$DOGE, frankly speaking, is the purest emotional speculative asset in the crypto space. It started as a joke from the very beginning, with the Shiba Inu meme paired with the label "crypto lottery," yet somehow it has survived until now. There’s no complex technical narrative, no strong ecosystem implementation, and no clear value capture mechanism. It relies solely on community hype and occasional celebrity effects. When Musk tweets, the price takes off; when he’s silent, it just quietly sits there. Many like to talk about "payment scenarios," "Tesla acceptance," and "X platform integration," but what about actual usage? There’s almost no real large-scale, sustainable demand. Most trading volume still comes from short-term speculation and emotional momentum. The supply side has no hard constraints either; early inflation design makes it hard to tell a scarcity story like Bitcoin. The result is: when it rises, everyone celebrates wildly; when it falls, it’s a mess everywhere. Its biggest strength is also its biggest weakness—it relies entirely on consensus and attention. When consensus exists, it’s a god; when consensus fades, it’s just a digital meme. Without fundamental support, volatility is infinitely amplified. It’s suitable for emotional swing trading, but if you treat it as a long-term asset allocation, assess the risks yourself. If you like memes and chasing hype, go ahead; if you’re holding real money long-term, better think carefully: how solid is the logic behind this coin’s rise? $DOGE Western Digital's earnings and guidance both exceeded expectations, yet the stock still fell more than 6% after hours. I’m not catching this dip for now.
Last quarter revenue was $4.38 billion, up 55% year-over-year; adjusted EPS was $4.64, while the market expected about $4.10.
Next quarter revenue guidance is $5.0 billion to $5.2 billion, with the midpoint well above the expected $4.57 billion, and the quarterly dividend was raised by 17%.
However, management said on the call that capital expenditures will be slightly above the old range of 4% to 6% of revenue for the next two years, and raw material costs are also rising.
The stock initially surged about 4%, then reversed.
The contract today hit a high of 369.7 and a low of 322.3, now around 337, pressured below the daily MA20 at about 376; last weekend it dipped below 300.
I think the fundamentals are solid; the decline reflects good news already priced in, plus the Nasdaq fell 2.6% on Thursday, and AI hardware stocks were also cut.
I’m not buying yet; I’ll wait for the daily close above 376.
If it breaks below the previous low of 300, I’ll consider that sentiment hasn’t fully recovered and keep waiting.
Do you think this is a wrongfully punished buying opportunity, or does AI hardware valuation still need to be squeezed further?
$WDC#MetaQ3 revenue beats expectations, legal fees and AI expenses weigh Conclusion first: $MRNA dropped from 246 to 181 in 12 hours last night, down -26% intraday, now back to 202. This is not a crypto issue, but a US stock news gap that hit the 24-hour perpetual contract which never closes.
The situation itself: Moderna's melanoma vaccine data was allegedly leaked early on social media, causing a direct crash in pre-market US stocks, with Forbes and WSJ reporting declines between -18% and -25%.
For users on OKX, the wallet pitfalls are in three numbers:
1. 20x leverage. The underlying asset fluctuated 26% in 12 hours; a 5% adverse move can liquidate longs. At 00:00 last night, the 1H volume jumped from 4,000 contracts to 24,000 contracts, mostly liquidations.
2. Perpetual contracts run 24 hours, but the underlying US stock market is closed. The quotes during market off-hours are prices with no takers; when the market opens with a gap, you can't even stop loss at a real spot price.
3. This contract's funding rate has always been 0, and OKX spot doesn't have MRNA. To short, you have to open an opposite perpetual contract, effectively doubling your leverage.
My approach: For this kind of stock, I only wait for the first 1H candle to close after the news settles, not entering on the first candle. The low was 181 and now back to 202; those chasing the rebound have only 11% room from the low, calculate your leverage accordingly.
Would you trade such a 24-hour perpetual contract when the underlying only trades four hours daily?【Gold Falls Below $4000, Is Safe-Haven Capital Also Unable to Hold This Time?】
Gold has truly fallen below $4000. On the morning of October 23, TradingView's $XAU USD price briefly reached around $3993, breaking the $4000 psychological level. On the previous trading day, spot gold had already dropped to around $4041. After consecutive declines, the market began testing lower support levels.
What’s most worth pondering in this round of decline is that geopolitical conflicts pushed oil prices higher, which should have been positive for safe-haven gold, but at the same time intensified inflation concerns. Brent crude surged to around $111, causing the market to worry that the Federal Reserve will find it harder to cut rates, even betting on further rate hikes. The dollar and interest rate expectations outweighed safe-haven buying, causing gold to temporarily lose its traditional protective appeal.
Next, don’t rush to treat the fall below $4000 as a crash, nor rush to bottom-fish. In the short term, first watch if the price can quickly reclaim $4000; if the rebound is weak and it continues to stay below this level, the next step is to watch for a deeper pullback. Only if oil prices fall back and rate expectations cool down will gold have a chance to stabilize again. What really matters is whether $4000 can change from being lost to being regained.$ATOM Breakdown of the driving forces behind ATOM's rise: a combination of sentiment catch-up and structural benefits (Part 2)
Institutional staking API is about to launch: The ATOM staking API delegation for institutional clients has entered multiple execution phases, with the first batch totaling 597,794 ATOM. Subsequent batches are linked to API delivery and institutional client contracts. This paves the way for large funds to participate in ATOM staking compliantly and securely.
Ecological governance and upgrades proceed in parallel: The community is advancing a proposal to migrate 566,000 USDC to the Injective ecosystem, while the governance vote for the Gaia v29 network upgrade is also underway. These actions continuously optimize the Hub's asset efficiency and underlying technology.
Although these developments will not immediately reflect in the coin price, they are laying the groundwork for ATOM's long-term demand side.
#10月FOMC临近,美联储暂停加息还有哪些变数? #Tesla Q3 Auto Gross Margin Rebounds, Free Cash Flow Turns Positive
Tesla's Q3 auto gross margin rebounded and free cash flow turned positive, adding a bit of warmth to risk asset sentiment; BTC, ETH, and ZEC rose simultaneously with an increasing number of rebounds, but currently it looks more like a "pause in selling pressure followed by a recovery." Whether this switches to a trend phase still needs to pass two tests: capital flow and key levels.
1. Traditional Asset Clues
· Tesla Q3: Auto gross margin rebounded, free cash flow turned positive.
· Implication: Marginally positive clue for risk appetite, but cannot be directly extrapolated as evidence of a crypto trend reversal.
2. Crypto Market Status
· BTC, ETH, ZEC, etc. strengthened simultaneously, with more assets rising and sentiment easing compared to earlier.
· Synchronous rise does not equal reversal. It is necessary to distinguish whether it is a passive lift caused by short covering or active absorption by new funds. If the former, the rebound's sustainability is weak.
3. Capital Flow Assessment Table
Observation Item Current Status Interpretation
Stablecoin Market Cap No significant expansion Insufficient incremental capital ammunition
ETF and Large On-chain Transfers No sustained net inflow Institutional/whale absorption strength to be confirmed
Perpetual Funding Rate Hovering near neutral Leverage sentiment not clearly bullish
4. Technical Level Observation
$BTC: Watch if the upper edge of the previous dense trading zone can hold steadily.
$ETH: Watch if the rebound high can break out with volume; only after breakout can strong momentum spread.
$ZEC: Watch if turnover near the round number level is sufficient; treat as range-bound until confirmed. $ATOM Breakdown of the driving forces behind ATOM's rise: a combination of sentiment catch-up and structural benefits (Part 1)
Short-term direct driver: "Beta catch-up" under sector rotation
Today's rise in ATOM does not correspond to any "hard catalyst" (such as the implementation of a new proposal). It currently resembles an internal capital rotation within the crypto market: after leading assets (such as BTC, ETH) have seen significant gains, some funds flow into established Layer 1 assets still at low levels and carrying the narrative of "disinflation + supply reform," with ATOM being one of them. This catch-up is essentially a beta rally driven by sentiment and capital, rather than a fundamental shift.
