The 24-hour data is right here: BTC is around $80,500, up 3.95%—5.28%; ETH is between $2,420—$2,426, up 5.5%—6.6%. Looking only at spot gains, it’s indeed "not too big, not too small," but in the context of a collective rebound in risk assets after the US midterm elections, BTC hasn’t even firmly touched the first resistance at $82,000, and ETH’s 6% looks more like a pulse than a confirmed trend. The issue lies on the contract side, not the price side. 📊 In the past 24 hours, the entire network liquidations were about $983 million—$992 million, with short liquidations at $577 million and long liquidations only $415 million; BTC short liquidations were $310 million, long liquidations less than $87.5 million. The meaning of this data is straightforward: the primary driver of the rise is shorts being forced to close, not longs actively opening positions. More importantly, the funding rates: BTC’s 8-hour average funding rate across the network is about -0.0044%, a nine-month low; ETH rose 6.5% intraday, but its funding rate is only 0.0074%, 25% below the neutral benchmark of 0.01%. If the gains were driven by real demand, the funding rate wouldn’t be this "cold." The spot side also hasn’t given a confirmation signal. BTC futures volume is $84.36 billion, spot only $7.29 billion, futures trading is more than ten times spot; ETH’s futures/spot volume ratio is similarly extreme. On the ETF front, BTC spot ETFs had a net inflow of $74.6 million on November 4, ending three consecutive days of outflows, but prior to thatThe most noteworthy thing this week isn't $BTC returning to 80,000, but the reason behind its rebound.
On Tuesday, during the US midterm elections, the Democrats took both the House and Senate. According to many before the event, this was considered bearish: the CLARITY Act would be harder to push through. As a result, on the night of the vote count, BTC first dropped to around 75,700, then on Wednesday it rallied back above 80,000 along with the US stock market, with the Dow Jones rising 3% that day.
My review: The market often trades not on the outcome itself, but on the disappearance of "uncertainty." Before the election, ETFs saw outflows totaling $1.16 billion over three consecutive trading days, and implied volatility in options was elevated, indicating that most of the fear had already been priced in.
Another detail worth noting: On Wednesday, BTC spot ETFs had a net inflow of $74.6 million, which looks like a positive sign. But breaking it down, BlackRock's IBIT still saw outflows of $201 million, while Fidelity contributed about $237 million to support the inflow. Looking only at the total can easily overestimate the "return of institutions."
A lesson to myself: Don't bet on direction before major events; wait for the results to settle and then observe how the funds move; one day of positive inflow doesn't count, it takes several consecutive days.
Did you reduce your positions early this week, or hold steady? The moment Microsoft pushed $25 billion of war game troops across the river boundary, the entire chessboard's piece value table had to be recalculated.
Bonds are not sacrificed pieces; they are deployed pieces. Many people see giants issuing debt and think they are seeking a draw in the endgame, but they have it exactly backwards—this is just past the tenth move of the midgame, with both sides still battling in the center. Whoever first moves their heavy pieces to the open lines gains the initiative. Since 2017, Microsoft hasn't placed pieces on this dollar line, and now it has launched $25 billion at once; six months later, the Yuan platform returned to the board and also made its first move on the euro flank, with a €9 billion stake attracting a €53 billion counterplay. Orders far exceed issuance, indicating the opponent is eager to match your pieces—this is not a liquidity-starved game, but one highly favored by the position.
A true player doesn't look one move ahead but twenty. Oracle issued $20 billion in bonds, Alphabet followed with €6 billion—these are not isolated tactical combinations but the same chain of pawns advancing: the king called cash flow is quietly hidden in the rear, while debt pawns push to the front line to complete a promotion on the central square of computing infrastructure. Everyone can see they are spending money, but what is unseen is that they are redefining their piece structure—exchanging space on the income statement for time on the balance sheet.
Time is the most precious resource in this game.
Credit spreads are a semi-open line. Giants flooding the bond market is equivalent to actively opening this line and then using their credit ratings to occupy the squares. The thinner the spread is compressed, the more the market is willing to let them move pieces for free; but once this line is recaptured, the initiative instantly changes hands. So don't just look at issuance size; look at subscription multiples—that signals whether the opponent is willing to accompany you through the midgame.
Now zoom in on that tokenized US stock target. It is just one square on the board, but it reflects the entire capital structure's grand game. When these giants' financing rhythm switches from "own cash flow" to "capital markets plus leverage," the piece on the chain will have its volatility driven by news from the debt side. Every micro-adjustment in bond pricing is a light piece dropped by the opponent in your half of the board—seemingly harmless but actually blocking two of your deployment routes.
My judgment is simple: the initiative has already shifted from the cash flow side to the balance sheet side. Whoever first pushes their pawn chain into the opponent's half can force the opponent to make choices in the corner. #microsoftmeta40bbonds$INJ
Around 4 a.m., I wrote about the INJ ETF approval, saying that approval doesn't equal subscription. The price touched 7.978 then slipped back to 7.912, a pointless rise. In the afternoon, I was proven wrong—after 4 p.m., it jumped from 8.19 straight up to 8.59, now at 8.43, nearly a 10% increase from 7.692 in 24 hours.
But this surge has little to do with the approval. Looking at volume: 2.82 million contracts at 4 p.m., 6.04 million at 5 p.m., 5.76 million at 6 p.m., while the previous hours were only 700,000 to 1 million contracts, volume increased 4 to 5 times. Price follows volume, not news.
What's more awkward is the open interest. Perpetual open interest is 610,000 INJ, equivalent to 5.14 million USD, with daily turnover of 32.98 million, turnover rate over six times, all intraday trades, no one is holding positions overnight. The funding rate even turned negative, -0.0014%, shorts are paying longs.
