#MetaQ3 revenue exceeds expectations, legal fees and AI expenses under pressure Meta's earnings report vividly illustrates a "tale of two extremes." The hot part is revenue: $64.6 billion, up 26% year-over-year, with both ad volume and price rising (impressions +10%, unit price +14%), indicating that AI recommendations are indeed fueling the core business. The cold part is profit: a $9.89 billion litigation settlement directly cut operating profit down to $12.99 billion, halving the profit margin to 20%.
More noteworthy is the cash flow: quarterly capital expenditures reached $34.9 billion, even exceeding operating cash flow, causing free cash flow to turn negative for the rare instance (-$2.12 billion). Zuckerberg's bet on AI is spreading its cost from the "income statement" to the "cash flow statement," and it remains to be seen whether AI products like Muse can quickly convert these investments into real cash.10月FOMC马上开牌了,市场都在喊“暂停加息”,这中间到底还藏着什么变数? Google's quarterly earnings report, I tend to expect it to exceed expectations, but the real highlight is not just the revenue.
First, Google Cloud is the biggest highlight. Last quarter, cloud business revenue grew 81.8% year-over-year, reaching $24.8 billion, with AI computing power demand still strong. Bank of America expects Google's revenue and earnings per share to exceed market expectations this quarter.
Second, AI competition is escalating. After Meta's Muse launched and quickly gained users, Google also needs to prove that Gemini can not only attract users but also truly drive search, advertising, and cloud business revenue.
But the risks are also obvious: Google's capital expenditure is expected to reach $195 billion to $205 billion in 2026, and whether AI investment can be converted into profits will directly affect the market's valuation of it.
My judgment: the probability of the earnings report exceeding expectations is relatively high, with cloud business as the core catalyst; but whether the stock price can rise still depends on the progress of AI commercialization and capital expenditure guidance.

Although $BTC recently broke through 84,000 alongside the tech stock rebound, the 10-year US Treasury yield is approaching 5.3%, and the probability of a rate hike in December is being priced higher. ETF inflows have also noticeably slowed, and spot buying can't keep up with the derivatives' heat.
I opened a 100x short at 83,517.8 following the trend, betting on a bull stampede under macro pressure. The mark price dropped to 81,545.2, but with 100x leverage, the margin for error is extremely low; a 0.5% adverse move triggers liquidation. 💡 Personal thoughts
This is a typical long-term rent-collecting short strategy. Even though the unrealized losses are currently high, as long as the market remains slightly bullish and funding fees are positive, funding fees can be steadily collected every day.
The liquidation prices are far from the current prices, so there is no short-term liquidation pressure. The bet is on a later trend reversal; when the market pulls back, they can recover unrealized losses and also profit from the price difference.Burning while unlocking, which side does the $HYPE supply-demand balance lean toward?
Comparing burning and unlocking on the same coordinate system, the deflation narrative loses some credibility. HYPE burns about 22,000 tokens daily on average, while on October 29, a single unlocking event released about 9.92 million tokens, equivalent to more than 400 days of total burning. More critically, there is a structural issue: burning is a passive variable at a steady rate, dependent on transaction fees, whereas unlocking is a fixed, large-scale supply increment, with a large number of tokens still queued for future release.
In other words, the deflation speed depends on the income side, but the inflation schedule is fixed on the timeline. The two are not symmetrical forces. The objective conclusion is: at the current stage, $HYPE is in a "deflation mechanism without deflation results" state; burning serves more as emotional support rather than a supply-demand turning point.
True relief of supply pressure can only be confirmed after the unlocking peak passes and income remains high. It is premature to discuss net deflation at this stage. The US and Iran are about to take action again, and the market has already taken a hit on oil tankers.
Latest news: The US and Israel have formulated a high-intensity plan to strike Iran after the midterm elections, targeting energy facilities and nuclear facilities;
7 oil tankers were damaged in the Strait of Hormuz in a single day, and the US Embassy in Saudi Arabia has begun evacuating personnel.
WTI surged straight to 100, $BZ Brent crude reached 112, what’s rising is not oil, but the risk premium.
🛢️ Oil price logic
• The strait is not closed, but the "reliability of passage" has collapsed: war risk, detour fees, and crew wages are all being repriced
• Low inventory + tight diesel supply, any slight disturbance easily causes pulse-like surges
• Short term sees a strong oscillation between 100–115, a real closure would push it to 130; only a deal in negotiations will reduce the premium
Looking at $BTC, it has retraced from above 84k, dropped below 82k, currently around 81.6k, down over 2% in 24h, with more than 90,000 liquidations across the market.
Logic explained differently:
• Oil rises → inflation expectations swing back → US Treasury yields surge, rate cut expectations delayed
• Interest rates rise → Nasdaq/chips fall first (Semis -4%, Meta -6%) → risk assets all get sold off
• This round, BTC is not a "Middle East corridor asset," it’s being liquidated first as a high beta risk asset
So now it’s not a "oil up, crypto up" decoupling narrative, but oil up → tightening expectations → crypto down re-coupling.
Short term outlook:
• If 82.5k breaks, the next support is the 80k psychological level, breaking that could easily spike down to the 78-79k liquidation zone
• A rebound depends on Nasdaq stabilizing + US Treasury yields falling, otherwise any bounce is just a chance to reduce positions Top 10 public blockchains by global project token holdings
Is there one you like?As of the early U.S. stock market report, the S&P 500 index fell about 0.8%, the Nasdaq dropped about 1.5%, and the Dow Jones decline was relatively smaller.
