Half an hour after the U.S. stock market opened, AI and chip stocks were crushed. The Nasdaq fell 4% intraday, entering a correction zone—down a full 10% from last month's record close; the S&P 500 gave up all gains from the previous trading day. Crypto followed suit: Bitcoin was slammed from 81,105 down to 76,059, a 6% drop completed in two hours; Ethereum fell below 2,300, and among the top ten cryptocurrencies by market cap excluding stablecoins, only one remained flat. This is not just about crypto itself; it's the same batch of risk assets moving in unison at the same time. The fuse is in chips. Qualcomm's mobile chip guidance missed expectations, dropping 9% pre-market; Nvidia and Broadcom each fell 5%, Tesla dropped 9%, and SanDisk intraday was close to a 19% decline; in South Korea, Samsung and SK Hynix dragged the KOSPI down over 5%. The news reads "AI trading crashed," but what investors see is another message: AI capital expenditure valuations need to be recalculated. There is also a political switch hanging on this line. If the Democrats take both houses in the midterm elections, the market immediately starts calculating the data center costs—some investment banks estimate that about 30% of the new U.S. data center capacity planned for 2028 could be stalled due to approvals, grid connection, and construction delays. The most critical issue is the ownership structure: miners in recent years have transformed themselves into AI data centers, selling coins to support the data centers, so policy risk and valuation risk fall on the same balance sheet. Therefore, this cut from chips to computing power concepts and then to crypto is one continuous line, not two separate matters. It has nothing to do with justice; it's about accounting. Watching the leverage being cleared is more telling than watchingLately, I've been gradually increasing my position in CRCG, which is a 2x long ETF of $CRCL.
Currently holding 300 shares, with an average cost of $8.975, the latest unrealized gain is about 7%, and the position accounts for 1.23% of my total assets. My plan is to gradually increase CRCG to about 2% of my total portfolio, holding it as an aggressive satellite position.
The reason I'm willing to build a position at this level is mainly because I am optimistic about the stablecoin industry and Circle's long-term development prospects. After such a significant drop earlier, I think the risk-reward ratio is starting to look somewhat attractive. Of course, a big drop doesn't mean it won't continue to fall, especially with 2x leverage, so volatility decay can't be ignored.
Therefore, I'm not in a hurry to buy all at once, hoping the market will give me a few comfortable opportunities to add more. If I'm wrong, a small position can withstand it; if there really is a decent rebound later, this satellite position might bring some surprise.$BTC has broken through $80,000 again, currently around $80,400! Has the options market already started positioning for higher prices by the end of the year?
Glassnode data shows two important options expirations on November 27 and December 25, with open interest sizes of approximately $5.7 billion and $12.5 billion respectively. The corresponding max pain points are at $80,000 and $76,000. Note! The original BTC price in the chart was still $79,000, but now it has risen to $80,400, with both max pain points below the current price. However, the max pain point is not the final destination that the price must return to!
What’s more noteworthy is the overall position structure:
Call options are about $18 billion, put options about $13 billion. December call positions are concentrated at $80,000, $90,000, $100,000, and $120,000; there is significant put protection at $60,000 and below. This indicates a large upside exposure in the market while also guarding against extreme downside. However, call positions do not equal all bullish sentiment, since some buy call options while others sell them to collect premiums.
My cycle judgment remains unchanged: BTC has entered the early bull phase, but volatility, pullbacks, and repeated turnover will continue.
Reclaiming $80,000 is a positive signal. Whether it can break through $84,000–$85,000 next depends on whether spot buying pressure can sustain.
The early bull phase can have dreams, but options contracts should not be treated as a wishing well!$XAG Silver really did rebound after being oversold!
A few days ago it dropped to around $49, and today it has climbed back to $53.
However, looking at the daily chart over a longer period, silver has been falling all along, with each rebound peak getting lower and the lows also continuously moving down, so the downtrend is still quite clear.
Therefore, I currently view this rise as an oversold rebound rather than the start of a new bull market. Next, let's see if it can break through $55. This level was previously support, and now it might become resistance.
If it successfully holds above $55, then it will face that descending trendline going upward. I actually hope this rebound can go a bit further, after all, the bear market can't keep falling every day; the bulls need to get some breathing room!
But what really concerns me is whether after this rebound it will head down again to find new lows.Ethereum plans to complete its quantum computer protection upgrade by December 2028!
