread quite fiercely today. I casually checked CoinGecko, ZEC's current price is 1282, market cap 21.8 billion, while in their October 20 interview they said 25 billion — a drop of over 3 billion in eleven days.
I believe the first half. The more AI intensifies on-chain analysis, the more precious privacy becomes, no problem with that. The second half needs a question mark: the premise for 5 times is BTC's market cap staying flat, privacy share rising from 2% to 10%, and regulators staying silent. The knife to delist privacy coins hasn't been withdrawn these years.
So I take this framework as a story, not as a model. To really verify, watching shielded transaction volume is more reliable than watching others' target prices. $SUI is down 0.41%, with $7.68M volume shown. The selling pressure is relatively mild, so I wouldn't rush into a short. I'd watch the support zone and look for a liquidity sweep followed by a failed recovery.

OKX teams up with ICE and Trade.xyz to enter the US regulated perpetual contract market, a milestone in the industry itself. However, the market response has been quite calm: HYPE surged 13% then fell back to -4.42%, OKB remained flat with a slight dip, while funds flowed instead to ZEC (+4.58%), which is expected to have a NU7 upgrade.
This does not mean the benefits are ineffective, but rather reflects a typical "head start - realization" rhythm. HYPE had already priced in the cooperation expectations early on, so the official announcement instantly became a profit-taking window; OKB, as the OKX ecosystem token, has benefits that lean toward a long-term compliance narrative, lacking short-term capital patience. In contrast, ZEC, with a clear upgrade timetable and a clean chip structure, naturally became a safe haven for overflow funds.
What is more noteworthy is that ICE’s subsequent tweets showed changes, indicating the cooperation is still pending regulatory approval, and building an independent trading and clearing system is not an overnight task. The market voting with its feet precisely shows that at this stage, "certainty premium" outweighs "imagination premium." The long-term logic of the compliance track remains unchanged, but short-term traders have switched to independent assets with clear catalysts. After the benefits land, differentiation becomes the norm.

Unlock amount: 17.64 million BEAT, corresponding to approximately 1.19 million USD
Personally, I lean towards the idea that the whales will pump to squeeze the shorts before dumping. After all, the unlock news was officially announced on the website. If they wanted to dump immediately, it wouldn't have been consolidating sideways all this time. This suggests they've been baiting shorts to enter, then will use the unlock as fuel to take off and dump.
Just my personal opinionEarlier I said I wanted to gradually go long on $ETH and $BTC when the daily chart hits the ma120, but the current situation is quite strange. Ethereum indeed reached this level first, but Bitcoin hasn't yet.
The most awkward point right now is that if you go long on Ethereum, you might make a small profit. But the problem is, what if $BTC makes another move to test the 120 moving average? At that time, will Ethereum consolidate or follow the drop?
It's actually very likely that it will follow the drop. In this case, going long on Ethereum now is relatively risky. Bitcoin is currently at a point where it's uncertain whether it will consolidate here or if it's just in a downward continuation.
The next key level for Bitcoin is its own 120-day moving average, around 74,300. Whether it continues to drop or tries to rally back up, it will most likely reach this level. The question is whether it will be a solid candlestick or a wick!
#美联储官员释放加息信号,12月预期仍存分歧 ETH in this wave is really a bit "fragile" (。•́︿•̀。)
$ETH fell below $2,300, dropping over 5% in 24 hours, with a nearly 13% retracement in the past 30 days, marking the weakest October performance since 2018. Besides the market drag, ETH itself has concerns: whales have reduced about 160,000 ETH in a few days, exchange balances have simultaneously increased, meaning more sellable chips; the testnet "Glamsterdam" upgrade has been delayed, so there is one less short-term catalyst (๑•́ ₃ •̀๑).
Technically, 2,385 has turned from support into resistance; if it can't reclaim this level, stabilization is hard to say; below, watch 2,200 first, with an extreme scenario pointing near 2,000.

#美联储官员释放加息信号,12月预期仍存分歧 "Does FIL have real use? University of Southern California provides an answer"
When the market only focuses on K-line charts, some data's value cannot be measured by coin price: the oral histories left by survivors of the Holocaust and other genocides.
The Starling Lab, a collaboration between Stanford University and the University of Southern California, operates a 22PB Filecoin storage node on campus. The Shoah Foundation archives contain about 55,000 video testimonies, some of which have been incorporated into the Filecoin preservation system. This is not a new collaboration today, but a real case worth revisiting.