An overlooked positive signal: substantial progress in institutional infrastructure
Beneath the calm surface of price fluctuations, the institutional puzzle of Cosmos Hub has recently completed several key moves:
ATOM listing on Paxos Crypto Brokerage: This means ATOM has officially connected to Paxos's institutional-grade brokerage network, and Cosmos Hub has begun promoting ATOM to its institutional partners. This opens a potential compliant channel for ATOM to hundreds of institutions and fintech applications.
To be honest, watching the market today, that familiar feeling of suffocation has returned.
BTC plunged from a high near 85,000 down to around 81,000, and ETH was even worse, breaking through 2400 and dropping more than 5% in 24 hours.
In the past day, the entire market liquidated $221 million, with long positions accounting for a full 93.7%. Those who chased highs at 84,000 or went long at 2500 have almost been completely wiped out in this wave.
But what unsettles me the most isn’t the liquidation numbers, it’s the actions of the whales on-chain.
One whale sold nearly 1850 BTC over 11 days, cashing out $150 million, then flipped it all into 63,731 ETH at an average buy price of $2400. Another whale withdrew 10,954 ETH from Kraken directly to stake, and withdrew 9,000 ETH from Binance to deposit into Aave. A whale long on ETH managed to drag their average holding price down from 2736 to 2460.
They are telling you with real money: $BTC is falling, but below 2500 ETH, someone is desperately buying.
Retail investors are panic selling, while whales are swapping BTC for ETH, then locking it into staking and lending protocols, keeping it off the market.
This is the cruelest part of this market. Prices are falling, but chips are changing hands. The $ETH you were shaken out of might be lying in some whale’s Aave account, with a health factor of 1.51, steadily earning yield.
Do you still have ETH? Did you sell at 2400, or are you holding? Be honest in the comments below 👇 This liquidation event looks more like leveraged long positions being collectively cleared due to macro pressure, rather than a sudden collapse in the fundamentals of the crypto market. Within 24 hours, BTC long liquidations amounted to about 130 million U, ETH about 81.73 million U, and ZEC about 10.56 million U. The scale of short losses was significantly smaller, indicating that the proportion of leveraged positions chasing highs was too high, and once prices fell, they triggered a chain of forced liquidations.
The triggers are not singular. Recently, Middle East tensions pushed up oil prices, US tech stocks weakened, US Treasury yields fluctuated, and market risk appetite clearly declined. Bitcoin fell below around $82,000, with ETH, SOL, and others following suit. In this environment, leverage in the futures market is rapidly amplified: price drops trigger liquidations, liquidations cause forced selling, which further depresses prices, forming a typical "longs stampede."
After the liquidation wave, short-term volatility usually continues to amplify. On one hand, after high leverage is cleared, selling pressure may temporarily ease; on the other hand, if spot buying is insufficient and ETF funds do not flow back, any rebound may only be short covering or technical repair. What’s more worth watching next are three sets of signals: whether BTC and ETH can hold key supports, whether open interest continues to decline, and whether spot and ETF funds see renewed net inflows.
For those accustomed to analyzing markets from macro and on-chain structural perspectives, this data is a clear reminder: liquidation figures reflect leverage fragility and cannot alone be taken as evidence of a trend reversal. What truly determines the subsequent direction remains whether macro liquidity, spot absorption capacity, and position structure improve in sync.
$BTC $ETH Morning Review: Short Position Profits Taken Smoothly, But the Alert Is Not Yet Cleared! SOL Approaching Previous Low, How to Secure This Profit Steadily?
📝 Main Text
Good morning, brothers. After the sharp drop in the market, it has now entered a low-level sideways consolidation phase. Your SOL short position opened at 104.26 has already secured a 7.76% profit. This trend-following operation was very calm and deserves praise!
However, considering the current market position, it’s not yet time to pop the champagne. Let’s briefly analyze the upcoming risks and trading strategies.
📊 Market Snapshot: BTC Weak and Volatile, SOL Facing Previous Low Test
BTC (Chart 3, Daily): Current price 81,290, down 0.44% in 24 hours. On the daily chart, the price has broken below MA5 (82,386) and MA10 (81,969), currently trading below the moving averages. The strong support below is the SUPERTREND at 79,507. If it doesn’t recover today, the short-term trend remains weak.
SOL (Chart 2, 15-minute): Current price 103.98. Today it dropped from 109.17 to a low of 102.93, now weakly consolidating near 104.
· Moving averages converging: MA5 (103.96), MA10 (103.81), MA20 (103.67) tightly clustered, indicating fierce battle between bulls and bears at this level.
· Resistance above: SUPERTREND at 104.41. As long as the rebound doesn’t surpass this, the bearish trend remains.
· Key support: Previous low at 102.93. This is the only target for your short position. If it holds, an oversold rebound is very likely.
🩸 Position Diagnosis (Extremely Critical!)
Your SOL short position (isolated 30x):
· Entry price: 104.26
· Mark price: 103.99
· Floating profit: +0.71U (+7.76%)
· Liquidation price: 107.25
· Stop loss price: 107.23 (This is the biggest risk!)
Risk Analysis:
1. Stop loss too far, leverage too high: With 30x leverage, if the price rebounds to your stop loss at 107.23, your loss will exceed 80%! Currently, the floating profit is only 7%, risking 80% loss for such a small gain is extremely unfavorable.
2. Too close to support: Current price 103.98, only $1 above the previous low at 102.93. If it doesn’t break down here, a rebound could quickly erase your profits.
💡 Midday Trading Instructions (Strictly Follow!)
First, immediately move up your stop loss (to save your position)
Never wait for the 107.23 stop loss! Move it down to 104.50 immediately (or directly set it at your entry price 104.26 to break even). This means this trade must not lose money anymore.
Second, watch the previous low closely and take profits in batches
Focus on 102.93 this afternoon. If the price slowly falls near this previous low, immediately close half or even 70% of your position to lock in these small profits.
If volume breaks below 102.9, hold the remaining position and target 102 or even 100.
If it stabilizes and rebounds here, close all positions immediately without greed.
Third, never hold through the risk
If the market (BTC) suddenly rallies this afternoon and SOL breaks above 104.41 (SUPERTREND), don’t take any chances—close your position at market price immediately.
📌 Summary
Your trend-following short position direction is correct, but the take-profit is set too far and the stop loss too wide. With 30x leverage, this easily turns a profitable trade into a liquidation.
Now immediately move your stop loss to break even, and decisively reduce your position at the previous low. Put the profits in your pocket, go enjoy a chicken leg tonight—that’s the most satisfying moment in trading!
Brothers, do you think SOL will break below 100 this afternoon or will it stop falling and rebound here? Let’s discuss in the comments👇#10月FOMC临近,美联储暂停加息还有哪些变数? #交易之声:你的经验值得被听到 $BTC $SOL Core reasons for the sharp drop of CT (Concrete):
1. The rise itself was a short-term speculative bubble from listing on Korean exchanges
CT was listed with KRW trading pairs on Upbit and Bithumb, and was driven up 48% short-term by Korean retail investors. This was a typical price rally on the news of listing benefits being realized, which then became a selling window. After the hype subsides, the price naturally returns to normal, a classic case of "good news fully priced in, then sell-off."
Key point: The platform has large asset scale, but CT is only a governance token, with no share of platform revenue, no dividends, and no claim on protocol assets. Its value lies solely in governance voting rights, so the fundamentals cannot support the high valuation after speculative frenzy.
2. Concentrated token holdings and looming unlocking sell pressure
Total supply is 1 billion tokens, with the team and early investors holding 50%, and the foundation holding 15%. These large holdings are scheduled to unlock gradually, allowing low-cost tokens to flow into the secondary market at any time. The market has been pricing in this unlocking sell pressure in advance, so capital is reluctant to hold at high levels for long.