My interpretation: short-term funds are pushing in a thin pool, not funds coming in to lock tokens. There's a gap of several months between approval and actual subscription. If tokens were really being locked, open interest would rise and funding rates would turn positive. Neither is happening now.
So I won't guess how far this wave can go, just watching one thing: when open interest starts to increase.
#非农在即,就业数据能否强化12月加息预期? $BTC rebounds back to $80,000, where is the follow-up capital?
After the Democrats took control of both houses of Congress, $BTC first dipped to $75,734, then rebounded to a high of $81,200, closing near $80,300 on November 4. The market did not follow the script of "continuous decline due to worsening regulatory expectations," indicating that election uncertainty and short-term position adjustments may have been priced in ahead of political labels.
But the rebound cannot yet be called a trend reversal. The US spot BTC ETF saw a net inflow of about $74.6 million on November 4, ending a previous two-day cumulative net outflow of about $514 million; this is a signal of capital returning, but still only a single-day positive turn. Meanwhile, the total open interest in futures increased by about 3% in 24 hours, with liquidations around $469 million, indicating that derivative positions are also increasing in sync.
I am more focused on two conditions: whether the ETF can maintain continuous net inflows, and whether $BTC can hold above $80,000 and absorb selling pressure near $81,200. If spot capital follows through, the quality of the rebound will improve; if the ETF turns to outflows again and the price falls back below $80,000, yesterday’s move looks more like emotional repair.
Do you think this rally depends more on spot capital follow-through, or is short covering already enough?
#美国中期选举:民主党赢得国会两院控制权 In three days, $1.158 billion worth of grouting was completely extracted from the load-bearing wall — and on the blueprint, this building was still marked to be built up to 2027 floors.
Anyone who works in structural engineering understands one thing: the ETF funding channel is essentially a post-tensioning prestress system designed for the Bitcoin building. Now that the prestress has been collectively removed within three days, the building not collapsing immediately does not mean the stress redistribution is complete. The real danger has never been the visible cracks at the moment, but that the building’s natural vibration period has quietly lengthened — you think it just shook a bit, but actually it’s oscillating at a different frequency.
JPMorgan drew Bitcoin into the 2027 master plan for the first time, which is a big deal, equivalent to the client finally agreeing to acknowledge this non-standard component in the structural specifications. But the parameters it gave reveal the true attitude: 10% to 15% annualized return, 55% volatility. I have done seismic design for twenty years; seeing 55% vertical acceleration, my first reaction is not profit, but that this building must have separate joints, separate seismic isolation and damping, and a dedicated foundation not shared with other buildings. It is allowed to exist, but not allowed to be integrated into the main structure.
A 33% correlation with stocks, combined with the word "unstable," is the acceptance conclusion I’m most familiar with: insufficient corridor stiffness, unreliable node connections. What is a covariance matrix? It is the structural calculation book for the entire asset allocation, the overall explanation of how bending moments and shear forces are transmitted between components. If the load path of a corridor changes every month, no structural engineer would dare to include it in the main calculation model. It can only be treated as an independent structure standing aside, coming and going with the wind. So-called diversified returns, in structural terms, contribute zero to overall stiffness.
Looking at the linkage between tokenized US stocks and Bitcoin — this is more like a batch of prefabricated components delivered to the site, only to find the tolerance levels of the connectors don’t match. No matter how refined the prefabricated parts are, if the nodes don’t fit, the modular building can only become piles of qualified scrap in the yard. The foundation is the white paper, the load-bearing is development capability, but what really determines whether this building can withstand the next earthquake are those ugly, silent connection nodes never written into the promotional brochures.
Extracting $1.1 billion of grouting in three days, stuffing 55% seismic magnitude into the parameter table, and setting a separate joint outside the covariance matrix. This building won’t collapse, but it will never be approved to be integrated into the main structure. #jpmbtclongtermforecast02 The ones carrying the sedan chair are the shorts
Data from CoinGlass shows that on November 4, the total market contract liquidations once approached $750 million, with $378 million worth of short positions liquidated within just one hour. Bitfinex, citing the same data source, reported $913 million, 60% of which came from shorts. Although the metrics differ, the scale is consistent.
As the price rises, shorts are forced to liquidate, and liquidation itself is a buy. This chain reaction requires no new narrative; it can push the price up on its own for a while.
What further illustrates the issue is the position structure. On November 3, Bitcoin contract open interest reached 701,500 contracts, the highest since September 22; the perpetual contract funding rate has stayed around an annualized 11% over the past two weeks. The price is falling, long positions are not decreasing, and longs continue to pay shorts. This is not how a healthy correction should look.
On the other hand, losing positions are being cut. The SOPR of short-term holders has been below 1 for six consecutive trading days, reading 0.994 on November 4; the net realized loss across the market expanded from 13,000 BTC on November 2 to 24,600 BTC on November 4. One side is leveraged longs holding on desperately, the other is spot holders accepting losses. The coexistence of these two groups creates the most painful structure.
$BTC On the radar echo map, 49% of the red precipitation flux is positively pressing toward Circle's monsoon trough, yet ground reserve income has inversely dropped by 8%—this is an abnormal weather pattern with a strong upper-level jet stream and a cutoff of low-level moisture supply.