Why choose decentralized storage? These materials not only need to be "stored," but also must be verifiable decades later to ensure they have not been quietly altered, and reduce reliance on a single platform. Filecoin's cryptographic proofs and distributed storage provide a technical path for long-term preservation that differs from ordinary cloud drives.
But note: 22PB is the node capacity, not equal to 22PB of paid orders; the landing of historical archives does not mean FIL tokens will automatically appreciate. What truly determines long-term value remains paying customers, renewals, actual usage, and whether business revenue can translate into token demand.
My view is: what’s most worth tracking about Filecoin is not another narrative, but how many real institutions are willing to entrust it with important data.
What do you think? How should infrastructure that preserves human memory be valued?

"Ten Boss" is a granary type, focusing on BTC and ETH long cycles, relying on discipline, stop-loss, and patience to accumulate slowly, with high fault tolerance, suitable for most office workers.
"Eagle Endurance" is a hunter, capturing events and ambushing altcoins with emotional overflow, with explosive power but requiring extremely strong information sensitivity and emotional resilience, with huge drawdowns.
The optimal solution for ordinary people is not to choose one or the other: use the "Ten Boss" risk control system to protect the principal, and take a very small portion of funds to try the "Eagle Endurance" ambush approach.
Do not take your entire fortune directly to learn the hunter's hunting.Brothers, today CORE gave token holders another lesson.
The price was already painful enough, and now there's news: South Korean exchange Bithumb announced it will terminate CORE trading support on November 30 and end withdrawal support on December 30.
This really can't be seen as just a normal market correction.
Before, when prices dropped, we could still discuss the overall market, liquidity, and ecosystem development. Now the exchange directly announces delisting, so holders' confidence will definitely be hit again.
Honestly, I've been following CORE for a long time and didn't want to see it come to this.
But the most important thing now isn't comforting each other in the comments or rushing to find reasons to explain the drop.
It's to figure out whether the previous trading issues have been resolved, whether the project team has clear next steps, and if other exchanges will be affected.
I still hope CORE can solve its problems well.
After all, holders have waited so long, and no one wants to end up with bad news after bad news instead of a market rebound.
To the brothers holding CORE, what do you think about this Bithumb delisting?
Do you see this as a short-term negative, or a real warning signal for the project? $CORE A direct bull run from here is possible, but it is not the path I currently prefer. The red line on the right side of the chart represents one scenario I envision for the subsequent trend, not a script that the market will definitely follow. 【After the rebound, I still focus on resistance】 In the next two days, if BTC rebounds to around 78,500–79,000 USD, or even slightly higher, I will still watch for signs of a peak and resistance before considering short trades. Below, I first look at the 76,000–75,000 USD area. If the price returns here, I will prioritize taking profits in the first phase and then reassess support, rather than assuming the market will definitely continue to fall. If the price effectively holds above the resistance zone, the original short position judgment will need adjustment; I cannot stubbornly fight the market just because I drew a downward path. 【75,000 is an observation zone, not necessarily the bottom】 Will it break below 75,000 and go straight to the 60,000 range? I don’t know, and currently, I don’t see enough evidence to treat this path as a definite answer. Compared to a continuous decline, I prefer the price to consolidate repeatedly above 75,000, digesting selling pressure over time and allowing chips to gradually change hands. As for who is building positions, horizontal consolidation alone cannot confirm that. 【I will guard against a "breakdown and recovery"】 This market has perpetual contracts, and near key levels, leverage position adjustments often occur. The 75,000 round number may become a psychological defense line for some longs and a potential stop-loss concentration area. But exactly how many stop losses there are cannot be determined solely from this chart.#Intel Q4 guidance falls short of expectations, stock price plunges nearly 30%
Intel plunged nearly 30% in a single day, wiping out $140 billion in market value—this is definitely an epic crash seen once in decades. Since you want to trade Intel, the logic of this market situation must be completely overturned. Don’t talk about long-term value; Intel right now is purely an emotional meat grinder.📉 Today's market, those watching the charts are probably frowning
$BTC $ETH $SOL
BTC broke below 80,000, sliding to around 77,000
ETH fell below 2250
SOL once dipped just above 93
The latter two have clearly dropped more sharply (。•́︿•̀。)
But the key is not how much they fell
It's who is weaker that matters
If it's external risk-averse funds fleeing
Usually BTC breaks first, then altcoins follow with a lagging drop
Now it's the opposite
BTC is relatively resilient
ETH and altcoins lead the decline
Essentially, it's internal leverage and sentiment in the crypto space being cleared out
Not that macro funds are absent ( • ̀ω•́ )✧
This rebound triggered by internal weakness
Is a window for heavy holders to reduce positions
Not a signal for those out of the market to chase the dip
Don't mistake ETH's oversold state as a cheap version of BTC to buy
Oversold ≠ bargain
Weakness ≠ opportunity (๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧

Nearly 29% of the chips have been moved into the shield pool and locked up, basically locked away in a drawer and not for sale.