Justin Drake, a researcher at the Ethereum Foundation, expects Ethereum to complete its post-quantum and post-AI era transformation by the end of 2028, one year earlier than the previous quantum security target.
Key points to note:
Ethereum still needs to undergo three network upgrades in the next 24 months.
The scope of this transformation includes three layers: execution layer, consensus layer, and data layer.
The research focuses on hash-based cryptographic signatures to enhance resistance against quantum attacks.
LeanVM technology is expected to play a key role in deploying the new solution.
Switching between wallets and accounts is another separate issue.
Powerful quantum computers in the future may pose a threat to the cryptographic signature algorithms currently used by Ethereum.
However, Justin Drake's target remains December 2028. The Ethereum Foundation's official roadmap still sets the quantum security milestone for December 2029.
Do you think Ethereum $ETH can complete this security upgrade before quantum computers pose a real threat? The $TRX exchange theft left a $TRX gap of 16.5 million USD that still hasn't been filled.
Since the coins can't be recovered, they can only be bought in batches on the secondary market.
Having a big buyer waiting openly at the order book bottom means a must-pay demand.
With this rigid buying pressure below, no matter how much the bears sell off, it gets absorbed.
The spot market is being strongly supported; expecting a deep dip at this level is wishful thinking.

👇STH SOPR Five Consecutive Down Days
Short-term holders have been "selling at a loss" for five consecutive trading days.
STH SOPR (Short-Term Holder Spent Output Profit Ratio) reported 0.994 on November 4, marking the longest continuous period below 1 since August 17; on that day, the entire market's net realized loss reached 24,600 BTC, the largest since August 7.
The profit ratio of short-term holders has dropped from 97.5% in early October to about 38%. Those who bought between $77K–84K in October are selling on rallies near their cost price instead of holding their positions.
Conclusion: Since October 30, every rebound has been driven by short covering rather than new demand.📊 $BTC current price $75,810, 24h -5.62%. Why the drop? The answer from the market is deleveraging: longs are exiting, not new shorts entering.
In the past hour forced liquidations: longs $19.84M, shorts $2.38M; the densest range $76,630–$77,040 totals $6.23M, 85% longs, including $4.71M from a chain liquidation in a 5-minute span half an hour ago.
Open interest 24h -5.0%, 4h -2.6%, funding rate +0.0100%, longs pay shorts—price down, open interest down means longs are being squeezed out. Long-short account ratio 2.35, accounts are adding longs even as price falls.
Resistance now at $76,390: 3 attempts to rally then fall back, 0 breakouts, median rebound 2.2%. The drop from $81,200 is -6.64%, wiping out 99% of the previous gain.
Tomorrow, November 6, US Nonfarm Payroll data will be released; these levels may be unreliable before the data.
Will you wait for the 4H candle to reclaim above $76,390 before moving? #Индекс PMI в секторе услуг США в октябре снизился до самого низкого уровня за три месяца $WLD The weekly chart here is quite interesting; the price is stubbornly clinging to the 0.59 resistance level.
The bears are holding firm above, refusing to give way, but after several attempts to push down, they haven't managed to trigger any decent pullback. All selling pressure has been completely absorbed by the buying at the bottom.
Now the current price has pushed close to 0.58, and the chips at the bottom are getting tighter and tighter.
At this position, as soon as there's any volume to break through 0.59, the piled-up short positions above will instantly trigger a cascade of liquidations.
The bears are stubbornly resisting here, which basically means they're fueling the buildup for a rally.

👇[Pharaoh's Market Watch]
Morgan Stanley leads the way in "tokenization," old money profits, but is Bitcoin's foundation still intact?
Today Pharaoh watched a "really enticing" drama: top investment bank Morgan Stanley actually bowed down and connected to DTCC to start securities tokenization (RWA)! Pharaoh sipped his coffee and smirked: these old Wall Street money folks verbally bash crypto as a scam, yet secretly move traditional securities onto the blockchain. Isn't this a case of "if you can't beat them, join them"?
The causal chain behind this news is interesting:
Morgan Stanley and other top institutions join ➡️ Blockchain technology gains full mainstream recognition ➡️ RWA (real-world asset tokenization) sector sees long-term benefits.