First, looking at the national station's overall account: Circle's Q3 revenue and reserve income rose 17% year-over-year to $865 million, with continuing operating net profit up 5% to $226 million. On the surface, it looks like daily precipitation exceeds the annual average, but hourly rainfall intensity distribution is uneven. USDC on-chain transaction volume increased by 49%, equivalent to a surge in moisture flux, with active settlement cloud clusters and elevated low-level humidity; however, reserve income dropped to $658 million, down 8%. The decline in reserve asset yield is like accelerated evaporation above a reservoir—although precipitation is abundant, effective runoff is not simultaneously stored. The main driver behind the revenue exceeding expectations also includes $182 million from the Arc blockchain token presale, which is a localized strong convective single-point heavy rain—intense pulses with small coverage, not directly extrapolatable to the entire rainy season.
Placing XEWY downstream in the cloud system, the linkage is not determined by single-station precipitation but by coupling of upstream and downstream circulation. The rise in USDC on-chain transaction volume means increased liquidity humidity on-chain, indicating a warm moist airflow lifting risk appetite for tokenized US stock assets; however, the decline in reserve income shows that the interest rate pressure field forms a cold advection over Circle's profit quality, with a shear line above the valuation anchor. If XEWY follows the tokenized stock cloud cluster, the short term may first be lifted by the liquidity warm zone, then corrected by cold air from the interest rate side. The focus should not be on the single 49%, but on the volume wind shear, capital flow shear lines, and whether Arc presale income can transition from localized heavy rain to continuous precipitation.
Meteorological assessment: This is not a typhoon landfall but warm convective activity at the edge of the subtropical high pressure, localized strong, short duration, and with large path divergence. In ensemble forecasts, 49% transaction volume is a positive disturbance, 8% reserve income is a negative disturbance, and $182 million presale is a single-point pulse; combined, market sentiment visibility is low, and the pressure gradient is tugging between on-chain activity and reserve yield. XEWY's linkage signal currently only reaches the strong convective blue warning level; the next weather map will focus on whether the cold air affecting reserve yield continues to move south. #circleq3usdcvolumeup49%Bitcoin returns to 80,000, spot buyers did not applaud
November 5, 2026
Last night, Bitcoin was pulled back from $75,618. By the afternoon of the 5th, the price hovered around $80,300, with a 24-hour increase just over 2%, reaching an intraday high of $81,190. From the low point, this rebound is about 7%.
On the chart, this is the most decent bullish candle since late October. But breaking down the capital flow over these days, the ones lifting the price are not spot buyers.
This year is not a correction in a bull market, but a bear market that has lasted thirteen months.
Bitcoin hit an all-time high of $126,198 on October 6, 2025. Now at $80,300, it has dropped more than 35%. In early June, it fell below $60,000, the lowest since October 2024; the first week of June saw a 16% drop, the worst single week since the FTX collapse.
On August 21, there was a more substantial rebound, rising over 20% in three trading days, retaking $78,000. On September 21, it surged to $87,396, but the market deemed it a false breakout without volume confirmation, then it dropped nearly 13%, erasing September's gains.
Putting the current 7% back on this timeline, it looks more like a bear market rally. This position leads us to the question: has the trend changed, or is it another instance of leaving those chasing highs stranded halfway up the mountain? $BTC Funding Aspect: The "Apparent Positive Turn" and "Internal Rift" of ETFs
On November 4, ETFs saw a net inflow of $74.6 million, which on the surface is a positive signal indicating an end to outflows. However, the internal structural divergence is more important than the total volume:
IBIT experienced outflows for the fourth consecutive trading day, with a single-day outflow of 935.2 million. Meanwhile, FBTC led inflows with $237 million, almost single-handedly offsetting IBIT's outflows. This divergence of "BlackRock selling, Fidelity buying" indicates that institutional funds are not systematically returning but are reallocating among different products.
Bitwise characterizes this as: the $1.16 billion outflow over three consecutive days resembles short-term risk aversion rather than a structural exit by institutions; however, before net inflows recover, derivative-driven rallies may still lack spot confirmation. Today's single-day positive turn in ETFs is a marginal improvement, but a single day's inflow is insufficient to prove that the funding direction has reversed. $BTC $ETH $ZEC #索尼Q2营业利润增长45%,上调全年业绩指引 ⚔️ Cultural war in Zcash: crisis or the best marketing?
Passions are running high around Zcash right now. The community is arguing about almost everything: how to allocate the development fund money, what to spend the marketing budget on, who and how should govern the protocol.
From the outside, it looks like a split. But there is another perspective: maybe this is one of the strongest bullish signals for ZEC.
What are they arguing about?
Developer Sean Bowe questioned the automatic allocation of 8% of the emission to grants. In response, it is proposed to direct part of the funds to network security and reduce future grants.
A scandal was also caused by a marketing proposal for hundreds of thousands of dollars, which many consider wasteful. And a vulnerability in the Orchard pool, which has already been fixed with a new pool, added tension.
Project veterans remind us: $ZEC should not turn into either a "scientific exhibition" of cryptography for cryptography's sake or a testing ground for governance experiments. Its one goal is privacy.
Why could this be good?
The main thing in this war is what no one is arguing about. No one is proposing to give up privacy.
The disputes concern only tactics, not direction. When coin holders voted on whether to keep halvings, 2.37 million ZEC voted "for," and only 22 thousand voted "against."
Moreover, internal conflicts make Zcash viral by themselves. It doesn't need to fight Ethereum or Solana to get into the news feed.
The privacy topic attracts prominent authors from both ends of the political spectrum: those who fear the state and those who fear corporations. It's hard to recall another coin with such potential.
What about the technology?
While the dispute continues, development does not stop. The NU7 update reduces block time from 75 to 25 seconds, the Zodl wallet makes private transactions routine, and exchanging Bitcoin for shielded ZEC takes just a few taps.