The available supply on the market is getting tighter, while retail investors are still frantically shorting; the long-short ratio has dropped to 0.73.
All the chips are in the main force's drawer, yet the shorts are still flooring the gas, paying interest out of pocket.
As long as the main force wants to move, it could trigger a sharp upward squeeze at any moment.

$SNDK Bet: No.
The underlying logic behind this judgment is not that the financial report is bad. On the contrary, the financial data is very strong.
First, the AI storage sector had already experienced a significant rally before the financial report was released. As a result, much of the positive news had already been priced into the market, turning a positive earnings report into a potential “buy the rumor, sell the news” event.#IntelSharesDrop28.6% $ETH $SOXL Hyperliquid perpetual contract trading volume continues to surge, having repeatedly surpassed the BNB Chain derivatives sector in phases.
Traders keep pouring in, and the expectation of compliant brokers joining remains; the value logic of HYPE essentially bets on this user growth story.SPCX Back to IPO Issue Price: The Real Make-or-Break Moment Is the December Unlock SpaceX (SPCX) fell this week from above $150 to around $140, trading almost at the $135 IPO issue price, down about 40% from the June high of $227.85. But the story is far from over, with three main points to consider: 📌 Fundamentals Exploding: Q3 earnings on 10/20 showed revenue of $14.58 billion, up 161% year-over-year; after the earnings report, SPCX perpetual contract turnover across the network briefly surged to $6 billion. 📌 Biggest Catalyst: Elon Musk personally said "SpaceX merging with Tesla is a good idea," and Bloomberg reports both sides are pushing to close the deal in the first half of 2027 — this is currently the largest valuation upside. 📌 Biggest Risk: On December 8, the first batch of 180-day lock-up shares will be unlocked, about $800 million worth, representing +17.6% of the circulating supply on the way. At IPO, only about 5% of floating shares caused a 32% volatility when dumped; this unlock is the real stress test. Data: 24h turnover across the network is at the $500 million level, open interest is in the hundreds of millions; funding rates remain positive (longs pay shorts, annualized about 20%+), OKX account long-to-short ratio near 3.9:1 — longs are clearly crowded. Technicals: RSI at 37, daily chart bearish, $135–138 is the short-term dividing line: holding this level suggests a rebound, breaking below points to a drop to $115–120 (HSBC target price range). In short: merger expectations vs. unlock selling pressure, now is a period of expectation game, volatility will increase before December. A reminder: SPCX has only 0.23 correlation with BTC, it follows US stock market logic, don’t force crypto market rhythms onto it. Do you bet the SpaceX×Tesla merger will happen in 2027? 👇 Discuss in the comments ⚠️ Personal opinion shared, not investment advice. SPCX is an equity-type perpetual contract, does not confer shareholder rights/dividends/voting rights, price is highly volatile, leveraged products may lose all margin, please control your position size. #SPCX #SpaceX #TeslaMerger #TokenizedStock #MarketAnalysis #OKXIt's the weekend, and market sentiment has relatively calmed down. Now we can review the current US stock and crypto markets.
In the US stock market, macro-wise, high interest rates and widening credit spreads are observed.
At the meso level, although the AI narrative remains healthy in trend, short-term capital expenditures and revenues are imbalanced, causing market concerns about ROIC, leading to valuation adjustments in the overall narrative.
At the micro level, tech stock earnings reports are unfavorable, and major tech companies are increasingly showing issues, heightening market worries.
Compared to the US stock market, #Bitcoin currently faces fewer problems. Although it is also under macro pressure and its narrative is not outstanding, it has no fatal flaws. The recent hack of a leading exchange is actually a good opportunity for clearing out.
After calming down, how many difficulties does #BTC still face in the future? Compared to the US stock market, whether it is valuation adjustment needs or industry narrative, things seem to be much better.