But looking at your Bitcoin, it's a painful short-term bearish signal:
Traditional institutions are playing with "security tokens" backed by real yields and legal protections ➡️ Capital finds this more certain than Bitcoin ➡️ Existing funds in pure crypto markets get further diverted ➡️ Bitcoin's short-term attempt to break above the heavy moving average resistance at 80,000 looks even less likely.
Pharaoh's quote: Institutions are embracing RWAs with certain yields, but you're still gambling on faith in pure crypto? Face reality: short-term benefits go to institutions; your priority should be survival and stop-loss!
However, Pharaoh thinks the 75,000-74,500 Bitcoin range is a good bottom to buy, nephew 500, confidant 76,500/77,800 $ETH $BTC $SOL #摩根士丹利接入DTCC,证券代币化拓展机构应用 The original consensus that initially captivated everyone about cryptocurrency can be summed up simply: "With the private key in hand, the asset belongs to me; decentralized, censorship-resistant, cannot be arbitrarily frozen, and the ledger is autonomously trustworthy."
However, the recent major Binance case, along with a series of past coin thefts and freezing incidents, has shattered this foundational belief. What investors fear most is no longer just price volatility, but the loss of security over asset ownership—this is the deepest psychological root of the sharp price drops.
1. The three original consensuses of cryptocurrency are being broken by reality
1. Consensus One: Controlling your own private keys means assets cannot be plundered by third parties
Industry catchphrase: Not your keys, not your coins.
The vast majority of ordinary investors, for convenience in trading, have long kept their coins in exchange custody. Previously, there was a hopeful assumption that top exchanges were secure enough.
This time, Binance was infiltrated by a state-level APT social engineering attack, hijacking signature authority, resulting in large amounts of BTC, ETH, and STRK being directly stolen.
Investors now see the harsh truth: even the world’s largest exchange, under organized state-level hackers, does not truly control the private keys in custody mode. Assets can be transferred away at any time by others; you are merely a holder of ledger numbers.
2. Consensus Two: On-chain assets cannot be arbitrarily frozen and are censorship-resistant
This is one of the core selling points of cryptocurrency compared to traditional banks.
The market now clearly sees differentiation: stablecoins can be blacklisted and frozen by issuers with one click; under regulatory tracing and mixing sanctions, on-chain addresses and transfer paths can be tracked and blocked.
Some assets can be frozen, some native coins (BTC, STRK, ZEC) cannot, but conversely, once stolen, native coins are very difficult to recover.
Both ends are painful: either easily blocked or irretrievably stolen. The narrative of "censorship resistance" is greatly diminished.
3. Consensus Three: Blockchain cryptographic security ensures assets are backed by cryptography
People originally believed that as long as the underlying chain cryptography was sound, assets would be secure long-term.
Now there are two overlapping risks:
Short term: exchanges, contracts, signature authorizations, and social engineering infiltration can bypass the underlying chain to directly take coins;
Long term: the underlying elliptic curves of BTC and ETH face the distant threat of quantum computing attacks.
Security is no longer a definite advantage but a set of unresolved risks.
This is what you mean: security is gone.
Investors buy cryptocurrency partly to bet on price increases, but a large part is to buy a sense of "autonomous control over asset security." When this sense disappears, the foundational belief supporting valuation loosens.
2. Why the collapse of consensus directly triggers sustained price declines
1. The fundamental logic of capital reverses: safe-haven assets become high-risk assets
The narrative of BTC as "digital gold" is built on independence, security, and freedom from arbitrary control.
When the market recognizes it can be massively hacked, its transfer paths can be frozen by regulators, and its cryptography faces quantum risks, it ceases to be a safe haven. Capital withdraws from crypto and shifts to real gold and U.S. Treasuries.
Risk premiums rise continuously, and valuation centers decline.
2. Selling logic changes: no longer short-term profit-taking but faith-driven exit
Previous declines were mostly profit-taking or forced liquidation;
After consensus breaks, many long-term holders lose confidence and exit regardless of cost.
They no longer believe in the long-term narrative or want to hold long-term; any rebound is a selling opportunity. Every rebound becomes a window to offload, with continuous selling pressure. Stolen chips in hackers’ hands resonate with these exiting funds.
3. Liquidity contracts, and buying demand is severely insufficient
Institutional and large holders’ strategies shift: either withdraw all to cold wallets and stop trading; or directly reduce positions and exit.