There are several main reasons this time:
1️⃣ The AI story is still there, but the market is starting to do the math
Tesla and Meta's earnings reports failed to dispel market concerns about AI investment costs and return cycles. Large tech stocks like Nvidia and Amazon are also under pressure.
The market is starting to ask: After investing so much money, when will it actually make a profit?
2️⃣ Rising oil prices add fuel to inflation
The Middle East situation has the market worried about energy supply, and oil prices remain high. If energy prices continue to push inflation higher, it won't be so easy for the Federal Reserve to ease policy later.
Next week is the Federal Reserve meeting, and what the market fears most now is not simply no rate cut, but inflation recurring, causing high interest rates to last longer.
3️⃣ What does this have to do with BTC and ETH?
Yesterday, tech stocks rebounded, and BTC followed with a surge; today, U.S. tech stocks weakened again, and the crypto market's risk appetite may also be dragged down.
If U.S. stocks continue to fall and oil prices keep rising, BTC and ETH's rebound will likely face pressure.
Watch two things:
① Whether the Nasdaq continues to weaken;
② Whether oil prices and inflation expectations further deteriorate before next week's Federal Reserve meeting.
Personally, I am still bearish in the short term. A rebound does not mean a trend reversal. Let's see how the market moves first, then decide when to switch from short to long, especially with contracts. Don't ignore position sizing and stop losses just because you are right about the direction.
$BTC $ETH I don't know how many long positions have been lost along the way, and quite a few are trapped, I just hope this market can recover quickly #10月FOMC临近,美联储暂停加息还有哪些变数?
AI, storage, $SNDK $SOXL tech sectors are all in the green, many people's accounts have suffered heavy losses, but the bulls have not given up and are still holding on stubbornly.
The core of this round of sell-off is still the chain reaction caused by rising crude oil prices. Oil price $BZ continues to rise, inflation expectations are rising again, the market keeps pushing back rate cut expectations, US Treasury yields rise, and high-valuation tech growth sectors are naturally under pressure.
Even though the fundamental story of HBM and storage long-term contracts remains, short-term valuations are suppressed in the face of liquidity expectations.
The bulls who are holding on now mostly believe in the long-term cycle of AI storage. They see the current decline as a macro-driven oversell and are unwilling to give up chips at low levels, even buying more as prices fall.
But the risk is clear: the sector currently shows no obvious sign of bottoming, and crowded long positions are a double-edged sword.
If Hynix's earnings report exceeds expectations and the positive news is realized, these steadfast funds will unite and trigger a recovery rebound;
If the earnings guidance falls short of expectations, the confidence of the bulls holding on will likely collapse collectively, causing a wave of concentrated stop-loss stampede and accelerating the downtrend.
This is not a bottom-fishing signal, just a hard clash between bull faith and macro bearishness.
Losses are still expanding, whether the resistance will work depends on the upcoming earnings reports as the key touchstone. Rushed up near 1.40 then fell back to 1.32, my suggestion for $XRP at this position is not to rush
Around 0:00 Beijing time today, $XRP touched about 1.399, just a breath away from 1.40.
Then it dropped all the way down, now OKX is around 1.32, the 24-hour low has been 1.3145.
CryptoQuant's Darkfost pointed out today that over 1 million XRP flowed into Binance whales, with a monthly average of about 112.4 million USD, a new high since March this year.
Spot XRP ETF is even weaker, SoSoValue shows net inflow on 10/21 was only about 708,500 USD, with almost no flow in the previous two days.
I think this is not the ETF supporting it, but more like big holders reducing positions during the rebound, while exchanges are still accumulating the coins.
The XRPL fixCleanup upgrade has also been postponed from the originally scheduled activation on 10/23 to the earliest 11/4 due to insufficient validator support.
First, see if 1.30 can hold; only after standing back at 1.37–1.40 should we talk. If the 4H closes below 1.30, it fails, and the next support to watch is 1.25.
Will you wait for 1.30 to stabilize before taking action, or first see if ETF flow can pick up again?

#ETF买盘持续回流,BTC为何仍未走强? Look at this 24-hour liquidation heatmap, it’s quite informative.
$BTC liquidated 167 million, the largest in the market, with longs accounting for 58.7%. The structure is very clear—the price oscillates repeatedly above 80,000, and those chasing longs get cut back and forth; a slight rebound triggers long liquidations, a slight drop triggers more long liquidations. This isn’t caused by shorts dumping, it’s the result of choppy consolidation. Bulls refuse to give up, indicating the market still has heat, but from a leverage perspective, all are floating corpses; the positions of those chasing highs are not clean, and their stop-loss orders could drag down the rebound at any time.
$ETH liquidated 88.5 million, with longs at 54.6%, slightly milder than BTC. Interestingly, the liquidation structure is similar to BTC’s, indicating that ETH’s move isn’t an independent event but purely follows BTC’s oscillation and suffers together. The tone for this week remains unchanged: ETH itself lacks direction; it moves as BTC moves. It’s better to watch BTC’s leveraged positions than to trade ETH’s.
$ZEC is the only large red area on the map, with 15.94 million liquidated dominated by shorts. This is very eye-catching—all over the network longs are being liquidated, but here shorts are getting liquidated instead. Recall my long position opened at 1400, which seemed absurd at the time; now seeing it struggle repeatedly near 1000 with shorts liquidating in waves shows there are buyers holding the bottom. This is the pattern of a speculative coin: when shorts feel secure, it’s time for a liquidation. Crude oil $BZ continues to rise, while AI and storage $SNDK sectors keep weakening under pressure. An interesting market phenomenon has appeared:
The lower the price falls, the higher the proportion of bulls becomes. Despite repeated losses, bulls keep entering to bottom-fish.