3. Weak value capture and insufficient token utility
It is an on-chain asset management protocol where platform deposits and fee income go entirely to depositors, with no buyback or dividends for CT holders. Only staking CT grants limited governance rights and fee discounts. Real demand buy orders are weak, and there is no stable, sustained buying support to prop up the token price.
4. Market correlation and overall decline in crypto risk appetite
CT is a small altcoin with high beta. When BTC and Ethereum weaken, capital prioritizes exiting small-cap coins. As market risk aversion rises, small-cap coins suffer from poor liquidity, and even small sell orders can cause sharp price drops. The fiercer the fighting, the more oil is transported? Yet oil prices just climbed above $112
Amid continuous Middle East shelling, oil exports have actually exceeded pre-war levels. Brent crude still rose over 3% in early Thursday trading, reaching $112.25 per barrel, and WTI is also approaching the $100 mark — this is the first time Brent has broken through $112 since the outbreak of this conflict. Oil is being transported in sufficient quantities, so why aren't prices falling?
Let's look at what happened in the past two days. Within 48 hours, the Houthi forces launched four rounds of attacks on Saudi Arabia: the Riyadh Ministry of Defense building, King Fahd Airport in Dammam, Saudi Aramco facilities in Yanbu, and Abha Airport, all claimed to be "precisely hit." Aramco's Shaybah oilfield was also struck by drones, resulting in 2 deaths. Operations have not yet been affected, but this oilfield has a daily capacity of about 1 million barrels, and the market's biggest fear is a real disruption in production.
Iran hasn't been quiet either. The Revolutionary Guard claimed that within 24 hours, 7 oil tankers near the Strait of Hormuz were attacked or damaged (this claim has not been independently verified).
But the market is conflicted. CIBC energy trader Rebecca Babin put it bluntly: ongoing military actions support oil prices from falling, but "the rally is hard to sustain, and selling pressure also lacks confidence."
The most counterintuitive part is this: as of the week ending October 18, daily oil flow from the Middle East exceeded 24 million barrels, surpassing pre-war levels and continuing to recover from the April to June low. There is enough oil, but the problem lies in transportation costs. War risk premiums are deeply embedded in logistics costs, and global refineries are under increasing pressure.
In short, this round of oil prices is half due to the fighting and half due to transportation costs. #Tesla Q3 Auto Gross Margin Rebounds, Free Cash Flow Turns Positive
Trader Morning Report | Tesla Cash Flow Improves, Crypto Rebound Still Awaiting Capital Validation
Corporate Side: Tesla's Q3 auto gross margin rose compared to the previous quarter, and free cash flow returned to positive territory. The simultaneous improvement in gross margin and cash flow helps ease market concerns about profitability being dragged down by price competition, but ongoing observation is needed in conjunction with delivery performance and cost control.
Digital Assets Side: BTC, ETH, ZEC, and others strengthened simultaneously, with an increasing number of assets rising and marginal risk appetite warming. However, this broad rally mainly indicates a temporary weakening of selling pressure and cannot yet be directly equated with the end of the downtrend. The current core divergence lies in whether the rebound is driven by short covering or by new active capital entering the market.
Capital Validation: The total market cap of stablecoins has not shown significant expansion; ETFs and large on-chain transfers have not seen sustained net inflows; perpetual contract funding rates remain near neutral. Price moves first, capital follows later, implying that the unlocking positions near previous highs may limit the rebound's height.
Watchlist:
$BTC: Whether the upper edge of the previous dense trading zone can hold steadily; if broken, treat as a weak recovery.
$ETH: Whether the rebound high can break through with volume support, determining if strength can spread outward.
$ZEC: Whether turnover near the round number level is sufficient; treat as range-bound until confirmed.
Overall, Tesla's earnings signals are relatively positive, crypto market sentiment has eased somewhat, but the quality of the rebound still requires capital to provide evidence. Oh my, Kanye West is repeatedly going long on $ETH ??

The Hoodi testnet Glamsterdam activation originally scheduled for 10/26 was postponed during the developer call on 10/22, with a new date to be determined.
ChainSecurity's 10/13 report: EIP-8037/8038 changed gas billing, and 13 mainnet-deployed applications have been found potentially affected — failure paths that used to rollback might now run to completion and be recorded as permanent failures after the upgrade.
The halt is a precaution, not negative news: the issue was found before the testnet, not after a mainnet hack.
But the roadmap is disrupted: the December mainnet window lost its trigger, and Hoodi's plan to expand the 200 million gas limit was also withdrawn.
ETH is around $2,382 today, down 4%, following the Nasdaq; ETFs saw an outflow of 4,422 ETH on 10/22, exceeding $1 billion in October.
I think the upgrade halt reflects a mature chain: the short-term bearishness is about the upgrade pace, not Ethereum itself. Before scaling accelerates, it can only proceed cautiously, observing rather than chasing.
Fallback: developers will soon announce a new Hoodi activation date and confirm the issue is limited to the 13 disclosed contracts, making the "slowed pace" argument invalid.
Slow but secure upgrade — would you choose careful craftsmanship or risk being late and left behind?

#Ethereum #GlamsterdamMarket Notes: The price pushers left first 🧐
$BTC surged during the day, touching 83062, then was pushed back down to 81678. The market feels like it's sleepy in the afternoon, with the sell wall above never really being chipped away 😴.
The key isn't the price oscillation, but the shift in holdings: the whale ratio slid from 0.54 to 0.45. Big players are reducing, retail investors are buying in, and large orders are flowing out. Looking backward, it means the group pushing the price up left first 🐋➡️🚪.
Watch 82,500 below. Market makers are clear: if this level doesn't hold, the next target is just above 70,000. Short stop losses are set clearly above 83,500 📉.
So this bull run wasn’t directly defeated by anyone; the ones pushing the cart simply let go themselves. The wall didn’t fall, but the ladder was withdrawn first 🧱🪜. #10月FOMC临近,美联储暂停加息还有哪些变数? #特斯拉Q3汽车毛利率回升,自由现金流转正 Pausing rate hikes in October may not necessarily save BTC!
Even if the pause in rate hikes in October is realized, it may not bring a sustained rebound. What truly deserves attention next is whether the expectation of a rate hike in December will continue to heat up.
Brothers, take a look at this set of macro data today; the market pressure might be more complex than we imagine.
On October 22, Brent crude oil rose about 4%, reaching $113.17 per barrel; meanwhile, the yield on the US 10-year Treasury note fell by 19.3 basis points, dropping to 4.953%.
At the same time, the Nasdaq dropped 2.6%, the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index plunged 6.7%, and BTC also retreated to around $81,000.
On one side is inflation pressure, on the other is rising risk aversion.
US September CPI rose 3.7% year-over-year, higher than August's 3.4%. Energy prices rose 5.2% month-over-month, with gasoline up 9.1%. Oil prices continue to climb, and subsequent inflation pressure remains a concern.
More critically, the Federal Reserve's interest rate expectations.
The market expects about an 84% probability that rates will remain unchanged in October, but the situation in December is different, with market pricing leaning toward another 25 basis point hike by year-end.
This means that pausing rate hikes in October does not mean the tightening cycle is over.
BTC currently faces not only internal sell pressure within the crypto circle but also various external factors.
As long as macro pressures do not significantly ease, even if BTC rebounds, I tend to treat it as a short-term correction rather than a trend reversal. $ETH $BTC $SOL market consensus bets on the FOMC keeping rates unchanged in October, but this consensus of up to 80% itself hides a trap for a market shift. When funds pile into the same directional trade, it is often most vulnerable to a surprise against expectations.
CPI and PPI have consecutively exceeded expectations, indicating persistent inflation, making it difficult for the Federal Reserve to straightforwardly release dovish signals. Yet the market remains confident in holding steady, essentially betting that the U.S. economy cannot withstand high interest rate pressure. The AI tech sector's continuous weakness and bubble loosening lead funds to judge that the Fed will be cautious: outwardly maintaining an anti-inflation stance, but in practice avoiding aggressive rate hikes. This is the current tug-of-war between "statements and actions."