Incremental funds willing to enter and catch the dip decrease. Once the market lacks buyers, even moderate sell orders can cause cliff-like drops.
4. Regulatory expectations continue to suppress and amplify pessimism
Regulators will use theft and money laundering facts to tighten custody, KYC, mixing tracking, and ETF admission rules.
Investors anticipate more restrictions, more address bans, and higher compliance costs. The original vision of "freedom and borderlessness" is further compressed.
3. It is important to objectively distinguish: the chain itself has not failed; it is the custody model consensus that has collapsed
Many confuse two things:
✅ The blockchain ledgers of BTC, ETH, and STRK themselves have not been breached; blocks and transaction ledgers continue to operate normally;
❌ What has collapsed is the security consensus of centralized exchange custody and the public’s idealized belief in "crypto assets being inherently safe and autonomously controllable."
This is also the source of STRK’s differentiated logic: its value lies in providing underlying cryptographic security for the post-quantum era; but it cannot solve the risk of social engineering hijacking in exchange custody.
Post-quantum security addresses future quantum private key cracking; it cannot fix current centralized custody vulnerabilities.
4. Summary in one sentence
The core attraction of cryptocurrency was never speculation, but asset autonomy, censorship resistance, and cryptographic security.
When investors see massive assets can be stolen by hackers, some assets can be frozen, and stolen assets are hard to recover, this core sense of security disappears.
Price rises rely on consensus; sharp declines often begin with consensus collapse. Market declines are just the result of faith ebbing away.$BTC has reclaimed the $80,000 level, but the bears have planted a "big landmine" near $87,000!
The latest Glassnode liquidation heatmap reveals a very interesting market shift. The pullback since the September peak has already passed through many previously accumulated long liquidation zones, releasing some leverage risk. Currently, there are mainly two potential liquidation zones remaining below:
① $73,000–$76,000.
② $60,000–$63,000.
But what’s more noteworthy is the area above!
In the past week, BTC’s price dropped about 3.5%, yet the potential short liquidation zone above has noticeably thickened, with the densest cluster near $87,000. This suggests some traders might be increasing short positions during the decline. Now that BTC has broken back above $80,000, hovering around $80,400, the market dynamics are getting interesting!
If spot buying continues to strengthen, pushing BTC to break through the $84,000–$85,000 resistance and approach $87,000, shorts being forced to cover could ironically fuel further upside.
However, note that the liquidation heatmap is just a model estimate and does not guarantee a short squeeze will occur. My cycle assessment remains unchanged: BTC has entered a structurally complex early bull phase, with pullbacks and rotations likely to repeat. Shorts who intended to profit from the decline may end up fueling the bulls!
The key is whether spot buying can truly ignite the move. $WLD The more I look at this chart, the more something feels off.
The weekly line is directly stuck grinding at the 0.59 level.
The bears tried several times to push it down, but they couldn't even trigger a decent pullback; all were swallowed up by the buying pressure below.
The bears above are still holding hard, but the buy orders below keep getting higher and higher.
Absorbing supply so horizontally just below the resistance level clearly shows no chance for a dip buy.
As soon as volume slightly increases and breaks through 0.59, all the stop-loss orders placed by the bears above will turn into fuel.

👇After the Democratic Party took control of both the House and Senate, the overall U.S. stock market rebounded, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average surging about 3%, but the AI hardware sector was singled out and hit hard. The Philadelphia Semiconductor Index fell 3.1%, with Nvidia, Micron, Marvell, and Intel all under pressure. Meanwhile, Bitcoin pulled back from its low and surged to around $81,000 at one point. $BTC $ETH $SNDK This is not an ordinary rotation; the political landscape has changed, and Wall Street is beginning to reprice AI and crypto. First, AI infrastructure will face stricter regulation. With the Democrats controlling both chambers, data center expansion, power consumption, water usage, local subsidies, and residential electricity prices may all come under scrutiny. Election results in key states like Texas and Georgia have also made the market realize that the previous logic of "AI demand rises, data centers expand indefinitely" needs to be recalculated. Second, AI trading is starting to diverge. Giants like Microsoft, Amazon, Google, and Meta are actually rising because restrictions on infrastructure expansion may reduce their capital expenditure pressure and raise the barriers for existing infrastructure. The real pain is for companies that rely on continuous financing and constant data center construction to deliver growth stories. Wall Street now values cash flow, return rates, and payback periods more than simply stacking computing power. Third, the Bitcoin rebound includes a short squeeze component. When the Democratic victory was first announced, Bitcoin was pushed down to a six-week low, but as risk appetite recovered, concentrated short covering amplified the gains. About $380 million in short positions were liquidated in a short period. Next, watch three things. Will the AI industry chain continue to shift from an "expansion narrative" to a "returnGold, U.S. stocks, and Bitcoin all plummeting: The Democratic Party's "revenge" script is unfolding
Today, gold, U.S. stocks, and Bitcoin are all falling, with the core reason pointing to an escalating political panic.