The root cause is that people's long-term fundamental faith in storage is hard to shake.
Many bulls firmly believe in the logic of HBM long-term contracts, continuous AI computing power expansion, and NAND supply-demand reversal. They attribute this round of decline to external disturbances caused by oil price-driven inflation expectations and rising US bond yields, not a breakdown in industry logic.
In their eyes, this is not a market reversal but a discounted entry opportunity for AI storage. Every drop attracts a batch of faith-driven capital to enter and position.
But there is a big hidden risk here.
Currently, macro factors are suppressing valuations; rising oil prices = delayed rate cut expectations, making it hard for growth stock valuations to rise.
Even if industry logic is sound, before interest rate expectations reverse, the market will struggle to have a smooth main upward trend.
The more the price falls, the more bulls there are, indicating continuous crowding of chips, with layers of trapped positions above plus newly added bottom-fishing positions.
Even if a rebound comes later, any slight surge will trigger massive profit-taking selling pressure from bulls, making it easy to spike and then fall back, and hard to have a clean, decisive reversal.
The current contradiction is clear:
Bulls are betting on [short-term macro disturbances, fundamental recovery after earnings release];
Bears are trading on [rising inflation, liquidity tightening suppressing growth sectors].
The upcoming watershed event is the Hynix earnings report.BTC and ETH played a "elevator horror" today, with whales rotating positions and retail investors changing their memes.
Today's market in one word: surge, then free fall. BTC touched nearly 85,000 last night, then smashed through 82,000 during the day, hitting a low of 81,730; ETH slid from above 2,500 down to 2,396, dropping 2.77% in 24 hours. The entire network saw liquidations of $269 million in 24 hours, with longs accounting for nearly $80 million, over 100,000 people liquidated, and longs contributing nearly 60% of the "fuel" $BTC
Whales were basically split personalities today. On one side, short-term whales' unrealized profits shrank from 9.8 billion to 4.6 billion in a month; on October 20 alone, they sent 10,605 BTC to exchanges, 2.8 times the monthly average, clearly saying "I'll place a sell order first, you do as you please." On the other side, a mysterious address sold 1,917 BTC over 11 days to buy 64,500 ETH, but ETH/BTC still dropped 8% this month, a lonely swap, but the posture must remain elegant.$ETH
And retail investors? The long-short account ratio is still fluctuating between 1.56 and 2.76, greed index at 68, price falling but sentiment still "greedy." The underlying lease terms are long and rents fixed; prices do not follow short-term chip spot fluctuations. This is the fundamental difference from storage tokens. Secondary market trading around 0.048 is light, mainly for long-term allocation funds, focusing on lease renewals and rent terms, far more important than daily price swings.

In stark contrast to SLX's contract cash flow model, this product focuses on NAND and enterprise SSDs, with prices directly tied to storage spot cycles and inventory levels. "Bitcoin ETF inflow, institutions hedging at $82,000"
In the past two days, US spot ETF buying has seen net inflows of hundreds of millions of dollars daily, yet Bitcoin's price has been stuck around $82,000, surging to $84,500 only to be pushed back.
Wall Street institutions are using the ETF channel to perform basis arbitrage, buying spot while shorting on the CME for hedging. Along with veteran miners withdrawing and switching positions overnight, the net buying pressure has been completely offset.
The market is now hovering around $81,600, waiting to see which side of these arbitrage long and short positions will close and settle before next week's Fed decision. $BTC $ETH $BTC $SOL 23:20 US market session, the market shows a clear one-sided downward trend.
BTC is currently at 81588, down 3.46%, with the 7-day low of 81491 within reach; ETH is quoted at 2398, down 4.21%, and the ETH/BTC ratio has fallen back to 0.0294. Among 32 mainstream liquidity trading pairs, only 2 closed higher, 30 declined, with BTC accounting for 39% of market volume.
Noteworthy divergence signal: the Fear and Greed Index remains at 68, in the greed zone. Prices continue to fall, but market sentiment has not turned pessimistic accordingly; such sentiment mismatch usually is not a bottom characteristic.
Yesterday's short squeeze targets collectively retreated: ZEC -7.6%, NEAR -7.5%, FIL -8.9%. This shows the previous rebound was driven by leverage rather than real incremental buying support, and the market retreat speed is much faster than the rally phase. The total daily turnover was 1.43 billion USD, with no volume expansion.
Current thinking: remain on the sidelines. Prices are near the 7-day low, with neither panic selling on volume nor effective support seen, so the subjective judgment is that directional risk is relatively high.