From the market perspective, $BTC is a casualty of this round of tech stock correction and liquidity tightening. Current support mainly comes from panic selling not yet fully cleared, rather than buying support. If this rate meeting releases hawkish signals or indicates high rates will persist longer, existing support could easily break, opening further downside.
$ETH shows weaker resilience and a more fragile market; ETF fund inflows are insufficient to offset ecosystem capital outflows. In a phase of declining market risk appetite, it is difficult for $ETH to have an independent rally and it is likely to be the first to face pressure and realize losses.
$XAUT gold has recently passively corrected, mainly due to institutions temporarily selling to meet margin calls, which is a phase-specific behavior. The 82500 level above is the daily line boundary between bulls and bears; failing to break above means all rebounds are just corrections. The 80900 level below is short-term support.

$BTC
Current price 81,619, down 2.45% in 24 hours, but it has held steady in recent hours, fluctuating between 81,088 and 81,749. The positions are even more interesting: it has the largest increase in positions across the board, adding 200 million; on a 24-hour scale, there is a net outflow of 1.671 billion. Short-term money is returning, long-term money is withdrawing. 93% of liquidations are long positions, with only 1% remaining in the last hour compared to the whole day.
$ETH
Current price 2,402, down 2.24% in 24 hours. The hardest hit for ETH is not the price but the trading volume: contract trading volume shrank by 838 million, ranking first overall. Positions increased by 74.75 million, and positions on the board are also recovering, with an increase of 6.7 million in two hours, and the last three increments are still expanding. 82% of liquidations in 24 hours are long positions. The heat has cooled, but positions have not retreated: money is flowing back, but volume has not caught up yet.
$XAU
Current price 4,024, down only 2.34% in 24 hours, yet it is the only one still grinding downward; the volume doubled at 9 o'clock, and the price dropped 17 points. Still adding 37.73 million in positions; on the other side, liquidations amount to 19.8 million, 96% of which are long positions. The safe-haven asset is crowded with leveraged longs, knowing it is falling but still adding. No one is letting go.

DWF Labs tracked for 694 days.
The conclusion is straightforward: these institutions are chasing highs and selling lows.
Let's first look at the most intuitive set, as shown in the chart.
Out of 8 major drops, they sold 7 times.
Out of 9 major rises, they bought 9 times.
They run fast when prices fall,
and chase even faster when prices rise.
One instance is particularly typical.
In April 2025, Bitcoin rebounded 9.7%.
Institutions were still pulling money out daily, $40 million.
Only after the price stabilized did they start rushing in with $436 million per day.
There's an even more painful fact.
Out of 8 major drops,
5 times they specifically cut losses in the last 5 days before the bottom. They chose to exit at the cheapest moments.
So can institutional buying be taken as a buy signal?
No.
In the 20 days following large purchases,
the probability of Bitcoin rising is only 51%.
Even lower than the usual 57%.
So what should you do?
Nothing.
Just remember one sentence:
Institutional buying is not a buy signal; instead, be a bit cautious.
There's something even stranger.
Institutions have been continuously withdrawing funds,
but Bitcoin's rate of decline has actually slowed down.
The daily drop rate fell from 1.37% in 2021 to 0.69%.
Big drops over 15% decreased from 8 times a year to 2.9 times.
More aggressive withdrawals, yet the coin falls less.
No one has solved this puzzle.$DOGE is bearish. It dropped 2.38% in 24 hours, with $1.81 million long positions liquidated, while shorts only $30,000. This drop is the long leverage being squeezed out. There was no decent rebound along the way, so shorts didn’t face much pressure and almost no short positions were liquidated. Compared to the $220 million open interest, these liquidations are just a small portion; the long leverage hasn’t been fully cleaned out yet. If the price drops further, the next batch of long positions will be forced to close, fueling the downtrend. The funding rate is fluctuating around zero, just consider it as background information. The phrase on the chart about raising the high refers to the previous upward structure. Now the moving averages are in a bearish alignment, with volume increasing on declines and shrinking on rebounds, the structure can’t keep up with volume changes. The previous high hasn’t been retaken, so it can’t support the bulls. Next, watch for a retest of 0.0778. Conditions for a bullish reversal: reclaim 0.08129, and a clear drop in long liquidations, then the bearish bias is invalidated. The long Martingale position on $UNITREE set up this morning successfully took profit.
Continuing to go all-in short on $CXMT
On the 30-minute chart, a large bullish candle quickly surged to 6.071. The current RSI has entered the high overbought zone, indicating a short-term concentrated release by bulls. After the surge, a pullback and correction are needed. The price is far from the Bollinger middle band, with a large deviation and signs of momentum exhaustion.
Initiate a short Martingale based on this high point resistance, with the first target to retest the Bollinger middle band at 5.848, and further downside toward the Bollinger lower band at 5.750. Place stop loss above the high point; if it breaks higher to a new high, stop adding positions and exit to avoid the risk of a strong continued rally. #10月FOMC临近,美联储暂停加息还有哪些变数? #谷歌云业务增长82%,AI投入回报如何? Google is set to release its Q3 2026 earnings report after market close on October 28, facing skepticism from traders, reflected in a 72.5% market probability that its performance will "not exceed expectations." The main pressure stems from a sharp increase in capital expenditures. $GOOGL's capital expenditure for 2026 has been raised to $195 billion to $205 billion. $xGOOGL Despite Google Cloud revenue growing 82% to $24.8 billion, free cash flow in Q2 turned negative, at minus $5.9 billion. Market consensus for GAAP earnings per share hovers between $2.94 and $3.03, with revenue expectations around $111 billion to $128 billion. However, recent stock price weakness after previous earnings releases indicates market concerns that search business growth may slow to about 15%, while AI-related spending will weigh on profit margins. The market-implied probability has already priced in the risk of performance falling below high expectations. The earnings call is expected to focus on key factors such as cloud business momentum, TPU demand, and capital expenditure trends. On October 20 and 21, two companies under Musk successively released their Q3 financial reports. The market quickly interpreted this as a crypto positive: Musk bought Bitcoin again. But when you lay out the two financial reports, the story is much more complex and intriguing. On October 21, 2026, Musk confirmed that Tesla and SpaceX have each established independent special committees to evaluate potential merger matters. If the deal is ultimately reached, the Bitcoin assets of the two companies may face the possibility of reintegration. First, let's look at the money. SpaceX delivered its first full quarterly report since going public: revenue of $14.58 billion, a year-on-year increase of 161%, and net profit of $4.4 billion — compared to a loss of $1.05 billion in the same period last year. Supporting this surge is the "Superintelligence" business, with $7.56 billion in a single quarter, an 830% year-on-year increase, surpassing Starlink's $5.25 billion for the first time. Tesla presents a different picture: revenue of $28.046 billion with almost zero year-on-year growth, operating profit cut by 56% due to R&D investments in AI and Optimus, leaving only $718 million; but cash flow looks unexpectedly good — operating cash flow of $6.263 billion, capital expenditures of $4.732 billion far below Wall Street's expected $7.95 billion, free cash flow turning positive from -$1.092 billion in Q2 to $1.531 billion, and ending cash and short-term investments of $45.447 billion. Now, looking at the coins. Tesla holds 11,509 coins, SpaceX holds 18,712 coins, totaling 30,221 coins with a market value of about $2.5 billion. The key is: using the book value to backtrack the coin price, the twoETF funds are shrinking, stakers are locking up, and SOL's upgrade has already paid a tuition fee.
$BTC has seen inflows of $1.08 billion for three consecutive days, turning from negative to positive with a cumulative $461 million in October. But breaking it down, on the 19th it was $526.7 million, then sharply dropped to $23.2 million on the 20th, a 95.6% decrease. BTC is currently around 81,470, down 2.4% in 24 hours, with long liquidations accounting for 93.7%. ETFs are flowing in, but the price hasn't held; the bottom support is volume-shrinking.