The cultural war is a sign that the project is alive and people care.
But the risks are real: if disputes over money paralyze governance, development will suffer. So watch not the loudness of the discussions, but whether updates are released on time $BTC is around 80,300, pushed up by a $320 million short squeeze in the early morning 30 minutes, with short liquidations accounting for 81%. This is a squeeze, not a reversal. The ETF overall turned positive by 74.6 million, but IBIT has seen outflows for 4 consecutive days totaling 935 million, and FBTC alone supports 237 million. Institutions are rotating positions, not returning funds. Do not chase longs before a volume breakout between 81,000-82,000; the right-side observation zone is a stable pullback around 79,000-79,800. $BTC #BTC进入摩根大通长期预测,机构配置仍谨慎 Today, the worst explosion on OKX was not Bitcoin, but gold.
XAU perpetual contracts had a daily liquidation of $538 million, accounting for 80% of today's $686 million. At 11:55, a short position of $76.67 million was directly wiped out, and at 11:40 there was another $63.24 million. Shorts suffered more today: $454 million in short liquidations versus $232 million in longs.
On the crypto side, it's just a fraction: BTC perpetual contracts $83.45 million, ZEC $26.5 million.
The money didn't explode in contracts; it moved on-chain: withdrawals of $1.456 billion, collections back of $913 million, net outflow of $543 million. Four exchanges recorded 1,318 transactions, with 657 buys and 661 sells; the largest single trade was still Gate's active BTC sell of $6.94 million. The buy and sell volumes are so balanced that no one wants to pay more.
Yet, some are still shorting contracts. Hyperliquid opened longs of $228 million and shorts of $252 million, with shorts exceeding longs by $23.35 million. At 07:47, a $23.5 million long was opened, executed in 392 trades within one minute.
Money is flowing out, contracts continue to be shorted, and gold has already exploded once. Do you think these three things are the same?
This does not constitute investment advice.I am still watching BTC for now, leaving my focus tonight on tomorrow's non-farm payrolls, not rushing to trade before the data direction is clear. It will be released at 21:30 Beijing time on November 6.
Last time, the new jobs added were only 29,000, and July and August were revised down by a total of 60,000, so I pay more attention to wages and revisions, not just the number of new jobs.
After the release, verify the difference from expectations, then see if the dollar, US bonds, and BTC volume direction align; if signals conflict, continue to wait and don't treat weak employment as a direct buy signal.

#非农在即,就业数据能否强化12月加息预期? Circle's earnings report is quite interesting; the results are indeed impressive, but a closer look reveals some nuances👀
Last night, Circle $CRCL announced its Q3 earnings report, with revenue of $865 million, a 17% year-over-year increase, earnings per share of $0.84, far exceeding the market expectation of around $0.4, and adjusted EBITDA grew by 85% year-over-year.
However, there is a detail worth noting:
This quarter, Circle confirmed $182 million in revenue through the ARC token presale, accounting for about 21% of total revenue, while traditional USDC reserve interest income actually declined by 8% year-over-year;
Even more interestingly, USDC's on-chain transaction volume grew 49% year-over-year this quarter, but the circulating supply at the end of the period was basically flat compared to the same period last year.
This indicates that USDC's usage activity is indeed increasing, but scale expansion has not yet caught up.
I think Circle's future highlights are still very clear: the Arc mainnet, payment network, and institutional partnerships are all trying to open growth avenues beyond interest income.
However, this earnings beat is somewhat credited to one-time income.
What is truly worth watching next is whether these new businesses can continue to generate revenue, since selling tokens can bring a quarterly surprise, but long-term valuation still depends on sustained profitability.
#CircleQ3营收超预期,USDC链上交易量增长49% #US Midterm Elections: Democrats Win Control of Both Houses of Congress #非农在即,就业数据能否强化12月加息预期? #US Midterm Elections Change US-Iran Expectations, Brent Falls Below $95 I believe the biggest market impact of this US midterm election is not just the change in the US political landscape, but the shift in expectations regarding the escalation of US-Iran conflict. With the Democrats gaining control of both houses of Congress in the midterm elections, the Trump administration faces greater political pressure, and the space to further expand military actions against Iran may be limited. The market has begun to reprice the possibility of a cooling down of the US-Iran conflict. From market performance: 1. Brent crude oil has fallen for the fourth consecutive trading day, with a single-day drop of 8.7% on November 4, closing at $94.62/barrel, and further dipping near $93 on November 5. 2. WTI crude oil simultaneously retreated to around $87, indicating the market is quickly digesting the previously accumulated geopolitical risk premium. 3. Expectations for US-Iran negotiations are heating up, and with the gradual restoration of transport through the Strait of Hormuz, the tight supply expectations for crude oil have eased. But here is a key issue: a drop in oil prices does not mean the war risk has been eliminated. The new US Congress members will not officially take office until January next year, and Trump still has military decision-making space in the short term, so the situation may still fluctuate. For the financial markets, three directions need attention going forward: First, the drop in crude oil helps alleviate global inflation pressure and reduces the economic impact of energy prices. Second, if inflation continues to cool, the Federal Reserve's future monetary policy space may improve, but it should not be simply understood that a drop in oil prices means an immediate rate cut. ThirdAfter reading, I noted three things, with the most important detail being: investors can still subscribe through traditional channels. Amundi, in cooperation with CACEIS, launched the first Ethereum tokenized shares of its euro money market fund, adopting a hybrid distribution model.