Tonight, will everyone choose to reduce positions to avoid risk, or buy the dip? Staring at the charts of ZEC, XRP, and BCH all night, the more I look, the more I feel the sentiment is even more honest than the candlesticks. Have you ever had that feeling—no sharp drop, but the market just feels uninspiring? Here's what I see. ZEC is actually the most "contradictory" one: NU7 mainnet activation is set at block 3,543,405, block time reduced from 75 seconds to 25 seconds, Grayscale had a net inflow of 15.18 million on Wednesday, contract OI raised to 2.89 billion, price stands above the daily and 4-hour EMA50 (1210) and EMA200 (1235), RSI at 61. Sounds smooth, but the daily candle needs to close above 1338/1350 to truly open the space to 1500; if it falls below 1288, we have to reconsider 1200. It’s the most storied and easiest to be priced in advance among the three brothers. XRP is much quieter. EMA50 at 1.375 and EMA200 at 1.374 act like two doors pressing down, only supported by EMA100 at 1.337, RSI is soft at 44 to 45, MACD slightly turned negative. Interestingly, the long-short ratio is 0.67, a monthly low, with retail still betting on a drop. At this position, I tend to take a closer look—when sentiment is one-sided, it’s often not the most comfortable entry point, but also not a place to casually short. BCH is the most straightforward. The daily chart broke down from an ascending wedge, MACD bars converging near the zero line, still standing on the critical 200-day moving average; the 4-hour chart has already dropped below the 200-period moving average,#特斯拉Q3汽车毛利率回升,自由现金流转正

#特斯拉发布新一代Roadster,行情走高 There is a very obvious phenomenon in the current market: $SOL's popularity has clearly cooled down. #Solana迎Alpenglow升级,目标150毫秒确认
Previously, whether it was offline events, community discussions, or speculative trading sentiment, everything was very intense. Now, compared to $BTC and $ETH, its discussion and capital attention have dropped significantly.
On one hand, related domestic events were postponed, causing short-term sentiment narratives to cool off directly. The expectation of a wave of incremental funds brought by the events was dashed, and many short-term speculators exited early.
On the other hand, during this round of correction, SOL itself showed greater volatility and a deeper drop. Many who chased the highs and got trapped have either given up or cut losses and left.
Capital now prefers to contract, prioritizing BTC and ETH, which have stronger liquidity and can be supported by ETF funds, and are no longer willing to touch more volatile and fragmented public chain altcoins.
Another point is that its fundamental narrative currently lacks new catalysts.
There are no major ecosystem updates or large positive news to attract attention. AI-related stories have temporarily been overshadowed by HBM and the storage sector, while market focus has shifted to the main themes of semiconductors and crude oil inflation.
However, low popularity does not mean an immediate bottom.
There are two types of cooling popularity: one is the late stage of consolidation, where floating chips are completely cleared and quietly accumulate strength; the other is narrative recession, where capital temporarily abandons.
In the short term, the key is whether the support around 103–105 can hold. If it cannot hold, the combination of low popularity and breaking support will lead to further weakness;
if it can hold, to attract capital back later, new events or ecosystem benefits must reignite the story.
Currently, it is in a marginalized stage, and without catalysts, it is difficult to have an independent rally.
What do you think? Is SOL in this wave quietly accumulating strength, or has its popularity completely passed? [Pharaoh's Market Watch]
What's the latest trouble in the Middle East? Why is the oil price still stubbornly holding above $100?
Pharaoh says straight up, don't expect oil prices to drop in the short term. The Strait of Hormuz is basically a powder keg right now; whoever triggers it will cause an explosion.
First, let's look at how strong the market is. Brent crude is holding steady above $106, and WTI is hovering around $95. Why so strong? Because the geopolitical risk premium simply can't be squeezed out. The commercial shipping traffic through the Strait of Hormuz remains far below pre-war levels, with the US military and Iran's Revolutionary Guard constantly eyeballing each other there.
But Pharaoh has to be fair: the fundamentals of oil prices aren't that solid.
First, the G7's "emergency package" is still being deployed. The previously promised release of 100 million barrels from strategic reserves has provided a floor for the market.
Second, demand is actually yawning. Goldman Sachs data shows global incremental oil demand has clearly slowed, and US refinery utilization rates aren't maxed out.
Third, OPEC+ is not a monolith. If oil prices stay above $100 for a long time...
So the current situation is: geopolitical conflict has welded the "floor" in place, but weak demand is pressing down the "ceiling." Brent is very likely to oscillate between $95 and $110.
What does this mean for Bitcoin? As long as oil prices don't come down, inflation expectations remain firm, the Federal Reserve won't dare to cut rates decisively, and the US Treasury yields' sword will keep hanging over our heads! $ETH $BTC #中东能源风险升温,国际油价维持高位 #10月FOMC临近,美联储暂停加息还有哪些变数?
Intel Brother's conclusion first: The pause in October is very likely to be a "standstill," but not a "complete dovish turn."
On one hand, nonfarm payrolls only increased by 29,000 and unemployment rose to 4.2%; on the other hand, CPI is at 3.7% with core remaining sticky. The Federal Reserve itself is conflicted: raising rates again risks damaging employment and long-term yields, but not raising risks inflation expectations running wild.
The real variables are few:
1. Core PCE and wages must not spike again;
2. Oil prices or a Middle East explosion could immediately revive the inflation narrative;
3. Long-term US Treasury yields—the market must tighten on its own before the Fed dares to rest;
4. If data before December is "hot," the pause could turn into a "late rate hike."
So don’t interpret the pause as a turning point. In Intel Brother’s view: October is just watching the show, December might still bring a follow-up hike, just a hawkish pause.

This time in the OKX prediction, I chose Tesla to close up on the first full trading day after the earnings report, while Meta closed down. Here is my analysis of Tesla
Tesla (TSLA): Q3 adjusted EPS was $0.48 (higher than the expected $0.45). Although revenue growth was limited, the rebound in automotive gross margin after a decline proved cost resilience, directly shattering the market's previous overly pessimistic expectations about the price war. Coupled with the long-term vision of AI/FSD, it is very likely to trigger a positive revaluation of the valuation.