$ETH ETFs had a net outflow of about $1.07 billion in October, with BlackRock ETHA accounting for nearly 90%; however, 1.41 million ETH entered staking queues, while only 71,000 exited, about a 20:1 ratio. ETF holders are withdrawing due to interest rate expectations, while stakers are locking in for long-term yields. These two groups are looking at completely different time horizons.
$SOL's Alpenglow upgrade launched on the mainnet on October 21, with a final target of 150 milliseconds; however, among the first 1,701 transactions, 844 failed, and the TPS dashboard "declined" because validator votes are no longer counted. The price remains near 106, with a seven-day average daily net outflow of about 40,000 tokens from ETFs. The attention brought by the upgrade has yet to translate into capital.
In short: BTC's ETF is bottoming with shrinking volume, ETH's longs and shorts are out of sync in time, and SOL's narrative is ahead of execution. None of the three coins have secured clean incremental gains.

#MetaQ3营收超预期,法律费用与AI支出承压 Seeing that a16z Crypto has been renamed to a16z Frontier, my first reaction was: even the word Crypto is being removed from the name, does this mean they are pessimistic about crypto? 🤔 According to this news, a16z will remove "Crypto" from the name of its flagship blockchain fund and expand its investment scope to frontier technology fields.
But after thinking for a while, I feel that directly interpreting this as negative news for crypto is a bit hasty. My judgment is: it provides more insight into how the crypto industry competes for capital, but it is not yet enough to indicate that funds are withdrawing.
What I understand is that broadening the investment scope means crypto may need to compete for attention with more technology directions; if funds are also allocated within the same scope, projects will need to better explain their practical use. Conversely, if the expanded scope brings cross-domain collaboration, crypto infrastructure might also find new scenarios. These are just my speculations; the renaming itself does not prove anything.
Having been in the circle for just a year, I also remind myself not to automatically assume capital flow just because an institution changes its name. What I haven't figured out yet is to what extent brand adjustments truly reflect investment strategy? I want to ask experienced seniors: to judge whether this change really lowers crypto's priority, would you prioritize looking at subsequent investment cases or the fund's investment mandate?🌙 Midnight Settlement Thermometer: Misaligned Leads in the Three-Coin Straddle
The early morning market looks like three tightly stretched strings 🎻. $BTC has about 89 million short positions compressed near $83,272 above, just 1.58% away; below at $81,579 there are about 75 million long positions, only 0.49% away, with a noticeably thinner lower edge. ETH longs are about 24 million at $2,371.5, 1.17% away; shorts are over 23 million at $2,457.54, 2.41% away, also with a closer lower edge.
$SOL shows a misalignment: about 5.2 million shorts above $106.88, just 0.8% away; about 5.7 million longs below $102.92, 1.9% away, with the upper edge actually thinner. The commonality among the three is not direction but asymmetric misalignment: BTC and ETH stop-loss zones are close to the current price, while SOL’s replenishment zone is nearer.
This does not determine rise or fall but indicates: once BTC and ETH’s lower sides are breached, triggers will be faster and denser; once SOL’s upper side is pried open, replenishment will be quicker. Breaking upward requires more force; probing downward needs deeper space.
For now, don’t guess the direction, watch the critical points on both sides 👀. Until the signal sounds, patience is more precious than position size; once the breakout sounds, chain reactions will unfold. Continuous net inflows into BTC spot ETFs have not stirred obvious ripples; the market is still waiting for that trigger ⚡. #10月FOMC临近,美联储暂停加息还有哪些变数? #特斯拉Q3汽车毛利率回升,自由现金流转正 On October 22, Meta released its Q3 earnings report: revenue of $64.6 billion, a 26% year-over-year increase, beating expectations by $1.2 billion. Adjusted EPS was $7.40, crushing the expected $6.80.
Then the stock price plunged 6.98%.
Why?
Because in the same quarter, Meta's free cash flow was -$2.12 billion. In the same period last year, this figure was a positive $10.625 billion. This is the first time since Meta's 2012 IPO that free cash flow turned negative.
In one quarter, from "earning tens of billions in free cash flow annually" to "negative $2.1 billion." All it took was one capital expenditure increase.
Meta raised its future spending commitment from $700 billion in July to $825 billion in one go. Q3 capital expenditure alone was $34.9 billion, directly exceeding operating cash flow of $32.8 billion.
What if there’s not enough money? Issue debt.
And this is what the bond market is truly pricing.
Meta’s five-year CDS—simply put, the price of "buying default insurance on Meta’s debt"—soared to 119.3 basis points, the highest since the contract became actively traded. Meta’s bonds weakened noticeably relative to U.S. Treasuries, with the risk premium on bonds maturing in 2036 widening by 6 basis points.
Stock investors are discussing the AI narrative. Bond investors are buying insurance.
On the same day, CDS spreads for Microsoft, Oracle, and Broadcom also heated up. Oracle’s CDS spread was only 144 basis points at the start of the year but surged to 322 basis points in October. SpaceX’s CDS rose to a record 226 basis points.
Trading volume tells the story even more clearly: in September, the weekly average trading volume of CDS linked to bonds of Oracle, SpaceX, Alphabet, Amazon, Meta, Broadcom, and Nvidia exceeded $9 billion. In July, this figure was less than $2 billion.
The chief strategist at Société Générale said a blunt truth: "CDS have become a key barometer for investors on the financing and broader AI trade sentiment of hyperscale cloud providers. The market is increasingly focused on two things: CDS and free cash flow."
Not valuation. Cash flow.
The AI narrative is entering its second phase.
The first phase was "Whoever buys the cards rises." Nvidia sells chips, cloud providers build computing power, and the stock market applauds capital expenditure. Burning money equals growth; investment equals confidence.
The second phase is "Whoever borrows money to buy cards gets repriced." When capital expenditure starts to exceed operating cash flow, when future commitments jump from $700 billion to $825 billion, when issuing debt becomes a necessary means to keep burning cash—the bond market stops applauding.
Since 2026, AI-related companies have issued an estimated $466 billion in debt. In the same period in 2025, it was only $101 billion. The pace of borrowing is more than four times last year’s.
The CDS market is more honest than the stock market. Stocks can be propped up by narratives; bonds only recognize cash flow. When CDS hit record highs, the message is clear: bond investors are already pricing in the risks of AI infrastructure debt expansion.
On October 23, Bitcoin fell below $81,000, dropping more than 4% in 24 hours. Crypto-related stocks fell in tandem: MSTR down 5%, BMNR down over 6%, COIN down 4.49%.
On the surface, this was a risk-off reaction triggered by Middle East tensions and oil prices breaking $100. But the deeper logic is here:
AI concept stocks and crypto concept stocks share a vulnerability—they both heavily rely on incremental financing to maintain valuations.
AI infrastructure relies on issuing debt. The crypto market relies on ETF inflows, leverage, and new money. Both are "financing-driven" assets. When financing costs rise, when credit spreads widen, when the bond market starts saying "no"—the first assets to be sold are always those with the best liquidity and highest leverage.
Bitcoin trades 24/7. It has no close, so it feels the chill first.
Meta’s revenue is fine. Advertising is still growing, and Q4 guidance is still being raised. The long-term logic of AI is not bankrupt.
But the "burn money at all costs" phase is being stopped by the bond market.
The $825 billion spending commitment means Meta will have to keep borrowing from the market for years to come. And the CDS record highs mean borrowing costs are rising. This is a self-reinforcing cycle: the more money burned, the weaker the credit; the weaker the credit, the more expensive the financing; the more expensive the financing, the harder it is to burn money.
Zuckerberg says these investments are necessary. Maybe he’s right.
But the bond market doesn’t debate "necessity." It only gives you a price.
The most fragile link in the AI bull market isn’t on the valuation sheet.
It’s on the cash flow statement.
It’s in the CDS quotes.
It’s in that number that went from "positive $10.6 billion" to "negative $2.1 billion."
Stock investors are still asking "How long can AI rise?"