Look at what the Democratic Party has been doing these days:
First, a comprehensive judicial and investigative counterattack.
The next chairman of the House Oversight Committee announced investigations into the Trump family business, the Department of Homeland Security and ICE, corporate corruption, and even reopening the Epstein files.
Second, a full-scale crackdown on AI.
Representatives Sanders and Casar proposed a bill to ban super AI; Ansari called for a pause on advanced AI on the first day of the new Congress. More critically, on election day, over 40 local referendums across the U.S. almost all passed measures to restrict or ban data center construction. Sanders seized the moment to call for a nationwide halt on building data centers.
Third, a preemptive strike against "pardons."
Hillary suddenly returned, demanding Congress subpoena those who might later be pardoned by Trump.
Trump-related stocks and AI tech stocks were the core engines driving this wave of U.S. stock and Bitcoin gains. Now, with the Trump family under investigation and AI expansion facing nationwide policy suppression, these two major engines have simultaneously stalled, triggering panic-driven capital flight.
Gold, as a safe-haven asset, should logically rise, but it also fell today, indicating that even gold is being sold off amid extreme panic.
This is not a simple market correction; it is a direct reflection in the capital markets of the political-level "de-Trumpification" and "de-AI-ification." The short-term pain may just be beginning.🚨 BITCOIN’S NEXT BIG MOVE COULD DEPEND ON ONE JOBS REPORT! 📊🔥

First, look at a set of declines: the S&P fell 2.79%, the Nasdaq 100 fell 4.81%, both dropping to their lowest since late July. On the same night, crypto concept stocks almost all fell double digits, BMNR down 11.73%, MSTR down 10.12%, COIN down 9.37%.
But sorting by decline, the order is not very intuitive: the hardest hit are not crypto assets, but the most leveraged stocks. BMNR, SBET, MSTR put crypto on their balance sheets, falling 10% to 12%; exchanges COIN, BLSH fell 9% to 11%; spot holders IBIT only fell 5.49%, futures type BITO fell 5.54%.
This is the key. IBIT’s net asset value basically tracks $BTC, and it only fell 5.49%, indicating that this round of selling pressure happened on the stock side, not the crypto side. Leveraged companies were cut twice as much because their stock prices embed crypto prices, liabilities, and financing ability, and any one of these being repriced will amplify the effect.
One day, if you see IBIT leading the decline while MSTR resists the fall, that means crypto itself is in trouble, and money is flowing out from $BTC and $ETH. Now it’s the opposite: external liquidity is contracting.
Keep in mind: rebounds also start with stocks first, crypto lags behind. Rushing to catch a rebound on $SOL risks buying halfway up the slope. What you should watch is whether IBIT has started net inflows. $BTC Unexpected! Optimism's Superchain vision introduces an interesting approach to Ethereum scaling: building an interconnected ecosystem of chains around shared infrastructure. What is most noteworthy in the market today is not just the sharp drop in US stocks and Bitcoin, but also the rise in panic sentiment.
The VIX panic index broke through 25 during the session, the first time since April this year.
I think this signal is more alarming than how much a particular stock has fallen.
Currently, the Nasdaq has dropped more than 4.8%, the Dow's decline has expanded to 2%; Nvidia has fallen over 8%, AMD 15.6%, SanDisk 19.4%. Bitcoin has also fallen below $76,000.
Yesterday the market was still digesting the election results, today it has started a collective sell-off of risk assets. The market is changing too fast.
I have been saying earlier that the AI narrative is fading. Now it seems the pressure is not only on the AI sector, but funds are starting to reassess the risks of the entire market.