Three signals I focus on:
1. Whether the core business (Tesla gross margin / Meta advertising) exceeded expectations;
2. Whether management's guidance for the future (AI investment and monetization) is positive;
3. Whether the market prefers to reward growth/resilience or punish costs.
In short, the logic summary: Tesla is undergoing a bottom repair brought by "all bad news priced in/gross margin inflection point"

Trading volume, actual fees, and token demand should not be conflated. A moderate price pullback neither proves business failure nor indicates long-term capital support; the focus must be on economic value rather than mere transaction counts.
If sustained usage leads to verifiable payment growth, the recovery has a stronger foundation; if activity increases without economic demand accumulation, the valuation expectations brought by enterprise applications should be lowered. $XAU Gold plummets, the logic is completely overturned 🤯
Geopolitical conflicts continue, which should be positive for gold as a safe haven; the US midterm elections are approaching, increasing policy uncertainty, so logically gold prices should strengthen. But in reality, gold has been falling all the way, leaving many people confused!
An even more surreal piece of news: US nuclear fusion company Marathon Fusion has proposed a plan to use fusion technology to convert mercury into stable gold. Simulations estimate that for every 1GW of thermal power, over 2 tons of gold could theoretically be produced in a year.
The alchemy fantasy of thousands of years is now directly on the table! Previously, gold could only be mined from mines, but now nuclear fusion technology is coming to share the pie.
The traditional safe-haven logic hasn't completely failed yet, but the expectations from alchemy shocks are coming one after another. Under pressure from both ends, this round of gold is really having a hard time.
However, it should be clear that this is still just a theoretical plan, and it is difficult to implement in the short term to change supply, but the market's imagination has already been ignited.
Do you think this alchemy rumor will continue to suppress gold prices? Let's discuss in the comments below 👇

Tokenization of US stocks has been talked about for two years, but the truly significant statement is this: stock tokens can now be used as collateral to borrow stablecoins. Being able to trade is just the first step; being able to use them as collateral means entering the credit system.
However, US stock markets close on weekends and earnings reports come out at night, but liquidation bots don't wait for the market to open. There's not a single word about what the collateralization ratio will be or who will provide the price feed.

$MORPHO #MetaQ3 revenue exceeds expectations, legal fees and AI expenses under pressure
In this OKX forecast, I chose Tesla to close up on the first full trading day after its earnings report, while Meta closed down.
My analysis
Tesla (TSLA): Q3 adjusted EPS was $0.48 (higher than the expected $0.45). Although revenue growth was limited, the rebound in automotive gross margin after a decline demonstrated cost resilience, directly shattering the market's previous overly pessimistic expectations about the price war. Combined with the long-term vision of AI/FSD, it is very likely to trigger a positive revaluation of the valuation.
Meta: Revenue was $64.6 billion, a year-over-year increase of 26%, with advertising business remaining steady. However, the strong performance had already been priced in by the high valuation. The current market pain points are the continuously soaring CapEx (capital expenditures), cost pressures, and legal fees. After the positive news is realized, capital tends to punish the "cost side" due to pressure on free cash flow.
Three signals I focus on:
1. Whether the core business (Tesla gross margin / Meta advertising) exceeds expectations;
2. Whether management's guidance for the future (AI investment and monetization) is positive;
3. Whether the market prefers to reward growth/resilience or punish costs.
Summary logic in one sentence: Tesla is a bottom recovery triggered by "bad news fully priced in/gross margin inflection point," while Meta is a profit-taking triggered by "good performance but capital expenditures eating into profits." Writing
$SOXL went from around $7 last year to over $300, only to crash back to $92. What happened?
First, remember one crucial point: SOXL is not an ordinary semiconductor stock. It’s a daily-reset 3x leveraged ETF. Its performance depends not only on the semiconductor sector’s direction but also on leverage, volatility, and compounding.
#DailyOrbit 23:20 During this segment of the US market session, the market only had one direction.
BTC 81,588 (-3.46%), the 7-day low at 81,491 is just beneath; ETH 2,398 (-4.21%), ETH/BTC dropped to 0.0294. Among 32 liquidity trading pairs, 2 rose and 30 fell, with BTC alone accounting for 39% of the volume.
Strangely, the fear and greed index is still at 68, indicating greed. Prices are falling but sentiment hasn't caught up; this kind of divergence usually isn't a bottom.
Yesterday, $ZEC short positions were liquidated all over the screen, today it’s down -7.6%, NEAR -7.5%, FIL -8.9%: the short squeeze retreat is faster than the rise, this rally is driven by leverage, not buying demand. Total daily volume was $1.43 billion, with no volume expansion.
My stance: wait and see. Sticking close to the 7-day low with neither panic volume nor signs of support, guessing the direction blindly isn’t worthwhile.