1. My judgment is that this is a relatively positive signal for traditional asset management accessing public chains, but not a signal that traditional channels are being replaced. Retaining the original entry means clients do not have to change their subscription habits first, and institutions can leave room for verification of the on-chain version. This is more pragmatic than an all-at-once approach.
2. I separate "fund shares on-chain" from "ordinary users finding it easier to buy." The material does not explain admission thresholds, fees, or transfer rules. If these aspects still have restrictions, then my guess is that the convenience brought by going on-chain may not immediately benefit ordinary users.
3. Regarding Ethereum, I focus more on whether such products can continuously use on-chain infrastructure rather than imagining token prices just because of asset management giants. The landing of tokenized shares is one thing; subsequent usage frequency and scale are another. This news does not yet answer the latter.
I will first add this to the "institutional on-chain landing" list, then watch product rules and actual usage, without rushing to convert product progress into market judgments. $SOL
Solana's ecosystem has developed a strong identity around fast transactions and accessible on-chain applications. Yet high activity does not automatically mean sustainable economic growth. The important distinction is between temporary speculative traffic and recurring demand from users, developers, and businesses. Network reliability, fee generation, and application retention will help determine how durable Solana's competitive position becomes. The phrase "fourth delay" gave me a familiar feeling like the last round: the market focuses on policy looseness or tightness and easily mistakes the pursuit of a buffer period as a shift in the rules. This time, South Korea is seeking to postpone the originally scheduled 22% cryptocurrency income tax, set to start in January 2027, to 2029.
But what concerns me more this time is not paying taxes for a few fewer years, but the uncertainty caused by repeated rescheduling. My judgment is that this leans toward an emotional positive, but it is not yet a signal of a stronger industry cycle. After all, the delay is still under negotiation and does not equal tax cancellation; if it is ultimately implemented, users will have more time to adapt, but long-term participation still needs to consider tax costs.
In the last round, it was easy to just see the news as "loosened," but now I will pay more attention to whether the rules can be stably enforced. Next, I will focus on the official arrangements and not treat the expectation of delay as new demand.I've always been puzzled: when an exchange gets hacked, why is it the banks that end up getting nervous?
Last week, Binance was reported to have suffered a hacker attack of about $6.3 billion. This figure comes from a single source, but how the hack happened and where the money went have not been disclosed at all.
As a result, on November 5th, the Federal Reserve and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency went to ask US banks: have there been any recent system anomalies or service interruptions? Several banks conducted self-inspections on the spot.
Then I figured it out. When I click to withdraw on $BNB, the money has to go through bank accounts, interbank clearing, and payment instructions. If the exchange's interface is compromised, the entire chain of pipelines behind it is exposed.
It's not that banks are meddling too much; it's that they've realized they've been standing right next door all along. Last week, Binance was reported to have suffered a hacker attack involving approximately $6.3 billion. The figure comes from a single source citing Reuters, with only moderate confidence. However, the market is extremely sensitive to scale; a potential loss in the tens of billions is enough to tear a hole in the phrase "the platform is very secure."
What is truly unsettling is not the amount, but the blank space. There is no authoritative disclosure on which path the attack took, which vulnerability was exploited, or whether the funds have been recovered. The timing is only vaguely placed as "last week." No one can deduce from on-chain evidence how resilient the $BNB system really is.
A few days later, on November 5, the Federal Reserve and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency did something rare: they proactively contacted multiple U.S. banks, not asking about exchanges, but about whether the banks' own systems had experienced any anomalies or service interruptions recently. Several banks immediately launched self-inspections, and at least one large bank is already drafting an internal report to assess whether to upgrade protections.
The sequence is worth pondering. Regulators did not first approach the exchanges but knocked on the banks' doors. This is because exchanges are never isolated black boxes: every step of user deposits and withdrawals is backed by transfers between bank accounts, interbank clearing, and payment instructions. Once the interface layer is controlled, the risk extends to the banking side.
So far, there is no public information indicating that the U.S. banking system has experienced anomalies or losses directly related to this incident. But the signal is clear: a crypto security event has, for the first time, been treated as a stress test for traditional financial infrastructure. The pricing of $BTC and $ETH probably has not yet factored in this layer.Losing over a hundred thousand in less than a month, the problem isn't luck
Losing over a hundred thousand in less than a month, I actually fell asleep the night of the liquidation.
What does this number mean: losing over a hundred thousand wasn't a one-time loss, it was slowly worn down by adding a bit of leverage each time.
What he actually did: kept holding the losing position, turning each small loss into a total liquidation.
The rule literally says: the larger the position, the more a slight adverse price movement triggers the system to sell.
In other words, it's not the market knocking you down at once, but leverage amplifying each fluctuation enough to knock you down.
The moment the money is gone, trading stops, and so does the person.
The size of the leverage multiplier determines how many fluctuations you can withstand.

#$BTC 11.5 Gold Evening Analysis
Although the current market is fluctuating at a high level, the upward momentum has clearly weakened. Technical indicators on the 30-minute and 1-hour charts are simultaneously signaling a sell, and the upcoming Bank of England interest rate decision and US initial jobless claims data tonight are very likely to trigger a pullback.
A more hawkish-than-expected Bank of England will boost the pound and the US dollar index. A stronger dollar usually directly pressures dollar-denominated precious metals, causing prices to plunge.

$XAU The latest report from the World Gold Council shows that central banks and other official institutions had a net gold purchase of about 321 tons in the third quarter. However, in the same quarter, total gold demand was basically flat year-on-year and did not strengthen overall despite the increase in central bank buying.
Demand for gold jewelry fell 17% year-on-year, and demand for gold bars and coins dropped 19%. While central banks are buying, other buyers are becoming cautious.