High valuations, uncertainty in AI investment returns, interest rate pressure, plus concerns brought by policy changes—any one of these factors alone might not trigger such a large drop, but when market sentiment weakens, they all amplify together.
What’s more troublesome is that tomorrow there is the US non-farm payroll data.
If the employment data is stronger than expected, the market may continue to worry about interest rates staying high; if it is significantly weaker than expected, there will be concerns about economic slowdown. Under this kind of sentiment, even a slight surprise in the data could trigger greater volatility. #非农在即,就业数据能否强化12月加息预期? $QQQ $BTC 24-Hour Spot Fund Scan: BTC Leads Capital Inflow, ETH Selling Pressure Narrows, SOL Strengthens in Sync

Pharaoh almost laughed out loud watching the US stock market today: the AI sector is experiencing a major split! Cloud service "landlords" (Microsoft, Amazon) stocks are strengthening, while the "contractors" (data centers, computing power stocks) who are frantically building server farms are getting brutally wiped out.
Why such a severe divergence? Because Wall Street has done the math. Cloud service providers collect rent, with cash flow pouring in; data centers burn money buying chips and building factories, with profits as thin as paper. This shows the market is no longer buying into the grand narrative of "AI unlimited spending" and is shifting to defense, only recognizing certainty.
This transmission to our crypto circle is painfully causal:
AI sector hype fades ➡️ Tech funds shift from heavy assets to cash flow safe havens ➡️ Overall market risk appetite cools ➡️ High-volatility risk assets like crypto get drained first ➡️ BTC rebounds weakly, continuing a vicious cycle of searching for support downward!

Blockchain fragmentation creates unnecessary complexity for everyday users. NEAR's chain abstraction approach aims to make interactions across different networks feel simpler, reducing the need for users to understand every underlying technical detail. The real test is execution: whether developers adopt these capabilities and whether simpler blockchain experiences translate into consistent user activity. #Sony Q2 operating profit grows 45%, raises full-year performance guidance 78446, ETF redemption wave quietly picked up by institutions

ETH held the selling pressure at 2260, and 2158, which is the 200-day moving average, is a critical support level that must not be broken this round. On-chain Gas fees have dropped to multi-year lows, and accumulated positive factors have been suppressed by sentiment, unable to be released.

$BTC $LTC $ETH This morning I came across a post about mining nostalgia, and my fingers paused for two seconds. Do you still remember the first coin you thought "this time I really caught it"? The poster dug up old records from back then, waking up every day to click mining first, watching who turned off their machine and who increased power. $CORE slid from a peak of $6.9 all the way down to $0.011, a nearly 99% loss over four years. My first reaction after reading wasn’t regret, but recalling that familiar market bustle: suddenly a sector’s entire group looks up, the chat starts spreading "if you miss it, it’s gone," candlesticks keep pushing up, but the real support holding the price is as thin as paper. This is the most deceptive aspect of sector strength and weakness. On the surface, it’s a collective rally, but inside, only a few tokens are carrying the flag, while the rest are just pulled along by sentiment. The mining narrative was the same back then; everyone talked about computing power, output, and the "second Bitcoin," but what really decided the outcome was never the number of participants, but whether there was sustained new demand to absorb the continuously released chips. Heat can create an opening, but support determines the close. Looking at the current rhythm, when BTC stabilizes key ranges, funds will first test altcoins with strong narratives, quickly sorting out the main line and the runners-up within the sector. Strong tokens show volume and buying on pullbacks, which is a bullish path; but if it’s just a broad rise mixed with insufficient volume and the leader weakens causing the whole sector to retreat, that’s a typical false rally. What I care more about is the performance during pullbacks: who still has support when prices fall, and who just rode the wave of sentiment. The unseen risk lies in $HYPE Institutional selling pressure mounts, 78 is the last line of defense
HYPE recently pulled back nearly 3%, after previously hitting 98 and continuing to weaken. More importantly, the price is approaching the super trend line at 78, a clear dividing line between bulls and bears. Since October 30, a16z has transferred about $12.63 million worth of HYPE to exchanges, which the market interprets as institutional cashing out pressure, increasing the risk of retail investors blindly bottom-fishing. Strategy focuses only on 78: if it breaks below, the trend weakens and one should decisively exit; if repeated dips still hold, it indicates ongoing support, so small positions can be used to test rebounds, but heavy positions are not advisable.