$BTC $ETH $SOL From May to October, the orange line represents Bitcoin, and the blue line represents crude oil; the rhythms of the two lines are almost identical. Both crashed together in June, then rebounded synchronously in August and September, now both approaching recent highs. Bitcoin peaked near $84,490, and crude oil hovered around $97.8. $BTC $ETH $CL But don't be fooled by this half-year synchronization. Looking at a longer timeframe, their correlation is almost zero. When they move together, it's usually not that one is leading the other, but that both are reacting to the same macro variable, mainly inflation expectations and Federal Reserve policy. When oil prices rise, interest rates must stay high, the dollar strengthens, and risk assets naturally come under pressure. When oil prices fall, this pressure eases. Now the Middle East is unstable again, with the Houthis attacking Saudi Arabia and the US starting to withdraw personnel; crude oil could surge past $100 again. If it really rises that high, in the short term it will pressure Bitcoin through the "inflation worries → tightening financial conditions" channel. So this six-month synchronization is just a coincidence and does not mean crude oil is a driving factor for Bitcoin. When the macro environment changes, this relationship can fail at any time. $DOGE today at 0.0821, up 0.31%. You read that right, zero point three one. It still has 89.09% to climb to its all-time high, only up 0.55% in a week, basically lying flat.
$PEPE is up 2.52%, not bad, but today's star is PUMP: 0.00518, up 7.58% in one day.
Why PUMP? Two real pieces of news.
First, it signed Trader Kimchi: a mysterious trader who claims to have made $40 million on TRUMP coin. On the day the news came out, PUMP rose 9%, also spawning a KIMCHI coin with a market cap of 35 million;
Second, the lending protocol Loan opened a collateral market for it with a $150,000 limit and a 62% collateral rate, effectively recognizing PUMP as collateral.
Why aren't the old coins moving? Let's do the math: DOGE has a market cap of 14 billion, doubling it requires 14 billion new money. PEPE's current funding rate is +0.0102%, maxed out. Bulls are paying the highest interest to bears, leverage is maxed out. When leverage is maxed, the rise feels good, but when withdrawing, everyone exits together.
My view: meme money hasn't left, it just switched pools. Don't talk dreams with an old dog with a 14 billion market cap, it can't lift anymore. The day the funding rate is maxed is often the time to run.10.22 Midnight Gold Review
Friends, good midnight! Tonight, gold directly experienced a sharp drop. As of midnight, gold is around 4054, down more than $80 intraday, a decline of over 2%, with the lowest touching 4044.
On the news front, the just-released US initial jobless claims were only 194,000, lower than the market expectation of 200,000, indicating employment resilience beyond expectations. The Fed rate cut expectations cooled again, the US dollar index rebounded above 101.77, and gold was directly pressured into a plunge.
From a technical perspective, both the 1-hour and 4-hour charts show consecutive bearish candles, with strong short-term bearish momentum.
For operations, it is recommended to short between 4070-4085, targeting 4040-4030. Do not blindly bottom-fish; prioritize a trend-following shorting strategy on rebounds, and be sure to set stop-losses to control risk. $XAU $SPCX at 11:05 AM EST is $149.73, down 6%. In the first 95 minutes, 76 million shares traded, reaching 82% of the normal full-day volume (20-day average 92.5 million shares).
Volume insights:
Most trading occurred at the open. The unlocked shares surged at the opening bell, then from 9:45 onward, only 5-9 million shares traded every 15 minutes.
The opening price was the high ($154.19), and every 15 minutes afterward set a lower low, dropping to $149.38. This is a slow bottoming under light volume, not a panic sell-off. No capitulation large red candle has appeared yet, which would signal sellers are exhausted.
The price is $2.66 below today's VWAP ($152.39), so almost everyone who bought today is underwater. VWAP is a defensive line that needs to be reclaimed.
The price has returned to the old range of $140.66-$151.01, $0.72 above $148.66. If the daily close falls below $148.66, it will fill Wednesday's gap and form a failed breakout, with the next target at $143.27.
Honest interpretation: The unlocking pressure is being absorbed, but not cleanly yet. Closing back above $152.39 on shrinking volume would be a strong rescue. Closing below $148.66 on volume exceeding 150 million would be a real warning.#特斯拉Q3汽车毛利率回升,自由现金流转正 Not bad $AAVE

In this morning's spot market snapshot, AAVE's 24-hour price change was -3.54%, with a price range of 150.06—160.52 USDT.
The valuation of lending assets requires support from both borrowing demand and risk costs. A rebound in collateral prices can improve apparent health, but if actual borrowing demand is insufficient, income may not improve accordingly.
Focus on utilization and net income rather than just locked value. If high utilization results from tight liquidity and increased liquidation risk, optimistic assessments should be lowered.【Semiconductor plunges 5.67% in a single day, is the AI rally cooling off?】
The Philadelphia Semiconductor Index dropped 5.67% in one day, falling back to its lowest level since July 29. $AMD fell over 7%, Lam Research dropped nearly 10%, and Coherent plummeted 11.81%. This is no longer just about one company's earnings missing expectations; chip design, memory, equipment, and optical communications are all taking hits together. The market is collectively lowering its tolerance for the AI industry chain.
Behind this sell-off are two factors: AI infrastructure investment is growing larger, and investors are starting to question when returns will be realized; meanwhile, oil prices have surged to around $111 per barrel, raising concerns about financing costs and inflation. Previously, the chip index rebounded about 27% from its July low, with valuations and expectations already high. When bad news hits, profit-taking naturally comes first.
This does not yet prove that AI demand has peaked, but it is enough to show that the phase of "anything related to AI just goes up" is loosening. Next, it depends on whether the capital expenditures and orders from major players can support expectations; if earnings reports remain strong but stock prices struggle to rebound, valuation compression may not be over yet.#MetaQ3 revenue exceeds expectations, legal fees and AI expenses under pressure
The boss has something to say
With this Meta earnings report, the market voted with its feet, META dropped 7.83%, xMETA dropped 7.84%.