Bond investors are already asking "Who will pay back the money?"
$BTC $META $MSFT The whole network is betting that the October FOMC will hold steady, but let me tell you, that 80% probability itself is a trap. When the market is all-in on one side, it’s often a sign of an impending reversal.
With CPI and PPI both exceeding expectations, the Federal Reserve has no reason to openly signal dovishness. But the market dares to push the probability above 80%, betting that the U.S. economy can’t withstand high interest rates, especially with the recent collective crash of AI tech stocks, bursting the tech bubble. At this moment, the Fed talks tough on fighting inflation but won’t dare to really hike rates aggressively — it’s a battle of face and substance.
Look at $BTC, the big coin. It’s now a typical victim of the AI stock crash draining liquidity, so it’s the first to get hit when liquidity tightens. It’s barely holding on, not because it’s strong, but because panic selling hasn’t fully released yet. Once the FOMC even hints at maintaining high rates, this thin veil will be torn off immediately, and the downside will open up at any time.
Look at $ETH, Ethereum. Its market cap is even more fragile than Bitcoin’s; ETF inflows can’t fill the ecosystem’s holes. When the overall market sentiment worsens, it will definitely be the first to be withdrawn from. Don’t bet on it having an independent rally; it doesn’t have that confidence.
Look at $XAUT, gold. The recent drop is due to institutions selling it to cover margin calls. But this selling is temporary; the inflation bottom is still there. As long as the Fed doesn’t dare to completely wreck the economy, the central banks’ gold-buying will eventually support it.
Don’t be fooled by the 80% probability. Bitcoin and Ethereum are hanging in midair; don’t catch a falling knife. Gold is getting hammered short-term but its fundamentals are intact. Those who endure this liquidity shock will be the winners. #10月FOMC临近,美联储暂停加息还有哪些变数? Bitcoin didn't crash.
What crashed were those "Bitcoin wrapped in stocks."
On October 23, BTC fell from 82,000 to below 81,000, a drop of about 1%.
But at the same time: MSTR dropped 5%, BMNR dropped over 6%, COIN dropped 4.49%, CRCL dropped 3.44%.
The "panic" you feel in the crypto space and the stock market's pricing of crypto assets differ by a factor of 5.
BTC only got a scratch, while the concept stocks are bleeding.
Why is this happening?
Because crypto concept stocks carry double leverage.
The first layer is BTC's own beta—when the coin falls, they follow.
The second layer is the beta from the stock market's risk appetite contraction. When U.S. Treasury yields fluctuate, funds flow into utilities and healthcare, and the semiconductor and AI supply chains get hit collectively, the first to be sold are the "crypto exposures wrapped through equity channels."
BTC dropping 1% is a crypto matter. MSTR dropping 5% is Wall Street cutting positions.
What’s even more painful is that MSTR’s premium is disappearing.
In the past two years, MSTR’s core story was "the stock should be worth more than the Bitcoin it holds." The market gave this premium, Saylor used it to issue more shares and buy more BTC, and the flywheel spun fast.
But now, mNAV has dropped to 0.86x—the stock is cheaper than the Bitcoin it holds. The market no longer pays for the "wrapping," it starts discounting the "wrapping."
When the premium turns into a discount, MSTR is no longer an amplifier of BTC but a detractor.
MSCI is evaluating whether to classify MSTR as a "non-operating company." If finalized before November 30, it could trigger $2.8 billion to $8.8 billion in passive sell-offs.
This is not about crypto fundamentals. This is about index rules.
BTC doesn’t need to fall; MSTR has its own reasons to be sold.
If you hold spot BTC, your loss is 1%.
If you hold MSTR, your loss is: BTC’s 1% + tech stock risk-off 3% + MSCI countdown sentiment discount.
You’re not buying a "stock version of Bitcoin," you’re buying a triple-leveraged product of "Bitcoin + U.S. stock risk appetite + index rules."
This is not a problem with crypto fundamentals. On-chain hasn’t crashed, ETFs haven’t crashed, BTC still stands firmly above 81,000.
What crashed is the traditional market’s risk-off, which is transmitting to the crypto ecosystem through equity channels.
Concept stocks took the hit for BTC. BTC itself is much more resilient than the stock market implies.
$BTC $MSTR $COIN #10月FOMC临近,美联储暂停加息还有哪些变数? On the surface, earnings reports and merger rumors are setting off fireworks together, but underneath, some are quietly folding up their umbrellas. The buzz is lively, but what exactly is this wave pricing? When I saw SpaceX's first quarterly profit report last night, I really sat up straight: revenue was clearly strengthening, the AI sector even became a highlight, and then news dropped that SpaceX and Tesla might merge, with a special committee already set up to study the plan. The narrative instantly weaves "satellite internet + computing power + autonomous driving + robotics" into a big picture, and the imagination space is truly enticing ✨ But the market didn't follow the hype. $SPCX surged close to 166 overnight, then was pushed back to around 156 this morning. This contrast is more worth noting than the news itself: the market is willing to applaud the story but not eager to chase prices at peak sentiment. In other words, the good news was quickly digested, merger expectations have already started to be priced in early, and what really hasn't been seen clearly are the integration costs, regulatory paths, and how resources on both sides will be allocated—these are the factors that will repeatedly disturb the rhythm later on. I myself tried shorting at a high point before, and looking back it feels more like a lesson in position sizing: being right on direction doesn't mean the timing is right, and when volatility is high, floating profits are given back faster than expected. So this time I'm paying more attention to three signals: first, whether it can hold key levels after the surge; second, whether volume expands or contracts; third, whether BTC and ETH risk appetite warms up in sync. If the overall market sentiment is stable and altcoins dare to take over, this kind of narrative asset still has room for a second fermentation; conversely, as long as the leading coins weaken, high beta #SpaceX's performance surges, can the merger with Tesla advance? Saudi Arabia was hit by Houthi drones, Brent crude reached a new high of $113 this year, so inflation expectations have returned, and the probability of a rate hike before the end of the year has reached 87%. The crypto market took a hit along with the Nasdaq, and the liquidation direction has also reversed. Last night, out of 465 million in liquidations, 427 million were long positions, and 103,000 people were liquidated. The ETF situation is even more ironic: the $BTC spot ETF saw inflows of 1.07 billion in three days, with 528 million in a single day on Wednesday, yet the price dropped from 85,000 to 81,000. Money came in but couldn't push the price up, indicating sellers are more eager than buyers. Two BTC levels are worth watching: the mid-term holders' cost is 86,700, a major resistance level; below, 80,000 is the cost zone for ETFs and treasury companies, and if this zone is lost, it will likely head straight to 75,000. The $ETH ETF finally saw some return money, with a net inflow of 14.9 million yesterday. Technically, RSI is 35.4, MA20 at 2495 is pressing from above, and the 200-day moving average at 2302 is the last line of defense; today's low of 2360 has already touched the doorstep. For $ZEC, out of 13 million liquidations last night, shorts accounted for 76%, but in the last hour, it reversed with longs making up 95%, and more fiercely, a giant whale short took a 35 million loss to close the position. RSI is 44.9, MA20 at 1222 is right below, and MA30 at 1302 isBrothers, let's talk about contract funding data, I'll just give my point of view directly.
$BTC: 10.7438 million U outflow in 5 minutes, brief inflow in 15 minutes, 74.061 million U inflow in 4 hours, 77.1613 million U inflow in 6 hours, rapid outflow of 257 million U in 8 hours, 417 million U outflow in 12 hours, net outflow of 1.657 billion U in 24 hours.
$ETH: 3.8348 million U outflow in 5 minutes, 48.3807 million U outflow in 4 hours, slight inflow of 3.5699 million U in 6 hours, 165 million U outflow in 8 hours, 229 million U outflow in 12 hours, net outflow of 835 million U in 24 hours.
$SOL: overall weak, 10.2612 million U outflow in 12 hours, net outflow of 72.2792 million U in 24 hours.