This is a clue to my understanding of the pressure on gold prices: gold has different uses and different buyers. An increase in one type of demand may be partially offset by a decrease in another. Focusing only on central bank purchases can easily overlook the entire supply and demand picture.
Another very straightforward figure is that the average gold price in the third quarter fell about 5% quarter-on-quarter. This refers to the quarterly average price, not the price change at the end of the quarter, yet it is enough to show that central bank buying and price pressure can occur simultaneously.
I acknowledge the long-term significance of central banks allocating gold, but I would not treat it as a short-term price guarantee. The goal of central banks managing reserves is not the same as ordinary investors hoping for a quick return on their accounts.
This report makes me more willing to seriously study the demand structure rather than continue forwarding the comforting message that "central banks are all buying." Long-term buying provides support, but when prices will strengthen still requires cooperation from other funds and the macro environment. The logic is supported, but the market must be allowed to move more slowly.
#全球央行Q3购金321吨,金价为何持续承压? "LINK and AVAX: Institutional Narratives, Who Can Deliver Value?"
When the market rebounds, RWA and public chains are easily labeled as "institutional entry." But I don't want to just hear stories: cooperation, launch, real usage, and token benefits are four different things.
First, look at LINK. Chainlink's recent New York event recap mentioned that Hanwha Investment & Securities has established a strategic partnership to advance applications in asset tokenization, data verification, and cross-chain interoperability, adopting Chainlink data standards and CCIP. The cooperation has been announced, but that doesn't mean all business has scaled and landed. I will observe subsequent real asset issuance, cross-chain message volume, and service revenue; the risk is that institutional adoption of technology does not necessarily translate into proportional LINK buying pressure.
Next, look at AVAX. Avalanche officially confirmed that the Helicon upgrade was activated on the mainnet on September 22, bringing changes such as continuous execution, automatic restaking, and dynamic minimum Gas prices. This is already deployed technology, not a new benefit announced today. Going forward, we need to watch actual network transaction demand, validator participation, and fee burning; the risk is that low fees attract usage but do not necessarily increase token value capture.
One focuses on cross-chain data and connectivity, the other provides an on-chain execution environment. What truly matters to track is not how loud the announcements are, but how many real customers are willing to pay afterward.
Do you favor LINK's institutional connectivity or AVAX's on-chain application hosting?
Not investment advice[Midterm Election Results | The Truth About BTC and Subsequent Strategy]
The V-shaped rebound from last night to this morning made many think "Democrats won → positive," but the logic is actually simpler:
Uncertainty eliminated = tail risk premium declines = short covering and replenishment
Polymarket had already set the winning probability above 75%, so the result was no surprise. The Dow Jones rose 3% in a single day, BTC pulled back from 75,700 to above 80,000, essentially the same trading logic as "selling the fact after earnings release."
The core variable that truly determines BTC’s direction has never been the election, but rather:
The Fed’s December rate hike probability at 81% — as long as this line holds, any rebound should be treated as a rebound first
ETF fund flows — net outflow of 515 million last month, limited rebound space before turning positive
The $80K–82K resistance zone — only a stable break above is a true reversal; failure to hold means consolidation and accumulation
No need to overly worry about "policy negatives" in the mid to long term. At the government level, Bitcoin adoption has transcended party lines — asset confiscation and reserve transfers are bipartisan consensus, and cross-party support is more durable than support from a single party.
However, the legislative side (CLARITY Act) is very likely to be shelved for two years, putting the industry into a "regulatory gray area."
In summary:
The election gave a pulse, not a trend.
The next key node is tonight’s nonfarm payroll preview; employment data may influence December rate hike expectations. Like last night, wait for signals, don’t chase highs, and enter after a proper pullback.

Translation: The speed of making money can't keep up with the speed of burning computing power. LSD and restaking sectors like to attract funds with "double yields." But as staking rates climb, cracks in the mechanism appear: you focus on the surface-level high APY, while the protocol focuses on your principal.
Comparing these three targets:
$LDO (Lido): The giant of liquid staking. stETH has a huge scale, but the LDO token itself lacks a hard mechanism to directly capture staking fees (only governance). In extreme market conditions, if stETH experiences a discount and loses its peg, the protocol treasury and token inflation can hardly provide effective rescue, and token holders bear the brunt.
$ETHFI (ether.fi): The rising star of restaking. Recently pivoted to crypto payment cards, trying to increase real income. But the pain point is that its early large TVL heavily depends on the expectation of point airdrops. Once points fade, Ethereum's unstaking queue period (lasting several days) will create huge liquidity squeeze pressure.
$EIGEN (EigenLayer): The leader in restaking. Innovative mechanism, but the real external AVS (Active Validation Service) fees are extremely low. The main "yield" earned by stakers is essentially EIGEN's inflation issuance. Once the token price drops, stakers face not only price losses but also multiple slashing risks.
Conclusion:
LDO is "large scale but weak token empowerment"; ETHFI is "dependent on point expectations, pressured by unstaking"; EIGEN is "inflation-subsidized, complex mechanism." Both chambers lost, Trump still has one trump card: the veto power.
The Democrats hold 54 seats in the Senate and have confirmed 240 seats in the House; overturning a veto requires 67 and 290 seats respectively, which is far off. "No cooperation means total veto" is a bargaining chip, not just empty talk.
But budgets, appropriations, and personnel all have to pass through Congress. You veto me, I block you, leaving only shutdown or negotiation. With only two years left until 2028, no one can afford a shutdown. I judge compromise is highly likely.