Revenue was 64.6 billion, up 26% year-on-year, and the core advertising business is still strong. But operating profit fell 37%, hit by a one-time legal fee of 9.89 billion USD. More critically, AI is burning cash; Q3 capital expenditure was 34.9 billion, and free cash flow was directly negative 2.12 billion. The full year still plans to spend 135 to 145 billion, even considering introducing non-voting Class C shares to raise funds.
I believe this is a typical backlash from the AI arms race. No matter how profitable advertising is, it can't fill the AI bottomless pit. Profits are being swallowed by both legal fees and AI infrastructure, and the market's patience for cash burn without returns is decreasing; even giants can't withstand it.
This is indirectly bearish for crypto. When tech giants face capital expenditure and cash flow pressure, the AI narrative cools down overall, risk appetite contracts, and Bitcoin will be dragged down as well.
Bitcoin fell sharply last night, a waterfall drop. Now let's see if the 80,000 support level can hold; if not, expect a deeper correction. Resistance is between 84,000 and 85,000. Do not chase the rise or sell in panic; set stop losses properly.
The above analysis is time-sensitive; orders must have stop losses set. Good luck. $BTC $ETH $ZEC The mainstream market expectation bets on the October FOMC keeping interest rates unchanged and pausing rate hikes, but this pause does not mean the end of the rate hike cycle; several key variables could disrupt expectations at any time. 🔥Key Highlights ▫️ Inflation data is the first red line: If CPI and core PCE again exceed expectations and service-side inflation stickiness rebounds, it will directly increase the probability of a temporary rate hike in October; energy inflation caused by rising oil prices is also a potential disturbance factor ▫️ Employment resilience: Continued strong nonfarm payrolls and wage growth indicate the economy remains hot, giving the Federal Reserve reason to continue tightening; if employment weakens rapidly, it will reinforce the choice to hold steady ▫️ Internal division among officials: Hawkish members worry about inflation recurring and want to tighten further quickly; doves prefer to wait longer to observe the lagged effects of previous high rates, so the voting structure deserves close attention ▫️ U.S. Treasury and financial conditions: Long-term bond yields rising spontaneously is equivalent to the market helping the Fed tighten somewhat, reducing the necessity for an immediate rate hike; but if the bond market loosens quickly and risk assets surge, it will force the Fed to adopt a more hawkish stance 💡Personal view This is a tactical pause for observation, not a shift to easing. The current focus of the game is not whether to hike or not, but how the dot plot and post-meeting remarks leave room for December. Even if October pauses, as long as inflation does not clearly decline, the phrase "retain the option for future rate hikes" will definitely remain. The market easily prices the pause as a positive in advance, but if the remarks lean hawkish, a reversal and sell-off of expectations is likely. ⚠️Risk points ▫️ Inflation rebound breaking the pause consensus Order Book Strength Ranking

Should we cut losses and wait to buy back around 80k?
Bitcoin has been dropping all morning, the recent rebound didn't hold at all, all moving averages are above the price, a typical bearish alignment. The lows keep probing lower, and the support around 81,300 looks very weak. I also feel it might directly break below 81,000.
Looking at the whale data, it's clear! 424 whales are short positions with a total of 2.28B in holdings, far more than the 293 long whales. The whale long-short ratio is only 45.74%. The average entry price for short whales is 76,597, they got in early, with a profit ratio of 58.25%, so they have strong confidence; in contrast, the average cost for long whales is 85,825, all trapped at high levels, with only a 14.33% profit ratio, so they have basically no strength to push the price up.
Given the current situation, most long whales are stuck at high levels without funds to defend the price. The main big money is leaning bearish. The long positions I hold now look very risky. I originally hoped for an oversold rebound, but the support is far below expectations, and the rebounds are very weak small bounces.
I really don't dare to hold firm at this position. If the 81,300 low is directly smashed through, the downside space will open up, and losses will be even bigger. I'm thinking about cutting losses now and maybe buying back around 80k might be better. 20261022
8. On October 19, 39 years ago, the US stock market crashed by 22%, and on the same day 39 years later, Wisdom Tree's chief strategist said the Nasdaq could crash by 30%, with BTC in the same basket.
1. If the Nasdaq crashes, funds won't just withdraw from the stock market; BTC is in the same basket and is even more volatile.
2. The only condition triggering the crash is this: the money spent on AI must generate income. Currently, the Nasdaq is heavily weighted on the AI theme, with AI concept stocks at a historic high proportion in the index—one theme supporting the entire index.
3. Analyst: Demand is real, but after overcapacity, returns will be suppressed. The first to lose profits are those who spend the most.
4. The Nasdaq fell 2.51% last Friday, closing at 26,140, marking the worst week since June, down 4.5% for the week. Everyone is waiting for the same answer from Meta and Tesla's earnings reports: Has the money spent resulted in revenue growth?
5. His long-term view on AI hasn't changed; he only adjusted the timeline. This phase may come faster than expected, not that it won't work long-term. So this 30% is a conditional warning; if earnings catch up, it won't happen.
6. Faith and earnings are separated by just one earnings season. This index currently relies not on how much companies earn, but on everyone's belief that they will earn in the future.
7. Stocks and BTC are both betting on tomorrow's wallet. When money is only enough to buy one, the first to run is the one with greater volatility. 【HYPE and CAKE Yield Ranked Top Two, Can Profitability Really Support the Token Price?】
Grayscale released an analysis on crypto asset valuations, listing two major rankings: token holder yield and adjusted profit yield. $HYPE took first place in token holder yield, while $CAKE ranked first in adjusted profit yield. It attempts to answer an old question: besides hype-driven speculation, can tokens truly create value through protocol revenue and buybacks?