ZEC shows divergence, net inflow of 12.2504 million U in 12 hours, 21.9923 million U outflow in 24 hours, selling pressure is much milder compared to mainstream coins.
It is clearly visible that the inflows in the 4-6 hour range are just short-term bottom-fishing funds trying to play rebounds, unable to support a reversal. Large-scale escapes dominate all periods over 8 hours, with no return of main funds.
Such short-term support is very unreliable, and the probability of a downward continuation is high. Don't impulsively bottom-fish just because you see green bars; it's easy to get trapped. My approach: continue to observe, wait for continuous and stable net inflow signals over long periods before considering going long, and for now, keep your hands off and strictly control leverage. BTC recent wide-range oscillation market analysis
There is still some time before the U.S. midterm elections on November 3rd. Currently, BTC has already entered the expected game stage in advance. Increased volatility is the most typical market feature before the election, as funds begin to bet early on the control of Congress, and volatility gradually rises.
The core focus of this election is the control of both the House and Senate, which directly determines the pace of subsequent crypto legislation. If the Republican Party holds both chambers, the market will trade on regulatory-friendly expectations, the "Clear Act" landing expectations will heat up, and bullish funds are likely to position early; if the Democratic Party takes back either chamber, Congress will form a divided government, making crypto legislation more difficult to advance, regulatory uncertainty will increase, and short-term funds will actively reduce risk exposure. Currently, the prediction market has already priced in probabilities, and the market will repeatedly switch expectations with polling data, causing back-and-forth stop-loss triggers.
The biggest feature of the pre-election market is that expectations lead, with positive news realized early and negative news digested early, making it easy to "buy the rumor, sell the fact." Even if the result leans positive, the landing phase is prone to a spike and then a pullback. Coupled with high-leverage funds in the futures market, even slight polling changes will amplify volatility, short-term support and resistance will fail, and it is not suitable to heavily chase positions.
However, the election is only a phase of emotional disturbance and cannot change the mid-term main trend. BTC's major trend still anchors on Federal Reserve interest rates, U.S. Treasury yields, and ETF capital inflows. Historically, midterm elections rarely reverse existing bull or bear markets, mostly just short-term oscillation episodes. Technically, recent range-bound tugging is a news-driven oscillation buildup; the trend direction will only become clear after the election results and macro data resonate.
In terms of operations, during the election window period, priority should be given to reducing leverage, avoiding disorderly stop-loss triggers, and not betting unilaterally on the result. Next, focus on tracking polling changes, options positions, and U.S. Treasury linkage performance. After the results on the 3rd are released, re-evaluate the sustained impact of policy narratives on the market. After reading Tesla's Q3 earnings report, I have mixed feelings. The automotive gross margin (excluding those regulatory credits) rebounded to 18.1%, much better than last quarter's 16.3%, and the overall gross margin reached 19.6%. Free cash flow turned positive from a loss in Q2, directly hitting $1.53 billion, which is indeed a relief. I think the main reason is that they put effort into cost control and the delivery mix by model and region, and the FSD subscription also helped a bit.
But don't get too excited yet; net profit still dropped 43%, operating profit was halved, and the AI and robotics side is burning cash aggressively. I suggest everyone not just get carried away by the gross margin recovery but keep watching whether the cash flow can really stabilize afterward—that's the real money. $ETH: Repeated tests around the 2400 level, short-term bearish sentiment dominates
$ETH continues to fluctuate near the psychological 2400 level, with weak short-term rebound strength. The intraday range previously indicated has been gradually realized; whether the profit-taking rhythm is executed is worth reviewing.
Notably, Bitcoin ETFs have seen a net inflow of $1.08 billion over three days, yet the market continues to decline, indicating that the capital inflow has not yet translated into price support. If ETH cannot hold above 2400 in the short term, bearish sentiment in the market may further spread, making short-term long positions less cost-effective and giving bears a better observation window.
In terms of timing, a small rebound before the U.S. stock market opens could provide a more favorable entry point for short-term bears. The key remains whether 2400 can be effectively reclaimed; failure to hold this level means the weak trend is unlikely to change.
#SpaceX业绩大增,与特斯拉合并能否推进? $ATOM Will the ATOM issuance affect the price trend?
There will be an impact, but it is a structural “chronic dilution” rather than a short-term “acute sell-off” pressure.
First, the actual selling pressure is much smaller than the nominal issuance volume. Most of the newly issued ATOM has not been directly dumped on the market. Among the 8.18 million rewards withdrawn from January to March 2026, 42.6% entered the selling path, 27.7% were re-staked, and 29.7% remained liquid but unsold. The actual selling pressure generated by staking rewards averages only 0.063% of the supply per week. The daily real selling pressure is estimated to be between 9,000 and 18,000 tokens, less than 0.5% of ATOM’s average daily trading volume.
Second, the real selling pressure comes from whales, not inflation itself. Gauntlet’s research points out that in the past six months, about 44 wallets have driven most of the sell-off, with whales and super whales accounting for 79% of the sell volume during the event window, almost all of which were offloaded through centralized exchanges like Coinbase.
Third, the current inflation structure is being rewritten. The reform direction for 2026 has been clarified: the Osmosis merger proposal cancels new ATOM minting and replaces it with DEX protocol revenue used to repurchase ATOM on the open market. The price suppression from issuance is transitioning from “one-way dilution” to a “transition period with buyback hedging.”
#MetaQ3营收超预期,法律费用与AI支出承压 90% of AI tokens are just shells; who is really making money?
The concept of "decentralized AI" is very hot in the market right now, but it is undeniable that many projects are still in the early proof-of-concept stage. Few truly have mature products and can run a complete business loop.
In this field, I only watch three tokens: $TAO, $VVV, $RNDR.
They represent the three fundamental layers of AI: computing power, models, and privacy.
• RNDR (Render) sells computing power. It used to focus on rendering but has now shifted to AI inference. The BME mechanism (burn + mint) is genuinely functional, but the awkward part is that protocol revenue is too small. The current burn volume can't even make a splash in the market; it purely relies on AI storytelling to keep going.
• TAO (Bittensor) operates a decentralized model marketplace with many subnets and a strong mechanism. But the biggest problem is that most subnets are "stepping on each other's toes" to farm subsidies, with very few real paying customers. It heavily depends on coin price increases to maintain miner enthusiasm.
• VVV (Venice) is the most peculiar. It doesn't do grand narratives but directly focuses on private AI chat. It has real Web2 revenue (annualized over $100 million), and a portion of each subscription fee is directly used for buyback and burn.
Conclusion:
Don't listen to their hype about "disrupting OpenAI" in the AI field.
If you want to bet on computing power and grand narratives: look at TAO and RNDR.
If you want real cash flow and deflation: look at VVV. The core contradiction for $BTC right now is this: the $80,000 institutional cost line is holding up against a macro sell-off. Holding it is support; failing to hold it is an emotional turning point.
Bitcoin dropped over 4% in 24 hours, hitting a low of 80,900 intraday, but closed with a slight gain of 0.22%, showing some short-term stabilization without panic selling. This wave isn't a problem with crypto itself; it's the Middle East situation pushing Brent crude to $113, bringing back expectations of sustained high inflation and interest rates. Risk assets are all taking hits, and gold also fell below 4,110. Around 81,442, there was a sell wall with 65% of sell orders, and the buy-side depth was insufficient, amplifying the decline.
The funding side looks okay on the surface: spot ETFs have had net inflows totaling $1.08 billion over three consecutive days, pulling October's cumulative net outflow back into a net inflow of $461 million. But net inflows dropped sharply from $526.7 million on the 19th to $23.2 million on the 20th, a 95.6% decrease in one day. Inflows continue but the pace can't support the price.
Technically, there are minefields both above and below: above, around 87,700 is the average cost for entrants at the end of 2025, combined with the 2026 opening price at 87,490 and the 20-month moving average at 87,165. The trapped positions trying to break even and technical resistance form a ceiling. Below, first watch 80,935; if broken, look at 80,300, and if volume increases on a break below that, the sub-70,000 area could come into view. DNA
Dropped to 0.17, nearly halving from the high point, trapping a lot of people.