Therefore, I still agree with one viewpoint — as long as no continuous risks emerge afterward, this event actually marks the start of a new crypto bull market. Alongside the US stock market valuation adjustment, whether accompanied by US stock risk appetite or crypto bottom consolidation, the upward potential currently looks much greater than the downside! #美联储官员释放加息信号,12月预期仍存分歧 Three Federal Reserve officials collectively turned hawkish: supporting continued rate hikes but advocating a "gradual" approach.
Logan directly stated that at least two more 25bp hikes are needed, but he doesn't intend to slam the brakes all at once; Balkin and Musalem echoed this, preferring smaller hikes sooner rather than violent tightening later that could shock the market.
The focus this time is not "whether to hike," but the repricing of expectations: the market was originally betting on a rate cut window, but now is recalibrating to a higher and longer-lasting rate center.
For the crypto space, this is a typical slow knife.
It's not an instant crash-type negative, but the prolonged high interest rate period raises the cost of leveraged funds, and altcoins and small-cap tokens will continue to face liquidity pressure. The benefit of "gradual" is that it gives the market a buffer, avoiding a one-time large-scale cascade of liquidations, making it easier to experience repeated oscillations and back-and-forth squeezes between bulls and bears.
US GDP is strengthening, with consumption and AI investment supporting the economy, giving them confidence to continue tightening. Next, eyes are on the December FOMC meeting, and futures pricing has already started to align with this scenario.
The macro theme remains unchanged: expectations for liquidity easing have been pushed further out.
#美联储官员释放加息信号,12月预期仍存分歧 ltc exchange holdings decreased by 20% over 30 daysToday's market, those watching probably frowned: BTC broke below 80,000, sliding to around 77,000, ETH fell below 2250, and SOL once dipped just above 93, with the latter two showing significantly sharper declines (。•́︿•̀。). But what's more worth pondering is not how deep the drop is, but who is weaker.
If it were truly external risk-off funds withdrawing, usually BTC would give way first, followed by altcoins catching down; but currently BTC is relatively strong, with ETH and altcoins leading the decline, which feels more like internal deleveraging and sentiment clearing within the crypto space, rather than a lack of macro buying support ( • ̀ω•́ )✧.
Therefore, this rebound amid internal weakness seems more like a window for those heavily positioned to reduce holdings, not a signal for those without positions to chase the dip. Don't automatically translate ETH's oversold condition into a "cheaper BTC" to catch; oversold does not equal cheap, and weakness does not equal opportunity (๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧.
Are your current holdings mainly BTC, or are you holding a bunch of altcoins? Understand the structure first, then talk about actions.The market remains weak ahead of the open. Even after SK Hynix briefly supported the storage sector, selling pressure returned. Google is back near its March lows, while Micron and SanDisk are testing July support levels.
The next key catalysts are the midterm election results and geopolitical developments. If both chambers are lost, markets could face another wave of selling before a potential recovery takes shape.
#FedHikeOutlookDivided Your three-layer framework — ICE clearing, Trade.xyz product, OKX distribution — matches what has actually been announced, with one important correction: this is not yet a live product, and the SOL regulatory premise is stronger than you’re giving it credit for. ICE and Trade[XYZ] announced a definitive agreement on Oct 29, 2026 to bring Trade[XYZ]’s Hyperliquid-based perpetual markets onshore in the U.S., subject to regulatory approvals. The division of labor is exactly as you described: - ICE 1. PnL accounting matters. The $214M “total profit,” $71.07M 7-day, and $7.51M 24h are almost certainly mark-to-market, not all realized. The $12M funding is real carry, but it’s cumulative and can reverse if funding flips. Only closed positions lock it in. 2. $653M notional ≠ $653M risk capital. At 3–7x, implied margin is roughly $90M–$220M, before cross-collateral/hedges. BTC liquidation at $135,878 only makes sense under isolated/cross assumptions and current collateral. $AKE simulated 10,000 scale buy/sell slippage is 0.17%/0.16%, and for 100,000 scale it is 0.81%/0.79%. Large orders are estimated based on the 100,000 level cost, not the 10,000 level.$SUI 0.90 Under Pressure: Today 14.35 Million Tokens Unlocking and 0.87 Pinning Plan
Weekend liquidity is naturally thin, with SUI further consolidating with reduced volume around 0.902, and strong resistance at 0.912 capped by the 1h MA(99). It is difficult for weekend retail funds to effectively break through the dense trapped zone, making chasing longs at the current price a poor risk-reward.