Take HYPE as an example. Hyperliquid directs the vast majority of trading fees to an aid fund used to buy back HYPE; as of October 21, DefiLlama reported that holders earned about $68.5 million in the past 30 days. This mechanism allows trading activity to potentially translate into token demand.
CAKE also has real actions: PancakeSwap burned about 2.96 million tokens and minted about 650,000 tokens in September, resulting in a net supply reduction of about 2.31 million tokens, marking 37 consecutive months of deflation. However, its protocol revenue in the past 30 days was about $4.55 million, far less than HYPE's revenue scale.
This ranking is worth watching, but don’t take yield rankings directly as a price increase leaderboard. Yield fluctuates with token price, market cap, buybacks, and token issuance; high yield may indicate undervaluation or that the market is discounting risk. What really matters is whether revenue can be sustained, buybacks can cover dilution, and whether the token price has been prematurely priced in. If protocol revenue continues to grow and token dilution pressure decreases, this valuation approach becomes more convincing.$1.08 Trillion USD Entered Bitcoin ETF Funds in 3 Days. TSLA's Q3 report hides structural highlights. Against a backdrop of flat revenue and declining net profit, automotive profitability resilience and cash flow recovery have become the core focus.
🔥Key Highlights
▫️Excluding carbon credits, automotive gross margin rose to 18.1%, a significant sequential increase; carbon credit revenue sharply shrank, so this margin improvement reflects the real profitability recovery of the vehicle business
▫️This quarter's free cash flow turned positive at $1.53 billion, after being negative in Q2, with ample cash reserves and stronger risk resistance
▫️Full-year capital expenditure guidance was lowered to control the cash burn pace; margin improvement comes from product mix optimization, cost control, and incremental FSD subscription
▫️Concerns remain: vehicle deliveries are weak, vehicle prices continue to be under pressure, sharply increased R&D expenses consumed most of the margin gains, and net profit declined significantly year-over-year
💡Personal View
This earnings report shows a rising profit floor but a weak growth story.
Margin and cash flow recovery dispels market worries about ongoing losses, signaling a fundamental bottom; however, relying solely on cost optimization without high delivery growth or Robotaxi commercialization makes it difficult to unlock valuation upside. Capital currently recognizes profit recovery while waiting for AI autonomous driving to deliver.
⚠️Risks
▫️Global new energy vehicle price wars continue to suppress prices
▫️FSD and Robotaxi commercialization progress slower than expected
▫️R&D spending continues to rise, squeezing profits
▫️US growth stocks are sensitive to liquidity changes

The positive factors of the Solstice upgrade and declining inflation were already priced in by the market before the upgrade, representing a typical buy-the-rumor, sell-the-fact scenario, leading to a recent continuous pullback. FIL's trend is highly dependent on the overall market, and it is difficult for the storage sector to strengthen independently. 🎯Key Price Levels - ✅First strong support: $0.96, recent low, the most important short-term defense level - ✅Ultimate support: $0.90, once effectively broken, it will open a new round of downside space - 🚧First resistance: $1.02, the first hurdle for short-term rebound; only a volume-backed hold above this level will signal strength - 🚧Strong resistance: $1.08, area with concentrated trapped positions, difficult to break through at once Scenario ① (highest probability): Weak oscillation, repeatedly testing support Range: $0.94—$1.02 Logic: Positive factors have been realized, buying power weakens; miner reward mechanism adjustments, the market is digesting real on-chain data after the Solstice upgrade; no new catalysts, fluctuating with the overall market, rebounds lack volume and are prone to resistance and pullback. Scenario ② (low probability bullish): Stabilize and rebound Trigger conditions: Bitcoin market strengthens + DePIN/storage sector collectively recovers + FIL trading volume significantly increases and holds above $1.02. ⚠️Note: Even if it rebounds, it is still a corrective rebound, not a new main upward wave. Scenario ③ (bearish scenario): Breakdown and decline Google $GOOGL's earnings report likely shows explosive growth in cloud business, but the market is now focusing not on how fast the growth is, but whether the money being burned is worth it.
First, regarding the cloud business, last quarter it grew by over 80%, with backlog orders reaching hundreds of billions of dollars. Management clearly stated it is still capacity-constrained. More importantly, Google has started selling its self-developed TPU to external customers, with some revenue already confirmed, and most inventory consists of contracted TPUs. Once this line is successfully established, the valuation logic will shift from cloud leasing to AI hardware supplier, which is the biggest expectation gap.
The problem lies in the money burning. This year's capital expenditure guidance has already reached nearly $200 billion, and it may increase further next year. Last quarter's free cash flow turned negative, and this quarter's negative value may continue to expand. The more profitable the cloud business, the faster the money burns, which is the market's biggest dilemma.
My view is straightforward: the decisive factor is not whether cloud growth can break 90%, but whether management dares to separately highlight TPU sales to external customers. Talking only about cloud revenue, with free cash flow turning negative, is purely a money-burning story with limited market patience; daring to clarify the TPU commercialization path, even if current cash flow looks bad, will lead to a revaluation of the valuation framework. Watching for the word TPU in the earnings call is more useful than focusing on revenue numbers. #谷歌云业务增长82%,AI投入回报如何?