Remember, people in the crypto circle speak with leverage; if they say you can go spot, at most you can go contract; if they say you can go contract, at most you can go alpha.
Actually, Neosoul openly tells you they are pushing contracts, so the upper limit must be Alpha.
The whole network is shouting orders, constantly beating down StandX's Lishanzhuang persona, climbing up on others' corpses. The persona is established, but the coin price fell first. May I ask if there is insider trading among the coins being dumped? What happened to the promised high control? For years, the Russell 2000 index has maintained a certain correlation with $ETH in price trends. However, the price gap between these two assets has now widened to a historic high.
After the market fluctuations on October 10, the cryptocurrency market and the Russell 2000 index showed a clear divergence: the Russell index continued to hit new all-time highs, while ETH followed its own trend.
Currently, the Russell 2000 index is down 11% from its all-time high and has just rebounded 1.67% from a key support level. The ongoing rebound of this index may provide more basis for assessing ETH's recovery potential.
Key price levels for ETH:
→ $2,800: First resistance level.
→ $3,600–$4,500: Next target range if the price breaks through $2,800.
Corporate earnings, oil prices, inflation data, ISM data, and the U.S. midterm elections may all impact market sentiment. The movement of the Russell 2000 index and its price reactions at various resistance levels will help to more clearly assess the likelihood of ETH's recovery in the near future.Today's focus: The rules for stablecoins have become clearer, but ETF funds are still fluctuating. These two matters need to be viewed separately. I acknowledge the long-term development opportunities of the stablecoin business, but we cannot assume that institutional funds have stably returned just because of favorable regulations. On October 22, some ETFs experienced redemptions; the complete data has not yet been released, so no judgment on the full-day net flow can be made at this time. 1. ETF funds: After continuous inflows, fluctuations still occur. On October 21, BTC spot ETFs (exchange-traded funds) had a net inflow of about $530 million, ETH about $14.9 million, and SOL about $600,000. BTC had net inflows for three consecutive trading days from the 19th to the 21st. This time, besides IBIT, FBTC also had significant subscriptions, with funding sources more diversified than before. However, on the 22nd, disclosed funds showed redemptions; major fund data such as IBIT has not yet been fully collected, so conclusions cannot be drawn prematurely. Although ETH and SOL turned positive on the 21st, the inflow scale was not large. SOL just interrupted a continuous 12-day net outflow, but on the 22nd there was again an outflow record, so stable return flows are not yet visible. 2. The final US stablecoin rules have been announced and will take effect in January next year. The OCC (Office of the Comptroller of the Currency) released the final implementation rules of the "GENIUS Act" (US Stablecoin Act), clarifying requirements for payment stablecoin issuers, foreign issuers, and certain custodial businesses, which will take effect on January 18, 2027. Banks and payment institutions conducting related businesses now have clearer rules. But the announcement of the rules does not mean that the stablecoin supply andThe global virtual currency market is currently under overall pressure, with the market generally weakening. Influenced by better-than-expected U.S. employment data, market expectations for interest rate cuts have cooled, risk aversion sentiment has increased, mainstream and niche tokens have collectively declined, and market liquidity continues to tighten.
Bitcoin (BTC): Current price is $81,466, with a 24-hour decline of 3.96%. It has continuously fallen from around $85,000 and failed to recover the $82,000 level, showing a short-term weak trend.
Ethereum (ETH): Current price is $2,392, with a 24-hour decline of 4.32%, a larger drop than Bitcoin, losing the key $2,400 level, indicating a greater correction in risk assets.
UNI token: Current price is around $7, with a 24-hour decline of 6.82%, leading the declines in this adjustment round. Tokens in the DeFi sector are more sensitive to liquidity tightening.
Overall, this market downturn is not due to sudden negative news but mainly because strong employment data has weakened the Federal Reserve's rate cut expectations. Funds are tightening early for risk aversion, with high-risk altcoins and DeFi tokens falling much more than mainstream coins. In the short term, there is no need to stubbornly fight for support levels; focus on the policy signals from next week's Federal Reserve meeting and observe whether market rebound trading volume can effectively recover. The main things to watch for Bitcoin in the coming weeks:
November 3 U.S. Midterm Elections: The biggest political variable. If control of Congress changes, crypto legislation may stall further, prolonging regulatory uncertainty; volatility is very likely to increase significantly from the low of 1.2% before and after the election.
· Federal Reserve interest rate decision (expected next week): The key is not whether rates will be cut, but how they will be cut. If there is a "hawkish rate cut"—a cut but with signals of fewer future cuts—risk assets like Bitcoin could actually be hit.
November 11 SEC crypto ETF options decision: Approval, rejection, or initiation of a rejection process must be announced that day. Approval would be positive for institutional hedging and ETF ecosystem maturity.
CFTC new regulations brewing: On October 21, two preliminary rule notices were issued aiming to establish a federal framework for retail crypto leveraged trading; subsequent details will influence regulatory direction.
Strategic Bitcoin Reserve Act: Passed the House committee, still far from enactment, but any full House vote movement in the coming weeks could stir sentiment.
Mt. Gox repayment extended again: Deadline pushed to October 31, 2027, about 34,400 BTC potential selling pressure will not be released concentratedly in the next year, a short-term negative removed.
November 5-6 Bitcoin Amsterdam: Industry conference, no direct decisions, but if it signals increased institutional allocation or positive regulatory signals, it will support mid-term sentiment.
The main short-term downside risks are the midterm elections and hawkish rate cuts; there are some marginal easings on regulatory and supply sides. Current volatility is extremely low, indicating the market is holding back, waiting for these events to unfold before choosing direction. ⚠️ The most deceptive signal in this wave of decline: the price dropped more than 3%, yet the greed index rose by 5 points.
Overnight on Black Thursday in the US stock market, the Nasdaq fell 2.6% (the largest single-day drop since the end of June), Meta's earnings beat expectations but still dropped nearly 7%, as the market fears AI is burning through cash flow. The Philadelphia Semiconductor Index dropped 6.72%, Brent crude oil broke through $113, and risk assets were broadly suppressed. BTC briefly fell below 81,000, now hovering around 81,500, ETH down 4%.
Two warnings:
1. Don't treat the sharp drop in the 10-year US Treasury yield (closed yesterday at 4.952%, the largest single-day drop since March 2023) as a bullish signal to buy the dip—this time it's not a rate cut trade, but a flight-to-safety buying of government bonds.
2. The fear and greed index is still stuck at 68 in the greed zone, sentiment hasn't cleared out, so the decline usually isn't over. Bitfinex's bottom line: daily close below 81,300, then the next support is the October 15 low at 79,821.
I'm bearish in the short term: don't catch the falling knife until greed turns to fear; wait for sentiment to hit rock bottom before considering left-side entries.
What do you think? Is this round a macro-driven valuation kill, or simply risk appetite collapsing due to Middle East oil prices?

The above is my personal market observation, data as of today, not investment advice; crypto assets are highly volatile, please judge independently and bear your own risk (DYOR).The recent market situation is that
it's getting harder for good news to push prices up
while bad news easily triggers declines
Any slight disturbance wipes out the gains
This is true not only for Bitcoin, Ethereum, altcoins, and gold but also for the US stock market
A few days ago, storage chip stocks just rebounded
Last night they were smashed down again
Those who just bought at the bottom
might have taken another hit
When prices rise, AI is changing the world
When prices fall, it's like AI is going bankrupt
A few days ago, people were still shouting about storage chip price hikes
Yesterday, they all started to flee again
This is a common problem in weak markets
After a lot of declines, some will buy the dip
Short sellers might also take profits
So stock prices rebound
But if there isn't enough sustained buying afterward
prices may continue to fall after the rebound
Therefore, to judge a market reversal, you can't just look at one or two days of gains