$ZEC Upgrade implemented, 1440 is the key switch
ZEC rose slightly by 1% near 1320, after falling from a high of 1697, now consolidating around 1300. As a strong coin that nearly doubled previously, volatility remains high. The Zcash NU7 upgrade has been activated, reducing block time to 25 seconds, providing fundamental news, but whether it can attract incremental funds depends on the 1440 resistance. Do not chase highs before breaking through: consider going long only after stabilizing above 1440; if a rebound at 1440 is resisted, light short positions can be taken with strict stop-loss. #非农在即,就业数据能否强化12月加息预期? #美国中期选举:民主党赢得国会两院控制权 The Nasdaq index rose by 1.44%, yet the three major storage giants simultaneously dropped by 5% to 8%. This is not a split in market sentiment, but rather two completely different trading logics clashing on the same board. 🧐 The Nasdaq's weight rests on software and cloud giants like Microsoft, Amazon, and Apple. When they rise, the index remains stable; the storage sector has a limited share in the index, so even if it collectively plunges, it’s hard to drag the overall market down. What’s really worth questioning is: why are cloud giants being bought while storage is being sold off? The most direct driver is the pricing differentiation under election expectations. After the Democrats took control of the House and Senate, the market began pricing in tighter approval and regulatory paths for data centers, power, and new AI projects. Microsoft, Amazon, and Apple’s profits come from cash flow of existing cloud businesses and do not rely on continuously building new data centers; whereas Micron, SanDisk, and SK Hynix’s orders are deeply tied to new computing power construction, so if expansion slows, storage demand expectations are downgraded and funds will immediately withdraw. ✅ vs. ❌ essentially reflects the divide between “existing cash flow” and “incremental capital expenditure.” On a deeper level, storage itself is a cyclical stock. The script of shortage → order surge → capacity expansion and factory construction → supply increase, demand lag → valuation crash has been repeatedly played out over many years. Meanwhile, the Nasdaq holds a basket of cloud platforms and consumer assets with more durable demand, so the index can still hold up even when semiconductor hardware collectively plunges. This is the structural reason why storage is being sold off separately. My judgment is: this round of storage correction looks more like a mid-cycle valuation adjustment rather than a cycle peak confirmation.First, let me talk about my own positions. My $SNDK long at 1145 is still open. It’s false to say I’m not upset when it broke below 1000. If 975 can’t hold, it might drop to the 700s; this coin really lacks momentum right now.
As for $BTC, after a strong rally, it’s stuck oscillating between 80000 and 81000, with selling pressure above and a bunch of FOMO buyers scrambling below. I tend to wait a bit longer; even if I’m itching to trade, I’ll wait for 78000. Spot can enter anytime, and extending the cycle won’t make much difference. Next, we’ll see if 82000 can hold.
$ETH dropped to 2170 this round, then bounced back to 2450—a 300-point move, likely forced liquidations of shorts. There’s still room; 2560 is a key hurdle. Long term, I see a bull market, but bulls often pull back, so you have to manage the rhythm yourself.
Non-farm payrolls, midterm elections, and JPMorgan’s long-term forecasts are still uncertain right now. #NonFarmPayrollsUpcoming (December rate hike expectations) #USMidtermElections (Democrats winning both chambers) #BTCEnteringJPMorganLongTermForecast (institutional allocation remains cautious)
This is my personal view and does not constitute investment advice. Stock market plummets. Why the crash? The answer is here. First, let's talk about the major indexes: Nasdaq weakened sharply, flashing a drop of over 4%. The trigger was storage semiconductors like SNDK and MU, which collectively plunged, with declines reaching as high as 15%! Why such a severe drop? I mentioned the core reason in the afternoon US stock analysis: changes in data center policies. The market logic is clear: Texas flipped blue, and the new governor, Enohosa, announced a suspension and halt of all data center approvals, canceled related tax incentives, and tightened access again. Other blue states are also showing signs of following suit. This means the difficulty of building new data centers has greatly increased, directly lowering semiconductor shipment expectations. MU and SNDK led the plunge, dragging down the US stock market; the weakening US market then pulled down global risk assets, and Bitcoin also came under pressure. It's truly a battle of giants, with retail investors suffering; even hiding in the crypto space can't escape the impact of the midterm elections. However, according to historical patterns, big drops around midterm elections are common, so this is not unexpected. But this time, the winning side directly hit the stock market fundamentals, and the semiconductor sector, which is highly leveraged and sensitive to volatility, suffered even more damage. One point worth noting: historically, after big drops around midterms, the US stock market often presents good buying opportunities. You might consider buying the index or Bitcoin in batches on dips, as there could be chances for recovery later, but patience and time are key. #NonfarmPayrolls upcoming, can employment data strengthen December rate hike expectations? $SOXL $SNDK $NVDA #美国中选改变美伊预期,布伦特跌破95美元 The Democrats took control of both houses of Congress, holding the power of appropriation, and the market quickly traded on the logic of easing Middle East conflict tensions. The previously accumulated geopolitical risk premium was released in concentration, driving Brent crude below $95. The market's core judgment is that the Democrats can constrain the White House's expansion of strikes against Iran through military funding and war powers legislation, significantly lowering the black swan probability of a full blockade of the Strait of Hormuz. Funds have preemptively cashed in on safe-haven longs.