BTC liquidations reached 266 million with short positions accounting for 93.4%, but all four coins' 1-hour positions have flipped positive. The decision night hasn't been announced yet, but the shorts have already been squeezed once. 😶
It's evening now, the Bank of England's decision will land tonight, followed by the US initial jobless claims. The vote expectation is 7-2 to raise to 4.00%, and initial claims are expected at 197,000. Let me first spread out my positions to take a look.
Who's entering the market?
Short-term positions have all flipped positive: ZEC up 1.60% leading the pack, SOL up 0.63%, ETH up 0.28%, BTC only up 0.03%, the feeling is more of covering shorts than new money coming in. 📋
Who's getting squeezed?
In the last 24 hours, 706 million was liquidated, with shorts accounting for 64.9%, 99,591 people got wiped out. Of BTC's 266 million, 93% was on the short side; for ETH's 196 million, shorts accounted for 57.8%.
Where is the danger?
Prices are grinding at high levels: BTC hovering around 80,493, ETH at 2,419, SOL hasn't hit 100 yet, ZEC at 1,325. The rate hike expectation is already priced in about 90%, the real variable is if the vote doesn't match 7-2. Bulls vs bears are basically even at 49.4 to 50.6.
What am I doing now?
Positions remain unchanged, waiting for the decision to land before adjusting. If the vote matches expectations, I'll proceed as planned; if initial claims deviate too much from 197,000, I'll take action. 🔒
In the end, the decision night isn't about who is braver, but whose positions survive until dawn. Only those who survive have the right to talk about the next trade. I've already acknowledged this checklist. The Bank of England's rate decision is at 8 PM tonight, with the market fully pricing in a rate hike. The UK September CPI is 3.5%, up from 3.1% in August, mainly driven by oil prices. The rate is expected to rise from 3.75% to 4%, marking the first hike in this cycle.
In September, the vote was 6 to 3 to hold, with three members wanting to hike then. Goldman Sachs expects a 7 to 2 vote this time, with two dissenting votes favoring no change. Bailey previously said they can't wait until the second-round effects of wages and prices are confirmed before acting.
What happens after the hike is the key point. The money market is pricing in several more hikes next year, though many economists think that's too aggressive. The mainstream view is one more hike in February to cap at 4.25%. MUFG shares this view, reasoning that the UK economy is too strong to ignore the energy shock. This is a quarterly forecast meeting; Goldman Sachs estimates the new forecast will place the inflation peak in the first half of 2027, surpassing 4%.
The Fed is in a similar position. FedWatch gives an 81.2% probability of a 25 basis point hike in December. Tomorrow night at 9:30 PM, the October nonfarm payrolls will be released, expected to increase by only about 60,000, with an unemployment rate of 4.2%. ADP earlier reported 86,000.
The suspense lies in the vote split and Bailey's tone. A 7 to 2 vote with vague guidance will likely cause the pound to spike then retreat, short-term gilt yields to rebound, and the market to price back some of next year's hikes; if the new forecast shows an inflation peak clearly above 4%, the idea of capping in February won't hold. As long as nonfarm payrolls exceed 100,000, the 81% probability won't drop. $QQQ $TSLA $AAPL #非农在即,就业数据能否强化12月加息预期? The most striking part of the report is not the method, but that this route has become so smooth it needs no explanation—account, interbank transfer, exchange platform, three steps completed, and the money disappears from the ledger.
The figures are currently unclear. French sources say over 100 million euros were transferred, but the bank does not confirm and only says the amount is still being assessed; meanwhile, it claims to have intercepted some funds and is pursuing the rest, with no loss to customer funds. The Paris prosecutor's office has launched a formal investigation, and the matter will not stop at the bank's PR statements.
The mechanism deserves analysis. Interbank transfers have a clearing window, which is slow but can be intercepted; once it lands on the blockchain, whether $BTC, $ETH, or stablecoins, the recovery logic shifts from "freezing accounts" to "seeking exchange cooperation," which is a completely different scale. The key phrase in the material is "specialized platform"—this is not a spur-of-the-moment action, but a ready channel waiting for this kind of money.
So the signal is not how big 100 million euros is, but that the "bank account to crypto asset" route has been opened again. Risk control is stacked at the account level, compliance is stacked at the deposit and withdrawal level, and the middle segment is precisely the most empty.
One question remains: the bank says customer funds were not lost, so for the portion intercepted but still unrecovered, who ultimately bears the loss? If the answer is all token holders—with stricter KYC, slower withdrawals, more address tagging—then this loss is actually shared across the entire industry.Tomorrow night at 21:30, the US October nonfarm payroll data will be released. Let me briefly share my thoughts.
The market expects an increase of 65,000 jobs, with the previous value at 29,000, and the unemployment rate is expected to remain at 4.2%. Earlier ADP data recorded 86,000, higher than market expectations, which indirectly reflects that the current employment environment has not shown obvious signs of weakening.
Background worth noting for this data: During previous interest rate meetings, there were internal differences of opinion, with some officials expressing hawkish views. At this stage, market speculation about subsequent policy adjustments has already heated up.
If employment and wage-related data strengthen again this time, it is highly likely to further boost hawkish market sentiment, causing disturbances to major risk assets and precious metals.
My personal view: The data may show moderate recovery, but this alone may not directly change the expectations already formed in the market at this stage.
🎯 Therefore, my focus this time is not on the final numbers themselves, but rather: if the data significantly exceeds expectations, whether various assets can withstand this round of emotional impact.
Many people tend to overlook one point: related speculation has already been priced in by the market in advance. What truly causes large fluctuations is data that exceeds expectations again, reigniting concerns about an inflation rebound.