Strong Bottom Support: Compared to black swan pullbacks, ENA dropped 24%, PEPE dropped 23%, while SUI's maximum drop was only 14.2%. A huge volume of 16.3M was triggered at 0.8277 and quickly recovered to 0.85, and when BTC made a second bottom, SUI's low was directly raised to 0.875, indicating strong support below 0.85.
Intraday Catalyst: About 14.35 million SUI tokens (approximately 13 million USD, accounting for 0.35% of circulating supply) unlock today. Although this volume is less than half of the bottom shadow support volume from the day before yesterday, in the thin weekend order book environment, this obvious bearish factor can easily be exploited by funds to create downward slippage and shake out weak hands.
Order Plan:
Initial Position: Around 0.87 (second bottom support, defensive funds racing to catch the dip)
Add Position: 0.84 ~ 0.85 (to prevent weekend pin sweeps and lower average cost)
Stop Loss: 0.825 (exit if it breaks below previous low and fails to recover)
Only locking in downside risk; upside space will be monitored dynamically based on volume during the subsequent rebound at 0.912. Orders are placed, waiting for market outcome.It is probably well known to everyone that Binance was hacked, causing a huge uproar. The amount involved is indeed quite alarming. According to the preliminary estimate officially released, the affected assets are about $6.3 billion, of which about $3 billion have already been frozen on-chain. Binance stated that it will cover all losses using the SAFU fund and company funds, and will update the proof of reserves after the repair is completed. However, there are two concepts to distinguish here: the affected amount is not the final net loss, and frozen assets do not equal assets that have been recovered and credited. For users, the platform's promise to cover losses is certainly important, but what matters next is how the assets will be recovered, how the funds will be replenished, and when the business can safely resume. How exactly was this breach carried out? The official preliminary investigation points to a maintenance engineer's laptop being hacked. The attacker then accessed the service container and submitted unauthorized withdrawal transactions. So far, there is no evidence of wallet private key leakage. Simply put, according to this preliminary explanation, the attack entry point may be related to personnel and backend systems. However, how exactly the permissions and risk controls were bypassed still requires the full technical report; no conclusions can be drawn yet. My question is also this: even if an employee's computer was compromised, why were the subsequent permission isolation, transaction approval, and abnormal transfer interception unable to limit the loss? This is the core issue that needs to be addressed in the follow-up review. Honestly, even a leading platform like Binance experiencing such a major security incident definitely impacts trust in the entire industry. When people usually discuss exchanges, they focus more on fees, which coins are listed, and how much yield activities offer, while security tends to be overlooked On November 1st, about 97 million CORE tokens were unauthorizedly withdrawn from the b14g protocol, and the project team has suspended the affected contracts. This is not something that can be dismissed as simply "stolen"; first, let's see where the money is now.
Of the 97 million tokens withdrawn, 68 million remain on the Core chain, and exchanges have frozen about 9 million tokens. These two numbers combined still do not add up to the total amount withdrawn—there is a portion that is neither on-chain nor in the frozen list, and its whereabouts will require further investigation.
Worth highlighting separately is $BTC. The BTC staked through b14g was not affected. This fact is more important than the amount lost: the issue lies with the token contract permissions at the protocol layer, not the underlying assets being completely drained. If the same attack had targeted a custodial structure, the staked BTC would have been lost as well.
So why are the 68 million tokens still hanging on the chain? Suspending the contract only blocks new operations; it does not mean the existing tokens are destroyed or locked. This amount is hanging over $CORE: it can still be transferred or potentially dumped onto the market at some point. Suspension is a stopgap measure, not a cure.
The exchange freezing 9 million tokens shows centralized channels are cooperating, but cross-platform coordinated freezing usually lags behind on-chain transfers.
What really needs monitoring is not how much was lost this time, but whether the "contract suspension" can prevent a second withdrawal. The progress of recovery will be more worth watching than the announcements.My priority is clear: 1. Employment data 2. Inflation data 3. Fed officials' speeches Why? Because speeches can influence expectations, but economic data ultimately shapes the Fed's policy decisions. Core PCE inflation remains at 3.1% year-over-year for September, suggesting that inflation pressure hasn't completely disappeared. Meanwhile, hawkish comments from Fed officials have reinforced concerns about tighter monetary policy. However, individual opinions do not represent a confirmed December