However, this decline is priced on expectations and does not mean an immediate ceasefire. Iran's stance remains tough, Israel's demands are still an important variable, the risk of channel disruption has not completely disappeared, and crude oil supply and demand remain tight, providing fundamental support on the downside. Coupled with macro factors such as fluctuations in the US dollar and US Treasury yields, oil price volatility is further amplified. CTA trend funds follow the short side, exacerbating the current decline.
The subsequent market will shift from a unilateral conflict escalation to a wide-range oscillation pattern. Two key focuses: first, whether the Democrats can implement appropriation restrictions and promote negotiations; second, whether there are substantive signals of US-Iran easing. If easing expectations fail, the geopolitical premium could quickly rebound at any time.

Macro and Market Trend Analysis 1. Macro Politics and External Market Bearish Factors US Midterm Elections Impact: The Democratic Party gained control of the Senate and House, suppressing Trump and his interest groups, making it difficult for the crypto market to rally in the short term. US Stocks and Crypto Market Linkage: US stocks have been continuously falling recently without stopping, with a risk of accelerated decline, causing funds to exit early; the crypto market cannot remain unaffected and follows the US stock decline. Historical Extreme Market Review: Mentioning historical extreme crashes like March 12 and May 19, noting that although US institutions have entered the market, black swan events must still be guarded against; nothing is impossible in financial markets. 2. But please note one thing: even after such a drop, $SNDK is still up for the year, with a gain of about +260%. 2. The trigger: a tweet The real ignition point today was on November 4, not in the earnings report, nor in NAND prices. Newly elected Arizona congresswoman Yassamin Ansari posted on X, with the core proposition that: on the first day the Democrats enter Congress, the top agenda should be to pause the expansion of AI data centers. Just that. Along with several newly elected governors promising tighter data center approvals during their campaigns, the market suddenly realized: Democratic full control brings not only political changes but also the possibility that the assumption of "unlimited expansion" of AI infrastructure could be interrupted by policy. Why such a big market reaction? Because SanDisk is purely a NAND flash company, with data center revenue of $4.8 billion in a single quarter, a year-over-year growth of about 1,700% — its valuation is entirely based on$INTC Direction: Short

Last night I took a look and found it was the opposite.
Stocks fell much harder than the coins. BMNR dropped 11.73%, CRCL dropped 11.35%, MSTR dropped 10.12%, COIN dropped 9.37%, all double-digit drops. The real coin IBIT only fell 5.49%.
The most fragile isn't $BTC, but the companies doing business around BTC. The miners, holders, and exchanges all took the hit for the coins. People bought them originally thinking "if the coin goes up, I go up even more," but now they realize the other side is "if the coin falls, I fall even worse."

Why is the concern over AI regulation hitting WLD first?
After the news of the Democrats sweeping Congress, Nvidia dropped 7.6%, Arm fell over 10%, and AI hardware suffered heavy losses. On the crypto side, WLD dropped from 0.396 to 0.3463 in 24 hours, down 12.6%, worse than TAO's 7.8% and SUI's 9%.
A related note: WLD is associated with Altman, the same father as OpenAI. When policy risks arise, the market first cuts the one that looks most like the AI narrative.