The data is just the fuse; the choice of funds in the market is the signal worth continuously observing afterward. #AAOI高速光模块放量,Q3财报能否超预期? $ETH $BTC $ZEC In the previous cycle, I always had a sense of familiarity with news like "corporate financing to buy coins": once the funding channel moves, the market tends to factor in the subsequent buy orders in advance. Now I remind myself that there is still a step between financing and buying.
According to Bitcoin Treasuries, Strategy's Stretch (STRC) resumed related issuance after more than 170 days, and the fundraising yesterday is estimated to be enough to purchase over 120 Bitcoins. This refers to purchasing power, not actual $BTC bought, so don't confuse the two.
This time, unlike the simple narrative of just calling to buy coins, there is a fundraising result. I see it as a positive signal in the corporate coin-holding financing chain, but it is not yet evidence of an accelerated cycle: the channel resuming indicates progress on the funding side, but the scale in a single day cannot prove sustainability, and potential buy orders still need actual coin purchases to be realized. What I will focus on next is whether the financing can continue, rather than getting excited for the market prematurely. The "pressure release" logic of the election: uncertainty fades > fundamentals improve
The Democrats' sweep of both chambers appears on the surface to be negative for crypto legislation—the prospects for the CLARITY Act in the Senate will become more difficult. However, the market reaction is an increase, due to the "uncertainty itself" dissipating.
CoinShares research director James Butterfill pointed out that Bitcoin had largely priced in the possibility of a Democratic sweep before the election, and with uncertainty easing, the market has room for a pressure-release style rebound. At the same time, expectations for easing US-Iran relations have strengthened, oil prices have dropped sharply, and Treasury yields have declined, further supporting risk appetite.
But the nature of this rebound needs to be accurately defined: it is an "emotional recovery after the known negative has landed," not the "start of new positive momentum." The Democrats' regulatory stance has not changed, and midterm legislative suppression still exists, only temporarily masked by short-term pressure-release sentiment. Statistics from Bitwise analysts also provide a moderating perspective: the new Senate still has about 51 senators supporting crypto, only one fewer than before the election, and Grayscale and BlackRock also believe this outcome will not fundamentally change the long-term trends for stablecoins and institutional investment. $BTC $ZEC $ETH #美国中期选举:民主党赢得国会两院控制权 Don't be fooled by contracts: ETF cards reveal divergence
The fierce contract rally last night doesn't mean big money is buying up. After looking at the spot ETF data, it's even clearer: contracts reflect sentiment, spot is the real money.
$BTC endured four days of outflows, finally seeing a slight net inflow of $9.63 million yesterday, but internally it's inconsistent—IBIT outflowed nearly $26 million, while FBTC inflowed $30 million to offset. This shows some institutions are tentatively taking positions, while old money is retreating on the rebound, with clear divergence.
$ETH shows a slight net inflow of 23,300 on the surface, but ETHA had nearly $100 million outflow in a single day, with Grayscale buying in and BlackRock selling out. The rebound smells strongly of distribution at highs; this rally may not last long.
The clearest is $SOL: all data points are zero. A few days ago it was still seeing daily outflows, now institutions don't even bother to act, leaving retail traders in contracts self-excited, lacking big money support.
So, don't just look at whether the candlesticks are strong. BTC ETF has stopped falling, but institutional opinions are not unified; ETH shows signs of distribution; SOL looks even quieter. Can BTC firmly hold 80,000 this time? Are you holding long or short positions now?

The current open interest (OI) is about 1.271 billion AKE, equivalent to approximately 3.1815 million USD, with a funding rate of -1.0000%. The sharp hourly drop and doubled trading volume indicate intensified selling pressure and leverage conflict; however, the current price has returned above the previous full hour’s close at 0.00219 USDT, and it has not turned down in the last 4 hours, so the trend cannot be judged as unidirectionally continuing based solely on this sharp drop candlestick. The OI snapshot cannot identify net long or short positions, and a negative funding rate does not necessarily prove a rebound will occur.
OKX does not have AKE spot trading, lacking spot cross-confirmation. If the full hour continues to break below 0.00208 USDT with sustained volume, be cautious of further accelerated downside; only a volume-backed recovery above 0.00277 USDT, along with a converging funding rate and controlled OI expansion, can provide a stable structural basis.

Note, this is not cryptocurrency, but crude oil.
What’s more notable is that it didn’t exit. The same address still holds a $95.7 million leveraged Brent crude oil long position, with an unrealized loss of $7.06 million. The first liquidation didn’t make it exit, it just cut one leg.
Combining the two, the address’s lifetime PnL on Hyperliquid slid from a profit of $18,400 to a loss of $13.79 million. This scale no longer looks like retail trial and error.
The mechanism is not hard to understand: on-chain perpetuals have no price limits or circuit breakers; if margin is insufficient, execution happens directly at the price. The buffering mechanisms available in traditional commodity futures are realized all at once on the balance here. Crude oil and Brent are both on-chain, allowing the same macro view to be doubled down on by the same wallet.
My judgment is that the existence of such positions is more important than the losses themselves. It shows that the on-chain perpetuals’ balance sheet can already accommodate commodity leverage. $HYPE captures the flow and fees, and venues hosting $BTC and $ETH will also have to absorb cross-market sentiment.
One question remains: when crude oil views can be directly expressed via on-chain perpetuals and leverage is not constrained by circuit breakers, will the next price shock first appear on the order book or in the liquidation records of some wallet?BTC's current bear market began on October 6, 2025, at its historical peak and has lasted 396 days as of this writing, slightly exceeding the average 391 days needed to bottom out bear markets since 2014.
